The full scene data emergency rescue vehicle comprises a carrying vehicle 1, a helium hard disk repairing device 2 and a flood hard disk cleaning device 3; a working room is arranged on the carrier loader 1; an air shower room 4 is arranged in the working room; the air shower room 4 divides the interior of a working room into a dust-free space 5 and a normal space 6; a helium hard disk repair device 2 is arranged in the dust-free space 5; and a flood hard disk cleaning device 3 is arranged in the normal space 6. According to the structure, the carrier loader 1 can quickly drive to a place needing data rescue, so that a repair sending mode like traditional data rescue is not needed, the hard disk transportation time is saved, data are quickly recovered, the problem that business interruption is not timely caused easily is avoided, and serious economic loss is brought to enterprises. Because the hard disk does not jolt in the transportation process, secondary damage can not be caused, the occurrence of data leakage events can not be caused without long-distance transportation, and the safety, confidentiality and repairing effect of data cannot be guaranteed. A working room is arranged on the carrier loader 1, and a worker repairs the helium hard disk and the traditional hard disk in the working room to avoid data loss. The air shower room 4 divides the inside of the working room into a dust-free space 5 and a normal space 6, and the air shower room 4 blows off the human body entering the dust-free space 5 and the dust attached to the carried objects, and simultaneously prevents unpurified air from entering the dust-free space 5. And a helium hard disk repairing device 2 is arranged in the dust-free space 5, so that the helium hard disk is prevented from being polluted during repairing.

According to the structure, when the helium hard disk needs to be repaired, the helium hard disk is placed on the positive pressure workbench 7 to be subjected to helium hard disk opening and magnetic head replacement, and then the helium hard disk is taken into the helium hard disk repairing device 2 to be subjected to helium hard disk sealing; when the traditional hard disk suffering from the flood needs to be repaired, the traditional hard disk is firstly placed in the flood hard disk cleaning device 3 for cleaning, and then the polluted hard disk is air-dried; the fault diagnosis area 8 is a detection workbench, is provided with tools such as a conventional universal meter and the like, and is used for detecting the hardware circuit condition of the hard disk, preventing the hard disk from being short-circuited and burning equipment, diagnosing the fault of the storage medium and determining a repair scheme according to the fault type; the computer 9 is internally provided with repair software for firmware repair, logic code repair and data extraction; the data destruction device 10 destroys the restored data in time after the data rescue is finished, and prevents the data from being leaked.

On the basis of the second embodiment, the helium hard disk repair device 2 comprises an operation box 11, a vacuumizing device 12 and a helium storage device 13; the operating box 11 is provided with a second inlet and outlet, a helium inlet and a vacuum pumping port; a helium outlet is formed in the helium storage device 13; the helium outlet is connected with the helium inlet through a pipeline; the vacuumizing device 12 is provided with an air suction port; the air suction port is connected with the vacuum pumping port through a pipeline; a second closing door 14 is arranged on the second inlet/outlet; the operation box 11 is provided with a sealing glove 15; the sealing glove 15 insulates the inner space and the outer space of the operation box 11. According to the structure, when the helium hard disk has faults such as magnetic head jamming, magnetic head disk knocking, single head damage and the like, on the positive pressure workbench 7, a nicking tool or a micro machine tool milling cutter is used for removing a helium hard disk sealing layer along the periphery of the top of the helium hard disk, exposing a locking screw at the top of the helium hard disk, then disassembling a helium hard disk top cover screw, opening a top cover, disassembling permanent magnetic alloy at a voice coil motor, and then disassembling a fault hard disk damage magnetic head; the intact head that matches the platter is then assembled. The helium hard disk, the top cover and the screws are transferred into the operation box 11. Opening the second closing door 14, putting the helium hard disk to be repaired into the operation box 11 from the second inlet/outlet, and closing the second closing door 14 to keep the inside of the operation box 11 sealed; vacuumizing device 12 vacuumizes the interior of operation box 11 to the indicated number of-0.5 Mpa, helium gas storage device 13 inputs helium gas to the operation box 1 to the indicated number of 0.5Mpa, 3 times of air pumping and air conveying are repeated to ensure that the operation box 11 is filled with helium gas, then a helium gas hard disk top cover is assembled, organosilicon sealant is used for uniformly filling and coating all gaps and screw gaps at the top of the helium gas hard disk, the indicated number of 0.5Mpa is kept in the operation box 11, standing is carried out for 12 hours in the helium gas filled environment until the organosilicon sealant is completely cured, the interior of the operation box 11 is decompressed, a second sealing door 14 is opened, and the repaired helium gas hard disk is taken out. The repaired helium hard disk can be accessed to professional equipment such as a PC3000 and an MRT to perform subsequent work such as hard disk firmware extraction and user sector extraction, so that data in the hard disk damaged by the magnetic head can be recovered. Sealing gloves 15 can overlap on hand, and the maintenance personal of being convenient for carries out repair work to the helium hard disk in the control box 11, and sealing gloves 15 completely cuts off the inner space and the exterior space of control box 11 moreover, ensures that the helium can not reveal. Helium storage device 13 adopts the helium bottle, evacuating device 12 adopts the vacuum pump, and sealed gloves 15 adopts the novel high performance gloves of PPS. The helium hard disk repairing device seals the helium hard disk in a pressurized helium environment so as to realize that the helium hard disk can normally identify and access a user sector after opening the disk and replacing a magnetic head, and meets the necessary conditions of data recovery.

