In some embodiments, the first slider 122 is provided with a first magnetic member 14; at this time, the first switch element 125 may be set to be a hall switch, the hall switch is disposed in the installation cavity 1213 of the first temple main body 121 and located in the sliding direction of the first slider 122, and at this time, the first slider 122 drives the first magnetic member 14 to slide when sliding, so that the magnetic field strength around the hall switch changes, and then the hall switch is triggered to respond, and a response signal is generated, so as to implement a corresponding function.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9, in some embodiments of the glasses 10 of the present invention, a sliding slot 1211 is formed on an inner surface of the first temple main body 121, the sliding slot 1211 extends along a length direction of the first temple main body 121, a sliding block 1221 is disposed in the first sliding member 122, the sliding block 1221 is slidably inserted into the sliding slot 1211, the first temple 12 further includes a return spring 126, the return spring 126 is disposed in the sliding slot 1211 and extends along the length direction of the first temple main body 121, and two ends of the return spring 126 respectively abut against the sliding block 1221 and a side wall of the sliding slot 1211.
In the solution of the foregoing embodiment, the first temple 12 includes a first slider 122 and a first temple main body 121, and the first slider 122 is slidably disposed on the first temple main body 121 and triggers the first switch element 125 when sliding. In this embodiment, a sliding groove 1211 is formed in an inner surface of the first temple main body 121, the sliding groove 1211 extends along a length direction of the first temple main body 121, a sliding block 1221 is convexly disposed on one side of the first slider 122 facing the first temple main body 121, the sliding block 1221 is inserted into the sliding groove 1211 and transversely spaced from the sliding groove 1211, the first temple 12 further includes a return spring 126, the return spring 126 is disposed in the sliding groove 1211 and extends along the length direction of the first temple 12, two ends of the first spring respectively abut against a side wall of the sliding groove 1211 and the sliding block 1221, so as to drive the first slider 122 to return after the first slider 122 slides to trigger the first switch element 125, thereby improving the convenience of the glasses 10.
In some embodiments, the first temple 12 includes two return springs 126, and the two return springs 126 are disposed in the sliding slot 1211 and located on two sides of the sliding block 1221 respectively, so as to drive the first slider 122 to return by the return springs 126 when the first slider 122 slides in different directions.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in some embodiments of the glasses 10 of the present invention, the first temple 12 further includes a locking and releasing elastic piece 127, the locking and releasing elastic piece 127 is disposed on a surface of the first sliding member 122 facing the first temple main body 121, and the locking and releasing elastic piece 127 is provided with a limit protrusion 1271 protruding towards the temple main body;
a limiting groove 1212 is formed on a side surface of the first temple body 121 facing the limiting protrusion 1271, and the limiting protrusion 1271 is inserted into the limiting groove 1212 or is separated from the limiting groove 1212, so as to lock or release the first slider 122.
In the technical solutions of the foregoing embodiments, the first slider 122 is slidably disposed on the first temple body 121, so as to trigger the first switch element 125 to implement a corresponding function during the sliding process. In this embodiment, a locking and releasing spring 127 is further disposed between the first sliding member 122 and the first temple main body 121, for limiting the first sliding member 122 when the first sliding member 122 does not need to slide. Specifically, the surface of the first slider 122 facing the first temple main body 121 is provided with a mounting groove, the surface of the first temple main body 121 is provided with a limiting groove 1212, the locking and releasing spring piece 127 is disposed in the mounting groove, a limiting protrusion 1271 is convexly disposed facing the first temple main body 121, and the limiting protrusion 1271 is clamped in the limiting groove 1212 to limit the first slider 122. When the first slider 122 slides, the first limit projection 1271 is forced to contract toward the side away from the first temple body 121 to escape from the limit groove 1212, releasing the limit of the first slider 122.
Further, in some embodiments, the width of the limiting groove 1212 gradually increases from the first temple body 121 toward the first slider 122, so that the side walls of the two side grooves of the limiting groove 1212 form a guiding slope, and when the first slider 122 slides, the limiting protrusion 1271 escapes from the limiting groove 1212 along the guiding slope, thereby preventing the sliding of the first slider 122 from being affected.
