Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of slurry balance shield machines, in particular to a normal pressure working cabin device for a slurry shield, which comprises an air cushion cabin, wherein a human cabin and a slurry cabin are respectively arranged at the front side and the rear side of the air cushion cabin, a front cabin plate and a rear cabin plate are respectively arranged between the human cabin and the air cushion cabin as well as between the slurry cabin and the air cushion cabin, a partition plate is respectively arranged at the left side and the right side in the air cushion cabin, the air cushion cabin is divided into two parts by the partition plate, and a normal pressure space is formed among the two partition plates, the front cabin plate and the rear cabin plate; sealing doors for connecting the ventilation cushion cabin and the person cabin are respectively arranged on the partition board and the front cabin board. The invention can reduce the times of pressing the workers into the cabin, ensure the safety of the constructors, facilitate the subsequent maintenance and ensure the construction efficiency.

Nevertheless, the automation degree of the shield machine still has a great room for improvement at present. In the tunneling process of the slurry balance shield machine, except that the cutter head cutter of the shield machine is worn due to different geological conditions, the cutter head cutter is also severely worn by obstacles in the stratum. However, the conventional slurry shield machine cannot directly observe the slurry cabin and cannot directly judge the abrasion condition of the cutter head. Therefore, in order to timely and conveniently observe the abrasion condition of the cutter head of the slurry shield machine, a scheme of reserving a cabin docking normal pressure working cabin at the top of the slurry cabin is designed.

Furthermore, the sealing door is rectangular, and sealing rubber strips are arranged at the corresponding positions of the sealing door, the front cabin plate and the partition plate.

The atmospheric pressure working cabin device for the slurry shield comprises an air cushion cabin 2, wherein a person cabin 5 and a slurry cabin 6 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the air cushion cabin 2, a front cabin plate 4 and a rear cabin plate 3 are respectively arranged between the person cabin 5 and the air cushion cabin 2 and between the slurry cabin 6 and the air cushion cabin 2, a partition plate 1 is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side in the air cushion cabin 2, the air cushion cabin 2 is divided into two parts by the partition plate 1, and an atmospheric pressure space 7 is formed among the two partition plates 1, the front cabin plate and the rear cabin plate 3;
sealing doors 8 for connecting the ventilation cushion cabin 2 and the person cabin 5 are respectively arranged on the partition board 1 and the front cabin board.
The atmospheric space 7 may be communicated with the cabin 5 and the cushion cabin 2 by a sealing door 8. Normally, the sealing doors 8 on the partition boards 1 of the air cushion cabin 2 are all in a closed state, and when equipment such as an atmospheric camera and an atmospheric ultrasonic distance meter installed in the atmospheric space 7 is required to be maintained or replaced, the equipment can enter the atmospheric space 7 through the sealing doors 8 on the front cabin board 4 to be maintained or replaced.
The rear deck plate 3 in the normal pressure space 7 is provided with an equipment interface which can be used for installing various equipment.
The sealing door 8 is rectangular, and sealing rubber strips 14 are arranged at the positions of the sealing door 8 corresponding to the front cabin plate 4 and the partition plate 1. The gap between the front cabin board and the partition board 1 when the sealing door 8 is closed is reduced, so that the sealing door has reliable sealing performance.
One end of the sealing door 8 is hung on the bulkhead 1 and the front deck by a hinge 13, respectively, and the hinge 13 may be installed on the upper portions of the bulkhead 1 and the front deck and fixed using bolts.
A sliding buckle is arranged at the other end of the sealing door 8. When the sealing door 8 is closed, the sliding buckle can be pulled to tightly press the sealing door 8 against the front cabin plate 4 and the partition plate 1, so that gaps between the sealing door 8 and the front cabin plate 4 and between the sealing door and the partition plate 1 are reduced, and sealing performance is enhanced.
And hydraulic telescopic rods are respectively hinged between the sealing door 8 and the front cabin plate and between the sealing door 8 and the partition plate 1, and the telescopic ends of the hydraulic telescopic rods are connected with one ends of the sealing door 8 hinged to the partition plate 1 and the front cabin plate. The sealing door 8 can be opened or closed by means of a hydraulic telescopic rod.
The working mode of the invention is as follows: when the air cushion cabin 2 needs to be accessed, two conditions of normal pressure access to the air cushion cabin 2 and pressurized access to the air cushion cabin 2 can be classified:
1. when the geological conditions are stable, the sealing door 8 on the front deck 4 can be opened under the normal pressure condition, the cabin 5 enters the normal pressure space 7, the sealing door 8 on the partition board 1 in the normal pressure space 7 is opened, and the cabin 7 enters the air cushion cabin 2;
2. when the geological condition is unstable, a pressurizing interface can be reserved on the cabin 5, a sealing door 8 on the front cabin plate 4 is opened between the normal pressure space 7 and the cabin 5, so that the normal pressure space 7 is communicated with the cabin 5, the reserved pressurizing interface is used for filling gas into the normal pressure space 7 and the cabin 5, pressurizing the normal pressure space 7 and the cabin 5, and then opening the sealing door 8 on the partition board 1 of the normal pressure space 7, and the air cushion cabin 2 is accessed from the normal pressure space 7.
