Referring to fig. 6, 8 and 12, in some embodiments of the glasses 10 of the present invention, the first conductive terminal 123 is disposed on an end surface of the first connecting section 121 away from the lens frame 11, an end surface of the first supporting section 122 close to the first connecting section 121 is provided with a first avoiding groove 1222, and when the first supporting section 122 and the first connecting section 121 are unfolded, the first conductive terminal 123 is received in the first avoiding groove 1222;
and/or the second conductive terminal 133 is disposed on an end surface of the second connecting section 131, which is away from the lens frame 11, a second avoiding groove 1321 is disposed on an end surface of the second supporting section 132, which is close to the second connecting section 131, and when the second supporting section 132 and the second connecting section 131 are unfolded, the second conductive terminal 133 is accommodated in the second avoiding groove 1321.
In the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, the first conductive terminal 123 is disposed on an end surface of the first connecting section 121, which is away from the lens frame 11. In this embodiment, an end surface of the first support section 122 near the rotational connection portion is provided with a first avoidance groove 1222, a side surface of the first support section 122 near the first connection section 121 is provided with a first avoidance port communicated with the first avoidance groove 1222, and the first avoidance port is communicated with a notch of the first avoidance groove 1222; at this time, when the first supporting section 122 rotates relative to the first connecting section 121, the first conductive terminal 123 enters and exits the first avoiding groove 1222 through the first avoiding opening, when the first temple 12 is unfolded, the first conductive terminal 123 is accommodated in the first avoiding groove 1222, and the first avoiding groove 1222 is configured to prevent the first conductive terminal 123 from being damaged due to interference with the first conductive terminal 123 when the first supporting section 122 rotates relative to the first connecting section 121. A second avoidance groove 1321 is formed in the end face, close to the rotary connection position, of one end of the second support section 132, a second avoidance port communicated with the second avoidance groove 1321 is formed in the side face, close to the first connection section 121, of the second support section 132, and the second avoidance port is communicated with a notch of the second avoidance groove 1321; at this time, when the second supporting section 132 rotates relative to the second connecting section 131, the second conductive terminal 133 enters and exits the second avoiding groove 1321 through the second avoiding opening; when the second temple 13 is unfolded, the second conductive terminal 133 is accommodated in the second avoiding groove 1321, and the second avoiding groove 1321 is configured to prevent the second conductive terminal 133 from being damaged due to interference between the second supporting section 132 and the second conductive terminal 133 when the second supporting section 132 rotates relative to the second connecting section 131, so as to ensure the service life of the glasses 10. In some embodiments, the end surface of the second connecting section 131 is provided with a first magnet 1421 and a second magnet 1422, and when the second supporting section 132 rotates relative to the second connecting section 131, the first magnet 1421 and the second magnet 1422 enter and exit the second escape slot 1321 through the second escape opening, so as to prevent the first magnet 1421 and the second magnet 1422 from interfering with the second supporting section 132.
In some embodiments of the present eyewear 10, the first temple 12 further comprises a lock release structure that locks the first support segment 122 and the first connector segment 121 when the first temple 12 is unfolded.
In the solution of the foregoing embodiment, the first temple 12 includes a first connecting section 121 and a first supporting section 122 connected, and the first connecting section 121 and the first supporting section 122 are rotatably connected. In this embodiment, the first temple 12 further includes a locking and releasing structure that locks the first support section 122 and the first connection section 121 when the first temple 12 is completely unfolded, so as to improve structural stability when the first temple 12 is unfolded. It should be noted that the locking and releasing structure may be a buckle structure, the first supporting section 122 is provided with one of a buckle and a clamping portion, the first connecting section 121 is provided with the other of the buckle and the clamping portion, and when the first supporting section 122 and the first connecting section 121 are unfolded, the buckle and the clamping portion are in clamping fit to lock the first supporting section 122 and the first connecting section 121. The locking and releasing structure may also be a magnetic attraction structure, magnetic members are disposed on the end surface of the first supporting section 122 and the end surface of the first connecting section 121, and when the first supporting section 122 and the first connecting section 121 are unfolded, the magnetic members on the first supporting section 122 and the magnetic members on the first connecting section 121 attract each other to lock the first supporting section 122 and the first connecting section 121.