In some embodiments, a surface of the first slider 122 facing the first temple body 121 is provided with a fitting groove 1222, the locking and releasing spring piece 127 is disposed in the fitting groove 1222, the limiting protrusion 1271 protrudes out of the fitting groove 1222, a groove bottom of the fitting groove 1222 is provided with two clamping grooves, the locking and releasing spring piece 127 has two opposite ends, the two ends of the locking and releasing spring piece 127 are bent in a direction away from the first temple body 121 and are respectively inserted into the two clamping grooves to fix the locking and releasing spring piece 127, the locking and releasing spring piece 127 gradually gets away from the groove bottom of the fitting groove 1222 from the two ends to the middle, and the limiting protrusion 1271 protrudes from the middle of the locking and releasing spring piece 127 towards the limiting groove 1212; when the first slider 122 does not need to slide, the limit protrusion 1271 is engaged in the limit groove 1212, when the user dials the first slider 122, the limit protrusion 1271 is forced to contract in a direction away from the first temple body 121 to be disengaged from the limit groove 1212, and when the user releases the first slider 122 to reset the first slider 122, the limit protrusion 1271 is reset by the elastic force and engaged in the limit groove 1212 to lock the first slider 122.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the eyeglasses 10 of the present invention, the second temple 13 comprises:
a second temple main body 131, one end of the second temple main body 131 being rotatably connected to the frame 11; and
and a second slider 132, wherein the second slider 132 is provided to the second temple body 131 to be slidable in a longitudinal direction of the second temple body 131, and the first docking terminal 133 is provided to the second slider 132.
In the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, when the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are folded, the first conductive terminal 124 of the first temple 12 is in contact with and electrically connected to the first butt terminal 133 of the second temple 13. In this embodiment, the second temple 13 includes a second temple main body 131 and a second sliding member 132, the second sliding member 132 is slidably disposed on the second temple main body 131 and can slide back and forth along the length direction of the second temple main body 131, the first docking terminal 133 is disposed on the second sliding member 132, so that the first docking terminal 133 can slide on the second temple main body 131 along with the second sliding member 132 to adjust the relative position relationship between the first conductive terminal 124 and the first docking terminal 133, so that the first conductive terminal 124 and the first docking terminal 133 are accurately aligned when the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are folded, and the phenomenon that the first conductive terminal 124 and the first docking terminal 133 are misaligned due to factors such as machining errors or installation errors, which affects the charging efficiency is avoided.
In some embodiments, the first conductive terminal 124 is disposed on the first slider 122, the first docking terminal 133 is disposed on the second slider 132, the first magnetic member 14 is disposed on the first slider 122, the second magnetic member 15 is disposed on the second slider 132, and when the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are folded, the first slider 122 and the second slider 132 respectively slide on the first temple body 121 and the second temple 13 to approach each other under the magnetic force of the first magnetic member 14 and the second magnetic member 15, so that the first conductive terminal 124 and the first docking terminal 133 are automatically aligned and conducted, thereby improving the charging efficiency and the convenience in use.
In some embodiments of the present glasses 10, the second temple 13 further comprises a second switch element, the second switch element is disposed on the second temple main body 131, and the second slider 132 triggers the second switch element when sliding on the second temple main body 131.
In the solution of the foregoing embodiment, the second temple 13 includes a second temple main body 131 and a second slider 132, and the second slider 132 is slidably disposed on the second temple main body 131. In this embodiment, the second temple 13 further includes a second switch element, the second switch element is disposed on the second temple main body 131, and when the second slider 132 slides on the second temple main body 131, the second switch element is triggered to generate a response signal to control and execute a corresponding function operation. In this embodiment, the second switching element may be, but is not limited to, a jog switch or a hall switch.
In some embodiments, the second slider 132 is provided with a second magnetic member 15; at this time, the second switch element may be set as a hall switch, and at this time, the second sliding part 132 slides to drive the second magnetic part 15 to slide, so that the magnetic field intensity around the hall switch changes, and then the hall switch is triggered to respond, and a response signal is generated.
