The method for repairing the leakage of the cement drain pipe by using the PE 100-grade modified round-concave round vacuum lining pipe comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps of firstly, determining a repair area of the pipeline, surveying the inner diameter size, the length size and the site construction condition of the pipeline to be repaired on site, evaluating and making a construction scheme, manufacturing a PE100 lining pipe 1002 with the diameter close to the inner diameter of a cement drain pipe 1001 according to surveyed size data, and transporting the PE100 lining pipe 1002, construction equipment and auxiliary tools to a construction site.
And secondly, plugging the upstream and the downstream of the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired, stopping discharging sewage into the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired, and cleaning the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired by adopting a high-pressure water washing mode to discharge residual sewage in the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired without sediments on the inner wall.
Thirdly, performing hot-melt welding on the PE100 lining pipe 1002 and trimming the interface, wherein the PE100 lining pipe 1002 after the hot-melt welding is 4-6 m longer than the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired, conveying the PE100 lining pipe 1002 after the hot-melt welding to lining pipe pressing equipment for pressing, meanwhile, paving auxiliary pulley units 11 on the ground at the pipe orifice of the cement drain pipe from the outlet end of the lining pipe pressing equipment to the pipe orifice of the cement drain pipe and a slope in front of the pipe orifice of the cement drain pipe, and respectively conveying a light winch (the light winch is JMT 5) and a heavy winch (the heavy winch is JMT 40) to two ends of the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired, wherein the lining pipe pressing equipment and the light winch are placed at the same end of the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired;
the lining pipe pressing equipment comprises a rack 1, pressing disc groups 2, pressing shaft mechanisms 3, guiding compression rod groups 5, bundling mechanisms 4 and supporting mechanisms 6, wherein the supporting mechanisms 6 are arranged at intervals at the bottom of the rack 1, the pressing disc groups 2 are arranged at the upper part of the rack between the supporting mechanisms 6, the guiding compression rod groups 5 are arranged in the rack 1 at two sides of the pressing disc groups 2, the pressing shaft mechanisms 3 are arranged at two ends of the rack 1, and the bundling mechanisms 4 are arranged at the outer sides of the pressing shaft mechanisms 3 at the outlet end of the rack 1;
the pressing disc group 2 is composed of a pre-pressing disc 201, a starting pressing disc 202, a transition disc 203 and a forming disc 204, the pre-pressing disc 201, the starting pressing disc 202, the transition disc 203 and the forming disc 204 are sequentially installed at the upper part of the frame 1 from left to right, the diameters of the pre-pressing disc 201, the starting pressing disc 202, the transition disc 203 and the forming disc 204 of the pressing disc group are sequentially increased from left to right, and the pressing disc group is fixed on the frame 1 through a disc shaft and a bearing and can freely rotate on the frame 1;
the two shaft pressing mechanisms 3 are respectively installed at an inlet and an outlet at the left end and the right end of the rack 1, each shaft pressing mechanism is composed of a pressing shaft 301, an adjusting plate 303, a screw 304, an installation seat 305, a screw cap 306, a limiting gear 307 and a rack 308, the pressing shaft 301 is horizontally arranged, the limiting gears 307 are respectively and fixedly installed at the two ends of the pressing shaft 301, and the limiting gears 307 are meshed with the racks 308 installed on the rack 1; two ends of a pressure shaft 301 are respectively arranged on an adjusting plate 303 and can rotate around the adjusting plate 303, and a pressure roller 302 capable of freely rotating is arranged on the pressure shaft 301; a screw 304 is fixedly connected below the adjusting plate 303, the lower end of the screw 304 is inserted into a through hole of an installation seat 305 on the frame 1, and the screw 304 is fixed through nuts 306 above and below the installation seat 305;
the bundling mechanism 4 comprises a driving wheel 401, a driven wheel 402, an assembly disc 403, bundling wheels 404, a belt 405 and a driving motor 406, the assembly disc 403 is fixedly arranged at an outlet at the right end of the frame 1, the driven wheel 402 is sleeved on the assembly disc 403, a plurality of bundling wheels 404 are arranged on the outer surface of one side of the driven wheel 402 through an assembly shaft, the driving motor 406 is fixedly arranged on the frame above the assembly disc 403 through a motor mounting seat, the driving wheel 401 is arranged on a transmission shaft of the driving motor 406, and the driving wheel 401 is connected with the driven wheel 402 through the belt 405;
