Abstract
The invention discloses a non-circulation zero-cold-water heater device, which comprises a water storage unit and a water return unit, wherein the water storage unit is connected with the water return unit; the water storage unit comprises a water storage tank and a bidirectional pump, wherein a water inlet of the water storage tank is connected with a hot water pipe of the water heater to divide the hot water pipe into a first pipe section and a second pipe section; the water inlet of the water storage tank is respectively connected with a first pipe section close to one side of a hot water outlet of the water heater and a second pipe section close to one side of a hot water faucet through a water flow regulating device; a water outlet of the water storage tank is connected with a first water inlet and a first water outlet of the bidirectional pump S, a second water inlet and a second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S are connected with a second pipe section of the hot water pipe through a first water return pipe, and one end of the first water return pipe, which is connected with the second water inlet and the second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S, is provided with a solenoid valve 2M; the water return unit comprises a second water return pipe connected between a second water inlet and a second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S and a cold water pipe of the water heater, and a one-way valve 1F is arranged on the second water return pipe.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a non-circulation zero-cold-water heater device.
Background
In most of the existing water heaters, after a hot water faucet is opened, hot water flows out only after a part of cold water needs to flow, and in a winter use scene, a user needs to test the temperature with hands, so that the use experience is influenced; because of the characteristics of the existing gas water heater, cold water exists in a water pipe between the water heater and a water faucet, and cold water also exists in the gas water heater; the zero-cold-water heater technology disclosed at present utilizes a water return pipe to draw cold water in a hot water pipe back for reheating; however, the adoption of the water return pipe to realize zero cold water has a plurality of problems, firstly, users in non-new rooms need to re-lay pipelines or install one-way valves, and secondly, the users need to open circulation in advance, so that the use is inconvenient and wastes gas resources.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a circulation-free zero-cold-water heater device, which solves the problems that a user needs to start circulation in advance, and the circulation is inconvenient and gas resources are wasted in the existing water heater device for pumping cold water in a hot water pipe back to be reheated by using a return pipe.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a non-circulation zero-cold-water heater device, which comprises a water storage unit and a water return unit, wherein the water storage unit is used for storing water;
the water storage unit comprises a water storage tank and a bidirectional pump, wherein a water inlet of the water storage tank is connected with a hot water pipe of the water heater to divide the hot water pipe into a first pipe section and a second pipe section; the water inlet of the water storage tank is respectively connected with a first pipe section close to one side of a hot water outlet of the water heater and a second pipe section close to one side of a hot water faucet through a water flow regulating device; a water outlet of the water storage tank is connected with a first water inlet and a first water outlet of the bidirectional pump S, a second water inlet and a second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S are connected with a second pipe section of the hot water pipe through a first water return pipe, and one end of the first water return pipe, which is connected with the second water inlet and the second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S, is provided with a solenoid valve 2M;
and the water return unit comprises a second water return pipe connected between a second water inlet and a second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S and a cold water pipe of the water heater, and the second water return pipe is provided with a one-way valve 1F.
Further, the device also comprises a water pressure sensor 1P which is arranged on a hot water pipe of the water heater and used for monitoring the water pressure in a first pipe section of the hot water pipe, when a hot water faucet is opened, the water pressure sensor 1P monitors the change of the water pressure, a bidirectional pump S works in the positive direction to pump water in a second pipe section of the hot water pipe to the water storage tank, and meanwhile, a water flow regulating device supplies hot water in the water heater to the water storage tank.
Furthermore, a water level sensor 2LT is arranged at one end of the first water return pipe connected with a second water inlet and outlet of the bidirectional pump S, and a temperature sensor 1T for monitoring the temperature of water flow in the first pipe section of the hot water pipe is mounted on the hot water pipe; when the water level sensor 2LT monitors that no water exists in the first water return pipe and the temperature of water flow in the first pipe section reaches the preset temperature, the electromagnetic valve 2M is closed, the bidirectional pump S works reversely to send water in the water storage tank to a cold water inlet of the water heater through the second water return pipe, and the water flow adjusting device stops supplying water to the water storage tank and turns to the second pipe section of the hot water pipe to supply water.