Further, in some embodiments, a return spring 126 is provided on the second temple 13 to automatically return after the second slider 132 slides to activate the second switch element. The arrangement of the return spring 126 in the second temple 13 can refer to the arrangement of the return spring 126 in the first temple 12, which is not described herein.
Similarly, in some embodiments, the second temple 13 is provided with a locking and releasing spring 127 to limit the second slider 132 when the second slider 132 does not need to slide, so as to improve the structural stability of the second temple 13 and prevent the second slider 128 from sliding randomly and falsely triggering the second switch element. The arrangement of the locking and releasing elastic sheet 127 in the second temple 13 may be set by referring to the arrangement of the locking and releasing elastic sheet 127 in the first temple 12, which is not described herein.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments of the glasses 10 of the present invention, the first temple 12 is further provided with a second butt terminal 123, and when the first conductive terminal 124 is connected to the first butt terminal 133 in an abutting manner, the second butt terminal 123 is used for externally connecting a charging power source.
In the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, when the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 of the glasses 10 are folded, the first conductive terminal 124 and the first butt terminal 133 are conducted with each other to balance the electric quantity between the first temple 12 and the second temple 13. In this embodiment, the first temple 12 is further provided with a second butt terminal 123, when the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are both folded on the glasses frame 11, the first conductive terminal 124 and the first butt terminal 133 are conducted with each other, at this time, the second butt terminal 123 is used for externally connecting a charging power supply to charge the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 at the same time, so that the charging convenience of the glasses 10 is improved, and the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are charged at the same time, so that the electric quantity between the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 is the same, and the condition of unbalanced electric quantity cannot occur.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in some embodiments of the eyeglasses 10 of the present invention, the first temple 12 further includes a third sliding member 128, the third sliding member 128 is slidably disposed on the first temple body 121, and the second butt terminal 123 is disposed on the third sliding member 128.
In the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, the first temple 12 is provided with a second butt terminal 123 and a first conductive terminal 124, and the second butt terminal 123 is used for externally connecting a charging power supply. In this embodiment, the first sliding member 122 is sleeved on the first temple main body 121, the third sliding member 128 is disposed on the first temple main body 121, the third sliding member 128 is slidably disposed on the first temple main body 121 and can slide along the length direction of the first temple main body 121, the second docking terminal 123 is disposed on the third sliding member 128, and when the third sliding member 128 slides, the second docking terminal 123 is aligned and conducted with the charging power source, so that the second docking terminal 123 is prevented from being in poor contact with the charging power source, and the charging efficiency is ensured.
In some embodiments, in order to simplify the structure of the first temple 12 and facilitate adjusting the positions of the first conductive terminal 124 and the second docking terminal 123, the first slider 122 and the third slider 128 are respectively disposed on the inner surface and the outer surface of the first temple body 121, and the first slider 122 and the third slider 128 are fixedly connected, so that the user does not need to adjust the first conductive terminal 124 and the second docking terminal 123 respectively, and the use is convenient.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the eyeglasses 10 of the present invention, the first temple 12 has an inner surface and an outer surface opposite to each other, the second butt terminal 123 is disposed on the outer surface of the first temple, and the first conductive terminal 124 is disposed on the inner surface of the first temple;
the second temple 13 has an inner surface and an outer surface which are arranged back to back, the first butt terminal 133 is arranged on the outer surface of the second temple 13, the second temple 13 is further provided with a second conductive terminal 134, and the second conductive terminal 134 is arranged on the inner surface of the second temple 13.
