C. when the trailer is braked by a main vehicle in the process of traction running, a brake air pressure signal is transmitted to a control port of an emergency relay valve 4 through a front brake pipeline 14, the emergency relay valve 4 synchronously generates brake with the same strength according to the brake air pressure signal, the brake air pressure enters a control pipeline of an ABS combination valve 7 through an air outlet of the emergency relay valve 4 and is connected to the control port of the ABS combination valve 7, the ABS combination valve 7 synchronously generates brake with the same strength according to the brake air pressure strength, the brake air pressure respectively enters the front brake pipeline 14 and a parking pipeline 8 through an air outlet of the ABS combination valve 7, the front brake pipeline 14 inflates two front brake air chambers 13 of a front axle of the trailer to generate brake, the parking pipeline 8 inflates two composite brake air chambers 10 of a rear axle of the trailer to generate brake, a rotating speed sensor 15 transmits the rotating speed of a gear ring 17 on a rear wheel 16 to the ABS combination valve 7, the ABS combination valve 7 immediately adjusts the brake air pressure output of the parking pipeline 8 according to a feedback signal of the rotating speed sensor 15, preventing the rear wheel 16 from locking;
D. when the trailer is separated from the main vehicle, the air inlet pipeline 2 and the inflation pipeline 5 lose pressure, the trailer automatically generates brake, if the trailer brake needs to be relieved, only a valve rod of a brake release valve 3 needs to be pressed inwards to be in place, at the moment, the brake release valve 3 communicates an air return pipeline 18 with the inflation pipeline 5, the air pressure of an air storage tank 6 enters an inflation interface of an emergency relay valve 4 again, the trailer brake is relieved naturally, if the air pressure in the air storage tank 6 of the trailer is too low to relieve the brake, a pressure sensor 19 in the air storage tank 6 transmits a low-pressure alarm signal to a controller 20, the controller 20 automatically triggers to switch on a power supply 22, compressed air of an air pump 21 inflates the air storage tank 6 through the air return pipeline 18, when the pressure of the air storage tank 6 reaches a rated value, the pressure sensor 19 transmits a signal to the controller 20, the controller 20 automatically switches off the power supply 22 to stop air supply, and the trailer automatically cuts off the power supply 22 to perform short-distance running movement by depending on a self-running system of the trailer, if emergency braking is needed, a valve rod of the brake release valve 3 can be pulled outwards, at the moment, the brake release valve 3 is used for communicating the air inlet pipeline 2 with the inflation pipeline 5, the air pressure of the inflation pipeline 5 is exhausted, the air pressure at the inflation interface of the emergency relay valve 4 is zero, and the trailer generates maximum braking; similarly, when the trailer needs to be normally parked, a valve rod of the brake release valve 3 can be pulled outwards, the trailer automatically brakes and parks, under the condition that the air supply of the towing main vehicle is lacked, the trailer can conveniently and quickly unlock the brake through air pressure without manual unlocking through mechanical modes such as exhaust of a brake pipeline and screwing out of a parking unlocking bolt, the response time of the fire trailer can be effectively reduced, the trailer can conveniently unlock a trailer brake system manually under the self-walking working condition besides the functions of service brake, emergency brake and parking brake when the trailer meets the towed working condition, and the trailer is ensured to have the emergency brake function in the whole moving and driving process; meanwhile, the normal pressure of the air storage tank 6 is ensured through the air pump 21, parking braking unlocking is greatly facilitated, and the problem of potential safety hazard of no braking force in the process of being moved or driving by oneself is solved.
A braking system device of a self-propelled fire trailer and a control method thereof are provided, wherein the braking system device can be used on the fire trailer and can also be used on special purpose trailers such as generator trailers with power storage devices, mobile police service room trailers and the like.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (8)
1. A braking system device of a self-propelled fire trailer, comprising a chassis (1), characterized in that: the chassis is characterized in that rear wheels (16) are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the middle of the bottom of the chassis (1) close to the left side and the front end and the rear end of the middle of the bottom of the chassis (1) close to the right side and are provided with front wheels (23), a trailer frame (24) is fixedly connected to the middle of the right side of the chassis (1), a cover body (25) is fixedly connected to the top of the chassis (1), and two composite brake air chambers (10) are fixedly connected to the middle of the top of the chassis (1).

The brake system arrangement of a self-propelled fire trailer of claim 2, wherein: gas holder (6) rear end intermediate position runs through and fixedly connected with parking pipeline (8) and parking pipeline (8) are the tee bend hose, composite brake chamber (10) right side intermediate position all runs through and is provided with parking braking interface (9), parking pipeline (8) other both ends respectively with parking braking interface (9) between fixed connection, be provided with wheel brake (11) between composite brake chamber (10) the intermediate position, fixedly connected with brake spring (12) between composite brake chamber (10) the left side intermediate position.

The brake system arrangement of a self-propelled fire trailer of claim 1, wherein: the middle of the top of the chassis (1) close to the right side is fixedly connected with a front brake air chamber (13), an air outlet of the ABS combination valve (7) is respectively fixedly connected with a front brake pipeline (14) and a parking pipeline (8), and one end of the front brake pipeline (14) is communicated with the front brake air chamber (13).

The brake system arrangement of a self-propelled fire trailer of claim 1, wherein: rear wheel (16) intermediate position fixedly connected with ring gear (17), be close to left side position fixedly connected with speed sensor (15) and ABS combination valve (7) between through controller (20) electric connection in the middle of chassis (1) top.