Further, a water pressure sensor 2P for monitoring the water pressure in the first water return pipe is arranged on the first water return pipe; when the hot water tap is closed, the water pressure sensor 2P monitors that the water pressure in the first return pipe changes, the bidirectional pump S stops working, and the water flow adjusting device is stopped.
Further, a water level sensor 1LT is arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank; when the water level sensor 1LT detects that the water level reaches the set water level, the supply of the external cold water to the cold water inlet of the water heater is stopped, and the reclaimed water of the water storage tank is supplied to the cold water inlet of the water heater only through the second water return pipe.
Further, a water level sensor 3LT at the middle upper portion of the water storage tank; when the water level sensor 3LT detects that the water level is too low, the bidirectional pump S prohibits the reverse operation.
Furthermore, a temperature sensor 2T for detecting the temperature in the hot water pipe is arranged at the water outlet end of the second pipe section of the hot water pipe, the temperature sensor 2T is connected with a power supply system, and the power failure and the power supply of the power supply system are controlled according to the disconnection and the connection of the temperature sensor 2T.
Further, the water flow adjusting device comprises a three-way electromagnetic valve 1M which is connected with the first pipe section of the hot water pipe, the second pipe section of the hot water pipe and the water inlet of the water storage tank.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the device is an external device of the gas water heater, a user does not need to replace the water heater again, and only needs to externally connect the device to the original gas water heater, so that the cost is reduced; and, the user need not open in advance and in proper order, and when opening hot water tap, the device is automatic with remaining water in the hot-water line to the cold water inlet of water storage box or water heater, realizes zero cold water, convenient to use, and has practiced thrift the gas resource.

Detailed Description
The non-circulation zero-cold-water heater device shown in fig. 1 comprises a water storage unit and a water return unit; the following describes each component in detail:
the water storage unit comprises a water storage tank and a bidirectional pump, wherein a water inlet of the water storage tank is connected with a hot water pipe of the water heater to divide the hot water pipe into a first pipe section and a second pipe section; the water inlet of the water storage tank is respectively connected with a first pipe section close to one side of a hot water outlet of the water heater and a second pipe section close to one side of a hot water faucet through a water flow regulating device; a water outlet of the water storage tank is connected with a first water inlet and a first water outlet of the bidirectional pump S, a second water inlet and a second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S are connected with a second pipe section of the hot water pipe through a first water return pipe, and one end of the first water return pipe, which is connected with the second water inlet and the second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S, is provided with a solenoid valve 2M;
and the water return unit comprises a second water return pipe connected between a second water inlet and a second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S and a cold water pipe of the water heater, and the second water return pipe is provided with a one-way valve 1F.

According to an embodiment of the application, the device further comprises a water pressure sensor 1P installed on the hot water pipe of the water heater for monitoring the water pressure in the first pipe section of the hot water pipe, when the hot water tap is opened, the water pressure sensor 1P monitors the change of the water pressure, the bidirectional pump S works in the positive direction to pump the water in the second pipe section of the hot water pipe to the water storage tank, and meanwhile, the water flow regulating device supplies the hot water in the water heater to the water storage tank.
According to an embodiment of the application, a water level sensor 2LT is arranged at one end of the first water return pipe connected with the second water inlet and outlet of the bidirectional pump S, and a temperature sensor 1T for monitoring the temperature of water flow in the first section of the hot water pipe is mounted on the hot water pipe; when the water level sensor 2LT monitors that no water exists in the first water return pipe and the temperature of water flow in the first pipe section reaches a preset temperature, the electromagnetic valve 2M is closed, the bidirectional pump S works reversely to send water in the water storage tank to a cold water inlet of the water heater through the second water return pipe, and the water flow adjusting device stops supplying water to the water storage tank and turns to the second pipe section of the hot water pipe to supply water; if the water temperature in the first pipe section of the hot water pipe does not reach the set temperature, the hot water pipe is turned to connect water to the water storage tank.
