Abstract
The invention discloses a universal combined bracket supporting device and a ship comprising the same. The oil delivery pipe supporting part comprises an arc-shaped supporting surface, two ends of the arc-shaped supporting surface are the lowest points of the oil delivery pipe supporting part, the cable guide hole part is connected with the deck, and the cable guide hole part and the oil delivery pipe supporting part are respectively connected with the bulwark. The universal combined bracket supporting device integrally reduces the distance from the top end of the oil delivery pipe supporting part of the ship to a deck, simultaneously reduces the distance from the top end of the oil delivery pipe supporting part to the center of a pipe in a collecting pipe area, meets the requirements of OCIMF and simultaneously meets the requirements of a wharf on a berthing oil tanker. And the oil delivery pipe supporting part is combined and fixed by utilizing the existing cable guide hole part and the bulwark, the required strength effect is achieved, no additional supporting part is needed, the connecting operation process is simpler, and the materials are saved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oil tanker header areas, in particular to a universal combined bracket supporting device.
Background
In the design of a tanker, the header area in the middle of the ship must meet the requirements of OCIMF (oil Companies International Marine Forum), and only then can the tanker realize unconditional docking with most International oil terminals. OCIMF has specific requirements on the vertical distance between the center of a transverse pipe in a header area of a tanker and the top end of a gunwale oil pipeline support, the minimum radius of an oil pipeline support arc and the distance from the oil pipeline support to a deck.
Meanwhile, due to various reasons such as different climatic and topographic environments, different operation and supporting facilities and the like, certain tanker docks often have different special requirements and considerations for the tanker which is berthed in the port. Where the pipe centre in the header area of the moored tanker is the decisive key factor. The wharf that some large tankers must pass through places specific demands on the height of the header pipe center to the ballast water line of the mooring tanker.
However, because of the following factors:
1. international regulations require that all ballast water on board a ship must be treated to kill microorganisms, and the greater the amount of ballast water, the greater the cost of treatment required.
2. The tanker tends to compress the ballast water load for the purpose of seeking to maximise efficiency, i.e. maximise cargo tank capacity, whilst reducing ballast water throughput.
3. With the continuous improvement of the design means of the ship designer, the accurate understanding of the standard rule, the accurate design, the effective control of the empty weight of the ship, the compression of the ballast water volume to the utmost extent.
At present, the ballast water amount of a tanker is greatly reduced, the distance between a ballast water line and the center of a pipe in a header area is greatly increased, and the berthing requirements of wharfs cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects that the requirements of OCIMF and wharf for berthing oil tanker cannot be met simultaneously in the prior art, and provides a universal combined bracket supporting device and a ship comprising the same.
The invention solves the technical problems through the following technical scheme:
a universal composite bracket support device includes a pipe support member, a fairlead member, a bulwark, and a deck. The oil delivery pipe supporting part comprises an arc supporting surface, the two ends of the arc supporting surface are the lowest points of the oil delivery pipe supporting part, the cable guide hole part is connected with the deck, and the cable guide hole part and the oil delivery pipe supporting part are respectively connected with the bulwark.
The universal combined bracket supporting device and the ship comprising the same have the advantages that the distance from the top end of the oil pipeline supporting part to a deck is reduced on the whole, the distance from the top end of the oil pipeline supporting part to the center of a pipe in a header area is also reduced, and the requirements of OCIMF and the requirements of a wharf on a mooring tanker are met. And the oil delivery pipe supporting part is fixed by the combination of the existing cable guide hole part and the bulwark, the required strength effect is achieved, an additional supporting part is not needed, the connection operation process is simpler, and materials are saved.
Preferably, the oil pipeline supporting part is in a non-closed shape, and the bottom surface of the arc-shaped supporting surface is connected to the bulwark.
The non-closed arc-shaped oil delivery pipe supporting part can reduce the distance from the top end of the oil delivery pipe supporting part to the bottom surface of the oil delivery pipe supporting part.
