Abstract
The invention relates to a construction method for a steel sheet pile support serving as a foundation pit top water interception and safety protection measure, which comprises the following steps of: measuring and lofting; drawing a steel sheet pile control line; inserting and driving steel sheet piles to a set elevation; setting up enclosing purlins and supports; excavating earth; dismantling the supports, the enclosing purlins and the steel sheet piles; the invention discloses a treatment method of a steel sheet pile pulling-out part, which overturns the traditional steel sheet pile construction method, and tries to arrange the pile top of the steel sheet pile at a position 1.20m away from the ground for the first time, and an inner support is arranged at a position 0.70m away from the ground, so that the structure and personnel safety of a support structure under stress are realized, the steel sheet pile is adopted for intercepting water at the top of a foundation pit, a larger operation space is created for an earth-moving machine, and the protection of the adjacent edge of the foundation pit is better realized.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of concrete foundation construction, in particular to a construction method for a steel sheet pile support serving as a foundation pit top water interception and safety protection measure.
Background
At present, when foundation pit operation is carried out in the southern coastal region in the flood season, the problems that the operation space around the foundation pit is limited and a catchwater ditch cannot be excavated are often encountered; particularly, when the project construction period is short, the foundation pit excavation earthwork is poor in soil quality and abundant in underground water, the process connection rhythm is required to be fast, and excessive drainage measures cannot be taken; in order to save the steel sheet pile leasing cost, the steel sheet pile needs to be used reversely, the existing steel sheet pile supporting mode cannot stop water at the top of the foundation pit, the operation space of the excavating machinery is limited, and the condition that the stress of the supporting structure is still safe when the condition occurs cannot be guaranteed.

In order to overcome the technical defects and shortcomings, the invention provides a construction method for supporting a steel sheet pile and serving as a water-stopping and safety protection measure at the top of a foundation pit, which not only enables the stress of a steel sheet pile supporting structure to be safer, but also can stop water at the top of the foundation pit and create a larger operation space for an earth-moving machine.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a construction method for a steel sheet pile support to be used as a water interception and safety protection measure at the top of a foundation pit, which comprises the following steps:
(I) measurement lofting
Reserving an operation surface with the width of 1.0m on each side according to the design, and measuring and placing by using a total station to determine a position line of the steel sheet pile;
(II) pulling steel sheet pile control line
According to the measured position line of the steel sheet pile, a steel sheet pile control line is pulled;
(III) inserting and driving the steel sheet pile to a set elevation
Adopting a digging machine and a vibration hammer for beating;
(IV) setting purlin and support
Welding brackets on the steel sheet piles according to the designed number, arranging the enclosing purlins on the brackets, and arranging the supports on the enclosing purlins;
(V) earth excavation
After the enclosing purlin and the support are set, excavating to a height of 20cm from the substrate by using an excavator;
(VI) dismantling the support, purlin and steel sheet pile
After the ditch concrete is poured, after the concrete is cured to meet the strength, backfilling a foundation pit, and removing a steel sheet pile;
(VII) treatment of steel sheet pile pulling-out part
And backfilling the pulled part of the steel sheet pile by adopting medium coarse sand, and backfilling a gap between the steel sheet pile and the ditch by using plain soil after the ditch template and the ditch construction scaffold are removed.

As can be understood by those skilled in the art, when the foundation pit works in the flood season of the southern coastal region, the intercepting ditch can not be excavated due to the limited working space around the foundation pit; especially, when project construction period is short, foundation pit excavation earthwork soil quality is poor, underground water is abundant, process connection needs to be accelerated especially, and excessive drainage measures are difficult to take; meanwhile, in order to save the steel sheet pile leasing cost, the steel sheet pile needs to be used reversely, and a simple and quick installation mode needs to be adopted in a supporting mode.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a construction method for a steel sheet pile support to be used as a water-stopping and safety protection measure for the top of a foundation pit, which is described with reference to one embodiment, and the construction method includes the following steps:
(I) measurement lofting
Reserving an operation surface with the width of 1.0m on each side according to the design, and measuring and placing by using a total station to determine a position line of the steel sheet pile;
(II) pulling steel sheet pile control line
According to the measured position line of the steel sheet pile, a steel sheet pile control line is pulled;
(III) inserting and driving the steel sheet pile to a set elevation
Adopting a digging machine and a vibration hammer for beating; as can be understood by those skilled in the art, the conditions of underground pipelines and underground structures need to be found out before the construction, so as to avoid damage; before piling, the steel sheet piles are checked one by one, the steel sheet piles which are rusted and seriously deformed at the connecting locking notch are removed, and unqualified steel sheet piles can be used after being repaired; before piling, coating grease in the fore shaft of the sheet pile to facilitate driving and pulling out; and measuring and monitoring the inclination of each pile at any time in the inserting and driving process to be not more than 0.3%, and pulling and re-driving when the inclination is too large and cannot be adjusted by a pulling and aligning method.
