Test example
In the test example, a common SBS PY PE M4-10 (GB 18242-2008) sold in the market at present is used as a comparative example, and the anti-freezing and self-melting ice and snow type modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials for exposure in examples 1-4 are compared with the comparative example, as shown in tables 1-3, wherein in the table 1, 50g of distilled water is poured into 500mm × 500mm tiled modified asphalt waterproof coiled material test blocks (comprising the anti-freezing and self-melting ice and snow type modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials for exposure in examples 1-4 and the common SBS PY PE M4-10 (GB 18242-2008) sold in the market), and the modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials are placed into low temperature boxes at different temperatures for 30min to observe whether the modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials are frozen, so as to obtain comprehensive performance comparison data before aging. Table 2 shows comparative data of the aged comprehensive properties of modified asphalt waterproof rolls (including the exposed anti-freezing self-melting snow-ice type modified asphalt waterproof rolls of examples 1 to 4 and commercially available ordinary SBS PY PE M4-10 (GB 18242-2008)) after 672h artificial climate accelerated aging. Table 3 shows comparative data for the results of the mold resistance test.

As can be seen from the data in table 1:
1) Because the upper surface is anti-freezing and self-melting ice and snow type modified asphalt layer and the snow melting agent is added into the pre-immersion oil, the freezing point and the ice melting temperature of the modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials of the embodiments 1 to 4 are obviously reduced compared with the comparative example, which shows that the ice and snow, etc. covered on the surface of the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material product are easier to melt and harder to freeze.
2) Due to the addition of the anti-stripping agent, the adhesion of the mineral aggregate of the upper surface isolation layer is obviously improved compared with that of a comparative example, so that the adhesion of the mineral aggregate of the upper surface isolation layer and the anti-freezing self-melting ice and snow type modified asphalt layer of the upper surface is stronger, and the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is continuously protected from direct ultraviolet radiation.
3) Due to the addition of polyphosphoric acid (PPA), the aging low-temperature attenuation of the modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials of examples 1-4 is obviously reduced compared with that of the comparative examples, and the modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials are more difficult to crack and the like.

As can be seen from the data in table 2:
1) The modified asphalt waterproof rolls of examples 1-4 have small changes in the freezing point and 100% ice melting rate due to the addition of the anti-freezing self-melting ice-snow type modified asphalt layer on the upper surface and the addition of the snow melting agent in the pre-immersion oil, which indicates that the modified asphalt waterproof roll product of the invention can maintain long-term ice melting capability.
2) The modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is subjected to chemical reaction due to the addition of polyphosphoric acid (PPA), so that the adhesion and the low-temperature attenuation amplitude are obviously improved compared with those of a comparative example.

As can be seen from the data in table 3:
compared with the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material product of the comparative example, the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material products of examples 1 to 4 added with the mildew-resistant agent have the advantages that the mildew-resistant grade is improved, the mildew-resistant effect is obviously improved, and the waterproof life of the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material product can be further ensured.

the coating cover material of the upper surface anti-freezing self-melting ice and snow type modified asphalt layer comprises the following components: 30-40 parts of 90# asphalt, 35-50 parts of 200# asphalt, 1-6 parts of snow melting agent, 1-4 parts of natural lake asphalt, 8-12 parts of star SBS with the molecular weight of 20-25 ten thousand and the styrene content of 25% -35%, 1-3 parts of anti-ultraviolet agent, 0.1-0.5 part of polyphosphoric acid, 0.1-1 part of anti-stripping agent and 8-21 parts of inorganic filler;
the reinforced layer is formed by pre-soaking the base of the reinforced layer with oil and extruding; the pre-immersion oil comprises the following components: 30-40 parts of No. 10 asphalt, 30-40 parts of No. 30 asphalt, 3-5 parts of APAO, 0.1-0.5 part of mildew-resistant agent and 0.1-0.8 part of snow-melting agent; the base of the reinforced layer is a glass fiber reinforced polyester base or a polyester base;

3. The antifreeze self-melting ice and snow type modified asphalt waterproof coiled material for the exposed part according to claim 1, wherein in the coating material of the antifreeze self-melting ice and snow type modified asphalt layer on the upper surface:
the failure temperature of the anti-stripping agent is more than 240 ℃;
the uvioresistant agent is nano TiO 2 The diameter is less than 100 nm;
the inorganic filler is at least one of talcum powder, fly ash, heavy calcium and light calcium, and the mesh number of the inorganic filler is more than 200 meshes;
the star SBS with molecular weight of 20-25 ten thousand and styrene content of 25-35% is in powder state or high swelling state.
4. The antifreeze self-melting ice and snow type modified asphalt waterproofing membrane for external use according to claim 1, wherein in the coating material of the lower surface modified asphalt layer:
the softener is three-line oil and/or four-line oil of the crude oil similar to the 90# asphalt;
the inorganic filler is at least one of talcum powder, fly ash, heavy calcium carbonate and light calcium carbonate, and the mesh number of the inorganic filler is more than 200 meshes;
the star SBS with molecular weight of 20-25 ten thousand and styrene content of 25-35% is in powder state or high swelling state.
5. The antifreeze self-melting snow type modified asphalt waterproofing membrane for external use according to claim 1, wherein the grammage of the glass fiber reinforced polyester base is 250 or 310.
6. The antifreeze self-melting ice and snow type modified asphalt waterproofing membrane for external use according to claim 1, wherein the lower surface isolation layer is a hot melt polyethylene film isolation layer.
