a driven wheel (53) with the center rotatably connected to the rotating shaft and meshed with the driving wheel (52); one side of the driven wheel (53) facing the heat dissipation window (6) is connected with a limiting rod (54) which is deviated from the circle center of the driven wheel (53);
the limiting column (56) is vertically fixed on the base station (31);
the limiting frame (55) is vertically movably connected to the limiting column (56), and one side of the limiting frame, which faces the driven wheel (53), is provided with a limiting sliding groove in which the limiting rod (54) slides;
the cleaning felt (57) is connected to one side, facing the heat dissipation window (6), of the limiting frame (55);
the limiting rod (54) drives the limiting frame (55) and the cleaning felt (57) to vertically move along the limiting column (56) in the process of rotating along with the driven wheel (53) so as to scrape dust on the surface of the radiating fin (61).
5. The combined sound insulation cover of the circulating water pump is characterized in that the upper surface of the base platform (31) is provided with a collecting groove (58) which is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning felt (57).

The combined sound insulation cover of the circulating water pump is characterized in that the two limiting columns (56) are arranged in parallel, the limiting frame (55) slides on the two limiting columns (56) vertically, and the length direction of a limiting groove on the limiting frame (55) is perpendicular to the vertical sliding direction of the limiting frame (55).
7. The combined sound insulation cover of the circulating water pump as claimed in claim 4, wherein the maintenance door (7) is arranged on the circulating water pump box (1) through a mounting screw (11), and sound absorption cotton (71) is arranged inside the maintenance door (7).
