Abstract
A sealing method for a furnace head of a combustion chamber of an on-line production coke furnace comprises the following steps: 1) Drilling a furnace head of the combustion chamber; 2) The furnace head of the combustion chamber is sealed by air pressure; 3) Grouting the furnace head of the combustion chamber, namely extending the slurry into the bottom of a drilled hole of the furnace head of the combustion chamber through a slurry spraying pipe, and performing grouting twice until the slurry is completely sealed; and then plugging the grouting hole by using a pouring material, driving a ceramic fiber rope into the upper parts of the protective plate and the furnace end, and then building an upper furnace end brick. Technical Field

Background
In the middle and later periods of the coke oven life, abnormal phenomena such as uneven furnace body expansion, furnace wall deformation, protection plate fracture and the like are generated in the combustion chamber of the coke oven to different degrees, and when the phenomena occur, the coke oven in operation can generate furnace end crude gas overflow; that is, in the normal production process of the coke oven, after the combustion chamber is charged with coal, the coal material in the combustion chamber begins to decompose due to heating, raw coke oven gas formed by various components in the coal material is rapidly generated, the gas pressure in the combustion chamber is increased, and the raw coke oven gas overflows due to the fact that the furnace wall is not tightly sealed. Particularly, after the production time of the coke oven is long, the raw gas at the position overflows more seriously after cracks appear due to the breakage of the large protection plate and large gaps are generated between the protection plate and the brickwork of the oven head of the coke oven, and the influence on the production operation environment is particularly serious.
Raw gas can overflow from the furnace ends of the combustion chambers in the middle and later stages of service of the coke oven, and the main reasons are as follows:
(1) the large protection plate and the masonry are separated due to long-term mechanical impact, so that the sealing performance of the burner of the combustion chamber is reduced.
(2) The big protection shield breaks to different degrees, has accelerated the reduction of combustion chamber furnace end degree of sealing.
The following measures are currently taken for the problems that arise above:
1. a method for temporarily blocking ceramic fiber cotton at the overflow part of the raw gas is adopted.

2) Air pressure seal for furnace head of combustion chamber
Extending a heat-resistant rubber pipe from the upper part of a large protection plate with a drilled hole to the bottom of the hole, and compacting and sealing the upper part of the large protection plate around the heat-resistant rubber pipe by using a ceramic fiber rope; the sealing material is blown into the drilled hole through compressed air and gradually permeates into cracks of a masonry and a large protection plate of the coke oven head to seal the small cracks; meanwhile, the sealing material can overflow from a larger gap between the furnace end of the combustion chamber and the large protection plate through the pressing-in of the sealing material, and the position and the size of the furnace end of the coke oven which leaks are easy to judge according to the overflow amount of the sealing material;
3) Burner mud jacking of combustion chamber
The guniting pipe extends into the bottom of a drilled hole of the burner of the combustion chamber, and the upper part of the large protection plate is compacted and sealed by ceramic fiber ropes at the periphery of the guniting pipe;
grouting for the first time: the mortar specific gravity of the slurry is 1.3 to 1.6g/cm 3 When slurry overflows from the upper part of the furnace end or the large protection plate of the combustion chamber, the operation can be stopped, and the furnace end or the large protection plate is kept still for 5 to 10 minutes;

The invention can prevent the raw gas at the head part of the coke oven from overflowing, protect the coke oven working environment, simultaneously avoid the corrosion and burning loss of the oven protection iron piece due to poor sealing performance of the coke oven head, overflow and burning of the raw gas and the like, play a role in protecting the oven protection iron piece and the oven wall and prolong the service life of the coke oven.
The invention discloses a method for maintaining the sealing of a furnace end of a combustion chamber of an on-line production coke oven, which is initiated in domestic and foreign industries.
The maintenance method of the invention has no influence on the production of the coke oven.
The method effectively seals the separated part of the large protection plate and the coke oven masonry, and eliminates leakage from the source.
The method has low maintenance cost.

1) Drilling of burner of combustion chamber