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, in some embodiments of the eyeglasses 10 of the present invention, a surface of the first temple 12 facing away from the second temple 13 when the first temple 12 is unfolded is defined as an outer surface of the first temple 12, a first hinge 1211 is protruded from an outer surface of the first connecting section 121, a second hinge 1221 is protruded from an outer surface of the first supporting section 122, and the first hinge 1211 and the second hinge 1221 are rotatably connected by a rotating shaft 125;
the locking and releasing structure is a torsion spring 126, the rotation shaft 125 is sleeved with the torsion spring 126, and two force arms of the torsion spring 126 are respectively abutted against the outer surface of the first connection section 121 and the outer surface of the first support section 122.
In the solution of the foregoing embodiment, a locking and releasing structure is provided in the first temple 12 for locking the first support section 122 and the first connecting section 121 when the first temple 12 is unfolded. In this embodiment, a side surface of the first support section 122 and the first connection section 121, which faces away from the second temple 13 when the first support section 122 and the first connection section 121 are unfolded, is an outer surface of the first temple 12, a first hinge portion 1211 is convexly disposed on the outer surface of the first support section 122, a second hinge portion 1221 is convexly disposed on the outer surface of the first connection section 121, and a rotation shaft 125 is disposed between the first hinge portion 1211 and the second hinge portion 1221 to rotatably connect the first connection section 121 and the first support section 122. At this time, the first support section 122 is folded and rotated in a direction away from the second temple 13 to be folded to the first connecting section 121. Meanwhile, the locking and releasing structure in the first temple 12 is a torsion spring 126, the torsion spring 126 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 125, and two force arms of the torsion spring 126 are respectively abutted to the outer surfaces of the first supporting section 122 and the first connecting section 121, so that the first supporting section 122 is limited after the first temple 12 is unfolded, the free rotation of the first supporting section is limited, and the structural stability of the unfolded first temple 12 is maintained.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the torsion spring 126 is used as the locking and unlocking structure, and a fixing structure may be disposed on the first temple 12 at the same time to fix the first connecting section 121 and the first supporting section 122 when the first connecting section 121 and the first supporting section 122 are folded, so as to prevent the first conductive terminal 123 and the second conductive terminal 133 from being dislocated due to the tilting of the first supporting section 122 caused by the elastic restoring force of the torsion spring 126; the fixing structure can be bound by adopting a buckle structure or a binding belt and other structures. Of course, in some embodiments, the glasses case 20 is used to charge the glasses 10, and at this time, the folded first supporting section 122 may be disposed toward the bottom of the glasses case 20 to limit the tilting of the first supporting section 122 and prevent the first conductive terminal 123 and the second conductive terminal 133 from being separated.
In some embodiments, the second temple 13 is provided with a locking and releasing structure, the locking and releasing structure in the second temple 13 can refer to the locking and releasing structure in the first temple 12, when the locking and releasing structure is the torsion spring 126, the torsion spring is arranged on the side of the second temple 13 that faces away from the first temple 12 when the second temple 13 is completely unfolded, so as to abut against the second connecting section 131 and the side surface of the second supporting section, and limit the first supporting section 132 after the second temple 13 is unfolded, so as to limit the free rotation of the first supporting section 132, and thus maintain the structural stability of the second temple 13 after being unfolded.
Referring to fig. 10 and 12, in some embodiments of the eyeglasses 10 of the present invention, the first conductive terminal 123 is one of a spring probe and a metal block, and the second conductive terminal 133 is the other of the spring probe and the metal block.
In the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, the end surface of the first connecting section 121 and the end surface of the second connecting section 131 are respectively provided with a first conductive terminal 123 and a second conductive terminal 133, so as to be mutually abutted and conducted when the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are folded on the frame 11. In this embodiment, the first conductive terminal 123 is one of a spring probe and a metal block, and the second conductive terminal 133 is the other of the spring probe and the metal block, when the spring probe abuts against the metal block, the spring probe is compressed and contracted, so that the spring probe and the metal block maintain good contact, the tightness is proper, and a certain redundant space is provided to ensure smooth coupling and conduction between the spring probe and the metal block.
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments of the eyeglasses 10 of the present invention, the first temple 12 further comprises a charging terminal 124, and the charging terminal 124 is used for externally connecting a charging power source.
In the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are both folded on the frame 11, the first supporting section 122 is folded on the first connecting section 121, and when the second supporting section 132 is folded on the second connecting section 131, the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are connected by the first conductive terminal 123 and the second conductive terminal 133. In this embodiment, the first temple 12 is further provided with a charging terminal 124, the charging terminal 124 is electrically connected with the first conductive terminal 123, the charging terminal 124 is used for being electrically connected with a charging power source to charge the first temple 12, and the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are mutually conducted, so that the second temple 13 can be charged at the same time when the first temple 12 is charged, and the charging is more convenient; the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 are charged simultaneously, so that the electric quantity between the first temple 12 and the second temple 13 is the same, and the condition of electric quantity imbalance does not occur.
