Abstract

The invention discloses a repairing method of a sandwich composite material plate. (1) Cutting the single side or the double sides according to the damage condition of the sandwich composite material plate; (2) cutting filling core materials with the same size and shape as the gap, and filling the filling core materials in the gap; (3) cutting 1# prepreg with the same size and shape as the gap, wherein the number of the 1# prepreg is one when the prepreg is cut on one side, and the number of the 1# prepreg is two when the prepreg is cut on two sides; placing a piece of No. 1 prepreg above the gap filled with the core material, placing a layer of release film above the No. 1 prepreg, heating and melting the No. 1 prepreg, cooling, and then taking down the release film; (4) when cutting the single surface, the step is omitted; when double-sided cutting is carried out, the sandwich composite material plate is reversed, and another piece of No. 1 prepreg is attached to the other side of the filled core material according to the method in the step (3); (5) and polishing and finishing the notch to finish the repair. Example 4