In the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, the first temple 12 is provided with the second butt terminal 123 and the first conductive terminal 124, the second temple 13 is provided with the first butt terminal 133, when the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are folded on the frame 11, the inner surface of the first temple 12 is disposed opposite to the outer surface of the second temple 13, so that the first conductive terminal 124 and the first butt terminal 133 are abutted and conducted. In this embodiment, the inner surface of the second temple 13 is provided with a second conductive terminal 134, and at this time, when the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are folded on the frame 11 and the inner surface of the second temple 13 is disposed opposite to the outer surface of the first temple 12, the second conductive terminal 134 is abutted to and conducted with the second abutting terminal 123. That is, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, no matter how the user folds the glasses 10, the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are in the conductive relationship, so that the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are charged with each other and the electric quantity is kept balanced. Meanwhile, when the first arm 12 and the second arm 13 are folded, the glasses 10 can be charged by externally connecting the charging power source to the first butt terminal 133 or the second butt terminal 123, and the two arms can be charged at the same time by only connecting one of the arms to the charging power source, so that the glasses are more convenient and faster to use.
Further referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the second temple 13 further includes a fourth sliding member 135, the fourth sliding member 135 is slidably disposed on the second temple main body 131, and at this time, the second conductive terminal 134 is disposed on the fourth sliding member 135 to slide on the second temple main body 131 along with the fourth sliding member 135, so as to adjust a positional relationship between the second conductive terminal 134 and the second docking terminal 123, so that the second conductive terminal 134 and the second docking terminal 123 are aligned accurately, and the charging efficiency is ensured.
In some embodiments, in order to simplify the structure of the second temple 13 and facilitate adjusting the positions of the second conductive terminal 134 and the first docking terminal 133, the second slider 132 and the fourth slider 135 are respectively disposed on the inner surface and the outer surface of the second temple main body 131, and the second slider 132 and the fourth slider 135 are fixedly connected, so that the user does not need to adjust the second conductive terminal 134 and the first docking terminal 133, respectively, and the use is convenient.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention further provides a glasses case 20, wherein the glasses case 20 is used for accommodating the glasses 10 of any of the embodiments and charging the glasses 10. A receiving groove for receiving the glasses 10 is formed in the glasses case 20.
In some embodiments, the eyeglass case 20 may be used to charge the eyeglasses 10, either wirelessly or by wire. Taking wired charging as an example, in some embodiments, the first temple 12 of the glasses 10 is provided with the second docking terminal 133 or the second temple 13 is provided with the first docking terminal 123, the accommodating groove 21 is provided with the power supply terminal 22, and the power supply terminal 22 is used for being abutted to the first docking terminal 123 or the second docking terminal 133. As is common, the power supply terminal 22 is provided with two power supply electrodes to respectively abut against two connection electrodes of the first butt terminal 123 or the second butt terminal 133 of the glasses 10, so as to form a charging loop, thereby satisfying the charging requirement of the glasses 10. If the wireless charging mode is adopted, a wireless charging transmitting coil is arranged in the glasses case 20, and a wireless charging receiving coil is arranged in one of the glasses legs, so that the wireless charging transmitting coil is coupled with the wireless charging receiving coil, and the wireless charging of the glasses 10 can be realized.
In some embodiments of the glasses case 20 of the present invention, two opposite side walls are disposed in the accommodating groove, and the glasses case 20 further includes two position-limiting structures 23, wherein the two position-limiting structures 23 are respectively disposed on the two side walls for clamping the glasses 10. Further, the position-limiting structure 23 includes a supporting member 231 and an elastic member 232, two ends of the elastic member 232 are respectively connected to the supporting member 231 and the groove sidewall of the accommodating groove, the supporting member 231 is used for supporting the glasses 10, and the elastic member 232 provides an elastic force for clamping the glasses 10. The limiting structure 23 prevents the glasses 10 from shaking in the glasses case 20 and colliding with the glasses case 20 to cause damage. Usually, the holding member 231 is made of soft rubber, rubber or silica gel, etc., so as to reduce the wear of the glasses 10.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the side wall of the limiting groove 1212 is provided with a fixing groove 24, a notch of the fixing groove 24 is provided with a baffle 25, the elastic member 232 is disposed in the fixing groove 24, the side wall of the abutting member 231 is provided with a stopping portion 2311 in a protruding manner, the abutting member 231 movably penetrates through the baffle 25 and the stopping portion 2311 is located in the fixing groove 24, the baffle 25 limits the stopping portion 2311 to prevent the stopping portion 2311 from coming out of the fixing groove 24, so as to limit the elastic movement range of the abutting member 231, and control the movement position of the glasses 10 in the glasses case 20, so as to ensure that the second docking terminal 123 of the glasses 10 is in abutting connection with the power supply terminal 21.
