In this embodiment, the tension monitoring data of the tension detecting mechanism 5 is fed back to the control module, and the control module controls the rotation speed of the feeding mechanism 4.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8-9, a second pressing roller 50 is further disposed between the vacuum adsorption platform 1 and the material pulling mechanism 3, the second pressing roller 50 is lower than the top adsorption surface of the vacuum adsorption platform 1, and the flexible board 10 is transported through the bottom of the second pressing roller 50.
In addition, the embodiment is matched with the first pressing roller 53 and the second pressing roller 50 which are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the vacuum adsorption platform 1 in a low mode, and the two ends of the flexible board part located on the vacuum adsorption platform 1 are pressed and tensioned, so that the smooth attachment of the flexible board part is further ensured.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 13, the laser cutting module 200 includes a cutting unit 7 and a positioning unit 8.
As shown in fig. 1, the cutting unit 7 includes a laser transmitter 71, a beam splitter module 72 disposed in the middle of the Y-axis transmission unit 102, two sets of mirror modules 73 and a vibrating mirror module 74 corresponding to the two sets of feeding modules 300 disposed on two sides of the beam splitter module 72, and a laser beam emitted by the laser transmitter 71 is divided into two paths by the beam splitter module 72 and is respectively transmitted to the mirror module 73, and then reflected by the mirror module 73 to the vibrating mirror module 74, and then laser cutting is performed on the flexible board.
The positioning unit 8 is used for detecting damage and position deviation of the flexible board 10 and feeding back to the control module. When the position deviation is detected, the positioning unit 8 shoots and acquires a plurality of position point images of the flexible board and transmits the position point images to the control module, the control module compares the position point images of the flexible board 10 with the standard position point images to determine an error value, and when the cutting unit 7 performs laser cutting, the control module controls the transmission module 100 to compensate the error value.
Preferably, the positioning unit 8 is configured to be capable of being lifted and lowered, as shown in fig. 13, and includes a CCD camera 81 and an LED ring lamp 82, where the lower end of the CCD camera 81 is movably disposed through the LED ring lamp 82.

In this embodiment, the same or corresponding parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, and only the differences from the first embodiment will be described below for the sake of brevity. The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that:
preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the material pulling mechanism 3 further includes two spacing adjusting assemblies 35 disposed on two sides of the material pulling mounting seat 31, and the driven roller 33 is rotatably mounted on the spacing adjusting assemblies 35, and is driven by the spacing adjusting assemblies 35 to vertically lift and lower to adjust the thickness of the conveying channel 30.
In the present embodiment, the flexible board 10 passes through the conveying passage 30, and the distance between the driven roller 33 and the driving roller 32 is adjusted in accordance with the thickness of the flexible board 10, i.e., the thickness of the conveying passage 30 is adjusted so that the flexible board is conveyed forward by the rolling friction of the driving roller 33 and the driving roller 32.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the interval adjusting assembly 35 includes a guide post 36 vertically installed, an adjusting plate 37 vertically slidably installed on the guide post 36, and an adjusting driving part 38 for driving the adjusting plate 37 to vertically slide, and both ends of the driven roller 33 are correspondingly rotatably installed on the adjusting plate 37.

preferably, as shown in fig. 14, the cutting unit 6 includes a cutter portion 61 mounted to slide vertically, a cutting driving portion 62 driving the cutter portion 61 to slide vertically, and a cutting bottom plate 63 positioned below the cutter portion 61 and adapted to perform a cutting operation in cooperation with the cutter portion 61.
In this embodiment, the cutter portion 61 of the cutting unit 6 is slidably mounted on the pulling mounting seat 31 of the pulling mechanism 3, the cutting driving portion 62 is fixedly mounted on the pulling mounting seat 31, and the driving end of the cutting driving portion 62 is fixedly connected with the cutter portion 61.
Preferably, the cutter portion 61 is provided with an elastic pressing portion 64, and when the cutter portion 61 moves downward, the elastic pressing portion 64 elastically compresses and presses the flexible board 10 to be cut against the cutting bottom plate 63.
It should be noted that, the elastic pressing portion 64 includes an elastic portion vertically and fixedly mounted on the cutter portion 61 and a pressing plate fixedly mounted on a free end of a bottom portion of the elastic portion, and when the cutter portion 61 starts to move down but is not in contact with the flexible plate, the pressing plate contacts the flexible plate and presses the flexible plate against the cutting bottom plate 63, so as to perform auxiliary pressing for cutting.
Example IV
The method for performing laser cutting on the flexible board by using the flexible board laser precision cutting system and the method thereof in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step one, constant-speed transmission: the transmission unit 302 with front traction force continuously transmits the flexible board 10, and in the transmission process, the tension of the flexible board at the rear end is detected and the traction force at the front end is matched and adjusted so that the speed of the front end and the rear end of the flexible board 10 is consistent;
in the first step, the material pulling mechanism 3 at the front end pulls the flexible board 10 continuously released from the feeding mechanism 4, the flexible board 10 is tensioned and conveyed by the cooperation of the first pressing roller 53, the tensioning roller 52, the second pressing roller 50, the driving roller 32 and the driven roller 33, in the conveying process, the tension sensor 51 at the rear end detects the conveying tension of the flexible board, the detection result is fed back to the control module, and the control module controls the rotating speed of the driving roller 32, so that the speed of the front end and the rear end of the flexible board 10 is always consistent.
Step two, rolling and adsorbing: when the flexible board 10 is conveyed to the vacuum adsorption platform 1, the vacuum adsorption platform 1 gradually flatly adsorbs the flexible board 10 by matching with the rolling process of the rolling mechanism 2;
in the second step, the adsorption sealing door of the vacuum suction device of the vacuum adsorption platform 1 is synchronously opened in cooperation with the rolling process of the press roller part 23, and the adsorption is gradually completed from line to surface, thereby effectively preventing bubbles and wrinkles.
Step three, laser cutting: the laser cutting module 200 is driven by the transmission module 100 to perform multi-axis movement, and after the laser cutting module 200 performs shooting detection and feedback of damage and deviation of the flexible board 10, the flexible board 10 is subjected to multiple laser cutting;
in the third step, the cut waste is vaporized by adopting a mode of multiple cutting, so that carbonization is prevented from remaining on the flexible board.
Step four, transmitting and outputting: the cut flexible board 10 is transferred to the discharge end of the feeding module 300, and after being cut by the cutting unit 6, the cut flexible board is discharged from the receiving board 60.

