Claims (10)

1. A heating device, comprising: the substrate layer, its characterized in that still includes: the heating wire is flatly coated and fixed on the substrate layer through the viscose; the heating wire is provided with a plurality of bending parts; the shape of the bending part is formed by extruding and bending the heating wire; a hand-off detection device is fixedly arranged on one side of the substrate layer, which is not provided with the heating wire; the heating device is arranged between a rim and a skin of a steering wheel.
2. The heating device of claim 1, wherein the substrate layer is further adhered with a flexible layer on a side away from the hand detection device.
3. the heating device of claim 2, wherein the flexible layer is at least one of a non-woven fabric, a gauze, leather, a foam pad, a plastic film, a high-elastic sponge, EPDM, and PVC.
4. A heating device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3, wherein the hands-off detection means comprises a spacer layer and a sensing layer; the spacing layer is arranged adjacent to the base material layer; the induction layer is provided with at least one induction area.
5. the heating device of claim 4, wherein the off-hand detection device further comprises a shielding layer disposed on a side of the spacing layer away from the sensing layer.
6. The heating device according to claim 5, wherein the induction layer is provided with two induction zones, wherein the first induction zone and the second induction zone are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the steering wheel; or the like, or, alternatively,
the induction layer is provided with three induction areas, wherein the first induction area and the second induction area are used for being arranged on the front side of the steering wheel, and the third induction area is used for being arranged on the back side of the steering wheel.
7. A steering wheel characterized in that the rim of the steering wheel is coated with a heating device according to any one of claims 1 to 6; the heating device is provided with a structural layer of a heating wire which is positioned between the off-hand detection device and the wheel rim.
8. The steering wheel of claim 7, wherein an outer surface of the heating device is coated with a coating.
9. The steering wheel of claim 8, wherein the cover is a skin.
10. The steering wheel of claim 8, wherein a foam structure is disposed between the heating device and the covering layer.