In some embodiments, the inner surface of the second temple 13 is provided with a second conductive terminal 134, when the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are folded on the frame 11 and the inner surface of the second temple 13 is disposed opposite to the outer surface of the first temple 12, the second conductive terminal 134 abuts against and is conducted with the second butt terminal 123, the first butt terminal 133 is used for externally connecting a charging power source, and when the charging power source charges the second temple 13 through the first butt terminal 133, the first temple 12 is charged through the electrical conduction relationship between the second conductive terminal 134 and the second butt terminal 123. That is, in the technical scheme of this embodiment, no matter how the user folds glasses 10, all can make first mirror leg 12 and second mirror leg 13 be in the conducting relation, only need make one of them mirror leg switch on charging source can be simultaneously for two mirror legs charge, it is more convenient to use.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the glasses case 20 of the present invention, the second docking terminal 123 or the first docking terminal 133 may be slidably disposed, a magnet is disposed in the accommodating groove, a magnetic member is disposed on the second docking terminal 123 and the first docking terminal 133, and the magnet and the magnetic member attract each other so that the second docking terminal 123 or the first docking terminal 133 slides to be aligned with the power supply terminal 21. Further, the second docking terminal 123 is slidably disposed through the third sliding member 128, the third sliding member 128 is provided with two magnetic blocks, the two magnetic blocks are disposed on two sides of the second docking terminal 123, magnetic poles of one side of the two magnetic blocks departing from the third sliding member 128 are opposite, the first magnet 26 and the second magnet 27 are disposed in the accommodating groove, the first magnet 26 and the second magnet 27 are respectively disposed on two sides of the power supply terminal 21, magnetic poles of the first magnet 26 and the second magnet 27 facing one side of the glasses 10 are opposite, the first magnet 26 and the second magnet 27 are respectively attracted to the two magnetic blocks, so that the third sliding member 128 drives the second docking terminal 123 to slide to the power supply terminal 21 for docking. Similarly, the first docking terminal 133 is slidably disposed through the second slider 132, the second slider 132 is disposed with the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152, and the first magnet 26 and the second magnet 27 respectively attract the first magnet 151 and the second magnet 152, so that the second slider 132 drives the first docking terminal 133 to slide so as to align and dock the power supply terminal 21. In this embodiment, the specific implementation of the positioning structure 22 is not limited herein, and only the second docking terminal 123 or the first docking terminal 133 needs to be aligned with the power supply terminal 21.
In another embodiment, the glasses case 20 includes a fourth sliding part, the power supply terminal 21 is disposed on the fourth sliding part, the fourth sliding part has a structure similar to that of the first sliding part 122, the power supply terminal 21 is connected to a power supply line, the first magnet 26 and the second magnet 27 are disposed on two sides of the power supply terminal 21, the first magnet 26 and the second magnet 27 are both disposed on the fourth sliding part to move with the fourth sliding part, and a reset elastic member is disposed at two ends of the fourth sliding part for resetting the fourth sliding part, when in use, if the arrangement of the glasses legs is not standardized, the fourth sliding part can slide in a certain direction under the effect of the first magnet 26 and the second magnet 27 to assist the alignment, thereby further ensuring the charging after the arrangement.
It should be noted that, the glasses 10 are charged through the glasses case 20, and a charging interface may be provided on the glasses case 20, and the charging interface is electrically connected with the power supply terminal 21, so as to charge the glasses 10 through an external power supply of the charging interface; the glasses case 20 may be provided with a battery module electrically connected to the power supply terminal 21, and the glasses 10 may be charged by the battery module built in the glasses case 20, thereby implementing a mobile and portable function of the glasses set 1. Of course, in some embodiments, the outer surface of the glasses case 20 is provided with a charging interface, and a battery assembly is disposed in the glasses case 20, and the charging interface is electrically connected to the battery assembly and is used for charging the battery assembly, so as to prolong the service life of the battery assembly without repeatedly disassembling and assembling the battery assembly.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present invention further provides an eyeglasses set 1, wherein the eyeglasses set 1 includes eyeglasses 10 according to any of the embodiments and an eyeglasses case 20 according to any of the embodiments, and the eyeglasses case 20 is used for placing the eyeglasses 10 and charging the eyeglasses 10. Since the present invention provides the eyeglass set 1 with all the technical solutions of all the embodiments of the aforementioned eyeglasses 10 and eyeglass cases 20, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the aforementioned technical solutions are obtained, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted here.

