The invention relates to the field of building outer wall decoration materials, in particular to a manufacturing process of an inorganic water-based fireproof decoration board.
Background
The calcium silicate board is a novel building material which is known to be stable in performance, is invented by one company in the United states at the earliest, and is popularized, used and developed in developed countries in the 20 th century and 70 th. Over 30 years of use, it has proven to be a durable and reliable building panel, particularly suitable for use as wall panels and ceiling tiles in building interiors. Most believe that the thicker the coating thickness of the fire-retardant coating, the higher the fire endurance. In essence, this is only one-sided. The fire-retardant coating has a fire-retardant coating limit which increases with increasing coating thickness, but the fire-retardant coating has a curve relationship in which the fire-retardant coating limit increases in magnitude with increasing coating thickness, rather than a purely linear increasing relationship.
The inorganic mineral paint is a paint which takes an inorganic film forming substance (potassium silicate) as a main film forming substance, namely a silicon-grade mineral paint, and consists of potassium silicate, inorganic pigment and sintered rock slices, and the raw materials come from natural environment-friendly silica resources. Because of high performance, the coating can be made into A-grade indoor and outdoor fireproof coatings, full-odor environment-friendly nontoxic coatings, basement mildew-proof coatings and the like, and is widely applied to decoration and maintenance of buildings such as ordinary buildings and buildings in acid rain environments, underground garages, hospitals, schools, bridges, subway tunnels, basements and the like. Has the functions that the common emulsion paint can not achieve A-grade fireproof, mildew-proof, breathable, durable, alkali-resistant, high-hardness, self-cleaning, antistatic, chemical acid rain resistant, excellent adhesive force and the like.
The existing fireproof decorative plate generally has the problems of color change, insufficient strength, toxic and harmful gas components, radiation and the like which are harmful to health, and is not suitable for indoor application.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a manufacturing process of an inorganic water-based fireproof decorative plate, which adopts a calcium silicate plate with a concave-convex surface as a substrate and is coated with a silicon-grade water-based mineral coating, and the manufactured plate has the advantages of good quality, high strength, good fireproof effect, strong weather resistance, good decorative effect and long service life.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a manufacturing process of an inorganic water-based fireproof decorative plate is realized by the following steps:
1) in the middle coating, a calcium silicate plate with a concave-convex surface is selected as a base material, and a sponge roller is used for roller coating, so that the surface of a substrate with the concave-convex surface can be uniformly coated with the silicon-grade water-based mineral coating, and the dosage is set to be 200 plus 300 g/square meter;
2) drying, namely putting the coated calcium silicate board into drying equipment for drying, and setting the temperature to be 30-60 ℃ to dry the surface of the board;
3) spraying, namely spraying finish paint on the dried calcium silicate board, wherein the front 2 and the rear 2 adopt spray guns with the caliber of 2.5mm, the middle 2 adopt spray guns with the caliber of 2.5mm inclined at an angle of 45 degrees, the dosage of the sprayed silicon-grade water-based mineral paint is set to be 150 plus one square meter per 200 g, and the side surface and the corner of the board are uniformly sprayed;
4) drying, namely drying the calcium silicate board obtained in the step 3) in drying equipment at the temperature of 30-60 ℃, and drying the surface of the calcium silicate board;
5) and (3) finishing the product, namely, placing the plate obtained in the step 4) in an isolated way by using the waste transfer printing film without damaging the surface of the plate.
The drying equipment adopts leveling machines.
The invention has explained a manufacturing approach of inorganic aqueous fire-proof decorative board taking calcium silicate board with concave-convex surface as substrate, through painting, spraying inorganic aqueous mineral coating in the middle, make calcium silicate board and coating combine the adhesive force stronger, avoid producing and drop, cracking, stratification phenomenon; the sponge roller is adopted for roll coating of the concave-convex substrate to replace the traditional manual brush coating, so that the concave-convex surface is more uniform, the labor and material cost is saved, spray guns with different angles are adopted for spray coating, and the spray guns are combined to uniformly coat the texture surface, the side surface and the corner of the concave-convex calcium silicate board, so that the fireproof effect is better, the weather resistance is more than 1000 hours, and the service life of the board is greatly prolonged; the prepared plate texture veneer has the decorative effect of wood grain imitation, has strong concave-convex feeling, gives people a fresh feeling, has clear use level and is suitable for indoor and outdoor decoration application.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-2, the manufacturing process of the inorganic water-based fireproof decorative board is realized by the following steps:
1) in the middle coating, a calcium silicate plate with a concave-convex surface is selected as a base material, and a sponge roller is used for roller coating, so that the surface of a substrate with the concave-convex surface can be uniformly coated with the silicon-grade water-based mineral coating, and the dosage is set to be 200 plus 300 g/square meter;
2) drying, namely putting the coated calcium silicate board into drying equipment for drying, and setting the temperature to be 30-60 ℃ to dry the surface of the board;
3) spraying, namely spraying finish paint on the dried calcium silicate board, wherein the front 2 and the rear 2 adopt spray guns with the caliber of 2.5mm, the middle 2 adopt spray guns with the caliber of 2.5mm inclined at an angle of 45 degrees, the dosage of the sprayed silicon-grade water-based mineral paint is set to be 150 plus one square meter per 200 g, and the side surface and the corner of the board are uniformly sprayed;
4) drying, namely drying the calcium silicate board obtained in the step 3) in drying equipment at the temperature of 30-60 ℃, and drying the surface of the calcium silicate board;
5) and (3) finishing the product, namely, placing the plate obtained in the step 4) in an isolated way by using the waste transfer printing film without damaging the surface of the plate.
Preferably, the drying devices all adopt leveling machines.
Three specific embodiments are briefly described below, and the process steps are not repeated, but the number of relevant parameters is changed to describe the invention in detail.
The performance indexes of the inorganic water-based fireproof decorative board obtained by the three embodiments are as follows:
the original manufacturing process of the fireproof decorative plate is manual brushing, the speed is low, the manpower is consumed, the phenomenon of uneven brushing can be caused if the operation is unskilled, and the sponge roller rolling coating mode is adopted in the step 1), so that the one-time brushing area is large, the surface is even, the brushing efficiency is improved, the workload is reduced, and the personnel and time cost are saved; and 3) selecting spray guns, selecting the spray guns with the same caliber to uniformly cover the sprayed finish on the surface, and enabling the concave-convex substrate to be uniformly sprayed at all angles by setting different angles. The calcium silicate board with the concave-convex surface has good fireproof performance and good fireproof and flame-retardant performance due to the fact that the surface is sprayed with the water-based paint, the partition wall has the limit of fire resistance for 8 hours, and is more waterproof and moistureproof than a common calcium silicate board.
