A quick plugging device for a pipeline hydrostatic test and a using method thereof comprise a shaft rod, an expansion block, a sealing rubber ring and a pressure ring, wherein the shaft rod is provided with a round table, the shaft rod on one side of the round table is a conical surface, the shaft rod on the other side of the round table is provided with threads, and a through hole is formed in the shaft rod; the expansion block is matched with the conical surface of the shaft rod, and the sealing rubber ring and the pressure ring are sequentially sleeved on the shaft rod on the other side of the circular truncated cone. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention does not need to carry out secondary processing on the pipeline during pressure test plugging. The plugging device of the invention does not damage the pipeline and wastes no pipes. The plugging device is convenient and quick to use, good in plugging effect, reusable and beneficial to construction.

Background
With the rapid development of industrial economy and the advancement of building science and technology, in the pipeline installation engineering, a pressure test is an important link for pipeline installation acceptance. The conventional pressure test method is to weld a blind plate, a water injection pipe, a water drain pipe and the like at the end of the pipeline, and to cut off the auxiliary components after the pressure test is finished. The method not only consumes the material of the pipeline body, but also wastes time and materials.

a quick plugging device for a pipeline hydrostatic test comprises a shaft rod, an expansion block, a sealing rubber ring and a pressing ring, wherein a round table is arranged on the shaft rod, the shaft rod on one side of the round table is a conical surface, a thread is arranged on the shaft rod on the other side of the round table, and a through hole is formed in the shaft rod; the expansion block is matched with the conical surface of the shaft rod, and the sealing rubber ring and the pressure ring are sequentially sleeved on the shaft rod on the other side of the circular truncated cone.
The expansion blocks are 2-5 blocks, and the outer side surfaces of the expansion blocks are knurled surfaces.
The device is suitable for pipelines with the inner diameter of 20 mm-100 mm, and the test pressure is less than or equal to 5 MPa.
A use method of a quick plugging device for a pipeline hydrostatic test specifically comprises the following steps:
1) placing the expansion block at the minimum end of the conical surface of the shaft lever and hooping by a retaining ring;
2) sequentially loading the shaft lever with the expansion block, the sealing rubber ring and the compression ring into the port of the pressure test pipeline;
3) the locking nut is screwed at the outer end of the shaft lever, so that the conical surface of the shaft lever moves towards the outer side of the opening of the pressure test pipeline, the expanding block is expanded by the conical surface, and the expanding block with the knurled surface is pressed against the inner wall of the pressure test pipeline to generate enough friction force to resist the axial pressure of the pressure in the pipeline to the plugging device;
4) and the compression ring is compressed when the locking nut is screwed, and the sealing rubber ring is extruded to radially expand and tightly cling to the inner wall of the pressure test pipeline, so that the pressure test liquid in the pressure test pipeline is sealed.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the invention does not need to carry out secondary processing on the pipeline during pressure test plugging.

As shown in fig. 1, the quick plugging device for the hydraulic test of the pipeline comprises a shaft lever 1, an expansion block 6, a sealing rubber ring 5 and a pressing ring 4, wherein a round table is arranged on the shaft lever 1, the shaft lever on one side of the round table is a conical surface, a thread is arranged on the shaft lever on the other side of the round table, and a through hole is formed in the shaft lever 1; the expansion block 6 is matched with the conical surface of the shaft rod 1, and the sealing rubber ring 5 and the pressing ring 4 are sequentially sleeved on the shaft rod on the other side of the circular truncated cone.
In the embodiment, the expansion blocks 6 are 3 blocks, and the outer side surfaces of the expansion blocks 6 are machined into knurled surfaces.
The device is suitable for pipelines with the inner diameter of 20 mm-100 mm, and the test pressure is less than or equal to 5 MPa.
A use method of a quick plugging device for a pipeline hydrostatic test specifically comprises the following steps:
1) three expansion blocks 6 are arranged at the position of the minimum end of the conical surface of the shaft lever 1 and are hooped by a retaining ring 7;
2) sequentially loading the shaft lever 1 with the expansion block 6, the sealing rubber ring 5 and the pressure ring 4 into a port of a pressure test pipeline 8, and abutting the pressure ring 4 against the end of a pipe;
3) the locking nut 2 is screwed at the outer end of the shaft lever 1, so that the conical surface of the shaft lever 1 moves towards the outer side of the opening of the pressure test pipeline 8, the expanding block is expanded by the conical surface, the knurled surface of the expanding block is tightly pressed on the inner wall of the pressure test pipeline 8, and strong friction force is generated to resist the thrust of liquid in the pressure test pipeline 8 to the plugging device;
4) the pressing ring is pressed when the locking nut is screwed, the sealing rubber ring is extruded, the sealing rubber ring is radially expanded, the inner wall of the pressure test pipeline 8 is pressed, and the pressure test liquid in the pressure test pipeline 8 is sealed. The purpose of pressure test of the pipeline is achieved;
5) after the plugging devices at the two ends of the pressure test pipeline 8 are installed, accessories such as a valve pressure gauge water injection pipeline and the like are connected, and a pressure test can be started (as shown in figure 2);
6) after the test is finished, the locking nut 2 is unscrewed, and the shaft lever 1 is slightly knocked, so that the device can be taken out for recycling.
The invention has good plugging and sealing effect and accurate pipeline pressure test.
