In one embodiment, after step S170, the process returns to step S150 again to detect whether all the functional devices after switching meet the preset switching condition, and if so, the standby device is selected and the functional devices are switched again. Therefore, the effect after replacement is detected in real time through dynamic detection, and the completeness and better effect of application function realization are ensured.
In one embodiment, the number of spare devices is multiple. Namely, when the functional device meets the preset switching condition, a plurality of standby devices are selected, and when the application function is operated, the similar devices of the standby devices are adopted to execute the operation required to be executed by the functional device meeting the preset switching condition, so that the simultaneous linkage of a plurality of devices is realized, the devices are simultaneously executed, and the whole house experience effect is realized.
The device switching method can be applied to intelligent equipment in an intelligent home system forming a home network based on a distributed virtual bus technology, and the equipment is interconnected and communicated with each other. When the user uses the current intelligent device:
as shown in fig. 3, when the intelligent device is missing, damaged or has poor experience, the user can manually or automatically switch to the device having the function device in the home network, so as to ensure the integrity of the application function process of the user, improve the use effect of the intelligent function, and improve the user experience.
As shown in fig. 4, when the user moves, the functional device of the device closest to the user in the home network can be started through real-time detection, so that the continuity of the application function in the use process is ensured in all directions (in a whole house), the use effect of the intelligent function is improved, and the user experience is improved.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
In one embodiment, there is provided a device switching apparatus, as shown in fig. 5, comprising: an instruction receiving module 510, a device determination module 530, a device selection module 550, and a device switching module 570.
The instruction receiving module 510 is configured to receive a function starting instruction acting on the smart device; the device determining module 530 is configured to determine an application function to be started corresponding to the function starting instruction and a function device to be called by the application function. The device selection module 550 is configured to select a standby device provided with a similar device from devices networked with the intelligent device when the functional device satisfies a preset switching condition, where the similar device is a device of the same type as the functional device satisfying the preset switching condition. The device switching module 570 is configured to switch, when the application function is running, an operation that needs to be executed by a functional device that meets a preset switching condition to a similar device in the standby device.
When the application function needs to be started, the device switching device determines whether the function device to be called by the application function meets the preset switching condition, if so, the standby equipment which is connected with the network and is provided with the same type of device of the function device is selected, and when the application function is operated, the same type of device of the standby equipment is adopted to replace the function device meeting the preset switching condition to execute the operation, so that the switching adjustment of the function device among equipment is realized, the effective realization of the application function can be ensured, the realization effect of the function is optimized, and the use effect of the intelligent equipment is improved.
In one embodiment, the device switching apparatus further includes a first display module, configured to send, after the device determining module 530 determines the functional device, the identification information corresponding to the functional device to the display apparatus for displaying.
In one embodiment, the preset switching condition includes: the intelligent equipment lacks a functional device, the functional device set by the intelligent equipment fails or the functional parameters of the functional device set by the intelligent equipment do not meet the preset parameter requirements.
In one embodiment, the device switching apparatus further includes a retrieval display module, configured to retrieve, after the device determination module 530 determines the functional device and before the device selection module 550 selects the standby device, a device provided with a similar device from among devices networked with the intelligent device; and sending the identification information corresponding to the searched equipment to a display device for displaying. Correspondingly, the device selection module 550 receives a device selection instruction input based on the identification information corresponding to the device when the functional device satisfies the preset switching condition; and determining the correspondingly selected equipment according to the equipment selection instruction and using the equipment as the alternative equipment.
In one embodiment, the device selection instruction includes a voice instruction or a selection instruction input by operation of the display device.
In another embodiment, the device switching apparatus further includes a second display module, configured to retrieve, among the devices networked with the intelligent device, a device provided with a similar device of the functional device after the device determination module 530 determines the functional device and before the device selection module 550 selects the standby device. Correspondingly, the device selection module 550 automatically selects a device as an alternative device according to a preset selection rule among the retrieved devices.
In yet another embodiment, the preset switching condition includes: the position of the user relative to the smart device in which the functional device is provided changes. Specifically, the distance between the user and the smart device provided with the function device may be changed.
Specifically, the device selection module 550 obtains a distance between a device networked with the intelligent device and provided with the similar device and the user; based on the acquired distance, the device closest to the user is selected as the standby device.
In one embodiment, the device switching apparatus further includes a switching confirmation module, configured to send a device switching prompt message to the display apparatus for displaying according to the standby device after the device selection module 550 selects the standby device and before the device switching module 570 performs the corresponding operation; upon receiving the confirm switching instruction input based on the device switching prompt information, the device switching module 570 performs a corresponding operation.
In one embodiment, the number of spare devices is multiple.
For the specific definition of the device switching apparatus, reference may be made to the above definition of the device switching method, which is not described herein again. The respective modules in the device switching apparatus described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the controller, and can also be stored in a memory in the controller in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In one embodiment, a controller is provided, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the method in the above embodiments when executing the computer program.
The controller can realize the steps of the method in each embodiment, and similarly, can optimize the realization effect of the function, thereby improving the use effect of the intelligent device.
In one embodiment, an intelligent device is provided, which includes a device body, a functional device and the controller in the foregoing embodiments, wherein the controller and the functional device are disposed on the device body, and the controller is connected to the functional device. The device body is a mechanism for implementing the original function of the device. The functional device means a device for realizing an intelligent function other than the original function.
Above-mentioned smart machine owing to adopted aforementioned controller, in the same way, can optimize the realization effect of function to improve the result of use.
