It should be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein is merely one type of association that describes an associated object, meaning that three relationships may exist, e.g., a and/or B may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" herein generally indicates that the former and latter related objects are in an "or" relationship.
It is also noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a good or system that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such good or system. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a commodity or system that includes the element.
At present, the underwear is used as a special clothes, and the complexity of washing, the degree of cleaning and the deformation after washing are pain points of women. Particularly, in the bra with the steel ring, the inner sides of the cups are cleaned complexly, the underwear is easy to deform when force is applied, and the cleaning is poor when the force is not applied.
To further illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following specific examples are provided with reference to fig. 1 to 15.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the present embodiment, a control method of a washing machine is provided, the washing machine including a washing tub assembly, a laundry treating rack 10 provided in the washing tub assembly for fixing laundry, and a spray device for spray-washing the laundry, the control method including a partial washing stage including:
detecting a fixed orientation of the laundry on the laundry treating rack;
adjusting the laundry treating rack to adjust the fixed orientation to a spray position corresponding to the spray device;
spraying the clothes to be washed and controlling the clothes treating rack to swing at a preset swing angle to perform spraying washing.
In some alternative modes, the position detection device is in the form of hardware such as a reed switch, a group of reed switches are arranged at each group of specific positions (in the example, the group of the central position of the spraying opening and the central position of the underwear fixed copy are set), and the relative positions of the group of specific positions are judged by receiving related signals. The position detection can also be judged directly through detecting the electric parameter variation of the motor without a hardware form, the fluctuation of the electric parameters can be generated due to the eccentric condition when the motor rotates, the bra fixing mode in the example generates larger eccentric amount under the condition that clothes are wetted, and the relative position of the bra is easy to judge through the fluctuation of the electric parameters. Therefore, it is preferable to apply a position detection form in which the water inlet means is combined with the shower means in the above-described water inlet process, and the laundry is wetted while the water is supplied. It should be noted that the measurement can be performed without wetting the laundry, which is to increase the accuracy of detecting the fixed orientation.
Based on the principle that the cup position of above-mentioned position detection device detection brassiere can divide into multiple mode in this embodiment, if: the first is a position detection device with a hardware device, and the second is a mode of detecting eccentricity by an electric parameter of a variable frequency motor through a hardware-free detection device to detect the position of a cup and the like. Accordingly, the detecting the fixed orientation of the laundry on the laundry rack using the first detecting device comprises: the washing machine comprises a washing barrel assembly, a washing machine frame, a position sensor, a washing machine, a control system and a control system, wherein the washing machine frame is arranged on the washing machine frame, the position sensor is arranged on the washing machine frame, the washing machine frame is arranged on the washing machine frame, water is filled into the washing barrel assembly and wets washed clothes, then the washing machine frame is controlled to rotate, and the position sensor is used for judging the circumferential position of the washed clothes, so that the fixed position is determined. When detecting with the second detecting device, the detecting the fixed orientation of the laundry on the laundry treating rack comprises: the method comprises the steps of firstly, feeding water into a washing barrel assembly and wetting washed clothes, then controlling a clothes treatment rack to rotate, and analyzing electric parameters of a driving motor for driving the clothes treatment rack to rotate to obtain the eccentric direction of the clothes treatment rack so as to determine the fixed direction. Both modes can acquire the fixed orientation of the washed clothes, and then the washed clothes are adjusted to the spraying positions for spraying and washing based on the two modes.
In this embodiment, the adjusting the laundry treating rack to adjust the fixing orientation to the spraying position corresponding to the spraying device includes: after the fixed position of the washed clothes on the clothes processing frame is detected, judging whether the current fixed position corresponds to the spraying position, and if the current fixed position corresponds to the spraying position, keeping the clothes processing frame at the current position; if the position of the clothes is judged to be not corresponding to the spraying position, the clothes processing frame is controlled to rotate so as to be fixed at the position of the washed clothes corresponding to the spraying position.
In some optional manners, the spraying the laundry and controlling the laundry treating rack to swing at a preset swing angle to perform the spray washing includes: starting the spraying device to spray the washed clothes on the clothes treatment rack; controlling a driving motor to drive the clothes processing frame to swing in the forward and reverse directions by a preset swing angle; the swing is stopped after the preset partial washing time is reached.
For the oscillating manner of the washing tub, the oscillating angle can be set in combination with the size of the laundry to be washed: taking the inner clothes barrel diameter of 200mm as an example, the circumference of the inner clothes barrel is 200mm pi 628mm, the bra is hung on the inner clothes barrel, the distance between the two center points of the cups is 125mm from c1, the angle of the inner clothes barrel is 125/628 pi 180 ° -36 °, the length of the cup part c2 is 250mm, the angle of the inner clothes barrel is 250/628 x 180 ° -72 °, and the local washing is to control the inner clothes barrel to swing clockwise and anticlockwise within the angle range (36 ° -72 °); the corresponding angles of different barrel diameters D are different, and the angle range from c 1/D/pi 180 DEG to c 2/D/pi 180 DEG when locally washing the cup positions.
