Abstract
The invention discloses tobacco stem pulp for coating ivory board and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of processing and recycling of cigarette byproducts. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) extracting; (2) solid-phase filter pressing; (3) high-concentration pulping; (4) and (5) microwave drying. The invention also discloses the tobacco stalk pulp obtained by the preparation method and application thereof. The tobacco stem pulp belongs to mechanical pulp, and compared with chemical pulp of tobacco stems, the chemical pulp of tobacco stems does not need to be used in the production process, the production is green and environment-friendly, the energy consumption is low, and the pulping yield is higher. The tobacco stem pulp can be added and used on the surface layer or the core layer or the bottom layer of the coated ivory board on line.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to tobacco stem pulp for coating ivory board and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of processing and recycling of cigarette byproducts.
Background
The tobacco stems are important byproducts in the tobacco processing process, have similar components with tobacco leaves, have the functions of improving the cigarette structure, reducing the cost and reducing the tar, and are always important components of cigarette raw materials, and the tobacco stems used by cigarette industry enterprises at present mainly adopt cut stems and reconstituted tobacco leaves. With continuous innovation of the processing technology of the reconstituted tobacco and the cut stems, the quality of the reconstituted tobacco and the cut stems of the tobacco is improved to a great extent, and the application range and the application proportion of the reconstituted tobacco and the cut stems of the tobacco in cigarette products are increased day by day. Nevertheless, each cigarette industry enterprise still has a large amount of tobacco stalk raw materials to be scrapped and burned without effective utilization, which not only pollutes the environment, but also causes waste of tobacco resources. Patent CN110916238A provides a tobacco stem pretreatment method for a high-speed paper machine and a white cardboard for the tobacco, the method comprises filter pressing treatment, after three times of plate frame filter pressing, organic matters in the tobacco stems are removed, the tobacco stems can be put into the high-speed paper machine, and the organic matters in the tobacco stems are more thoroughly removed by crushing the tobacco stems into powder and then carrying out a plurality of times of plate frame filter pretreatment. Patent CN106283929A discloses a coated white cardboard containing tobacco stems and/or tobacco leaves, which comprises a raw paper layer, wherein the raw paper layer comprises a surface paper layer, a core paper layer and a bottom paper layer which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, and an optional liner paper layer located between the surface paper layer and the core paper layer, and at least one of the surface paper layer, the core paper layer, the bottom paper layer and the liner paper layer contains tobacco stems and/or tobacco leaves. The patent CN109082928B discloses a tobacco stem coated ivory board and a preparation method and application thereof, which is characterized in that tobacco stem powder with the particle size of 1-120 mu m is taken, water is added to prepare suspension, the suspension is leached and/or filter-pressed and then coated with cationic starch, and then the suspension is mixed with paper pulp slurry, and the tobacco stem coated ivory board is prepared after slurry distribution, water filtration, squeezing dehydration, drying and coating.
In the above many published reports, the application form of the tobacco stems in the coated ivory board can be divided into tobacco stem pulp and tobacco stem powder, wherein the tobacco stem powder directly added into the coated ivory board in the production process can cause a large amount of tobacco waste water, the tobacco stem powder pretreatment process is complicated, the treatment efficiency is low, and the cost is high; the tobacco stem pulp can be continuously added on line in the production process of the coated ivory board, but the publicly reported tobacco stem chemical pulp needs a large amount of cooking chemicals in the preparation process, and the yield of the tobacco stem pulp is low.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a tobacco stem mechanical pulp suitable for online production of coated ivory board, a preparation method thereof and application of the tobacco stem pulp prepared by the method in coating ivory board.
The tobacco stem pulp is prepared from tobacco stem raw materials through extraction, solid-phase filter pressing, high-concentration pulping and microwave drying processes, chemicals are not used in the preparation process, the preparation process is environment-friendly, energy is saved, consumption is reduced, and pulping yield is high.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention discloses a tobacco stem pulp preparation method for coating ivory board, which comprises the following steps:
(1) carrying out hot reflux extraction on the tobacco stem raw material by using water under certain conditions;
(2) performing solid-liquid separation on the material extracted in the step (1), and performing filter pressing treatment on a solid phase part to ensure that the water content of a solid matter is less than or equal to 75 wt%;
(3) performing three-stage high-concentration pulping on the solid matters in the step (2), wherein the freeness of the tobacco stalk pulp after pulping is 300-500ml, and the water content of the tobacco stalk pulp is less than or equal to 85 wt%;
(4) and (4) carrying out microwave drying treatment on the tobacco stem pulp obtained in the step (3) to enable the water content to be less than or equal to 15 wt%, and thus obtaining the tobacco stem pulp.
