Description

Plant sterol (ester) grease applied to shampoo or shower gel
Technical Field
The invention relates to phytosterol (ester) grease applied to shampoo or shower gel.
Background
Chinese patent document No. CN 1399520a discloses a phytosterol and phytostanol composition at 26.02/2003, which contains: 1) a compound selected from the group consisting of phytosterols and phytostanols; and 2) an isolated water-soluble or water-dispersible protein; wherein the weight ratio of protein 2) to compound 1) is about 0.1: 1 to about 10: 1. wherein the composition is dried to a water dispersible powder. The phytosterol and phytostanol compositions are not ideal for application in shampoos or body washes and are in need of improvement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the phytosterol (ester) grease which has good effect and is applied to shampoo or shower gel, so as to overcome the defects in the prior art.
The phytosterol (ester) grease applied to shampoo or shower gel is designed according to the purpose, and is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-60 parts of phytosterol isostearate, 10-60 parts of phytosterol oleate, 10-60 parts of phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauric acid acyl glutamate, 10-60 parts of PPG-3 octyl ether, 1-10 parts of hydrogenated jojoba oil and 1-10 parts of sunflower seed oil.
Further, the phytosterol (ester) grease applied to the shampoo or the shower gel also comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.5-5 parts of panthenol and 0.5-5 parts of phytosphingosine.
Further, the phytosterol (ester) grease applied to the shampoo or the shower gel also comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-8 parts of tocopheryl acetate, 1-10 parts of methyl dihydrojasmonate, 0.05-3 parts of phenoxyethanol and 0.05-3 parts of ethylhexyl glycerol.
Furthermore, the phytosterol (ester) grease is uniform and transparent.
The phytosterol (ester) grease obtained by adopting the technical scheme is liquid, is uniform and transparent in appearance, and cannot be layered or precipitated; compared with the traditional phytosterol (ester) grease on the market at present, the oil-water-based hair conditioner does not reduce viscosity or viscosity, does not reduce foaming rate, can provide smooth and moist feeling of hair, can protect scalp keratinocytes and realizes oil-water balance.
When the phytosterol (ester) grease obtained by the invention is added into common shampoo, viscosity reduction and defoaming are not caused; when the shampoo is added into the shampoo without silicone oil and sulfate surfactant system, the moisture of the dry combing and warm combing of the shampoo can be improved.
In conclusion, the shampoo has the characteristics of no viscosity reduction and no defoaming, and can realize oil-water balance and improve the smooth feeling and the moistening feeling of hair when being added into common shampoo and shower gel.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a diagram illustrating the change of foam height after phytosterol oil is added to a formula a of a traditional shampoo according to an embodiment of the present invention in a mass ratio of 0.5% to 2%.
Fig. 2 is a viscosity change diagram of a conventional shampoo in which phytosterol (ester) oil is added to a formula a in an amount of 0.5 to 2% by weight.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the phytosterol oil applied to shampoo or body wash comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-60 parts of phytosterol isostearate, 10-60 parts of phytosterol oleate, 10-60 parts of phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauric acid acyl glutamate, 10-60 parts of PPG-3 octyl ether, 1-10 parts of hydrogenated jojoba oil and 1-10 parts of sunflower seed oil.
The phytosterol (ester) grease obtained by the technical scheme is subject to the liquid which can form uniform transparent body, does not separate layers and does not precipitate. When turbidity, separation or precipitation occurs, it indicates that the mixing ratio is problematic or the progress of the reaction is not thorough, resulting in failure to mix the oil esters.
The physical and chemical indexes of the phytosterol (ester) grease obtained by the invention are shown in the table I.

The phytosterol (ester) grease obtained by the technical scheme can not be reduced in viscosity and defoamed when used in shampoo.
The following tests were performed with formulation a of a conventional shampoo.
The traditional formula A of the traditional shampoo comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of sodium fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether mercaptide, 10 parts of ammonium fatty alcohol sulfate, 1.5 parts of cocamide MEA, 2.0 parts of ethylene glycol distearate, 3.5 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.08 part of methylisothiazolinone, 0.2 part of phenoxyethanol, 0.5 part of sodium benzoate, 5.0 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 0.5 part of chamomile (CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA) flower extract, 0.5 part of essence, and H261.22 parts of O, namely,
the formula A of the traditional shampoo is mixed to obtain the traditional shampoo.
The phytosterol (ester) grease with the mass ratio of 0.5-2% is added into the formula A of the traditional shampoo, the foam is measured by a Roche foam tester, and the test result is shown in figure 1.
The ordinate in fig. 1 refers to the foam height in millimeters.
The test result of fig. 1 shows that the foam height of the conventional shampoo is reduced to a small extent as the addition amount of the phytosterol-based oil increases, that is, the foam height of the conventional shampoo is less affected when the phytosterol-based oil of the present invention is added to the conventional shampoo.
The phytosterol (ester) grease with the mass ratio of 0.5-2% is added into the formula A of the traditional shampoo, the viscosity change is detected by an NDJ-1 viscosity detector, and the test result is shown in figure 2.
The ordinate in fig. 2 is the particle size, which is given in mpa.s.
The test result of fig. 2 is that the viscosity of the conventional shampoo increases to a relatively small extent as the addition amount of the phytosterol-based oil increases, that is, the viscosity of the conventional shampoo is less affected when the phytosterol-based oil of the present invention is added thereto.