Further optionally, the laundry treatment may be performed by setting the swing mode to a mode of changing the swing amplitude, and the swing is expanded from a small-angle swing to a large-angle swing. At this time, the controlling the driving motor to drive the laundry treating rack to swing in the forward and backward directions by a preset swing angle includes: and controlling the clothes processing rack to swing at an initial swing angle by taking the fixed direction as a swing center position, and then gradually increasing the range of the swing angle to expand the spraying area of the spraying device corresponding to the clothes processing rack.
In the embodiment, an operation process of controlling the washing machine to perform washing by combining the control method is also provided. The control method adopts a spray washing mode, washing water in the barrel is pressurized to a spray opening through a circulating pump, the sprayed water falls back into the barrel to form circulation, and a certain amount of water is required in the barrel before spray washing, so that water needs to be fed to a certain water level. The water inlet device can be combined with the spraying device, namely water is fed through the spraying port, clothes are washed while water is fed (the rotation of the underwear barrel needs to be controlled at the moment), the effect of water feeding and washing is achieved, and the washing efficiency is improved.
Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, starting a water inlet device, and closing after water is fed to a local washing water level SWj in a washing barrel assembly;
s2: controlling the underwear barrel to rotate for N circles, and detecting a position signal to judge the central position w0 of the cup; it should be noted that: the N circles are rotated mainly for judging the positions of the cups by the position sensors, and N is more than or equal to 0;
s3: entering a local washing stage:
s31: the underwear barrel is controlled to rotate until the center position of the cup is aligned with the position of the spraying port and then stops;
s32: starting a circulating spraying device;
s33: after t1 time, controlling the underwear barrel to swing left and right at an angle position relative to the spraying ports (w1, w2) for t2 time; it should be noted that, after the circulation device is turned on for time t1, the underwear barrel is controlled to swing for washing, and there are two cases: 1. when t1 is more than 0, the cup position of the underwear barrel is aligned with the spray opening, the cup is fixedly sprayed and washed, and after the time lasts for t1, the cup is washed by angle swing washing; 2. when t1 is equal to 0, the flush spray washing is directly performed. Preferably: t2 is taken for 10-30 minutes, and 20 minutes can be set to basically meet the washing effect;
s34: and circulating until the partial washing stage is finished.
In some optional ways, the control method of this embodiment further includes an overall washing stage, the overall washing stage including: after the local washing stage is finished, controlling a driving motor to drive a clothes treatment rack to perform forward and reverse rotation (namely, alternatively rotating in the forward and reverse directions) spraying washing by a preset number of whole circles; and entering a rinsing and dewatering stage after the preset integral washing time is reached. At this time, the control method of the washing machine further includes S4: entering an integral washing stage: wherein
S41: controlling the underwear barrel to rotate forwards and backwards continuously in a beat of 'forward rotation A circle and reverse rotation B circle'; preferably: when the rotating speed of the barrel is 60rpm, namely the total forward rotation time and the total reverse rotation time of 60 revolutions per minute are both 5 minutes, A, B takes 5 × 60 to 300 revolutions, and the time t4 of the whole washing stage is 5+5 to 10 minutes; in addition, alternate rotation may be performed at intervals of minutes;
s42: starting the water inlet device after t3 time, and closing the water inlet device and the circulating spray device after water enters to the integral washing water level SWz;
s43: controlling the underwear barrel to rotate forwards and backwards continuously in a beat of 'forward rotation A circle and reverse rotation B circle';
s44: after t4 time, stopping the rotation of the underwear barrel;
s5: and entering a rinsing and dewatering stage, and finishing the execution of the set rinsing and dewatering process after the completion.
It should be noted that: the angular spraying based on the local washing stage can be extended, and the swinging angles (w1, w2) are gradually increased along with the difference of the washing stage, so that the washing range is gradually expanded while the key parts are intensively washed, and the clothes are comprehensively refreshed including other parts. The step S41 of the whole washing stage here can be considered as one of the extensions, and when the number of forward and reverse rotations is 1, it can be considered as controlling the inner tub to swing at an angle of (360 °, -360 °).
Preferably: in this embodiment, the spraying angle of the spraying device is also optimized. The spraying angle refers to the angle of the tangential direction when the position of the spraying opening is opposite to the spraying opening relative to the underwear barrel, when the spraying opening of the spray head is opposite to the clothing processing frame with the outer wall surface obliquely arranged, the spraying opening is vertical to the tangential direction, and the angle is 90 degrees; the spraying angle is controlled between 90-150 degrees, when the spraying angle is larger than 150 degrees, the spraying range is exceeded, clothes cannot be sprayed, and when the spraying angle is smaller than 90 degrees, the spraying angle and the rotating direction of the washing drum are in the same direction, so that the spraying effect is weakened. Preferably 120-135 degrees, and the scouring strength is strong, thus being beneficial to washing.