the guide compression rod group 5 is composed of at least two guide compression rod units, each guide compression rod unit is composed of two double-headed screws 501, two compression rods 502, an assembly seat 503, a nut 504, a chain 505 and a compression gear 506, the two double-headed screws 501 are respectively and horizontally arranged at the upper part and the lower part in the rack 1 through the assembly seats 503, the compression gear 506 is respectively and fixedly arranged at one end of each of the two double-headed screws 501, and the chain 505 is arranged between the two compression gears 506; two ends of the double-threaded screw 501 are respectively provided with a positive thread 507 and a negative thread 508, a compression rod 502 is respectively arranged between the two ends of the two double-threaded screws 501, and the two ends of the compression rod 502 are in threaded connection with the positive thread 507 and the negative thread 508 of the double-threaded screw 501 through nuts 504;
the supporting mechanism 6 is composed of a plurality of supporting frames, each supporting frame is composed of a supporting seat 601, a supporting rod 602 and a roller 603, and the supporting frames are uniformly distributed between an inlet and an outlet at the bottom of the frame 1; the supporting seats 601 of each supporting frame are fixedly arranged at two sides and the middle of the bottom of the frame 1, the supporting seat 601 in the middle is lower than the supporting seats 601 at two sides, one end of each supporting rod 602 is fixedly connected with the supporting seats 601 at two sides, the other end of each supporting rod 602 is connected with the supporting seat 601 in the middle, the two supporting rods 602 are arranged in a V shape, and the supporting rods 602 are movably sleeved with rollers 603;
wherein, the outer side of the frame 1 is symmetrically provided with hoisting rings 101, the frame 1 at one side of the bundling mechanism 4 is provided with a switch group 102, and the switch group 102 is electrically connected with a driving motor 406 of the bundling mechanism 4; the circle supporting inner sleeve 1004 is made of a stainless steel sheet; the industrial tape 702 may also be replaced with a wire or other strapping.
Fourthly, pressing the circular PE100 lining pipe 1002 into a concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701 through lining pipe pressing equipment, winding an industrial adhesive tape 702 on the surface of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701, and temporarily shaping the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701;
when the PE100 lining pipe 1002 with the circular cross section passes through the pre-pressing disc 201, the top of the PE100 lining pipe 1002 with the circular cross section is pressed by the pre-pressing disc 201, so that the top of the PE100 lining pipe 1002 with the circular cross section is slightly deformed, then when the PE100 lining pipe 1002 passes through the shaft pressing mechanism 3 on one side of the pre-pressing disc 201, the top of the PE100 lining pipe 1002 with the smaller deformation is vertically pressed downwards, the cross section of the PE100 lining pipe 1002 is changed from a circle to an ellipse, the purpose is to increase the contact surface of the top end of the PE100 lining pipe 1002, and the pressing process of the initial pressing disc 202 and the transition disc 203 is smoother;
when the liner pipe 1002 of the PE100 moves to the positions of the start-pressure disc 202 and the transition disc 203 along with the movement of the liner pipe 1002 of the PE100, the top of the liner pipe 1002 of the PE100 is gradually largely deformed under the pressing action of the start-pressure disc 202 and the transition disc 203, the top of the liner pipe 1002 of the PE100 is recessed downward, and simultaneously, the guide compression rod group 5 compresses the pipe walls at the two sides of the liner pipe 1002 of the PE100 toward the middle, so that the inner diameter of the liner pipe 1002 of the PE100 is reduced as a whole.
Fifthly, the end face of the tail end of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701 after being pressed is welded with a vacuumizing sealing plug 8, the end face of the head end of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701 is welded with a sealing drag head 9, a vacuumizing device is externally connected with a vacuumizing pipe 805 on the vacuumizing sealing plug 8 to vacuumize the interior of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701, when the vacuum degree of the interior of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701 reaches 0.01-0.012MPa, an exhaust valve 806 on the vacuumizing pipe 805 is closed, the inner diameter of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701 is further reduced and kept concave, and the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe 7 is manufactured.
Sixthly, installing a well wall roller mechanism 12 on the well wall of the sewer well at the upstream of the cement drainage pipe 1001, installing a semicircular roller mechanism 13 at the inlet end at the upstream of the cement drainage pipe 1001, installing a pipe wall antifriction mechanism 14 at the outlet end at the downstream of the cement drainage pipe 1001, and installing a steel wire rope guide roller mechanism 15 on the opposite well wall at the outlet end at the downstream of the cement drainage pipe 1001, so that the influence of friction force is reduced in the process of drawing the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe 7.