Claims (4)

1. The flexible board laser precision cutting system comprises a transmission module (100) and a laser cutting module (200) for carrying out laser cutting on a flexible board (10), and is characterized in that the laser cutting module (200) is arranged on the transmission module (100) and driven by the transmission module to carry out multi-axis movement, and further comprises a feeding module (300), wherein the feeding module (300) comprises a positioning unit (301) which is positioned below a cutting end of the laser cutting module (200) and is used for carrying out adsorption positioning on the flexible board (10) and a transmission unit (302) which is used for continuously transmitting the flexible board (10) to pass through the upper part of the positioning unit (301); the positioning unit (301) comprises a vacuum adsorption platform (1) and a rolling mechanism (2) arranged on the vacuum adsorption platform (1) in a sliding manner;
the vacuum adsorption platform (1) comprises an adsorption platform (11) with a negative pressure cavity inside, adsorption holes (12) communicated with the negative pressure cavity are uniformly distributed on the adsorption platform (11), and a vacuum pumping device is externally connected with the negative pressure cavity; the rolling mechanism (2) comprises guide rails (21) arranged on two sides of the vacuum adsorption platform (1), a compression roller part (22) arranged on the two guide rails (21) in a sliding mode, and a rolling driving part (23) for driving the compression roller part (22) to linearly slide; the adsorption sealing door of the vacuumizing device is synchronously opened in cooperation with the rolling process of the compression roller part (22);
the transmission unit (302) comprises a material pulling mechanism (3) arranged at the front end of the positioning unit (301) and a feeding mechanism (4) arranged at the rear end of the positioning unit (301); the flexible board (10) is continuously released by the feeding mechanism (4) and is pulled by the pulling mechanism (3) to be conveyed forwards;
the transmission unit (302) further comprises a tension detection mechanism (5) arranged between the feeding mechanism (4) and the positioning unit (301); -said flexible sheet (10) is transported in tension through said tension detection means (5);
the tension detection mechanism (5) comprises a tension sensor (51), a tension roller (52) arranged on the tension sensor (51) and first compression rollers (53) which are arranged on two sides of the tension roller (52) in two components, wherein the first compression rollers (53) are lower than the tension roller (52) and the top adsorption surface of the vacuum adsorption platform (1), and the flexible board (10) is transmitted through the bottom of the first compression roller (53) and the top of the tension roller (52);
a second press roller (50) is further arranged between the vacuum adsorption platform (1) and the material pulling mechanism (3), the second press roller (50) is lower than the top adsorption surface of the vacuum adsorption platform (1), and the flexible board (10) is transmitted through the bottom of the second press roller (50);
the material pulling mechanism (3) comprises a material pulling mounting seat (31), a driving roller (32) and a driven roller (33) which are rotatably mounted on the material pulling mounting seat (31), and a material pulling driving part (34) which drives the driving roller (32) to rotate, wherein the driving roller (32) and the driven roller (33) are arranged in an up-and-down matching way, and a transmission channel (30) of the flexible board (10) is formed between the driving roller and the driven roller;
the material pulling mechanism (3) further comprises two spacing adjusting assemblies (35) which are arranged on two sides of the material pulling installation seat (31), and the driven roller (33) is rotatably arranged on the spacing adjusting assemblies (35) and is driven by the spacing adjusting assemblies (35) to vertically lift so as to adjust the thickness of the transmission channel (30).
2. The flexible board laser precision cutting system according to claim 1, wherein the cutting system is configured as a double-station structure, and two groups of the feeding modules (300) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the transmission module (100).
3. The flexible board laser precision cutting system according to claim 1, wherein the feeding module (300) further comprises a cutting unit (6) disposed at an output front end of the transmission unit (302).
4. A method of laser cutting a flexible board using the flexible board laser precision cutting system of any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
step one, constant-speed transmission: the transmission unit (302) with front traction force continuously transmits the flexible board (10), and in the transmission process, tension detection is carried out on the flexible board at the rear end and the traction force at the front end is matched and adjusted, so that the speed of the front end and the rear end of the flexible board (10) is consistent;
step two, rolling and adsorbing: when the flexible board (10) is conveyed to the vacuum adsorption platform (1), the vacuum adsorption platform (1) is matched with the rolling process of the rolling mechanism (2) to smoothly adsorb the flexible board (10) gradually;
step three, laser cutting: the laser cutting module (200) is driven by the transmission module (100) to perform multi-axis movement, and after the laser cutting module (200) performs shooting detection and feedback of damage and deviation on the flexible board (10), the flexible board (10) is subjected to multiple laser cutting;
step four, transmitting and outputting: and after the cut flexible board (10) is transmitted to the discharge end of the feeding module (300) for cutting, outputting and discharging.
