step one, after the stainless steel water collecting tank continuously works for a period of time, the controller controls the hydraulic lifting platform 2 to lift the stainless steel tank body 1, so that the upper end of the stainless steel tank body 1 is higher than the water surface, and the water outlet 49 on the side wall of the stainless steel tank body 1 is opened by the leakage-proof frame 48 in the process of continuously lifting, so that the water above the lower part of the stainless steel tank body 1 is discharged;
step two, the controller controls to open the sewage discharge electromagnetic valve, and water in the stainless steel tank body 1 is thoroughly discharged through the sludge discharge port 5;
