A health product for protecting liver, preventing alcoholic liver, neutralizing the effect of alcoholic drinks and sobering up is characterized by being prepared from 20-40 parts by weight of prepared penthorum chinense pursh, 1-20 parts by weight of kudzuvine root, 1-20 parts by weight of Chinese yam, 0.5-3 parts by weight of gordon euryale seed, 1-5 parts by weight of xylitol and 30-60 parts by weight of oligomannose.
2. A health product for protecting liver, preventing alcoholic liver, neutralizing the effect of alcoholic drinks and sobering up is characterized by being prepared from 20-80 parts of penthorum chinense pursh, 1-40 parts of kudzuvine root, 1-40 parts of Chinese yam and 0.5-3 parts of gordon euryale seed in equal parts by weight.
3. A method for preparing a health product for protecting liver, preventing alcoholic liver, neutralizing the effect of alcoholic drinks and sobering up according to claim 1, which comprises the following steps:
1) taking the following medicinal materials: cleaning penthorum chinense Pursh, radix Puerariae, rhizoma Dioscoreae, and semen euryales, slicing, sun drying or drying at low temperature, cooling, pulverizing, sieving with 60 mesh sieve, adding 70-95% ethanol 4-8 times of the total weight of the materials, heating and reflux extracting once, and filtering to obtain medicinal liquid; adding water 4-8 times of the total weight of the medicinal materials into the residue, reflux-extracting under heating twice, filtering to obtain medicinal liquid, and discarding the residue; mixing extractive solutions, recovering ethanol under reduced pressure, concentrating to about 30-40%, sterilizing at high temperature, spray drying, and sieving with 80 mesh sieve;
2) taking the following food materials: adding water which is 5-8 times of the total weight of food materials into the purified konjac flour, adding a proper amount of cellulase, stirring and hydrolyzing for 90 minutes at a constant temperature of 45 ℃, centrifuging at a high speed to remove large dregs, screening and deslagging by using an ultrafiltration membrane for the second time, removing impurities by using a nanofiltration membrane for the third time, concentrating to about 35-45% in vacuum, sterilizing at a high temperature, spray-drying, and sieving by using a 80-mesh sieve to obtain the mannose oligomer for later use;
3) taking the following auxiliary materials for standby: xylitol;
4) weighing the penthorum chinense pursh, the radix puerariae, the Chinese yam and the semen euryales in the step 1), the mannose oligomer in the step 2) and the xylitol in the step 3) according to different weight parts, and combining and three-dimensionally mixing to obtain a finished product.