And seventhly, firstly, the steel wire rope of the light winch penetrates from the end of the underground cement drain pipe 1001 at the place where the steel wire rope is placed to the other end, then the steel wire rope of the heavy winch at the other end is driven by the steel wire rope of the light winch to return to penetrate through the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired, the steel wire rope of the heavy winch is pulled to the end where the light winch is placed, the steel wire rope of the heavy winch is connected with a pulling hole 906 in a pulling head 903 of the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe 7, the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe 7 is pulled to the pipe orifice of the cement drain pipe 1001 along an auxiliary pulley unit 11 through the pulling of the heavy winch, and finally the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe 7 is pulled into the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired.
Eighthly, after the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe 7 is dragged into the cement drain pipe 1001, two ends of the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe 7 are respectively 2-3 meters longer than the cement drain pipe 1001 to be repaired and are tilted to the ground; after the pulling head 903 is removed, the air suction valve 806 on the air suction pipe 805 is opened, an air charging device is externally connected with the air suction pipe 805, and air is charged into the sealed PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe 7, so that the compressed concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701 breaks the industrial adhesive tape 702 under the action of internal pressure and elasticity of the compressed concave PE 100-grade modified pipe 701 and gradually recovers to the PE100 lining pipe 1002 with the circular section.
And in the ninth step and the rebound process, installing a silicone gasket 1003 at the position where the two ends of the PE100 lining pipe 1002 are aligned with the port of the cement drain pipe 1001, wherein the thickness of the silicone gasket 1003 is larger than the gap between the PE100 lining pipe 1002 and the cement drain pipe 1001, and when the PE100 lining pipe 1002 is restored to be in a circular section, the silicone gasket 1003 is squeezed between the PE100 lining pipe 1002 and the cement drain pipe 1001 to seal the gap between the PE100 lining pipe 1002 and the port of the cement drain pipe 1001.
Tenth, after the PE100 lining pipe 1002 is completely restored to be circular in cross section, removing the connecting pipe 901 and the sealing plate 902 of the vacuumizing sealing plug 8 and the sealing drag head 9, trimming two ports of the PE100 lining pipe 1002, installing a circle supporting inner sleeve 1004 at two port parts of the PE100 lining pipe 1002, and fixing the circle supporting inner sleeve 1004, the PE100 lining pipe 1002, a silica gel gasket 1003 and a cement drain pipe 1001 by fastening screws 1005; the installation of the PE 100-grade modified lining pipe 10 is completed, and after the water passing test of the PE 100-grade modified lining pipe 10 is accepted, the well mouths at the two ends of the repaired underground cement drain pipe 1001 are restored according to a conventional method, that is, the leakage repairing work of the underground cement drain pipe 1001 is completed.

Claims (7)

1. A method for repairing the leakage of a cement drain pipe by using a PE 100-grade modified round-concave round vacuum lining pipe comprises the following steps:
firstly, determining a repair area of a pipeline, surveying the inner diameter size, the length size and the site construction conditions of the pipeline to be repaired on site, evaluating and making a construction scheme, manufacturing a PE100 lining pipe (1002) with the diameter close to the inner diameter of a cement drainage pipe (1001) according to survey size data, and transporting the PE100 lining pipe (1002), construction equipment and auxiliary tools to a construction site;
secondly, plugging the upstream and downstream of the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired, stopping discharging sewage into the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired, and cleaning the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired in a high-pressure water washing mode to discharge residual sewage in the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired without sediment on the inner wall;
thirdly, carrying out hot-melt welding on the PE100 lining pipe (1002) and trimming the interface, wherein the PE100 lining pipe (1002) after hot-melt welding is 4-6 m longer than the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired, conveying the PE100 lining pipe (1002) after hot-melt welding to lining pipe pressing equipment for pressing, meanwhile, paving an auxiliary pulley unit (11) on the ground at the pipe orifice of the cement drain pipe (1001) and the slope in front of the pipe orifice of the cement drain pipe (1001) from the outlet end of the lining pipe pressing equipment, and respectively conveying a light winch and a heavy winch to the two ends of the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired, wherein the lining pipe pressing equipment and the light winch are placed at the same end of the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired;
fourthly, pressing the circular PE100 lining pipe (1002) into a concave PE100 modified pipe (701) through lining pipe pressing equipment, winding an industrial adhesive tape (702) on the surface of the concave PE100 modified pipe (701), and temporarily shaping the concave PE100 modified pipe (701);
the method is characterized in that:
