It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

s3, the partner inputs copyright information: the partner acquires and inputs copyright information authorized by a copyright party, wherein the copyright information comprises copyright basic information, copyright chain information and copyright auxiliary files;
s4, machine checking: logic errors in the copyright information and tampering conditions of image processing software in the copyright attached file are detected through a preset AI auditing algorithm;
s5, manual review: performing manual review on the copyright information and a machine review result;
s6, auditing: judging whether the copyright information passes the audit, if the copyright information does not pass the audit, generating an audit report, turning to the step S3, returning the copyright information to the partner, and sending the copyright information to the partner for re-audit; if the audit is passed, entering the next step;
s7, checking and passing copyright storage: storing the copyright information which passes the verification into a copyright library which passes the verification;
s8, uplink grant: transmitting the approved copyright information to a block chain system for uplink authorization confirmation;
s9, contract entry of a purchasing party: acquiring and inputting purchase contract information signed between a partner and a downstream purchasing partner for purchasing the copyright when the copyright is sold;
s10, making a purchasing party authorization template: before inputting actual authorization information, a purchasing party authorization template is appointed, wherein the purchasing party authorization template comprises authorization contents related to a purchasing party authorization;
s11, making a purchasing party authorization book: selecting a purchasing party authorization template when inputting a purchasing party authorization, directly filling the value of the content item in the purchasing party authorization template, and generating an electronic file of the purchasing party authorization;
s12, selecting available copyright: selecting sold copyright information from the approved copyright library, and binding the sold copyright information with purchasing party authorization information;
s13, the authority of the purchasing party: and acquiring and inputting the stamped purchasing party authorization book, chaining the purchasing party authorization information, and authenticating and confirming the purchasing party authorization.

A method for managing copyright of audio-visual programs based on blockchain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the authorized contract information signed between the copyright owner and the upstream copyright-providing partner is stored through a copyright owner contract information base;
the copyright information authorized by the copyright party input by the partner is stored by the copyright information input by the partner;
storing the copyright information to be audited through an information management base to be audited;
storing the partner account information through a partner account information base, wherein the partner account information base provides attribution information of copyright information of the information management base to be checked;
and recording a file library by a partner to store the copyright auxiliary file, wherein the partner records the file library and provides the copyright auxiliary file of the copyright information of the information management library to be checked.

An audio-visual program copyright management method based on blockchain technology as claimed in claim 1, wherein the copyright basic information includes chinese name, english name, akana, main classification, sub-classification, year and place of origin; the copyright chain information includes the start and end time of each chain copyright and the right attribution condition.
4. A method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the copyright auxiliary files include original author certificate, photographer certificate, producer certificate, issuer certificate, copyright certificate information file, and certificate file of each chain in copyright chain.

The method of claim 1, wherein the logical error is detected by: and labeling and modularizing the input copyright information, respectively regarding the authorization time, the right range and the right property information in the copyright chain as independently existing data in the copyright information, and if data which does not appear in the previous chain appears in the data of the subsequent chain of copyright information, performing logic error prompt on the position corresponding to the data which does not appear.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the copyright auxiliary file is tampered with by image processing software using RGB recognition technology and noise detection technology.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the copyright information and audit status are presented in a data report form.
8. The audiovisual program copyright management system based on the block chain technology is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the copyright side authorization contract input module is used for acquiring and inputting authorization contract information signed between the copyright side and an upstream copyright-providing partner when selling the copyright;
the copyright party authorization book entry module is used for acquiring and entering the copyright party authorization book provided by the copyright party after signing the authorization contract and before entering the copyright information; the copyright authority certificate comprises authorized copyright content, an authorization period, authorized right property and an authorization scope, and the authorization contract is associated with the authorization information in the copyright authority certificate;
the system comprises a partner copyright information recording module, a copyright information acquisition module and a copyright information acquisition module, wherein the copyright information acquisition module is used for acquiring and recording copyright information authorized by a copyright party, and the copyright information comprises copyright basic information, copyright chain information and copyright auxiliary files;
the machine auditing module is used for verifying logic errors in the copyright information and tampering conditions of image processing software in the copyright attached file through a preset AI auditing algorithm;
the manual auditing module is used for manually auditing the copyright information and the machine auditing result;
the checking processing module is used for judging whether the copyright information passes the checking, generating a checking report if the copyright information does not pass the checking, returning the copyright information to the partner and sending the copyright information to the partner for re-checking;
