本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体为一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料。
背景技术
面料是制作衣物的重要原料,其中面料的特性直接影响成品衣物的使用效果。
现有的面料通常未设置有抗菌功能,而贴身穿着的衣物不可避免的会滋生细菌,这一点在需要长期穿着的冬季衣物中尤其明显,并且现有的在冬季使用的面料通常填充有大量保暖材料,该部分保暖材料吸湿性强,且难以晒该,使得现有的面料在水洗后需要长时间晾晒,使用起来不够实用,现有的面料通常未设置有弹性复位结构,受到挤压或折叠变形后,需要人工反复拍打才能部分恢复蓬松,不但影响保暖效果,使用起来也不够便捷,针对上述问题,需要对现有设备进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的面料通常未设置有抗菌功能,而贴身穿着的衣物不可避免的会滋生细菌,这一点在需要长期穿着的冬季衣物中尤其明显,并且现有的在冬季使用的面料通常填充有大量保暖材料,该部分保暖材料吸湿性强,且难以晒该,使得现有的面料在水洗后需要长时间晾晒,使用起来不够实用,现有的面料通常未设置有弹性复位结构,受到挤压或折叠变形后,需要人工反复拍打才能部分恢复蓬松,不但影响保暖效果,使用起来也不够便捷的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,包括亲肤层、防水层、保温层、染色层和涤纶线,
所述亲肤层上侧缝合设置有防水层,且亲肤层下侧喷涂有银离子抗菌涂层,所述亲肤层上侧贴合设置有防水层,且防水层内侧包裹有两层保温层,所述防水层上侧贴合设置有染色层,且染色层、亲肤层、防水层之间以及保温层之间通过缝纫线缝合。
优选的,所述亲肤层由棉线与麻线交织制成。
优选的,所述防水层包括基布和聚氨酯涂层,且聚氨酯涂层喷涂在基布远离保温层的一侧。
优选的,所述保温层包括记忆棉和鸭绒,所述记忆棉呈网状,所述鸭绒填充在网状记忆棉间隙内部。
优选的,两层所述保温层内的记忆棉呈交错设置,且保温层外侧贴合防水层内壁。
优选的,所述染色层由涤纶线纺织制成,且涤纶线由聚酯纤维与碳纤维制成。
优选的,所述缝纫线由聚酰胺纤维与导电纤维混纺制成,且缝纫线与亲肤层以及染色层构成电性连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,
(1)设置有涤纶线和染色层,染色层内部的碳纤维吸收聚酯纤维摩擦时产生的静电,随后碳纤维将静电通过涤纶线内部的导电纤维传递至人体,由于人体通过导电纤维以及碳纤维持续与染色层电性连接,避免了电荷在染色层内部积蓄,继而起到了防静电的作用;
(2)设置有亲肤层和银离子抗菌涂层,喷涂在亲肤层下侧的抗菌涂层优先接触并杀死人体表的细菌,使用起来更加安全;
(3)设置有记忆棉和鸭绒,保温层在受到挤压或折叠时,记忆棉缓慢回弹复位,同时网状记忆棉间隙中的鸭绒随之复位,便于该面料自动恢复到原有形状,使用起来更具有实用性;
(4)设置有防水层和保温层,防水层包裹在保温层外侧,而防水层由基布与聚氨酯涂层构成,聚氨酯涂层属于防水透气材料,该面料正常使用时,透气效果良好,而该面料在清洗时,防水层防止水侵入保温层内部,极大的降低了该面料所需晾晒的时间,使用起来更加便捷。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-6,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示,亲肤层1上侧缝合设置有防水层2,且亲肤层1下侧喷涂有银离子抗菌涂层3,亲肤层1由棉线7与麻线8交织制成,提高亲肤层1的透气性与亲肤性,使得该面料穿着更加舒适,防水层2包括基布9和聚氨酯涂层10,且聚氨酯涂层10喷涂在基布9远离保温层4的一侧,聚氨酯涂层10起到防水透气的作用,避免在清洗该面料时水侵入保温层4内部,亲肤层1上侧贴合设置有防水层2,且防水层2内侧包裹有两层保温层4,保温层4包括记忆棉11和鸭绒12,记忆棉11呈网状,鸭绒12填充在网状记忆棉11间隙内部,使得记忆棉11在回弹时,鸭绒12随之复位,同时该面料内侧的空气通过网状记忆棉11之间的间隙流通,两层保温层4内的记忆棉11呈交错设置,且保温层4外侧贴合防水层2内壁,两层记忆棉11完全复位时,保温层4外端贴紧防水层2内壁,使得该面料更加紧实,防水层2上侧贴合设置有染色层5,且染色层5、亲肤层1、防水层2之间以及保温层4之间通过缝纫线6缝合,染色层5由涤纶线13纺织制成,且涤纶线13由聚酯纤维14与碳纤维15制成,聚酯纤维14具有良好的着水性能,同时聚酯纤维14摩擦时产生的静电可以通过碳纤维15排出,缝纫线6由聚酰胺纤维16与导电纤维17混纺制成,且缝纫线6与亲肤层1以及染色层5构成电性连接,使碳纤维15通过导电纤维17与人体表电性连通,便于静电直接排放至人体表,缝纫线6中聚酰胺纤维16与导电纤维17之间的比例为19:1,在保证强度的情况下使缝纫线6具有导电性能,涤纶线13中聚酰胺纤维16与碳纤维15之间的比例为9:1,在保证强度的情况下使涤纶线13具有导电性能。