Preferably, the length dimension of the tobacco stems in the step (1) is 5-20 mm.
Preferably, the hot reflux extraction solid-liquid ratio in the step (1) is 1: (4-7), the extraction temperature is 60-90 ℃, and the extraction time is 30-60 min.
Preferably, in the step (3), the gap between the first-level pulping disc mill for the three-level high-concentration pulping is 0.5-1mm, the gap between the second-level pulping disc mill is 0.3-0.5mm, and the gap between the third-level pulping disc mill is 0.1-0.3 mm.
Preferably, the microwave frequency in the step (4) is 2450Hz, and the microwave power is 30kW-200 kW.
The second aspect of the invention discloses tobacco stem pulp prepared by the preparation method.
The third aspect of the invention discloses the application of the tobacco stem pulp in coating a white cardboard surface layer, a core layer or a bottom layer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the tobacco stem pulp belongs to mechanical pulp, and compared with chemical pulp of tobacco stems, the chemical pulp of tobacco stems does not need to be used in the production process, the production is green and environment-friendly, and the pulping yield is higher.
2. The tobacco stem pulp is used for adding the surface layer or the core layer or the bottom layer of the coated white cardboard on line for the first time, the quality index of the obtained coated white cardboard is the same as or close to that of the normally produced coated white cardboard, and the technical standard requirement can be met.
3. The microwave drying method is adopted, so that the tobacco stalk pulp can be uniformly heated and quickly dehydrated, and the defects of high heating strength, long heating time and high energy consumption of the traditional drying technology are overcome.

The present invention will be described in detail and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without inventive step are within the scope of protection of the present invention.
Example 1
The preparation method of the tobacco stem pulp for coating the ivory board of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step (1) extraction: carrying out hot reflux extraction on a tobacco stem raw material with the length of 50mm by using water, wherein the extraction solid-liquid ratio is 1: 4, the extraction temperature is 90 ℃, and the extraction time is 60 min;
step (2) solid-phase filter pressing: carrying out solid-liquid separation on the material extracted in the step (1), carrying out filter pressing treatment on a solid phase part, wherein the water content of a solid matter after filter pressing is 75 wt%;
step (3), high-consistency pulping: performing three-stage high-concentration pulping on the solid matter subjected to filter pressing in the step (2), wherein the disc grinding clearance of the first-stage pulping is 1mm, the disc grinding clearance of the second-stage pulping is 0.5mm, the disc grinding clearance of the third-stage pulping is 0.3mm, the freeness of tobacco stalk pulp is 300ml, and the water content of the tobacco stalk pulp is 85 wt%;
step (4), microwave drying: carrying out microwave drying treatment on the tobacco stem pulp obtained in the step (3), wherein the microwave frequency is 2450Hz, the microwave power is 30kW, and the moisture content of the tobacco stem pulp after microwave drying is 15 wt%; thus obtaining the tobacco stem pulp.
And adding the obtained tobacco stalk pulp into the surface layer of the coated ivory board on line according to the mass ratio of 4 wt% to prepare the coated ivory board containing stalk fibers.
Example 2
The preparation method of the tobacco stem pulp for coating the ivory board of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step (1) extraction: carrying out hot reflux extraction on a tobacco stem raw material with the length of 15mm by using water, wherein the extraction solid-liquid ratio is 1: 7, the extraction temperature is 60 ℃, and the extraction time is 30 min;
step (2) solid-phase filter pressing: performing solid-liquid separation on the material extracted in the step (1), and performing filter pressing treatment on a solid phase part, wherein the water content of a solid substance after filter pressing is 70 wt%;
step (3), high-consistency pulping: performing three-stage high-concentration pulping on the solid matter subjected to filter pressing in the step (2), wherein the disc grinding clearance of the first-stage pulping is 0.5mm, the disc grinding clearance of the second-stage pulping is 0.3mm, the disc grinding clearance of the third-stage pulping is 0.1mm, the freeness of the tobacco stalk pulp is 500ml, and the water content of the tobacco stalk pulp is 80 wt%;
step (4), microwave drying: carrying out microwave drying treatment on the tobacco stem pulp obtained in the step (3), wherein the microwave frequency is 2450Hz, the microwave power is 200kW, and the moisture content of the tobacco stem pulp after microwave drying is 12 wt%; thus obtaining the tobacco stem pulp.
