The method can quickly and accurately determine the professional network management warning information of the target user equipment from the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment according to the matching table of the 5G private network equipment coverage area and the enterprise user equipment position, and can improve the subsequent user warning information determining efficiency.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network device and the location of the enterprise user device may include the 5G private network device, a serving cell of the 5G private network device, a coverage area of the 5G private network, and a location where the user device of the enterprise user is located. In an embodiment of the invention, the professional network management warning information of the target user equipment is determined from the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment according to the coverage area of the 5G private network equipment and the position matching table of the enterprise user equipment. For example, according to the correspondence between the 5G private network device, the 5G private network device serving cell, the 5G private network coverage area, and the location of the user device of the enterprise user in table 1, the professional network management warning information related to the correspondence can be determined from the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user device, and is used as the professional network management warning information of the target user device.

As shown in fig. 5, the step S240 may specifically include steps S510 to S520.
In step S510, an alarm category matching table is acquired.
In step S520, according to the professional network management alarm information of the target user equipment, the corresponding user alarm information is matched from the alarm category matching table.
The method can quickly and accurately match the corresponding user alarm information from the alarm category matching table according to the professional network management alarm information of the target user equipment, so that enterprise users can acquire the alarm information with high readability in time, and the purpose of monitoring the 5G private network equipment by the enterprise users is achieved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the content of the alarm category matching table may dynamically configure the alarm information content related to the production operation of the enterprise user according to the relationship between the 5G private network and the production operation of the enterprise user. In this way, an automatic adaptive user-level management function can be provided for a plurality of 5G enterprise users, the user requirements of the 5G industry are met, and the vertical industry is enabled.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the alarm category matching table may include a correspondence between types of professional network management alarm information and user alarm information. Specifically, as shown in table 2:

In an embodiment of the invention, according to professional network management alarm information of target user equipment, user alarm information corresponding to the professional network management alarm information is matched from an alarm category matching table. For example, according to the category of the professional network management warning information of the target user equipment, the user warning information corresponding to the category of the professional network management warning information can be matched from the warning category matching table.

The method can periodically obtain the identifier of the 5G private network equipment connected with the enterprise user equipment, judge whether the identifier of the 5G private network equipment connected with the enterprise user equipment is in the association list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment, if not, update the association list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment according to the identifier of the 5G private network equipment connected with the enterprise user equipment, thus dynamically adjusting the content in the association list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment, and using the latest association list when filtering the professional network management alarm information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the location of the user equipment of the enterprise user changes, the user equipment may report the IDs of the serving cell and the connected 5G private network device to the user-level network management server in time. Therefore, the association list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment can be updated in time according to the ID of the 5G private network equipment connected with the current user equipment.
Fig. 7 schematically shows a flow chart of a method for monitoring enterprise user equipment based on a 5G private network according to another embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 7, the method further includes steps S710 to S730.
In step S710, the identities of the serving cell and the 5G private network device connected to the enterprise user equipment are periodically obtained.
In step S720, it is determined whether the identities of the serving cell and the 5G private network device connected to the enterprise user device are in the matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network device and the location of the enterprise user device.
In step S730, if not, the matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network device and the location of the enterprise user device is updated according to the identifier of the serving cell and the 5G private network device connected to the enterprise user device.
The method can periodically obtain the identifications of the service cell and the 5G private network device connected with the enterprise user equipment, judge whether the identifications of the service cell and the 5G private network device connected with the enterprise user equipment are in a matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network device and the position of the enterprise user equipment, if not, update the matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network device and the position of the enterprise user equipment according to the identifications of the service cell and the 5G private network device connected with the enterprise user equipment, thus dynamically adjusting the content in the matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network device and the position of the enterprise user equipment, and enabling the follow-up network management to use the latest matching table when determining the professional network management alarm information of the target user equipment.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after the location of the user equipment of the enterprise user changes, the user equipment may report the IDs of the serving cell and the connected 5G private network device to the user-level network management server in time. Therefore, the association list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment can be updated in time according to the ID of the service cell connected with the user equipment and the ID of the connected 5G private network equipment.
Fig. 8 schematically shows a flow chart of a method for monitoring enterprise user equipment based on a 5G private network according to another embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the method further includes steps S810 to S820.
In step S810, the operation and maintenance service requirement of the enterprise user is obtained periodically.
In step S820, the alarm category matching table is updated according to the operation and maintenance service requirement of the enterprise user.
The method can periodically acquire the operation and maintenance service requirements of enterprise users, and update the alarm category matching table according to the operation and maintenance service requirements of the enterprise users, so that an automatic adaptive user-level management function can be provided for a plurality of 5G enterprise users, the user requirements of the 5G industry are met, and the vertical industry is enabled.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus 900 for monitoring enterprise user equipment based on a 5G private network may be used to implement the method for monitoring enterprise user equipment based on a 5G private network described in the embodiment of fig. 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the alarm information filtering module 902 is configured to: acquiring an association list of enterprise user equipment and 5G private network equipment; and filtering the professional network management warning information according to the association list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment to obtain the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment.
In some embodiments of the invention, the first determining module 903 is configured to: acquiring a matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network equipment and the position of the enterprise user equipment; and determining the professional network management warning information of the target user equipment from the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment according to the 5G private network equipment coverage area and the enterprise user equipment position matching table.