工作原理:在使用该具有抗菌功能的防静电面料时,首先该面料制成衣物,穿着衣物时,亲肤层1直接接触人体表,棉线7与麻线8交织在降低亲肤层1缩水性的同时保证舒适度,此时银离子抗菌涂层3直接与人体表接触,编码银离子抗菌涂层3持续消灭人体表的细菌,避免细菌在衣物中繁殖,使用起来更加健康,染色层5主体由聚酯纤维14制成,该结构的染色层5具有不易褪色等优点,而聚酯纤维14摩擦产生静电时,静电传通过碳纤维15以及导电纤维17传导至人体表,由于人体表通过碳纤维15以及导电纤维17持续与聚酯纤维14电性连接,避免了电荷积蓄,继而避免了高电压静电的产生,缝纫线6由聚酰胺纤维16与导电纤维17混纺制成,提高了缝纫线6的强度,在需要清洗该面料制成的衣物时,防水层2外侧的聚氨酯涂层10起到防水作用,避免水分侵入保温层4,减少了该面料的吸水量,缩短了水洗后需要晾晒的时间,使用起来更具有实用性,而聚氨酯涂层10、棉线7、麻线8、基布9、鸭绒12以及涤纶线13均具有透气的特性,使得该面料制成的衣物穿着时更加舒适,这就完成了全部工作,本说明书中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。
术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为便于描述本发明的简化描述,而不是指示或暗指所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、为特定的方位构造和操作,因而不能理解为对本发明保护内容的限制。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,包括亲肤层(1)、防水层(2)、保温层(4)、染色层(5)和涤纶线(13),其特征在于:
所述亲肤层(1)上侧缝合设置有防水层(2),且亲肤层(1)下侧喷涂有银离子抗菌涂层(3),所述亲肤层(1)上侧贴合设置有防水层(2),且防水层(2)内侧包裹有两层保温层(4),所述防水层(2)上侧贴合设置有染色层(5),且染色层(5)、亲肤层(1)、防水层(2)之间以及保温层(4)之间通过缝纫线(6)缝合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,其特征在于:所述亲肤层(1)由棉线(7)与麻线(8)交织制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,其特征在于:所述防水层(2)包括基布(9)和聚氨酯涂层(10),且聚氨酯涂层(10)喷涂在基布(9)远离保温层(4)的一侧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,其特征在于:所述保温层(4)包括记忆棉(11)和鸭绒(12),所述记忆棉(11)呈网状,所述鸭绒(12)填充在网状记忆棉(11)间隙内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,其特征在于:两层所述保温层(4)内的记忆棉(11)呈交错设置,且保温层(4)外侧贴合防水层(2)内壁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,其特征在于:所述染色层(5)由涤纶线(13)纺织制成,且涤纶线(13)由聚酯纤维(14)与碳纤维(15)制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,其特征在于:所述缝纫线(6)由聚酰胺纤维(16)与导电纤维(17)混纺制成,且缝纫线(6)与亲肤层(1)以及染色层(5)构成电性连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,其特征在于:所述缝纫线(6)中聚酰胺纤维(16)与导电纤维(17)之间的比例为19:1。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有抗菌功能的防静电面料,其特征在于:所述涤纶线(13)中聚酰胺纤维(16)与碳纤维(15)之间的比例为9:1。