Preferably, the oil pipeline supporting part is in a closed shape, the oil pipeline supporting part comprises an arc-shaped supporting surface and a bottom surface connected to the arc-shaped supporting surface, and the bottom edge of the arc-shaped supporting surface is connected to the bulwark.
The closed arc-shaped oil delivery pipe supporting part can reduce the distance from the top end of the oil delivery pipe supporting part to the bottom surface of the oil delivery pipe supporting part, and meanwhile, the overall strength of the oil delivery pipe supporting part is also increased.
Preferably, the oil delivery pipe supporting part is of a semicircular structure.
The semicircular oil conveying pipe supporting part is easy to process and purchase.
Preferably, the fairlead part further comprises a base and a guide unit, the guide unit connecting the base and the bulwarks, the base being connected to the deck and the bulwarks.
The cable guide hole part structure enables a base with corresponding height to be selected according to the height requirement of the oil conveying pipe supporting part.
Preferably, the upper and lower surfaces of the guide unit are planar.
The guide unit plane structure is beneficial to obtaining stable connection effect, and the connection operation process is convenient.
Preferably, an upper surface of the guide unit is connected to the oil delivery pipe supporting member, a lower surface of the guide unit is connected to the base, and an end surface of the guide unit is connected to the bulwark.
The guide unit connecting structure enables the oil pipeline supporting component to be supported by the existing guide unit without an additional supporting component, and materials are saved.
Preferably, the base is connected at its bottom to the deck and at its sides to the bulwarks, the deck and bulwarks being perpendicular to each other.
The base connecting structure has the advantage that the base bears a good supporting strength effect.
Preferably, the end surface of the cable guide hole part near the side of the bulwark comprises a reinforcing rib part, the bulwark comprises an opening corresponding to the reinforcing rib part, and the reinforcing rib part passes through the opening corresponding to the corresponding position to connect the cable guide hole part to the bulwark.
The reinforcing rib part on the end face of the cable guide hole part simplifies the connection mode of the guide unit and the bulwark, is convenient for fixing the connection position and is easier to connect and operate.

The positive progress effects of the invention are as follows: the universal combined bracket supporting device and the ship comprising the same have the advantages that the distance from the top end of the oil pipeline supporting part to a deck is reduced on the whole, the distance from the top end of the oil pipeline supporting part to the center of a pipe in a header area is also reduced, and the requirements of OCIMF and the requirements of a wharf on a mooring tanker are met. And the oil delivery pipe supporting part is fixed by the combination of the existing cable guide hole part and the bulwark, the required strength effect is achieved, an additional supporting part is not needed, the connection operation process is simpler, and materials are saved.

The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 3, the present invention provides a vessel on which a universal sectional bracket supporting apparatus is provided. It comprises a pipeline support member 1, a fairlead member 2, a bulwark 3 and a deck 4. The oil pipeline supporting part 1 comprises an arc-shaped supporting surface 9, two ends of the arc-shaped supporting surface 9 are the lowest points of the oil pipeline supporting part 1, and the structure can reduce the distance from the top end of the oil pipeline supporting part 1 to the bottom surface of the oil pipeline supporting part while meeting the requirement of OCIMF. The cable guide hole component 2 is connected with the deck 4, the cable guide hole component 2 and the oil conveying pipe supporting component 1 are respectively connected with the bulwark 3, and by the structure, the distance from the top end of the oil conveying pipe supporting component 1 to the deck 4 is integrally reduced, the distance from the top end of the oil conveying pipe supporting component 1 to the center of a pipe in a ship header area is also reduced, and the requirements of OCIMF and the requirements of a wharf on a berthing oil tanker are met. In addition, the oil conveying pipe supporting part 1 is fixed by the combination of the existing cable guide hole part 2 and the bulwark 3, the required strength effect is achieved, an additional supporting part is not needed, the connection operation process is simpler, and materials are saved.