fifthly, welding the tail end face of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe (701) after being pressed with a vacuumizing sealing plug (8), welding the head end face of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe (701) with a sealing drag head (9), vacuumizing the interior of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe (701) by externally connecting a vacuumizing device with a vacuumizing pipe (805) on the vacuumizing sealing plug (8), closing an air suction valve (806) on the vacuumizing pipe (805) when the vacuum degree of the interior of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe (701) reaches 0.01-0.012MPa, further reducing the inner diameter of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe (701) and keeping the concave shape, and finishing manufacturing the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe (7);
sixthly, installing a well wall roller mechanism (12) on the well wall of the upstream sewer well of the cement drainage pipe (1001), installing a semicircular roller mechanism (13) at the inlet end of the upstream of the cement drainage pipe (1001), installing a pipe wall antifriction mechanism (14) at the outlet end of the downstream of the cement drainage pipe (1001), and installing a steel wire rope guide roller mechanism (15) on the opposite well wall of the downstream of the cement drainage pipe (1001), so that the influence of friction force is reduced in the process of drawing the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe (7);
seventhly, firstly, a steel wire rope of a light winch penetrates through the underground cement drain pipe (1001) at the place where the light winch is placed to the other end, then the steel wire rope of a heavy winch at the other end is driven by the steel wire rope of the light winch to return to penetrate through the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired, the steel wire rope of the heavy winch is pulled to the place where the light winch is placed, the steel wire rope of the heavy winch is connected with a pulling hole (906) in a pulling head (903) of the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe (7), the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe (7) is pulled to the pipe orifice of the cement drain pipe (1001) along an auxiliary pulley unit (11) through the pulling of the heavy winch, and finally the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe is pulled into the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired;
eighthly, after the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe (7) is pulled into the cement drain pipe (1001), two ends of the PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe (7) are respectively 2-3 meters longer than the cement drain pipe (1001) to be repaired and upwarp to the ground; after the pulling head (903) is detached, an air suction valve (806) on an air suction pipe (805) is opened, an air charging device is externally connected with the air suction pipe (805), air is charged into the sealed PE 100-grade modified vacuum concave prefabricated pipe (7), and the compressed concave PE 100-grade modified pipe (701) breaks the industrial adhesive tape (702) under the action of internal pressure and self elasticity and is gradually restored to a PE100 lining pipe (1002) with a circular section;
in the ninth step and the rebound process, a silicone gasket (1003) is arranged at the position where two ends of the PE100 lining pipe (1002) are aligned with the port of the cement drain pipe (1001), the thickness of the silicone gasket (1003) is larger than the gap between the PE100 lining pipe (1002) and the cement drain pipe (1001), and when the PE100 lining pipe (1002) is restored to be in a circular section, the silicone gasket (1003) is squeezed between the PE100 lining pipe (1002) and the cement drain pipe (1001) to seal the gap between the PE100 lining pipe (1002) and the port of the cement drain pipe (1001);
tenth, after the PE100 lining pipe (1002) is completely restored to be circular in cross section, removing a vacuumizing sealing plug (8) and a connecting pipe (901) and a sealing plate (902) of a sealing drag head (9), trimming two ports of the PE100 lining pipe (1002), installing a circle supporting inner sleeve (1004) at two port openings of the PE100 lining pipe (1002), and fixing the circle supporting inner sleeve (1004), the PE100 lining pipe (1002), a silica gel gasket (1003) and a cement drain pipe (1001) by fastening screws (1005); the PE 100-grade modified lining pipe (10) is installed, after the PE 100-grade modified lining pipe (10) is tested and accepted through water, well mouths at two ends of the repaired underground cement drainage pipe (1001) are restored according to a conventional method, and then the leakage repairing work of the underground cement drainage pipe (1001) is completed;
the lining pipe pressing equipment consists of a rack (1), a pressure plate group (2), a pressure shaft mechanism (3), a guide compression rod group (5), a bundling mechanism (4) and a support mechanism (6), wherein the support mechanism (6) is arranged at the bottom of the rack (1) at intervals, the pressure plate group (2) is arranged at the upper part of the rack between the support mechanisms (6), the guide compression rod group (5) is arranged in the rack (1) at two sides of the pressure plate group (2), the pressure shaft mechanism (3) is arranged at two ends of the rack (1), and the bundling mechanism (4) is arranged at the outer side of the pressure shaft mechanism (3) at the outlet end of the rack (1);
the vacuumizing sealing plug (8) is composed of a sleeve (801), a sealing disc (802), an assembling pipe (804) and an exhaust pipe (805), the sealing disc (802) is manufactured in the sleeve (801), one side of the sealing disc (802) is welded with the end face of a concave PE 100-grade modified pipe (701), an assembling boss (803) is manufactured on the center position of the sealing disc (802), an assembling hole is manufactured in the assembling boss (803), an assembling pipe (804) is fixedly installed in the assembling hole, threads are arranged on the assembling pipe (804), the exhaust pipe (805) is installed on the assembling pipe (804) through the threads, an exhaust valve (806) is arranged on the exhaust pipe (805), and a vacuum pressure gauge (806) is arranged on the sealing disc (802) on one side of the assembling boss (807).