Example 2
The invention also provides a clothes processing rack suitable for the washing machine in the embodiment, and the clothes processing rack is specifically described.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, and 5, a laundry treating stand 10 includes:
a processing rack main body 11, wherein the processing rack main body 11 is a cylindrical structure, for example, a cylindrical structure or a truncated cone-shaped cylindrical structure;
the supporting plate 12 is arranged at the bottom of the processing frame main body 11, and the supporting plate 12 is arranged in a circular ring structure along the periphery of the bottom of the processing frame main body 11;
and the enclosing structure 14 is arranged on the outer circle of the supporting plate 12, a partition plate 113 is arranged between the enclosing structure 14 and the processing frame main body, and the partition plate 113 divides the space between the enclosing structure 14 and the processing frame main body 11 into a plurality of washing partition chambers.
Preferably, the divider 113 is removably disposed between the enclosure structure 14 and the main body of the processing rack. It should be noted that, after the partition plate 113 is removed, the laundry treating rack can be used as a whole washing area, as shown in fig. 6 and 7.
As shown in fig. 4, the main body 11 of the processing rack is a truncated cone with the taper of the side wall between 5 degrees and 10 degrees being optimal, so that the design is favorable for the placement of the bra during washing, namely, the bra can be installed to play a guiding role.
The side wall surface of the processing frame main body 11 is provided with a fluid passing structure for the circulation of washing water, and/or the replacement component is provided with a fluid passing structure for the circulation of washing water, so that the processing frame main body 11 can be matched with the spraying structure to realize the spraying and washing of clothes.
The fluid passing structure on the processing rack main body 11 in this embodiment is the same, and the fluid passing structure may be a grid structure or a porous structure, as shown in fig. 4 and 6. For example, the fluid passing structure is a grill structure including vertically arranged grill bars, and the washing water may be sprayed onto the laundry through gaps between the grill bars. Preferably, as shown in fig. 14, the cross section of the grating bars is configured as a shuttle-shaped face or a diamond-shaped face, so that the end width of the cross section B of the grating bars in the direction toward the spray direction of the spray washing water is smaller than the cross section width in the direction away from the spray direction of the spray washing water, that is: the end surface facing the spraying direction of the spraying washing water forms a flow expansion structure. The shape of the structure can play a role in drainage, the width of the grid strips is reduced, the material of the grid is reduced, the production cost of the grid is reduced, and sufficient water passing space is formed between the grid strips while the strength of the grid strips is ensured. When spraying, the spraying water is sprayed to the washed clothes after being diffused along the side wall surface A of the grid bars, so that the washing effect is enhanced.
Alternatively, the fluid passing structure is a plurality of through holes formed on the main body 11 of the processing rack, and the through holes are evenly distributed to increase the flow area of the washing water, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
As shown in fig. 4-7, the laundry treating rack 10 further includes a supporting plate 12 disposed at the bottom of the treating rack body 11 and configured as a circular ring structure along the periphery of the bottom of the treating rack body 11, the supporting plate 12 is provided with a plurality of water-repellent ribs 13, and the water-repellent ribs 13 are disposed along the circumferential direction of the supporting plate 12. In the process of washing clothes, the driving mechanism drives the clothes treatment rack 10 to rotate, the water-stirring ribs 13 which are equally distributed on the circumference of the clothes treatment rack 10 rotate against water flow, the contact area of the water flow and the clothes treatment rack 10 is increased, the water flow generates large surging, the water flow surging acts on the clothes, the mechanical force of the water flow on the clothes washing is increased, and the cleaning ratio is further improved.
Preferably, the water distribution ribs 13 form an included angle with the diameter direction of the supporting plate 12, that is, the water distribution ribs 13 extend along the direction forming the included angle with the radial direction of the supporting plate 12, and the water distribution ribs 13 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the supporting plate 12. The water distribution ribs 13 are preferably constructed in a trapezoidal plate-like structure, arranged perpendicular to the carrier plate 12, and have inclined sides at portions thereof adjacent to the treatment rack main body 11. The included angle range can be set to be 0-90 degrees, namely the included angle range is not consistent with the radial direction of the included angle range, so that the end, farthest from the center, of the water-repellent rib treatment rack faces one side of the rotation direction of the clothes treatment rack, and the water-repellent effect is enhanced.
The outer circle of the supporting plate 12 is provided with a surrounding structure 14, the surrounding structure 14 and the supporting plate 12 form an integral structure, and the surrounding structure is perpendicular to the supporting plate 12 and is higher than the water stirring ribs 13. The structure can effectively increase the containing volume of the clothes, and the contact friction between the clothes and the circumference can also reduce the winding of the clothes. Preferably, one end of the water-stirring rib 13 is connected with the enclosure structure 14, and the other end of the water-stirring rib is spaced from the treatment frame main body 11 to facilitate the circulation of the washing water.
A first water through hole 15 is formed in the supporting plate 12, and the first water through hole 15 is located between two adjacent water stirring ribs 13; and/or a second water passing hole 16 is arranged on the enclosure structure 14, and a plurality of second water passing holes 16 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the enclosure structure 14. In this embodiment, the supporting plate 12 and the enclosure structure 14 are provided with water through holes at the same time, that is, the supporting plate 12 is provided with a first water through hole 15, and the first water through hole 15 is a long strip-shaped through hole extending along the radial direction of the supporting plate 12; the enclosure structure 14 is provided with a second water through hole 16, and the second water through hole 16 is a rectangular hole formed along the vertical direction.
