Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of textiles, in particular to a high stretch yarn non-twisting interweaved fabric and a processing method thereof.
Background
The high stretch yarn raw material such as polyester T400 or T75D is a bicomponent fiber formed by combining PTT and PET. The two insoluble polymers in the fiber are held together and their differential shrinkage produces a smooth helical crimp, which results in more crimp in the fiber when dyed and subsequently finished. Therefore, fabrics and garments made from high stretch yarn fibers such as polyester T400 or T75D can maintain the shape desired by consumers, and have good shape retention and elastic recovery. The high stretch yarn fiber such as the polyester T400 or T75D has a unique dog-bone-like cross section, and can improve the air permeability and moisture-removing performance of the fabric. The polyester T400 or T75D has many excellent characteristics, and is used as a raw material for fabric production by many fabric development designers to improve the comfort, softness and elasticity of the fabric, or to produce the fabric by matching with other fiber raw materials, so that the fabric has more personalized fabric products.
However, the high stretch yarn fiber such as the polyester T400 or T75D belongs to the high stretch filament elastic fiber, and has the characteristics of bulkiness and no network points. If the polyester T400 fiber is used as the warp yarn of the fabric for production, the polyester T400 fiber has no network points, or even after the polyester T400 fiber is networked, the fastness of the network points is not enough, so that the production requirement of the grey fabric of the fabric can not be met. Only through the twisting can be as warp normal use, and the surface fabric of production after the twisting, feel and comfort can receive very big influence, and although there is the mode of not twisting processing yet, often can destroy high-elastic fibrous original characteristic, feel and comfort still can receive processing technology's influence to phenomenons such as broken strand appear easily, thereby influence the quality of surface fabric.

Detailed Description
A processing method of a high stretch yarn non-twisting interweaved fabric comprises the following production procedures:
firstly, selecting raw materials: comprises high elastic yarn and soluble vinylon yarn; when the raw materials are selected, the high elastic yarn has good elasticity and bulkiness. The main physical indexes of the soluble vinylon yarn are as follows: hairiness index: 4.82, breaking strength: 260 centinewtons, twist: 105 twists/10 cm.
Secondly, a network is formed, and the high elastic yarns and the soluble vinylon yarns are mixed into the network; the quality of the network directly influences the normal production of the subsequent sizing yarn and weaving, the air pressure of a network machine must reach 4kg during the network, the speed of the network machine is 380 m/min, the number of network points is 90-110/m, the winding size of each network bobbin is based on the weight of the bobbin not exceeding 1.5kg, and the phenomenon that the excessive winding is unfavorable for the forming of the network composite yarn and the normal production of the subsequent yarn finishing process is influenced is prevented. The high stretch yarn and the soluble vinylon yarn are mixed in the network, so that the network performance of the high stretch yarn is greatly improved, the defects of yarn breakage, strand breakage and the like cannot occur in the subsequent processing process, and the problem of insufficient network point fastness after the high stretch yarn fiber filament network is solved.
Step three, yarn finishing, namely, finishing the fabric after the network; the first part is not too much when the yarn is finished, the yarn is finished by using the following first parts of 700 pieces, the reed teeth are arranged to be empty of one tooth and operated by one tooth, the yarn finishing speed is carried out according to 150 m/min, a tension ring of a yarn finishing vehicle is provided with three rings of 4 gears, and the unwinding tension of a single bobbin is as follows: 14g, winding tension: 16 kg. After the high stretch yarn is subjected to yarn arrangement, the network is more reliable and stable, and yarn breakage and strand breakage cannot occur.
Fourthly, sizing, namely feeding the finished fabric into a drying room, and sizing the fabric by using sizing agent to completely dissolve the soluble vinylon yarns to form high-elastic yarn composite yarns; the drying room temperature is 90 ℃, the cylinder temperature is 90 ℃, the pulp filament speed is 80 m/min, and the pulp tank grouting rod tension is as follows: the pressure is 650kg at low speed, the pressure is 1000kg at high speed, and two layered twisting rods are used before the composite filament is taken out of the drying room and enters the cylinder, so that the composite filament can not be twisted after passing through the cylinder. When the sizing wire shaft is wound, the two sides of the sizing wire shaft are slightly lower than the middle of the sizing wire shaft, so that the tension of the two sides of the sizing wire shaft is conveniently controlled during shaft combination in the subsequent process, and the backing-off is stable. The soluble vinylon yarn of the composite yarn after the sizing treatment is completely dissolved, so that the characteristics of a high stretch yarn product can be completely reserved, and the processed fabric has good hand feeling and comfort.