According to one embodiment of the application, a water pressure sensor 2P for monitoring the water pressure in the first water return pipe is installed on the first water return pipe; when the hot water faucet is closed, the water pressure sensor 2P monitors that the water pressure in the first return pipe changes, the bidirectional pump S stops working, and the water flow adjusting device is stopped, so that the function of preventing a user from mistakenly touching the system to work is achieved.
According to one embodiment of the application, the bottom of the reservoir is provided with a level sensor 1 LT; when the water level sensor 1LT detects that the water level reaches the set water level, the supply of the external cold water to the cold water inlet of the water heater is stopped, and the reclaimed water of the water storage tank is supplied to the cold water inlet of the water heater only through the second water return pipe.
According to an embodiment of the application, a water level sensor 3LT in the middle upper part of the reservoir; when the water level sensor 3LT detects that the water level is too low, the bidirectional pump S prohibits the reverse operation to prevent the bidirectional pump S from idling.
According to an embodiment of the application, the water outlet end of the second section of the hot water pipe is provided with a temperature sensor 2T for detecting the temperature in the hot water pipe, the temperature sensor 2T is connected with a power supply system, and the power supply and the power interruption of the power supply system are controlled according to the opening and closing of the temperature sensor 2T. The total power supply system in this application receives temperature sensor 2T control, and when the set temperature is less than the set temperature, temperature detect switch 2T is closed, and the system can only be circular telegram and accomplish a series of works to reach the function that prevents frequently opening and stop.
According to an embodiment of the application, the water flow adjusting device comprises a three-way electromagnetic valve 1M which is connected with a first pipe section of the hot water pipe, a second pipe section of the hot water pipe and a water inlet of the water storage tank, wherein the water inlet of the three-way electromagnetic valve 1M is connected with the first pipe section of the hot water pipe, and two water outlets of the three-way electromagnetic valve 1M are respectively connected with the second pipe section of the hot water pipe and the water inlet of the water storage tank.
According to one embodiment of the present application, the water flow regulating device is controlled by a three-way solenoid valve 1M. The three-way electromagnetic valve 1M can only connect the first section of the hot water pipe to the second section of the hot water pipe and does not supply water to the water storage tank; the three-way electromagnetic valve 1M can also only connect the first section of the hot water pipe to the water storage tank and does not supply water to the second section of the hot water pipe.
The following description is made of a control circuit of the circulating zero-cold-water heater device:
the first circuit I comprises a pressure switch 1P, a normally closed switch 2B, an electromagnetic switch 4C and an electromagnetic switch 5C; after the pressure switch 1P is closed, the electromagnetic switch 4C is electrified, the switch 4A and the switch 5A are closed, and the second loop 2 starts to work; the electromagnetic switch 5C is energized, the switch 7A is closed, and the third circuit 3 starts operating.
The second loop II comprises a current switch 4A, a switch 5A, a bidirectional pump S, a switch 2A, a switch 3A and a normally closed switch 3B; when the switch 4A and the switch 5A are closed, the bidirectional pump S rotates forwards to work, and when the switch 2A and the switch 3A are closed, the bidirectional pump S rotates reversely to work.
The third loop III comprises a switch 7A, a three-way electromagnetic valve 3M, an electromagnetic switch 6C and a temperature switch 1T; the three-way electromagnetic valve 3M is controlled by an electromagnetic switch 5C and an electromagnetic switch 6C, when the first loop 1 is switched on and the electromagnetic switch 5C is powered on, a switch 7A and a three-way electromagnetic valve 3M contact A are closed, and when a temperature switch 1T is switched on and the electromagnetic switch 6C is powered on, the switch 7A and the three-way electromagnetic valve 3M contact B are closed.