It should be noted that, conventionally, there are two charging terminals 124, and the two charging terminals 124 are respectively conducted with the two power supply terminals 22 of the charging power supply to form a complete charging loop, so as to satisfy the charging requirement
Referring to fig. 9, in some embodiments of the glasses 10 of the present invention, a mounting groove 1212 is formed on an outer surface of the first connecting section 121, and the first temple 12 further includes a metal sheet, and the metal sheet is mounted in the mounting groove 1212 to form the charging terminal 124.
In the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, the first temple 12 is provided with the charging terminal 124 for electrically connecting with a charging power source to charge the first temple 12 and the second temple 13. In this embodiment, the outer surface of the first connecting section 121 is provided with a mounting groove 1212, a metal sheet is mounted in the mounting groove 1212, and the metal sheet is electrically connected to the electronic device in the first temple 12 to serve as the charging terminal 124. As is known, two metal sheets are provided, and the two metal sheets form two charging terminals 124 to be respectively conducted with the two power supply terminals 22 of the charging power source to form a charging loop. The two metal sheets are spaced apart from each other to avoid short circuit, and may be disposed in the same mounting groove 1212 at intervals, or may be disposed with the two mounting grooves 1212 to fix the two metal sheets respectively, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention further provides a glasses case 20, wherein the glasses case 20 is used for accommodating the glasses 10 in any of the embodiments and charging the glasses 10. A receiving groove 21 for receiving the glasses 10 is formed in the glasses case 20.
In some embodiments, the eyeglass case 20 may be used to charge the eyeglasses 10, either wirelessly or by wire. Taking wired charging as an example, in some embodiments, the first temple of the glasses 10 is provided with the charging terminal 124, and the accommodating groove 21 is provided with the power supply terminal 22, and the power supply terminal 22 is configured to abut against the charging terminal 124 of the glasses 10. Usually, the two power supply terminals 22 are disposed to abut against the two charging terminals 124 of the glasses, so as to form a charging loop, thereby satisfying the charging requirement of the glasses 10. If the wireless charging mode is adopted, a wireless charging transmitting coil is arranged in the glasses case 20, and a wireless charging receiving coil is arranged in one of the glasses legs, so that the wireless charging transmitting coil is coupled with the wireless charging receiving coil, and the wireless charging of the glasses 10 can be realized.
It should be noted that, the glasses 10 are charged through the glasses case 20, and a charging interface may be provided on the glasses case 20, and the charging interface is electrically connected with the power supply terminal 22, so as to charge the glasses 10 through an external power supply of the charging interface; the glasses case 20 may be provided with a battery module electrically connected to the power supply terminal 22, and the glasses 10 may be charged by the battery module built in the glasses case 20, thereby implementing a mobile and portable function of the glasses set 1. Of course, in some embodiments, the outer surface of the glasses case 20 is provided with a charging interface, and a battery assembly is disposed in the glasses case 20, and the charging interface is electrically connected to the battery assembly and is used for charging the battery assembly, so as to prolong the service life of the battery assembly without repeatedly disassembling and assembling the battery assembly.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the glasses case 20 of the present invention, two supporting portions 23 are protruded from the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 21, the two supporting portions 23 are disposed at intervals for supporting the glasses 10, wherein a groove 231 is disposed on a side surface of one of the supporting portions 23 opposite to the bottom wall, both of the power supply terminals 22 are spring probes, and both of the spring probes are disposed in the groove 231 and protrude out of the groove 231.
In the technical solution of the foregoing embodiment, the glasses case 20 is provided with a receiving groove 21 for placing the glasses 10 therein, and the receiving groove 21 is provided with a power supply terminal 22 therein. In this embodiment, two supporting portions 23 disposed at an interval are convexly disposed on the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 21, the two supporting portions 23 are used for supporting the glasses 10, a groove 231 is disposed on a surface of one of the supporting portions 23 away from the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 21, the power supply terminal 22 is disposed in the groove 231, the charging terminal 11 is mostly provided with an elastic probe, a contact end of the elastic probe protrudes out of a top surface of the supporting portion 23, when the glasses 10 are placed on the supporting portions 23, the charging terminal 124 of the glasses 10 and the power supply terminal 22 are disposed oppositely, and the elastic probe is pressed down to contract the contact end of the elastic probe, so that the spring probe and the charging terminal 124 are kept in good contact, and the tightness is proper, and it is ensured that the power supply terminal 22 and the charging terminal 124 are mutually abutted and kept in a conduction state.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present invention further provides an eyeglasses set 1, wherein the eyeglasses set 1 includes eyeglasses 10 and an eyeglasses case 20 according to any of the embodiments, and the eyeglasses case 20 is used for placing the eyeglasses 10 and charging the eyeglasses 10. Since the present invention provides the eyeglass set 1 with all the technical solutions of all the embodiments of the aforementioned eyeglasses 10 and eyeglass cases 20, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the aforementioned technical solutions are obtained, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted here.

