Description

Wear-resistant soft composite adhesive tape and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the structure of a composite adhesive tape and the field of preparation thereof, in particular to a wear-resistant soft composite adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increasing demands for safety, comfort and economy of automobiles, automobile wire harnesses become more and more complex, and meanwhile, automobile wire harnesses at different positions on an automobile need various tapes and other wrapping materials for protection.
In the process of layout of the wire harness, the wire harness is inevitably in contact with the sharp edge of a sheet metal part of an automobile body, particularly, in the areas where the sharp edge cannot be avoided in the layout design of the cloth, and the material wrapped outside the electric wire needs to have super high wear resistance. Such as a wire harness near a steering support column, the wrapping material requires more than 3 ten thousand wear times (according to 5.12.4.2Scrape abrasion test method in ISO 6722-12011).
In the conventional art: 1: the wire harness is wrapped with an open corrugated tube, and then a thin layer of PVC adhesive tape is wrapped outside. FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a prior art wire harness wrapped with corrugated tubing and PVC tape; however, this solution has a major drawback: due to the fact that the corrugated pipe is made of hard materials, the flexibility of the whole wire harness is poor, the wire harness on the steering support below the automobile instrument panel is multiple in branches, the wire harness layout is complex, and the wire harness with poor flexibility is difficult to assemble in the final assembly process, particularly in winter. Some automobile factories perform final assembly after heating the wire harness by placing it at a certain temperature, but this causes an increase in cost. The wear-resistant grade of the common wear-resistant adhesive tape can not reach the grade of corrugated pipes. 2: other wear-resistant adhesive tapes in the traditional technology are high in cost, and because super wear-resistant operators cannot tear the tapes by hands, modern enterprise management considers that the operation site does not allow a cutter to be used due to safety management, so that the operation is very inconvenient.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a composite adhesive tape and a preparation method thereof, which not only can improve the soft and wear-resistant performance of the composite adhesive tape, but also have lower cost and are easy to operate and tear.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a wear-resistant flexible composite tape, which comprises a tape A and a tape B, wherein the tape A comprises a first base cloth, and a primer layer is coated on the first base cloth; the tape B comprises a second base cloth, and a first surface glue layer is coated on the second base cloth; the first surface glue layer and the bottom glue layer are tightly attached under the action of pressure.
The invention also provides a preparation method for preparing the wear-resistant soft composite adhesive tape, which comprises the following operation steps: the method comprises the following steps: coating a primer on one surface of the first base cloth; the glued surface is required to be completely coated to form a primer layer, so that the primer penetrates into the first base cloth to form an A winding tape; step two: coating a surface adhesive with strong viscosity on one surface of the second base cloth; the glued surface is required to be completely coated to form a first surface glue layer, and a B winding belt is manufactured; step three: aligning the bottom glue layer of the tape A with the first surface glue layer of the tape B; tightly pressing one side of the bottom glue layer and one side of the first face glue layer, and rolling the A winding tape and the B winding tape from one end to the other end together inwards under the action of external force; in the winding process, the base cloth has tension, so that the winding A coated with the primer and the winding B coated with the surface glue are tightly attached together, and the winding A and the winding B are kept in a tightly attached state under the action of the glue to form the composite adhesive tape.
Compared with the prior art, the wear-resistant soft composite adhesive tape adopts a mode of 'base cloth + base cloth', and the wear-resistant grade of the composite adhesive tape is far higher than the sum of the wear-resistant times of two layers of base cloth. Because the composite adhesive has certain elasticity, the composite adhesive tape can have certain shrinkage in thickness under the action of the pressure of the scraping needle equipment, namely in the wear-resisting test process, the wear of the scraping needle to the adhesive tape when the scraping needle grinds the composite adhesive tape is far less than the wear of a normal layer of base cloth, and therefore the wear-resisting times can be higher. After the product is wrapped on a wire harness and loaded on a real vehicle, even if a sharp metal edge is rubbed, due to the elasticity of the composite adhesive tape, the abrasion caused by one-time rubbing is far less than that of other inelastic adhesive tapes, so that a better protection effect is achieved. In the aspect of cost, only about 80% of the cost of the current corrugated pipe is needed to achieve the equivalent wear-resisting effect. Frequent experiments show that the adhesive tape abrasion resistance test result of the single-layer base fabric is as follows: about 1100 times, the abrasion resistance test result of the composite adhesive tape is as follows: 30000 times or more. Therefore, the composite adhesive tape has better softness and wear resistance, low cost and good effect.

4) the super wear resistance and the hand tearing are both considered, and the solution of the notch at one side not only solves the problem of hand tearing but also can ensure the wear resistance by 100 percent;
wherein, but hand tear nature, through the die cutting equipment of special development, with about 1.8mm of sticky tape one side incision degree of depth. The operator is very likely to tear after the winding is completed. In terms of ensuring the wear resistance, based on the general operation regulations in the wire harness production industry, the overlapping rate of the adhesive tape in the wear-resistant area when the adhesive tape is densely wound is at least 50% of the width of the adhesive tape, taking the product with the widest 25mm width in the industry as an example, when the overlapping rate is 50%, the overlapping width is 12.5mm, but the opening depth is only 1.8mm, so that after the winding is finished, all the notches are completely covered by the overlapped part. Only the last turn has a visible cut, but the wiring harness operation provides for 100% winding of 2-3 turns at the end, and experiments have also proved effective in preventing the cut from becoming larger