As shown in fig. 10, the monitoring enterprise user equipment device 900 based on the 5G private network further includes a first obtaining module 906, a first determining module 907, and a first updating module 908.
Specifically, the first obtaining module 906 is configured to periodically obtain an identifier of a 5G private network device connected to the enterprise user equipment.
A first determining module 907, configured to determine whether an identifier of the 5G private network device connected to the enterprise user device is in an association list between the enterprise user device and the 5G private network device.
And if not, the first updating module 908 is used for updating the association list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment according to the identification of the 5G private network equipment connected with the enterprise user equipment.

As shown in fig. 11, the monitoring enterprise user equipment device 900 based on the 5G private network further includes a second obtaining module 909, a second determining module 910, and a second updating module 911.
Specifically, the second obtaining module 909 is configured to periodically obtain the identities of the serving cell and the 5G private network device to which the enterprise user equipment is connected.
A second determining module 910, configured to determine whether the identities of the serving cell and the 5G private network device connected to the enterprise user device are in a matching table between the coverage area of the 5G private network device and the location of the enterprise user device.
And a second updating module 911, if not, updating the matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network device and the position of the enterprise user device according to the service cell connected with the enterprise user device and the identifier of the 5G private network device.
The device 900 for monitoring the enterprise user equipment based on the 5G private network can regularly acquire the identifications of the service cell and the 5G private network equipment connected with the enterprise user equipment, judge whether the identifications of the service cell and the 5G private network equipment connected with the enterprise user equipment are in a matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network equipment and the position of the enterprise user equipment, and if not, update the matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network equipment and the position of the enterprise user equipment according to the identifications of the service cell and the 5G private network equipment connected with the enterprise user equipment, so that the content in the matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network equipment and the position of the enterprise user equipment can be dynamically adjusted, and the latest matching table can be used for determining the professional network management alarm information of the target user equipment in the follow-up process.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus 900 for monitoring enterprise user equipment based on a 5G private network may be used to implement the method for monitoring enterprise user equipment based on a 5G private network described in the embodiment of fig. 7.