Claims (10)

1. An eyeglass, comprising:
a mirror frame;
the first glasses leg comprises a first connecting section and a first supporting section, the first connecting section is arranged at one end of the glasses frame in a foldable mode, the first supporting section is arranged at one end, away from the glasses frame, of the first connecting section in a foldable mode, and a first conductive terminal is arranged at the connecting position of the first connecting section and the first supporting section; and
the second glasses leg comprises a second connecting section and a second supporting section, the second connecting section is arranged at the other end of the glasses frame in a foldable mode, the second supporting section is arranged at one end, away from the glasses frame, of the second connecting section in a foldable mode, and a second conductive terminal is arranged at the connecting position of the second connecting section and the second supporting section;
when the first temple and the second temple are both folded on the spectacle frame, the first supporting section is folded on the first connecting section, and the second supporting section is folded on the second connecting section, the first conductive terminal is abutted to the second conductive terminal.
2. The eyewear of claim 1, further comprising an alignment structure, the alignment structure comprising:
the first magnetic piece is arranged at one end of the first connecting section, which is far away from the mirror frame; and
the second magnetic piece is arranged at one end of the second connecting section, which is far away from the mirror frame;
when the glasses are in a folded state, the first magnetic piece and the second magnetic piece are oppositely arranged and attracted.
3. The eyeglasses of claim 2, wherein the first conductive terminal is disposed on an end surface of the first connecting section facing away from the eyeglass frame, the first magnetic member comprises a first magnetic block and a second magnetic block, and the first magnetic block and the second magnetic block are respectively disposed on two sides of the first conductive terminal;
the second conductive terminal is arranged on the end face, away from the mirror frame, of the second connecting section, the second magnetic part comprises a first magnet and a second magnet, and the first magnet and the second magnet are respectively located on two sides of the second conductive terminal;
when the glasses are in a folded state, the first magnetic block and the first magnet are oppositely arranged and attracted, and the second magnetic block and the second magnet are oppositely arranged and attracted.
4. The eyeglasses of claim 3, wherein said first and second magnets are oppositely magnetized at an end facing away from said first connecting section and said first and second magnets are oppositely magnetized at an end facing away from said second connecting section.

The eyeglasses according to claim 1, wherein the first conductive terminal is disposed on an end surface of the first connecting section facing away from the eyeglass frame, the end surface of the first supporting section facing away from the first connecting section is provided with a first avoidance groove, and when the first supporting section and the first connecting section are unfolded, the first conductive terminal is received in the first avoidance groove;
and/or, the second conductive terminal is arranged on the end surface of the second connecting section, which deviates from the mirror frame, the second supporting section is close to the end surface of the second connecting section, which is provided with a second avoiding groove, and when the second supporting section and the second connecting section are unfolded, the second conductive terminal is accommodated in the second avoiding groove.
6. The eyeglasses according to claim 1, wherein the surface of the first temple which faces away from the second temple when unfolded is the outer surface of the first temple, the outer surface of the first connecting section is convexly provided with a first hinge part, the outer surface of the first supporting section is convexly provided with a second hinge part, and the first hinge part and the second hinge part are rotatably connected through a rotating shaft; the first glasses leg is further arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeved mode, and two force arms of the torsion springs are respectively abutted to the outer surface of the first connecting section and the outer surface of the first supporting section.
7. The eyewear of any of claims 1-6, wherein the first conductive terminal is one of a spring probe and a metal block, and the second conductive terminal is the other of the spring probe and the metal block.
8. The eyeglasses according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said first temple arm is further provided with a charging terminal for externally connecting a charging power source.
9. An eyeglass case for housing eyeglasses according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a housing groove for housing the eyeglasses is formed in the eyeglass charging case, and a power supply terminal is provided in the housing groove and is abutted against a charging terminal of the eyeglasses.
10. An eyeglass set comprising an eyeglass case and an eyeglass as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