Adding the obtained tobacco stalk pulp into the bottom layer of the coated ivory board on line according to the mass ratio of 6 wt% to prepare the coated ivory board containing stalk fibers.
Example 3
The preparation method of the tobacco stem pulp for coating the ivory board of the embodiment comprises the following steps:
step (1) extraction: carrying out hot reflux extraction on the tobacco stem raw material with the length of 20mm by using water, wherein the extraction solid-liquid ratio is 1: 6, the extraction temperature is 85 ℃, and the extraction time is 40 min;
step (2) solid-phase filter pressing: performing solid-liquid separation on the material extracted in the step (1), performing filter pressing treatment on a solid phase part, wherein the water content of a solid matter after filter pressing is 72 wt%;
step (3), high-consistency pulping: performing three-stage high-concentration pulping on the solid matter subjected to filter pressing in the step (2), wherein the disc grinding clearance of the first-stage pulping is 0.7mm, the disc grinding clearance of the second-stage pulping is 0.4mm, the disc grinding clearance of the third-stage pulping is 0.2mm, the freeness of the tobacco stalk pulp is 400ml, and the water content of the tobacco stalk pulp is 82 wt%;
step (4), microwave drying: performing microwave drying treatment on the tobacco stem pulp obtained in the step (3), wherein the microwave frequency is 2450Hz, the microwave power is 100kW, and the moisture content of the tobacco stem pulp subjected to microwave drying is 13 wt%; thus obtaining the tobacco stem pulp.
And adding the obtained tobacco stalk pulp into a core layer of the coated ivory board on line according to the mass ratio of 10 wt% to prepare the coated ivory board containing stalk fibers.
The quality indexes of the coated white cardboard containing stalk fibers prepared in examples 1 to 3 were measured, and the results of comparative analysis of the quality indexes are shown in table 1, with the coated white cardboard produced normally as a control:

From the test comparison results in table 1, it can be seen that, compared with the control sample, when the tobacco stalk pulp prepared by the present invention is added to the coated white cardboard, the quality index of the coated white cardboard is equivalent to the quality index of the normally produced coated white cardboard, and both meet the technical standard requirements.

Claims (7)
1. A preparation method of tobacco stem pulp for coating ivory board is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) carrying out hot reflux extraction on the tobacco stem raw material by using water under certain conditions;
(2) performing solid-liquid separation on the material extracted in the step (1), and performing filter pressing treatment on a solid phase part to ensure that the water content of a solid matter is less than or equal to 75 wt%;
(3) performing three-stage high-concentration pulping on the solid matters in the step (2), wherein the freeness of the tobacco stalk pulp after pulping is 300-500ml, and the water content of the tobacco stalk pulp is less than or equal to 85 wt%;
(4) and (4) carrying out microwave drying treatment on the tobacco stem pulp obtained in the step (3) to enable the water content to be less than or equal to 15 wt%, and thus obtaining the tobacco stem pulp.
2. The method for preparing the tobacco stalk as claimed in claim 1, wherein the length dimension of the tobacco stalk in the step (1) is 5-20 mm.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the hot reflux extraction solid-to-liquid ratio in step (1) is 1: (4-7), the extraction temperature is 60-90 ℃, and the extraction time is 30-60 min.
4. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein in the step (3), the disc grinding clearance of the first-stage pulping in the three-stage high-consistency pulping is 0.5-1mm, the disc grinding clearance of the second-stage pulping is 0.3-0.5mm, and the disc grinding clearance of the third-stage pulping is 0.1-0.3 mm.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the microwave frequency in the step (4) is 2450Hz, and the microwave power is 30kW to 200 kW.
6. Tobacco stem pulp produced by the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
7. Use of the tobacco stem slurry according to claim 6 for coating a top, core or bottom layer of white cardboard.