The method for repairing the leakage of the cement drain pipe by using the PE 100-grade modified round-concave round vacuum lining pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the sealing drag head (9) consists of a connecting pipe (901), a sealing plate (902) and a drag head (903), wherein the sealing plate (902) is manufactured in the connecting pipe (901), and one side of the sealing plate (902) is welded with the end surface of the concave PE 100-grade modified pipe (701); a fixing hole a (904) is formed in the outer end of the connecting pipe (901), a fixing hole b (905) is formed in one end of the pulling head (903), and the connecting pipe (901) and the pulling head (903) are fixedly connected through the fixing hole a (904) and the fixing hole b (905) through bolts;
the drawing head (903) is conical, a section of horizontal annular structure is arranged at the port of the large-diameter end of the drawing head (903), the diameter of the horizontal annular structure is 2-5 mm larger than the diameter of the opening of the connecting pipe (901), the drawing head (903) is sleeved on the outer surface of the connecting pipe (901) through the horizontal annular structure, the small-diameter end of the drawing head (903) is a tip, and a drawing hole (906) is formed in the tip.

The method for repairing the leakage of the cement drain pipe by using the PE 100-grade modified round-concave round vacuum lining pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the auxiliary pulley unit (11) is composed of two supporting plates (1101), a supporting shaft (1102) and a sliding sleeve (1104), wherein the supporting plate (1101) on one side is higher than the supporting plate (1101) on the other side, a reinforcing plate (1103) is arranged between the bottoms of the two supporting plates (1101), the supporting shaft (1102) is arranged between the upper parts of the two supporting plates (1101), and the sliding sleeve (1104) is movably sleeved on the supporting shaft (1102); every two auxiliary pulley units (11) are combined into a pair and are symmetrically arranged, and after the auxiliary pulley units are combined, the two support shafts (1102) and the two sliding sleeves (1104) are in a V shape.

The method for repairing the leakage of the cement drain pipe by using the PE 100-grade modified round-concave round vacuum lining pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the well wall roller mechanism (12) consists of two vertical rods (1201), a cross rod (1202) and rollers (1203), wherein the two vertical rods (1201) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the well wall close to the inlet end of the cement drainage pipe (1001) of the upstream drainage well, the cross rod (1202) is arranged at the bottom of the well wall close to the inlet end of the cement drainage pipe (1001) of the upstream drainage well, and the rollers (1203) are movably sleeved on the two vertical rods (1201) and the cross rod (1202).

The method for repairing the leakage of the cement drain pipe by using the PE 100-grade modified round-concave round vacuum lining pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the semicircular roller mechanism (13) is composed of an arc fixing plate (1301), an arc assembly plate (1302), a roller shaft (1303) and a roller (1304), the arc fixing plate (1301) is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the inlet end of a cement drain pipe (1001), the arc assembly plate (1302) is vertically welded on the arc fixing plate (1301), an assembly groove is formed in the arc assembly plate (1302), and the roller (1304) is installed in the assembly groove through the roller shaft (1303).

The method for repairing the leakage of the cement drain pipe by using the PE 100-grade modified round-concave round vacuum lining pipe as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the pipe wall antifriction mechanism (14) comprises an arc plate (1401), a fixed plate (1402), a fixed shaft (1403) and an arc roller (1404), wherein the arc plate (1401) is fixedly arranged at the upper part of the outlet end of the cement drain pipe (1001), the fixed plate (1402) is symmetrically arranged on two sides of the arc plate (1401), the fixed shaft (1403) is fixedly arranged between the fixed plates (1402), and the arc roller (1404) is movably sleeved on the fixed shaft (1403).
