The working principle is as follows:
1. when a user wants to take a needed file, the display 3 is operated and controlled to open a switch of a second motor 550, an output shaft of the second motor 550 drives a corresponding second threaded rod 523 to rotate, the second threaded rod 523 rotates while being matched with a second chain 551 and two third chain wheels 552 to drive another second threaded rod 523 to synchronously rotate, so that the two synchronously rotating second threaded rods 523 are matched with corresponding guide rods 524 to drive two side posts 527 to move up and down, the two side posts 527 drive two second sliding frames 521 to move up and down, meanwhile, the two second threaded rods 523 respectively drive two flywheels 554 on the two second threaded rods to rotate, the two flywheels 554 are matched with two belts 553 to drive the other two flywheels 554 to rotate, the other two flywheels 554 drive the two first threaded rods 522 to synchronously rotate, the two first threaded rods 522 are matched with two sliding blocks 526 to slide the sliding rails 525 to drive the first sliding frames 520 to move up and down, due to the arrangement of the first and second threaded rods 522 and 523, the first and second carriages 520 and 521 synchronously move crosswise.
2. The control display 3 is operated to open the switches of the two second code scanning receivers 502, the category labels of the chronic disease files are arranged on one sides of the storage boards 529 on the first carriage 520 and the second carriage 521, when the second code scanning receivers 502 receive the required file label signals, the signals are transmitted to the instruction main board 501, the instruction main board 501 transmits the signals to the control display 3, the control display 3 closes the switches of the second motors 550 and opens the switches of the third motors 531 on the sides of the carriages corresponding to the identified labels, the output shafts of the third motors 531 drive the third threaded rods 532 to rotate, the third threaded rods 532 cooperate with the two guide posts 534 to drive the moving plate 533 to translate, so that the moving plate 533 drives all the files on the top of the storage board 529 to move,
3. when a first file passes through the two limit sliding posts 5292 and moves to the conveying port 5200, the display 3 is controlled to open the switch of the third push rod 511 and the corresponding conveying belt 430, the size of the second push plate 513 is slightly smaller than that of the file, the output shaft of the third push rod 511 drives the second push plate 513 to move, so that the second push plate 513 pushes the first file to the corresponding conveying belt 430, both conveying belts 430 run reversibly, the conveying belt 430 conveys the file to the plurality of lifting rollers 433, the display 3 is controlled to open the switch of the first motor 403, the output shaft of the first motor 403 drives the first chain wheel 404 to rotate, the first chain wheel 404 drives the first chain 406 to rotate by matching with the second chain wheel 405, so that the second chain 551 drives the two joining blocks 420 to rotate, the two joining blocks 420 drive the two containing boxes 421 to rotate in opposite directions, after the plurality of cab rollers 433 on one side pass through the corresponding containing boxes 421 and the through grooves 4220 at the bottoms of the pushing boxes 422, the file is extracted into the push box 422, and the switch of the first code scanning receiver 411 is turned on
4. When the file is needed, when the file passes through the top of the first chain 406, the first scan code receiver 411 identifies the label on the file, and transmits the signal to the control display 3, the control display 3 turns off the switch of the first motor 403 and turns on the switch of the first push rod 423, the output shaft of the first push rod 423 drives the hinge rod 424 to rotate, the hinge rod 424 drives the corresponding first connecting rod 425 to rotate, and the push box 422 is driven to rotate in an arc line by matching with the other connecting rod and the two second connecting rods 426 on the side until the push box 422 passes through the receiving port 24 to move to the bearing plate 25, so as to take away the needed file

When the file is not needed, the file passes through the top of the first chain 406, the first scan receiver 411 fails to recognize the label on the file and is consistent with the input, so that the first chain 406 then rotates to pass through the plurality of lifting rollers 433 at the front end of the other conveyer 430, and the file stays on the lifting rollers 433, since the lifting rollers 433 are arranged in a gradually rising manner, the file slides onto the conveyer 430, passes through the gradually rising rollers 5293 at one side of the first carriage 520 along the conveyer 430, if it is transmitted from the opposite first carriage 520 storage plate 529, the second push rod 540 at one side of the first carriage 520 pushes the file back onto the corresponding storage plate 529, if it is transmitted from the opposite second carriage 521 storage plate 529, the second push rod 540 at one side of the first carriage 520 is closed by a controller, so that the file is transmitted to the corresponding storage plate 529 of the second carriage 521 as the gradually rising rollers 5293 slide to the conveyer 5211, the second push rod 540 on one side of the second carriage 521 drives the first push plate 541 to push the file back to the storage plate 529 corresponding to the opposite side, and the step is repeated until the required file to be input is found on the storage plate 529 of the type.
