Description

Fully degradable disposable tableware and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of disposable tableware, in particular to fully-degradable disposable tableware and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The disposable dinner plate used at present mainly comprises two main products, one is made of paper products; one type is made of plastic. The paper tableware needs a large amount of wood for manufacturing, the cost is high, and the availability is low; plastic tableware is often difficult to degrade and easily causes environmental pollution. With the increasing use of disposable tableware, the environmental problems associated with disposable tableware have also become increasingly important.
The key to solve the problems is to find a disposable tableware which is green, environment-friendly and low in production cost. Coffee is a favorite beverage for the world, and the consumption amount of the coffee is increased every year, so that a large amount of coffee grounds are generated. The treatment of the coffee grounds still remains extensive landfill treatment, which wastes a large amount of resources and poses certain threats to the ecological environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a fully degradable disposable tableware and a preparation method thereof. The disposable tableware prepared by taking the coffee grounds as the main raw materials has higher hardness, is easy to decompose when meeting water, is environment-friendly and has no pollution.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a fully degradable disposable tableware, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-60 parts of coffee grounds, 2-10 parts of gelling agent, 10-15 parts of forming agent, 10-15 parts of thickening agent, 3-10 parts of water-retaining agent and 15-20 parts of plasticizer.
Further, the water content of the coffee grounds is less than 15%; the particle size is 80-100 meshes.
Further, the gel consists of gelatin and xanthan gum according to a weight ratio of 1-5: 1-5.
Further, the forming agent comprises one or more of glutinous rice flour, starch and gypsum powder;
furthermore, the forming agent is prepared from glutinous rice flour, starch and gypsum powder in a weight ratio of 5-7: 3-5: 2-3.
Further, the thickening agent comprises one or more of modified starch, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and sodium polyacrylate;
furthermore, the thickening agent is composed of modified starch, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and sodium polyacrylate according to a weight ratio of 5-8: 3-4: 2-3.
Further, the water retention agent comprises one or two of polyvinyl alcohol and sorbitol;
furthermore, the water-retaining agent is composed of polyvinyl alcohol and sorbitol according to a weight ratio of 2-5: 1-5.
Further, the plasticizer includes glycerin, vegetable oil and water.
Furthermore, the plasticizer is composed of glycerol, vegetable oil and water according to the weight ratio of 1-3: 1-2: 13-15.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the tableware, which comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials in proportion, and stirring and mixing; rolling the stirred raw materials into a blank cake, and stamping into a geometric blank; and (5) placing the mixture into a mold for shaping, cooling and drying to obtain the product.
Further, setting temperature is 100-150 ℃, and setting time is 15-30 min; the cooling temperature is 0-4 ℃, and the cooling time is 5-10 min.
Further, in the drying process, pre-drying is carried out for 10-20 min in an air-cooled dryer, and then drying is carried out for 24-48 h at room temperature.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the fully degradable disposable tableware is prepared by taking coffee grounds as main raw materials, so that the problem that a large amount of coffee grounds are difficult to treat is solved; on the other hand, the production cost of the disposable tableware is saved. The tableware prepared by the invention is natural coffee, has coffee aroma and is more suitable for people to eat.