Combining the high-elastic yarn composite yarn obtained in the fourth step and the combed pure cotton 40 yarns together; the high-elastic yarn composite yarn shaft is placed at the front of the combination shaft frame, 40 combed pure cotton yarn shafts are placed at the last of the combination shaft frame, the unwinding tension of the high-elastic yarn composite yarn is 24 kg/shaft, the combination shaft winding tension is 360kg, and the combination shaft speed is 70 m/min. The high-elastic composite yarn sizing film can be guaranteed not to be damaged, retraction and strand breakage can not be caused, the performance of high-elastic yarns is not damaged, and the hand feeling and the comfort degree of the fabric are guaranteed.
Sixthly, drafting, namely performing drafting treatment on the yarns subjected to warp rebinning shaft treatment in the fifth step to form warp yarns; the drafting is carried out according to a forward drafting method, and the harness wire is an imported grid harness wire. Not only is convenient to operate, but also can ensure that the density of the fabric meets the requirement.
And seventhly, weaving, namely weaving the warp yarns and the weft yarns obtained in the sixth step together to form the non-twisted interwoven fabric. An electronic shedding loom is adopted, the tension of the loom is 330kg during weaving, and the speed of the loom is 750 revolutions per minute. On one hand, in the electronic shedding form loom, shedding closing actions are driven by the independent servo motors, the shedding closing actions are softer, the friction and the impact on warps are much smaller, the electronic shedding form loom is particularly beneficial to high-elastic composite yarn types, each heald frame is controlled by the corresponding independent servo motor, the shedding time and the motion static angle of the heald frame can be independently set for each heald frame, and more favorable conditions can be provided for the production of special warp raw material fabrics of the high-elastic composite yarns.
Further, the thick liquids are low alcoholysis degree PVA205 and polypropylene mixed liquid, through the comparison of repeated tests many times, the thick liquids adopt low alcoholysis degree PVA205 and polypropylene mixed liquid, and the effect is obvious, and soluble vinylon yarn's dissolving speed is fast and dissolve completely thoroughly, is favorable to improving production efficiency to keep the performance of high stretch yarn, can not reduce the feel and the comfort level of surface fabric.
Preferably, the high stretch yarn is polyester T400 or T75D. T400 or T75D is extracted from corn, and the fiber has good elasticity and bulkiness, and can ensure the hand feeling and comfort of the fabric.
Preferably, the soluble vinylon yarn is 60 English vinylon yarn and can be quickly dissolved in hot water at 90 ℃.
Furthermore, the weft yarns are 40 yarns of combed pure cotton, so that the hand feeling and the comfort of the fabric are not reduced.
Furthermore, the weft yarns are polyester T400 or T75D, so that the hand feeling and the comfort of the fabric can be further improved.
Optimally, the high elastic yarn and soluble vinylon yarn mixed network adopts a long yarn and short fiber mixed network mode. The high stretch yarn network is reliable, and the soluble vinylon yarn can be rapidly and completely dissolved conveniently in the later stage of the sizing process.
The high stretch yarn non-twisting interwoven fabric is processed by any one of the processing methods of the high stretch yarn non-twisting interwoven fabric. The high stretch yarn non-twisting interweaved fabric processed by the process can keep the elasticity, fluffy softness and good air permeability of the high stretch yarns, does not break the yarns and break strands in the weaving process, ensures the product quality and durability, and can be used for manufacturing clothes such as shirts, skirts and the like.
In summary, the interlaced fabric without twisting high elastic filament and the processing method thereof protected by the invention are characterized in that the polyester high elastic filament and the soluble vinylon yarn are subjected to filament and short fiber mixed networking, then the soluble medium and the vinylon yarn in the network are dissolved by sizing the composite yarn after networking, and the high elastic filament composite filament meeting the design requirement is reserved. Then warp yarns are formed after the warp yarns are combined with the combed pure cotton 40 yarn combination shaft for drafting, the subsequent weaving process is carried out, the processing technology is simple, twisting operation is not needed, the network is reliable, strand breakage does not occur, the processed fabric can keep the characteristic of high-elasticity fibers, and the hand feeling and the comfort degree are very good.