The fourth loop IV comprises an electromagnetic valve 1M, a switch 1A, a water level switch 1LT, a normally closed switch 1B, a pressure switch 2P, an electromagnetic switch 1C and an electromagnetic switch 2C; when the water level switch 1LT of the electromagnetic valve 1M is closed, the electromagnetic switch 1C is electrified, the switch 1A is closed, and the electromagnetic valve 1M works; when the pressure switch 2P is closed, the electromagnetic switch 2C is powered on, the normally closed switch 1B is disconnected, the electromagnetic switch 1C is powered off, and the switch 1A is disconnected.
The fifth loop V comprises a water level switch 2LT, an electromagnetic switch 3C, a switch 6A and an electromagnetic valve 2M; when the water level switch 2LT of the electromagnetic valve 2M is closed, the electromagnetic switch 3C is electrified, the switch 6A is closed, and the electromagnetic valve 2M is electrified to work.
The sixth loop VI comprises a voltage switch 2P and an electromagnetic switch 2C; the voltage switch 2P is closed, the electromagnetic switch 2C is powered on, the normally closed switch 2B of the first circuit 1 is disconnected, the electromagnetic switch 4C and the electromagnetic switch 5C are powered off, and the circuit is reset.
The seventh loop VII comprises a water level switch 3LT and an electromagnetic switch 7C; when the water level switch 3LT of the electromagnetic switch 7C is closed, the electromagnetic switch 7C is electrified, the normally closed switch 3B of the second loop 2 is disconnected, and the bidirectional pump S cannot work reversely.
The power supply circuit DC comprises a power supply and a temperature control switch 2T; and the power supply circuit DC is powered on only when the temperature control switch 2T reaches the set temperature, and the power supply circuit DC is powered on to supply power for the system.

The water storage unit comprises a water storage tank and a bidirectional pump, wherein a water inlet of the water storage tank is connected with a hot water pipe of the water heater to divide the hot water pipe into a first pipe section and a second pipe section; the water inlet of the water storage tank is respectively connected with a first pipe section close to one side of a hot water outlet of the water heater and a second pipe section close to one side of a hot water faucet through a water flow regulating device; a water outlet of the water storage tank is connected with a first water inlet and a first water outlet of the bidirectional pump S, a second water inlet and a second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S are connected with a second pipe section of the hot water pipe through a first water return pipe, and one end of the first water return pipe, which is connected with the second water inlet and the second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S, is provided with a solenoid valve 2M;
and the water return unit comprises a second water return pipe connected between a second water inlet and a second water outlet of the bidirectional pump S and a cold water pipe of the water heater, and the second water return pipe is provided with a one-way valve 1F.
2. The non-circulating zero-cold water heater apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a water pressure sensor 1P mounted on the hot water pipe of the water heater for monitoring the water pressure in the first section of the hot water pipe.

The non-circulating zero-cold water heater device according to claim 1, wherein a water level sensor 2LT is provided at one end of the first return pipe connected to the second water inlet/outlet of the bidirectional pump S, and a temperature sensor 1T for monitoring the temperature of water flow in the first section of the hot water pipe is mounted on the hot water pipe.
4. The non-circulating zero-cold water heater apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a water pressure sensor 2P for monitoring the water pressure in the first return pipe is installed on the first return pipe.
5. The non-circulating zero-cold water heater apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the water storage tank is provided with a water level sensor 1 LT.
6. The non-circulating zero-cold water heater apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the water level sensor 3LT is located at the middle upper portion of the reservoir.

The non-circulation zero-cold-water heater device according to claim 1, wherein the water outlet end of the second section of the hot water pipe is provided with a temperature sensor 2T for detecting the temperature in the hot water pipe, the temperature sensor 2T is connected with a power supply system, and the power supply system is controlled to be powered off and powered on according to the opening and closing of the temperature sensor 2T.
8. The non-circulating zero-cold water heater apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the water flow regulating means comprises a three-way solenoid valve 1M connecting the first section of the hot water pipe, the second section of the hot water pipe and the water inlet of the reservoir.