As shown in fig. 3, the oil delivery pipe supporting part 1 is in an unclosed shape, the bottom surface of the arc-shaped supporting surface 9 is connected to the bulwark 3, the oil delivery pipe supporting part 1 is used as a railing of the bulwark 3, the oil delivery pipe supporting part 1 is fixed through the bulwark 3, and the supporting strength is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the oil pipe supporting part 1 has a semicircular structure with a radius of 150 mm, and in other embodiments, the oil pipe supporting part 1 may have other arc-shaped structures with a radius of more than 150 mm. This structure has satisfied OCIMF to the requirement of defeated oil pipe support component 1 arcwall face minimum radius.
As shown in fig. 3, the fairlead part 2 further includes a guide unit 5 and a base 6, the lower surface of the guide unit 5 is connected to the base 6, and the end surface of the guide unit 5 is connected to the bulwark 3. This structure achieves the connection strength of the guide unit 5 by the connection of the base 6 and the bulwark 3 to the guide unit 5.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper surface and the lower surface of the guide unit 5 are flat surfaces, which is advantageous for obtaining a stable connection effect and facilitating a connection operation process.
As shown in fig. 3, the base 6 is connected at the bottom to the deck 4, the base 6 is connected at the side to the bulwark 3, and the deck 4 is perpendicular to the bulwark 3. With the structure, the base 6 can select the corresponding height according to the overall height requirement of the oil pipeline support 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the end surface of the guide unit 5 near the bulwark 3 includes a reinforcing rib member 7, the bulwark 3 includes an opening 8 corresponding to the reinforcing rib member 7, and the reinforcing rib member 7 passes through the opening 8 corresponding to the position to connect the guide unit 5 to the bulwark 3.
As shown in fig. 1, the reinforcing rib members 7 are 4, and 4 reinforcing rib members 7 are uniformly distributed, and the uniformly distributed reinforcing rib members 7 are structured to contribute to obtaining stable coupling strength between the guide unit 5 and the bulwark 3.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 4, the difference between the present embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the pipe support member 1 is directly connected to the guide unit 5 of the cable guide hole member 2, and the bottom edge of the arc-shaped support surface 9 is also connected to the bulwark 3. This structure further reduces the distance between the oil pipe supporting member 1 and the cable guide hole member 2. As shown in fig. 5, the difference between this embodiment and embodiment 2 is that the oil pipe supporting member 1 is a closed shape, and includes an arc supporting surface 9 and a bottom surface 10 connected to the bottom of the arc supporting surface 9, the bottom surface 10 is connected to the cable guide hole member 2, and the bottom edge of the arc supporting surface 9 is connected to the bulwark 3. The structure further strengthens the connection strength of the combination of the oil delivery pipe supporting part 1, the cable guide hole part 2 and the bulwark 3. The remaining features are the same as those of embodiment 1, and are not described herein again.

5. The universal sectional bracket support apparatus of claim 1, wherein said fairlead member further comprises a base and a guide unit, said guide unit connecting said base and said bulwarks, said base being connected to said deck and said bulwarks.
6. The universal composite bracket support apparatus of claim 5 wherein the upper and lower surfaces of the guide unit are planar.
7. The universal sectional bracket support apparatus of claim 5, wherein an upper surface of the guide unit is connected to the pipe support member, a lower surface of the guide unit is connected to the base, and an end surface of the guide unit is connected to the bulwark.
8. The universal sectional cradle support assembly of claim 5, wherein said base is attached at a bottom portion thereof to said deck, said base is attached at a side portion thereof to said bulwarks, and said deck and said bulwarks are perpendicular to each other.
9. The universal sectional bracket support apparatus of claim 1, wherein the end surface of said fairlead member adjacent the side of the bulwark includes a stiffener member, said bulwark including an opening corresponding to said stiffener member, said stiffener member passing through said opening corresponding to said location to connect said fairlead member to said bulwark.
10. The universal sectional bracket support apparatus of claim 9 wherein said plurality of said reinforcement members are evenly distributed.
11. A vessel, characterized in that it comprises a universal sectional bracket support arrangement according to any one of claims 1-10.
