9. A method for using a box-type biological reagent storage device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, a motor (30) is started through an external power supply, the motor (30) drives blades (35) in a second rotating pipe (33) and a third rotating pipe (12) to rotate, and the rotating directions of the blades (35) in the second rotating pipe (33) and the third rotating pipe (12) are opposite, so that air in a box body (1) flows and circulates with the outside, the air in the box body (1) is ensured to be fresh, and the reagent is prevented from being polluted by bacteria breeding;
s2: then, the movable door (28) is opened, the deflector rod is moved downwards to drive the vertical rod (19) to be far away from the first opening, the fixing of the reagent tank (13) is released, the clamping block is clamped in the third opening, and the moving block is pushed to extend to the front side of the first L-shaped plate (7);
s3: then, the reagent tank (13) is pulled out by holding the handle, and the piston (22) is driven to move downwards when the reagent tank (13) is pulled out;
s4: then, putting the reagent into the slot, then sending the reagent tank (13) back into the box body (1), and driving the piston (22) to move upwards when the reagent tank (13) moves back into the box body (1) so as to extrude the air in the vertical pipe (2);
s5: then, air in the vertical pipe (2) enters the disinfectant tank (18), the pressure in the disinfectant tank (18) is increased, and disinfectant is pressed into the first rotating pipe (5);
s6: then, the disinfectant in the first rotating pipe (5) enters the cavity of the rotating disc (6) and is sprayed out through the spray head (15) under the action of the pressure in the disinfectant tank (18) to disinfect the top of the reagent tank (13) and the outer surface of the reagent, so that external bacteria are prevented from being brought into the box body (1);
s7: then, the reagent tank (13) moves back into the box body (1), the rear side of the third L-shaped plate (4) is attached to the front side of the first L-shaped plate (7), the moving block is pushed to move backwards, the clamping block is separated from the third open hole, the vertical rod (19) moves upwards under the action of the first spring and is clamped in the first open hole again, and the reagent tank (13) is fixed;
s8: finally, the movable door (28) is closed.