With the structure, the operating platform 16 is used for placing the helium hard disk to be repaired, so that the operation of maintenance personnel is facilitated. Because the sealing gloves 15 have skin touch, repair operations of the helium hard disk in the operation box 11 are facilitated for maintenance personnel. The vacuum gauge 17 is used for monitoring the vacuum degree in the operation box 11 by personnel; the air pressure gauge 18 is used for monitoring the air pressure in the operation box 11 by a person. The first foot switch 19 is pressed down, the vacuum pumping device 12 is electrified to work, and the inside of the operation box 11 can be vacuumized. When the first foot switch 19 is released, the vacuum-pumping device 12 stops the vacuum-pumping of the operation box 11. When the second foot switch 22 is pressed, the electromagnetic valve 21 is electrified and opened, and the helium gas storage device 13 can input helium gas into the operation box 11. When the second foot switch 22 is released, the electromagnetic valve 21 is closed, and the helium gas storage device 13 cannot input helium gas into the operation box 11. The pressure reducing valve 23 serves to reduce the pressure of the helium gas output from the helium gas storage device 13, thereby preventing the pressure of the output helium gas from being too high. The front pressure gauge 24 and the rear pressure gauge 25 monitor helium pressures before and after pressure reduction, respectively. When the equipment is not used for a long time, the safety valve 26 is closed, and potential safety hazards caused by continuous input of helium into the operation box 11 are avoided. And opening the first closing door 2, enabling the helium hard disk to be repaired to enter the transition box 27 through the first inlet/outlet, closing the first closing door 2, then opening the second closing door 14, putting the helium hard disk to be repaired into the operation box 11 through the second inlet/outlet, and closing the second closing door 14 to keep the inside of the operation box 11 sealed. The transition box 27 reduces the entrance of dust into the operation box 11, ensuring cleanliness in the operation box 11. The support frame 29 supports the operation box 11 for the operation of the operator, and the support frame 29 can also fix the related accessories. The helium hard disk repairing device avoids helium leakage during helium hard disk repairing, and ensures that data can be normally accessed after the helium hard disk is repaired.
A glove opening is formed in the operation box 11; an outer convex ring 51 is arranged on the outer side of the glove opening, and an inner convex ring 52 is arranged on the inner side of the glove opening; the sealing glove 15 is fixed on the outer convex ring 51 in a sealing way; the periphery of the inner convex ring 52 is provided with a limit stop 53; a sleeve ring 54 positioned between the limit stop 53 and the inner wall of the operation box 11 is sleeved on the inner convex ring 52; the collar 54 is connected with a sealing cover 55 through a flexible strip; the inner side wall of the sealing cover 55 is provided with internal threads; the outer wall of the end part of the inner convex ring 52 is provided with an external thread; the external thread is matched with the internal thread; the sealing cover 55 is provided with a rotating handle 57. With the above structure, the sealing glove 15 is fixed to the outer convex ring 51 in a sealing manner, so that the sealing glove 15 can isolate the internal space and the external space of the operation box 11, the sealing glove 15 is sleeved on the hand of the maintenance worker, and the hand can extend the sealing glove 15 into the operation box 11 through the glove port. However, the sealing glove 15 is flexible, so that the sealing glove has a skin touch feeling, which is convenient for repair operations of a helium hard disk in the operation box 11 by maintenance personnel, and meanwhile, the problem that the operation box 11 is filled with helium, the sealing glove 15 bulges outwards, the operation box 11 is vacuumized, and the sealing glove 15 bulges inwards, so that the space contained in the operation box 11 is changed, which is not beneficial for the personnel to monitor the vacuum degree in the operation box 11 by using the vacuum gauge 17, and is also not beneficial for the personnel to monitor the air pressure in the operation box 11 by using the air pressure gauge 18, and because the uncertainty of the space causes the fluctuation of pointer indication, the reading is unstable, the operation environment cannot be in a determined parameter space, and the repair result is influenced. The periphery of the inner convex ring 52 is provided with a limit stop 53; the lantern ring 54 that is located between spacing fender 53 and the operation box 11 inner wall is overlapped on the interior lantern ring 52, and spacing fender 53 makes the lantern ring 54 can not drop, and the sealed lid 55 is connected through gentle strip to the lantern ring 54, and handheld turning handle 57 can be screwed on interior lantern ring 52 through the screw with sealed lid 55 to make the inner space of operation box 11 confirm, guarantee that operating environment is in parameter space that can foresee, guarantee to restore the result. The sealing cover 55 is screwed on the inner collar 52, and how the air pressure in the operation box 11 changes does not affect the bulge of the sealing glove 15.