In one embodiment, a smart home system is provided, which includes a plurality of smart devices in the foregoing embodiments, and the smart devices are networked with each other.
According to the intelligent home system, the realization effect of the functions can be optimized by adopting a plurality of intelligent devices, and the using effect is improved.
In one embodiment, the intelligent devices are networked based on a distributed virtual bus technology.
Based on the networking of distributing type virtual bus technique realization between the intelligent device to form intelligent home systems's home network (intelligent home network group), compare in the connection technology in the past, it has very obvious characteristic effect: automatic discovery/immediate use; high bandwidth; low time delay; high reliability. It is understood that in other embodiments, the smart home network group may be formed by connection through other technologies and protocols.
In one embodiment, the smart home system further includes a distance sensor disposed on the smart device, and the distance sensor is connected to the controller. The distance sensor detects the distance to the user and sends the distance to the controller.
Specifically, the distance sensor may include one or more of a sound sensor and a human body infrared sensor. The human body infrared sensor detects the distance between a person and the human body through infrared rays according to the position of the person, and judges the current position of the person. The sound sensor senses the sound source and positions the position of the person in the same way. Through set up distance sensor on smart machine, the distance detects the accuracy height.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the distance sensor may not be disposed in the smart device, but may be disposed in another place as needed, and the controller may use the distance between the smart device and the user, which is detected by the nearest distance sensor to the smart device, as the distance between the smart device and the user. For example, the distance sensor may be installed in a table, a chair, a door, a cabinet, a hallway, or the like.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (16)

1. A device switching method, comprising:
receiving a function starting instruction acting on the intelligent equipment;
determining an application function started corresponding to the function starting instruction and a functional device to be called by the application function;
if the functional device meets a preset switching condition, selecting standby equipment provided with similar devices from equipment networked with the intelligent equipment, wherein the similar devices are the same as the functional devices meeting the preset switching condition;
and when the application function is operated, switching the operation required to be executed by the functional device meeting the preset switching condition to the similar device in the standby equipment for execution.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein after determining that the function starting instruction corresponds to the started application function and the functional device to be called by the application function, the method further comprises:
and sending the identification information corresponding to the functional device to a display device for displaying.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset switching condition comprises: the intelligent equipment lacks the functional device, the fault of the functional device set by the intelligent equipment or the functional parameter of the functional device set by the intelligent equipment does not meet the requirement of preset parameters.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after determining that the function starting instruction corresponds to the started application function and the functional device to be called by the application function, and before selecting the standby device provided with the similar device from the devices networked with the intelligent device, the method further comprises:
retrieving, in a device networked with the intelligent device, a device provided with the same kind of device;
sending the identification information corresponding to the retrieved equipment to a display device for displaying;
the selecting of the standby equipment provided with the same kind of devices from the equipment networked with the intelligent equipment comprises the following steps:
receiving a device selection instruction input based on the identification information corresponding to the device;
and determining the correspondingly selected equipment according to the equipment selection instruction and using the equipment as alternative equipment.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the device selection instruction comprises a voice instruction or a selection instruction inputted by the display device operation.
6. The method according to claim 3, wherein after determining that the function starting instruction corresponds to the started application function and the functional device to be called by the application function, and before selecting the standby device provided with the similar device from the devices networked with the intelligent device, the method further comprises:
retrieving, in a device networked with the intelligent device, a device provided with the same kind of device;
the selecting of the standby equipment provided with the same kind of devices from the equipment networked with the intelligent equipment comprises the following steps:
and automatically selecting the equipment as the alternative equipment according to a preset selection rule in the retrieved equipment.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the preset switching condition comprises: the position of the user relative to the smart device provided with the functional device changes.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the selecting the standby device provided with the same kind of device from the devices networked with the intelligent device comprises:
acquiring the distance between the equipment which is networked with the intelligent equipment and is provided with the similar device and the user;
based on the obtained distance, selecting a device closest to the user as a standby device.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein after selecting a standby device provided with a similar device from devices networked with the smart device, when the application function is executed, switching an operation required to be executed by a functional device satisfying the preset switching condition to a state before the similar device in the standby device is executed, further comprising:
sending device switching prompt information to a display device for displaying according to the standby equipment;
and switching the operation required to be executed by the functional device meeting the preset switching condition to the similar device in the standby equipment for execution when the application function is executed when a switching confirmation instruction input based on the device switching prompt information is received.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein the number of standby devices is plural.
11. A device switching apparatus, comprising:
the instruction receiving module is used for receiving a function starting instruction acting on the intelligent equipment;
the device determining module is used for determining an application function started corresponding to the function starting instruction and a functional device to be called by the application function;
the equipment selection module is used for selecting standby equipment provided with similar devices from equipment networked with the intelligent equipment when the functional devices meet preset switching conditions, wherein the similar devices are the same as the functional devices meeting the preset switching conditions;
and the device switching module is used for switching the operation required to be executed by the functional device meeting the preset switching condition to the similar device in the standby equipment for execution when the application function is operated.
12. A controller comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 10.
13. An intelligent device, comprising a device body, a functional device and the controller of claim 12, wherein the controller and the functional device are disposed on the device body, and the controller is connected to the functional device.
14. An intelligent home system, comprising a plurality of intelligent devices according to claim 13, wherein the intelligent devices are networked.
15. The smart home system of claim 14, wherein the smart devices are networked based on a distributed virtual bus technology.
16. The smart home system according to claim 14, further comprising a distance sensor disposed on the smart device, wherein the distance sensor is connected to the controller;
the distance sensor detects a distance to a user and transmits the distance to the controller.
