Abstract
The invention aims to provide a clamp spring, a brake caliper assembly and a vehicle, which comprise a clamp spring body arranged between a friction plate and a spring leaf of the brake caliper assembly, wherein the clamp spring body comprises an installation part connected with a lug at the end part of the friction plate, an opening part correspondingly matched with the spring leaf and an elastic connection part for connecting the installation part and the opening part. The brake caliper assembly comprises a caliper support, friction plates and spring pieces, wherein the friction plates are oppositely arranged on the caliper support, the spring pieces are arranged between the caliper support and the friction plates, and the clamp springs are arranged between the friction plates and the spring pieces. The brake caliper assembly can eliminate the gap between the friction plate and the spring piece and solve the abnormal sound problem of the brake caliper assembly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a disc brake of a chassis system of a motor vehicle, in particular to a clamp spring, a brake caliper assembly and a vehicle.
Background
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the conventional brake caliper assembly includes a conventional caliper bracket 5, a conventional friction plate 7 relatively mounted on the conventional caliper bracket 5, and a conventional spring plate 6 disposed between the conventional caliper bracket 5 and the conventional friction plate 7, wherein the conventional spring plate 6 is provided with a first groove 61 and a second groove 62 having opposite opening directions, the first groove 61 is in corresponding snap fit with the conventional boss 51 on the conventional caliper bracket 5, and the second groove 61 is in clearance fit with a lug at the end of a back plate of the conventional friction plate 7. During assembly, the lugs at two ends of the existing friction plate 7 are respectively clamped in the second grooves 62 of the existing spring pieces 6, and in order to guarantee the functions of the brake caliper and production and assembly, the existing friction plate 7, the existing spring pieces 6 and the existing caliper support 5 have fit clearances. Because of the clearance fit design and the manufacturing tolerance of the parts, when the vehicle runs on a bumpy road, the side face of the support lug of the conventional friction plate 7 under the action of vibration acceleration can strike the bottom of the second groove 62 of the conventional spring piece 6, so that abnormal sound is generated. The abnormal sound causes concern, complaints and complaints of vehicle owners, adversely affects the quality of vehicles, and increases three-pack costs for after-sales repair due to the abnormal sound problem.

2. The free end of the opening part of the clamp spring body protrudes out of the surface of the friction plate to form an alarm part, so that the alarm plate in the prior art is replaced, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

Referring to fig. 7 to 12, the clamp spring comprises a clamp spring body 1 arranged between a friction plate 2 and a spring leaf 4 of a brake caliper assembly, wherein the clamp spring body 1 is integrally formed and comprises an installation part 11 connected with a lug at the end part of the friction plate 2, an opening part 13 correspondingly matched with the spring leaf 4 and an elastic connection part 12 connecting the installation part 11 and the opening part 13.
The installation part 11 includes relative first curb plate 111 and the second curb plate 112 that sets up and connects the bottom plate 113 of first curb plate 111 and second curb plate 112, second curb plate 112 bottom and bottom plate 113 one end fixed connection, top and 12 one end fixed connection of elastic connection portion, the 12 other ends of elastic connection portion and the 13 fixed connection that opens, the 113 other ends of bottom plate and the 111 bottom fixed connection of first curb plate, first curb plate 111, second curb plate 112 and bottom plate 113 surround and form the draw-in groove that is used for 2 tip of centre gripping friction disc. The top end of the first side plate 111 is provided with a guide part 114 bent outwards, the guide part 114 is arranged to play a role in guiding, the clamping groove of the clamp spring body 1 is conveniently pressed into the lug at the end part of the friction plate 2, and the assembly efficiency is improved. Note that, here, the outward bending means outward bending with respect to the circlip body 1.
In order to limit the clamp spring body 1 and avoid the clamp spring body 1 from sliding along the lug edge at the end part of the friction plate 2, the corresponding matched area of the end part of the friction plate 2 and the installation part 11 is set as a groove body 22, and the depth of the groove body 22 is smaller than the gap between the installation part 11 and the opening part 13, namely the opening part 13 protrudes out of the plane of the end part of the friction plate 2.
One end of the opening part 13 is fixedly connected with the elastic connecting part 12, the other end of the opening part protrudes out of the surface of the friction plate 2 to form an alarm part 15, and the alarm part 15 is formed by bending the end part of the opening part 13 inwards. Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the brake caliper assembly includes a caliper bracket 3, a friction plate 2 oppositely mounted on the caliper bracket 3, and a spring plate 4 disposed between the caliper bracket 3 and the friction plate 2, wherein the clamp spring body 1 is disposed between the friction plate 2 and the spring plate 4.