The flood hard disk cleaning device 3 comprises a water tank 31, a water inlet pipe 32, a water outlet pipe 33, a water pump 34, a filter box 35, a cleaning platform 36 and an ultrasonic generating device 37; an ultrasonic generating device 37 is arranged on the pool tank 31, and a cleaning table 36 is arranged in the pool tank 31; the water inlet pipe 32, the water pump 34 and the water outlet pipe 33 are connected in sequence; a filter box 35 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 32 or the water outlet pipe 33; the water pump 34 is used for providing water circulation power for pumping the cleaning agent from the pool tank 31 through the water inlet pipe 32 and conveying the cleaning agent to the pool tank 31 through the water outlet pipe 33. According to the structure, when the hard disk is required to be cleaned in a flood, the hard disk is firstly fixed on the platform, and the dirt on the surface of the hard disk is respectively treated by using tools such as a brush, dust-free cloth and the like. Secondly, the top cover of the hard disk is detached, the hard disk with the top cover detached is placed on a cleaning table 36, sufficient pure water is injected into the pool tank 31, the pure water serves as a cleaning agent, and the pure water overflows the hard disk. Then the water pump 34 and the ultrasonic wave generating device 37 are started, the water pump 34 pumps cleaning agent from the water tank 31 through the water inlet pipe 32, then the cleaning agent is filtered by the filter box 35 and returns to the water tank 31 through the water outlet pipe 33, the circulation filtration is carried out for more than 1 hour, the disc is observed by naked eyes until no obvious silt and impurity exists, and then the purified water is poured out. And transferring the plate body to a dust-free workbench by using a sealing box to air-dry the plate body by cold air. The hard disk platter is then removed and the platter is placed on a platter pedestal that is placed on a cleaning table 36. And starting a disc cleaning cycle, namely injecting a mixed solution of purified water, sodium alkyl sulfonate and sodium fatty alcohol ether sulfate with the water temperature of 40 ℃ into the water tank 31, taking the mixed solution as a cleaning agent, enabling the cleaning agent to permeate the disc, then starting the water pump 34 and the ultrasonic wave generating device 37, pumping the cleaning agent from the water tank 31 through the water inlet pipe 32 by the water pump 34, filtering the cleaning agent by the filter box 35, returning the cleaning agent into the water tank 31 through the water outlet pipe 33, continuously filtering for 15 minutes, and pouring out the cleaning agent. Repeating the disk cleaning cycle for more than four times, and stopping the disk cleaning cycle if the water surface is free of foam and the water body is clear. If the water surface still has foam or the water body is turbid, the disc cleaning circulation is continued until no foam exists on the water surface and the water body is clear. And then taking out the disk base, and transporting to a dust-free workbench by using a seal box to air-dry the disk by cold air. Searching a matched disk body according to the coding information on the flood hard disk body, assembling the disk body on the disk body, searching a matched magnetic head according to the information of the magnetic head labeled on the top cover of the flood hard disk, and installing the top cover after the magnetic head is assembled perfectly. And finally, welding a ROM chip to replace a circuit board with the same model to realize the purposes that the flood hard disk can be normally identified and the user area sector can be accessed. The hard disk can be normally accessed to professional equipment such as a PC3000, an MRT and the like to extract the user area sector in the flood hard disk and recover data. The power of the ultrasonic generator 37 is 180W.

The through holes facilitate the water on the disc body or the disc to be blown to the bottom. The wind current filters impurity through air strainer 45, also plays the effect of letting the wind current even circulation, makes disk body or whole quick air-drying of disk. The side walls of the air drying box 43 refer to front, rear, left and right side walls, and a plurality of air outlet holes 48 are arranged around the front, rear, left and right side walls for one circle. The water on the disk or the plate is distributed to the drain groove 49 and then drained through the drain hole. The drain groove 49 surrounds the bottom of the air-drying box 43 one turn.