The brake system arrangement of a self-propelled fire trailer of claim 2, wherein: brake release valve (3) rear end bottom gas outlet fixedly connected with return air pipeline (18), fixedly connected with pressure sensor (19) on the inner wall of gas holder (6) top left side, gas holder (6) rear end fixedly connected with air pump (21), electric connection between air pump (21) right side fixedly connected with power (22) and air pump (21), electric connection between air pump (21) top fixedly connected with controller (20) and pressure sensor (19), electric connection between controller (20) and power (22), fixed connection between the gas outlet of air pump (21) and return air pipeline (18).
7. Method of controlling the braking system of a self-propelled fire fighting trailer according to claims 1-6, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
A) when the trailer runs, if the air inlet pipeline (2) or the inflation pipeline (5) is suddenly broken or leaked, the air pressure at the inflation interface of the emergency relay valve (4) is suddenly reduced, the pressure of the interface of the trailer air storage tank (6) is higher than the inflation pressure, at the moment, the air storage tank (6) inflates air to the air outlet and the pipeline of the ABS combination valve (7) through the main air supply port of the emergency relay valve (4), so that the trailer automatically brakes, and the braking strength of the trailer depends on the degree of air leakage of the pipeline. If the air charging pipeline (5) is completely broken and the air pressure at the air charging interface is reduced to zero, full emergency braking can be generated. The air inlet pipeline (2) is separated from the main vehicle after the trailer stops, the air pressure at the air inflation interface is zero, and the trailer automatically brakes; if the trailer stops for a long time, the air pressure of the air storage tank (6) and the parking pipeline (8) is reduced to a certain degree, when the air pressure of the composite brake air chamber (10) is not enough to overcome the elastic force of the brake spring (12), the wheel brake (11) automatically enters a parking brake state, and the valve rod of the brake release valve (3) is controlled to be pulled outwards to generate emergency braking in the process of self running or traction movement in a short distance through the brake release valve (3);
B) connecting an air inlet pipeline (2) to a corresponding air pressure pipeline of a tractor, allowing compressed air to enter the air inlet pipeline (2) of the trailer, connecting the air inlet pipeline (2) with an air inlet of a brake release valve (3), allowing the compressed air to enter an inflation pipeline (5) from an air outlet through automatic distribution of the brake release valve (3), allowing the inflation pipeline (5) to be connected with an inflation port of an emergency relay valve (4), allowing the compressed air to enter the inflation pipeline (5) from a main air supply port of the emergency relay valve (4) through the interior of the emergency relay valve (4) to inflate an air storage tank (6), and allowing the inflation pipeline (5) to be simultaneously communicated with the air storage tank (6), the emergency relay valve (4) and an ABS combination valve (7); the air storage tank (6) is communicated with a parking pipeline (8), compressed air enters the parking pipeline (8), the parking pipeline (8) is connected with parking brake interfaces (9) of a left composite brake air chamber and a right composite brake air chamber (10) of the rear axle, and when air pressure reaches a certain degree, the elasticity of a brake spring (12) is overcome, so that a wheel brake (11) is released from braking;
C) when the trailer brakes in the process of traction running when encountering the main trailer, a braking air pressure signal is transmitted to a control port of an emergency relay valve (4) through a front braking pipeline (14), the emergency relay valve (4) synchronously generates braking with the same strength according to the braking air pressure signal, the braking air pressure enters a control pipeline of an ABS combination valve (7) through an air outlet of the emergency relay valve (4) and is connected to the control port of the ABS combination valve (7), the ABS combination valve (7) synchronously generates braking with the same strength according to the braking air pressure strength, the braking air pressure respectively enters the front braking pipeline (14) and a parking pipeline (8) through an air outlet of the ABS combination valve (7), the front braking pipeline (14) inflates two front braking air chambers (13) of a front axle of the trailer to generate braking, the parking pipeline (8) inflates two composite braking air chambers (10) of a rear axle of the trailer to generate braking, a rotating speed sensor (15) transmits the rotating speed of a gear ring (17) on a rear wheel (16) to the ABS combination valve (7), the ABS combination valve (7) immediately adjusts the braking air pressure output of the parking pipeline (8) according to the feedback signal of the rotating speed sensor (15) to prevent the rear wheel (16) from braking;
D) when the trailer is separated from the main vehicle, the air inlet pipeline (2) and the inflation pipeline (5) lose pressure, the trailer automatically brakes, if the trailer brake needs to be relieved, only a valve rod of a brake release valve (3) needs to be pressed inwards to be in place, at the moment, the brake release valve (3) communicates the air return pipeline (18) with the inflation pipeline (5), the air pressure of the air storage tank (6) reenters an inflation interface of the emergency relay valve (4), the trailer brake is naturally relieved, if the air pressure in the air storage tank (6) of the trailer is too low to unlock the brake, a pressure sensor (19) in the air storage tank (6) transmits a low-pressure alarm signal to a controller (20), the controller (20) automatically triggers and is connected with a power supply (22), the air pump (21) compresses air to inflate the air storage tank (6) through the air return pipeline (18), and when the pressure of the air storage tank (6) reaches a rated value, the pressure sensor (19) transmits the signal to the controller (20), the controller (20) automatically cuts off the power supply (22) to stop supplying air, when the trailer runs and moves for a short distance by depending on a self running system, if emergency braking is needed, a valve rod of the brake release valve (3) can be pulled out, at the moment, the brake release valve (3) communicates the air inlet pipeline (2) with the inflation pipeline (5), the air pressure of the inflation pipeline (5) is exhausted, the air pressure at the inflation interface of the emergency relay valve (4) is zero, and the trailer brakes to the maximum extent; similarly, when the trailer needs to be normally parked, the valve rod of the brake release valve (3) can be pulled outwards, and the trailer automatically brakes and parks.
8. The brake system apparatus of a self-propelled fire trailer and the control method thereof as claimed in claims 1-7, wherein: the brake system device can be used on a fire trailer, and can also be used on special purpose trailers such as a generator trailer with a power supply energy storage device, a mobile police service room trailer and the like.
