Detailed Description
So that the manner in which the features and elements of the present embodiments can be understood in detail, a more particular description of the embodiments, briefly summarized above, may be had by reference to embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the appended drawings.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used in the examples of this application have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used in the embodiments of the present application is for the purpose of describing the embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the present application.
Nowadays, with the rapid development of urban rail transit, rail transit power supply systems are also developing towards networking. Most urban rail transit adopts 110kV special main substation, 35kV voltage reduction station and traction hybrid station power equipment to supply power for rail transit in a centralized manner. Meanwhile, with the development of line construction, rail transit operation companies promote the construction of a network-level power dispatching system and monitor multiple lines simultaneously. The line network level power dispatching system and the line level power monitoring system can achieve data collection and control of power equipment of a 110kV main substation, a 35kV step-down substation and a traction and mixing substation. However, the uniqueness of the control source needs to be ensured during control, i.e., the device can only be controlled by a single system at any time. Therefore, the ownership of the control authority needs to be switched according to actual requirements. However, because the line network level power dispatching system and the line level power monitoring system are often designed by different manufacturers, switching of authority affiliation cannot be realized through an authority transfer mode inside the system, and authority transfer cannot be completed, so that a certain system loses control authority.
In order to solve the above problems in the related art, an embodiment of the present application provides an authority transfer method applied to a management device, and as shown in fig. 1, the method may include the following steps:
s101, receiving a first request message sent by first control equipment; a first request message for requesting the management device to provide a control authority for the electric device;
here, when the ownership of the control authority is switched by the management apparatus, the management apparatus first receives a first request message transmitted by the first control apparatus. The first control device here may be a control device that does not currently obtain a control authority for the electric power device. Here, the first request message is used to request the management device to provide a control authority for the power device. The first request message may be a message sent to the management device to inform itself of the need for control authority.
S102, sending a second request message to second control equipment based on the first request message; the second control device comprises a control device whose system is incompatible with the system of the first control device; a second request message for requesting the second control device to hand over the control authority;
here, after receiving the first request message sent by the first control device, the management device generates a second request message according to the first request message, and sends the second request message to the second control device. The second control device here may be a control device that currently possesses control authority for the electric device. The second request message is used for requesting the second control equipment to transfer the control authority; the second request message may be a request for control authority forwarded by the first control device to the second control device.
It should be noted that the systems of the first control device and the second control device are incompatible with each other, so that the handover of the universal control authority for the same power device between different system platforms can be ensured, and a new system module is not required to be developed for the authority handover between the system platforms, so that the universal universality is achieved, a large amount of development cost is saved, the operation is simple, and the reliability is high.
S103, receiving a response message sent by the second control device aiming at the second request message;
here, after receiving the second request message forwarded by the management device, the second control device sends a response message to the management device for the second request message. Here, the response message is used to indicate that the second control device agrees to hand over the control right to the first control device.
And S104, controlling the second control equipment to transfer the control authority to the first control equipment based on the response message.
Here, after receiving the response message sent by the second control device, the management device controls the second control device to transfer the control right to the first control device, and completes the transfer of the control right between different system platforms.
Therefore, the authority transfer method provided by the embodiment of the application receives the first request message sent by the first control device; a first request message for requesting the management device to provide a control authority for the electric power device; transmitting a second request message to the second control device based on the first request message; the second control device includes a control device whose system is incompatible with the system of the first control device; a second request message for requesting the second control device to hand over the control authority; receiving a response message sent by the second control device for the second request message; and controlling the second control device to transfer the control authority to the first control device based on the response message. Therefore, the control authority is switched among different system platforms in a mode that the management equipment receives the request message and the response message, the transfer of the universal control authority aiming at the same power equipment among different system platforms is ensured, a new system module aiming at the authority transfer and development among the system platforms is not needed, the universal universality is realized, a large amount of development cost is saved, the operation is simple, and the reliability is high.
Based on the above embodiment, the first control device in S102 is used to schedule the power device, and the second control device is used to monitor the power device.