It is understood that the alarm information obtaining module 901, the alarm information filtering module 902, the first determining module 903, the second determining module 904, the sending module 905, the first obtaining module 906, the first determining module 907, the first updating module 908, the second obtaining module 909, the second determining module 910, the second updating module 911, the third obtaining module 912, and the third updating module 913 may be combined in one module to be implemented, or any one of them may be split into multiple modules. Alternatively, at least part of the functionality of one or more of these modules may be combined with at least part of the functionality of the other modules and implemented in one module. According to the embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the alarm information obtaining module 901, the alarm information filtering module 902, the first determining module 903, the second determining module 904, the sending module 905, the first obtaining module 906, the first judging module 907, the first updating module 908, the second obtaining module 909, the second judging module 910, the second updating module 911, the third obtaining module 912, and the third updating module 913 may be at least partially implemented as a hardware circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented in hardware or firmware in any other reasonable manner of integrating or packaging a circuit, or implemented in a suitable combination of three implementations of software, hardware, and firmware. Alternatively, at least one of the alarm information acquisition module 901, the alarm information filtering module 902, the first determination module 903, the second determination module 904, the transmission module 905, the first acquisition module 906, the first determination module 907, the first updating module 908, the second acquisition module 909, the second determination module 910, the second updating module 911, the third acquisition module 912, and the third updating module 913 may be at least partially implemented as a computer program module, which, when executed by a computer, may perform the functions of the respective modules.
Referring now to FIG. 13, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 1300 suitable for use with an electronic device implementing an embodiment of the present invention. The computer system 1300 of the electronic device shown in fig. 13 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the function and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the electronic device may be the user-level network management server.
As shown in fig. 13, the computer system 1300 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1301 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1302 or a program loaded from a storage section 1308 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1303. In the RAM 1303, various programs and data necessary for system operation are also stored. The CPU 1301, the ROM 1302, and the RAM 1303 are connected to each other via a bus 1304. An input/output (I/O) interface 1305 is also connected to bus 1304.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1305: an input portion 1306 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 1307 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 1308 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1309 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1309 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 1310 is also connected to the I/O interface 1305 as needed. A removable medium 1311 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1310 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage portion 1308 as necessary.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the invention include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via communications component 1309 and/or installed from removable media 1311. The computer program executes the above-described functions defined in the system of the present application when executed by a Central Processing Unit (CPU) 1301.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium shown in the present invention can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the present invention, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In the present invention, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: wireless, wire, fiber optic cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present invention. As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the electronic device described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately without being assembled into the electronic device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs, which when executed by an electronic device, cause the electronic device to implement the method for monitoring enterprise user equipment based on a 5G private network as described in the above embodiments.
For example, the electronic device may implement the following as shown in fig. 2: in step S210, professional network management warning information is obtained. In step S220, the professional network management warning information is filtered to obtain the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment. In step S230, the professional network management warning information of the target user equipment is determined according to the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment. In step S240, the user alarm information of the target ue is determined according to the professional network management alarm information of the target ue. In step S250, user alarm information of the target user equipment is sent to the enterprise user terminal.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several modules or units of the device for action execution are mentioned, such a division is not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functionality of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit, according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will readily understand that the exemplary embodiments described herein may be implemented by software, and may also be implemented by software in combination with necessary hardware. Claims (10)

1. A method for monitoring enterprise user equipment based on a 5G private network is applied to a user-level network management server, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring professional network management alarm information;
filtering the professional network management warning information to obtain the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment;
determining the professional network management warning information of the target user equipment according to the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment;
determining user alarm information of the target user equipment according to the professional network management alarm information of the target user equipment;
and sending the user alarm information of the target user equipment to the enterprise user terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the filtering the professional network management warning information to obtain the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user comprises:
acquiring an association list of enterprise user equipment and 5G private network equipment;
and filtering the professional network management warning information according to the association list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment to obtain the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the professional network management warning information of the target user equipment according to the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment comprises:
acquiring a matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network equipment and the position of the enterprise user equipment;
and determining the professional network management warning information of the target user equipment from the professional network management warning information of the target enterprise user equipment according to the 5G private network equipment coverage area and the enterprise user equipment position matching table.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the user alarm information of the target ue according to the professional network management alarm information of the target ue comprises:
acquiring an alarm category matching table;
and matching the corresponding user alarm information from the alarm category matching table according to the professional network management alarm information of the target user equipment.
5. A method according to claim 2, characterized in that the method comprises:
periodically acquiring the identifier of 5G private network equipment connected with enterprise user equipment;
judging whether the identifier of the 5G private network equipment connected with the enterprise user equipment is in an associated list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment;
and if not, updating the association list of the enterprise user equipment and the 5G private network equipment according to the identifier of the 5G private network equipment connected with the enterprise user equipment.
6. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
periodically acquiring the identifiers of a service cell and 5G private network equipment connected with enterprise user equipment;
judging whether the service cell connected with the enterprise user equipment and the identifier of the 5G private network equipment are in a matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network equipment and the position of the enterprise user equipment;
and if not, updating the matching table of the coverage area of the 5G private network equipment and the position of the enterprise user equipment according to the service cell connected with the enterprise user equipment and the identification of the 5G private network equipment.
7. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