Claims (10)

1. An eyeglass, comprising:
a mirror frame;
the first glasses leg is arranged at one end of the glasses frame in a foldable mode and provided with a first conductive terminal; and
the second glasses leg is arranged at the other end of the glasses frame in a foldable mode and provided with a first butt terminal;
when the first leg and the second leg are folded, the first conductive terminal is abutted to the first butt terminal.
2. The eyewear of claim 1, wherein the first temple comprises:
the glasses frame comprises a first glasses leg main body, wherein one end of the first glasses leg main body is rotatably connected with the glasses frame; and
the first sliding piece is slidably arranged on the first glasses leg main body and can slide along the length direction of the first glasses leg main body, and the first conductive terminal is arranged on one side surface of the first sliding piece, which is far away from the first glasses leg main body.
3. The eyeglasses according to claim 2, further comprising a first magnetic member disposed on the first sliding member and a second magnetic member disposed on the second temple, wherein when the first temple and the second temple are folded, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member attract each other to align and abut the first conductive terminal and the first abutting terminal.
4. The eyeglasses of claim 3, wherein the first magnetic member comprises a first magnetic block and a second magnetic block, the first magnetic block and the second magnetic block are respectively positioned on two sides of the first conductive terminal along the length direction of the first eyeglass leg, and the magnetic poles of the first magnetic block and the second magnetic block on the side away from the main body of the first eyeglass leg are opposite;
the second magnetic part comprises a first magnet and a second magnet, the first magnet and the second magnet are respectively positioned on two sides of the first butt terminal along the length direction of the second glasses leg, and the magnetic poles of the first magnet and the second magnet on the side departing from the second glasses leg are opposite;
when the first glasses leg and the second glasses leg are folded, the first magnetic block and the first magnet are oppositely arranged and attracted, and the second magnetic block and the second magnet are oppositely arranged and attracted so that the first conductive terminal and the first butt terminal are in butt joint.
5. The eyeglasses according to claim 1, wherein the first temple body is provided with a sliding groove extending along the length direction of the first temple body, and a sliding block is convexly arranged on the surface of the first sliding piece facing the sliding groove and is slidably inserted into the sliding groove;
first mirror leg still includes reset spring, reset spring locates the spout, and follow the length direction of first mirror leg main part extends the setting, reset spring's both ends respectively with the slider with the groove side wall butt of spout.

The eyeglasses according to claim 5, wherein the first temple further comprises a locking and releasing spring piece, the locking and releasing spring piece is arranged on the surface of the first sliding piece facing the main body of the first temple, and the locking and releasing spring piece is convexly provided with a limiting protrusion facing the main body of the temple;
a limiting groove is formed in the surface, facing the limiting protrusion, of one side of the first glasses leg main body, and the limiting protrusion is inserted into the limiting groove or is separated from the limiting groove so as to lock or release the first sliding piece.
7. The eyewear of claim 1, wherein the second temple comprises:
one end of the second glasses leg main body is rotatably connected with the glasses frame; and
and a second slider provided to the second temple body and slidable in a longitudinal direction of the second temple body, wherein the first butt terminal is provided to the second slider.
8. The eyewear of any of claims 1-7, wherein the first temple further comprises:
the first conductive terminal is connected with the first butt-joint terminal in a butt-joint way, and the second butt-joint terminal is used for being externally connected with a charging power supply; and
and the third sliding piece is slidably arranged on the first glasses leg main body, and the second butt terminal is arranged on the third sliding piece.
9.