Or,
the first control equipment is used for monitoring the power equipment, and the second control equipment is used for scheduling the power equipment.
Here, the first control apparatus may be a control apparatus that schedules the electric power apparatus, and the second control apparatus may be a control apparatus that monitors the electric power apparatus. Alternatively, the first control device may be a device that monitors the electric power device, and the second control device may be a device that schedules the electric power device.
Specifically, the first control device may be a line-level power scheduling system, which is a system for monitoring and scheduling a plurality of lines; the second control device may be a line level power monitoring system, a system for monitoring a line. Alternatively, the first control device may be a line level power monitoring system, a system for monitoring one line; the second control device may be a line grid power dispatching system, a system for monitoring and dispatching a plurality of lines.
Based on the above embodiment, the method may further include the steps of:
and S104, if the response message is not received within the preset time, forbidding to control the second control equipment to transfer the control authority to the first control equipment.
Here, after the management apparatus transmits the second request message to the second control apparatus, if the second control apparatus does not transmit the response message within the preset time, it may be considered that the second control apparatus rejects the handover control authority. The preset time here may be 10s to 20 s.
It should be noted that the preset time may be customized by the operator. What kind of operation is performed at a preset time can also be customized by an operator. For example, if the operator does not issue a response message within 20s, it is preliminarily considered that the operator rejects the transfer right. But if the operator still does not send the response message within 60s, the operator is not considered to be in the operation range of the second control device, and the second control device cannot be operated to send the response message. At this time, it may be considered that the operator has agreed to the second request message transmitted by the management apparatus, has agreed to control the second control apparatus to hand over the control authority to the first control apparatus, and transmits a response message to the management apparatus. And the management device controls the second control device to transfer the control authority to the first control device according to the response message.
Based on the above embodiment, in S102, the first control device interacts with the management device through the first transmission channel; the second control equipment interacts with the management equipment through a second transmission channel; the first transmission channel and the second transmission channel are mutually independent; the communication protocol of the first transmission channel and the communication protocol of the second transmission channel both comprise IEC104 protocols.
Specifically, the first control device and the second control device interact with the management device through mutually independent data transmission channels. In this way, crosstalk of signals between the first control device and the second control device can be avoided. The transmission protocol can be an IEC104 protocol, so that the transmission requirements of monitoring information of a relay protection fault information And Data Acquisition And monitoring Control (SCADA) system can be met, the transmission protocol has good compatibility of a standard protocol, And the transmission protocol is suitable for various power Control systems, ensures the standardization of the protocol And the reliability of communication, And can well meet the communication requirements in a transformer substation And a power distribution network automation system.
Therefore, the authority transfer method provided by the embodiment of the application receives the first request message sent by the first control device; a first request message for requesting the management device to provide a control authority for the electric device; transmitting a second request message to the second control device based on the first request message; the second control device comprises a control device whose system is incompatible with the system of the first control device; a second request message for requesting the second control device to hand over the control authority; receiving a response message sent by the second control device for the second request message; and controlling the second control device to transfer the control authority to the first control device based on the response message. Therefore, the control authority is switched among different system platforms in a mode that the management equipment receives the request message and the response message, the transfer of the universal control authority aiming at the same power equipment among different system platforms is ensured, a new system module aiming at the authority transfer and development among the system platforms is not needed, the universal universality is realized, a large amount of development cost is saved, the operation is simple, and the reliability is high.

here, the second control device may receive the second request message transmitted by the management device when the attribution of the control authority is switched by the management device. The second request message here is for requesting the second control apparatus to hand over the control authority; the second request message may be a request to forward the control right of the first control device to the second control device. The second request message is generated by the management device according to the first request message after receiving the first request message sent by the first control device. The second control device here may be a control device that currently possesses control authority for the electric device. Here, the first request message is used to request the management device to provide a control authority for the power device. The first request message may be a message sent to the management device to inform itself of the need for control authority.
