the membrane adjusting and aligning mechanism 35 is assembled on the material loading and discharging plate 2 of the equipment rack 1, wherein one end of an adjusting and aligning connecting rod 43 is fixedly connected with an adjusting and aligning connecting plate 36 on the material loading and discharging plate 2, an adjusting elastic body 42 is sleeved on the adjusting and aligning connecting rod 43, one end of the adjusting elastic body 42 is connected with the adjusting and aligning connecting plate 36, the other end of the adjusting elastic body 42 is connected with an adjusting and aligning seat, and the adjusting and aligning knob 39 is in threaded connection and matching with the adjusting and aligning connecting rod 43.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the equipment rack 1 may adopt an existing form, and the assembly conditions of the carrier tape transport mechanism 3, the heat sealing mechanism 7, and the film complex accommodating mechanism on the equipment rack 1 are the same as those in the existing form, which is known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein again. The equipment frame 1 is also provided with material loading and discharging plates 2, the material loading and discharging plates 2 are vertically distributed, and the film material loading and discharging mechanism is installed on the material loading and discharging plates 2.
The membrane adjusting and aligning mechanism 35 is assembled on the material loading and discharging plate 2, that is, after the membrane adjusting and aligning mechanism 35 is assembled on the material loading and discharging plate 2, the membrane adjusting and aligning mechanism 35 is located above the carrier tape conveying mechanism 3. Further, an adjustment locking mechanism for locking the adjustment alignment seat to the adjustment alignment link 43 is included, the adjustment locking mechanism including an adjustment locking connection body 40 disposed on the adjustment alignment seat and an adjustment alignment link slot 52 disposed on the adjustment alignment link 43;
the adjusting and locking connector 40 comprises an adjusting and locking block 47, a locking block connecting seat 46 in adaptive connection with the adjusting and locking block 47 and a connecting seat connector in adaptive connection with the locking block connecting seat 46, and the locking block connecting seat 46 can rotate at the end part of the connecting seat connector; the adjustment alignment link slot 52 allows the adjustment locking block 47 to be inserted therein, and the adjustment locking block 47 is inserted into the adjustment alignment link slot 52 through the connecting base connector, so that the adjustment alignment base can be locked to the adjustment alignment link 43.
After adjustment, when the material loading membrane is aligned with the base membrane, in order to avoid the influence of misoperation and other conditions on the stability of alignment, the adjusting and aligning seat is locked by the locking of the adjusting and locking mechanism, and the misoperation of the adjusting and aligning seat caused by misoperation of the adjusting and aligning knob 39 is avoided.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the alignment adjustment base includes a base locking connection portion 37 and a base portion 38, wherein the base locking connection portion 37 and the base portion 38 are integrally connected to each other, the adjustment alignment rod 41 is installed on the base portion 38, and the adjustment locking mechanism is located on the base locking connection portion 37. In fig. 3, three adjustment alignment rods 41 are provided on the seat base 38, and an adjustment alignment link 43 penetrates the seat lock connection portion 37 and the seat base 38.

As shown in fig. 6 and 7, when the length direction of the adjustment alignment link slot 52 coincides with the length direction of the adjustment alignment link 43, the cross-section of the adjustment alignment link slot 52 is i-shaped;
the adjusting and locking block 47 comprises a block main body 48, locking and adjusting clamping grooves 49 are formed in two sides of the block main body 48, the locking and adjusting clamping grooves 49 are distributed along the length direction of the block main body 48, when the adjusting and locking block 47 is embedded in the adjusting and aligning connecting rod groove 52, the block main body 48 can be arranged in the adjusting and aligning connecting rod groove 52, and the notch of the adjusting and aligning connecting rod groove 52 is in positive correspondence with the locking and adjusting clamping grooves 49.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the section of the adjusting alignment link slot 52 is h-shaped, and the adjusting alignment link 43 is provided with a notch plane 53, wherein the notch plane 53 corresponds to the notch of the adjusting alignment link slot 52.
The block body 48 is rectangular in shape, with the shape of the block body 48 being adapted to adjust the alignment of the link slot 52. The length of the locking adjusting clamping groove 49 is consistent with that of the block main body 48, a locking block connecting convex strip 50 is arranged on the block main body 48, and the block main body 48 can be fixedly connected with the locking block connecting seat 46 through the locking block connecting convex strip 50. In the housing lock connection 37, the block main body 48 has a length direction that coincides with the length direction of the adjustment alignment link groove 52. In the embodiment of the invention, all the adjusting and aligning rods 41 are parallel to each other, the axes of the adjusting and aligning rods 41 and the axes of the adjusting and aligning connecting rods 43 are also parallel to each other, and the axes of the adjusting and aligning rods 41 are perpendicular to the plane of the material loading and discharging plate 2. In fig. 3, three adjustment alignment rods 41 are staggered on the base 38 of the housing, and the carrier film is generally aligned with the base film after transition from the lowermost adjustment alignment rod 41.

During specific work, before the whole membrane is compounded, the adjusting alignment knob 39 is manually rotated to adjust the position of the adjusting alignment seat on the adjusting alignment connecting rod 43, and the specific position adjusting direction is related to the position of the material-carrying membrane contact adjusting alignment rod 41 according to the lowest position on the adjusting alignment seat, specifically, the position can be aligned with the base membrane, and the method is well known to those skilled in the art. After the adjustment is in place, the material-carrying membrane and the base membrane are tightly pressed and attached, are conveyed by the carrier belt conveying mechanism 3, and are thermally sealed into a membrane complex by the heat sealing mechanism 7. After being adjusted into place, the current alignment state is generally maintained.
As shown in fig. 1, a discharging and tensioning transition wheel 8 is arranged on the material loading and discharging plate 2, the discharging and tensioning transition wheel 8 is positioned above the membrane adjusting and aligning mechanism 35, and a material-loaded membrane released from the membrane material loading and discharging mechanism can be contacted and matched with an adjusting and aligning rod 41 on the adjusting and aligning seat after being discharged and transitioned by the discharging and tensioning transition wheel 8, and is aligned and attached to a base membrane conveyed on the carrier belt conveying mechanism 3 after being adjusted and aligned by the adjusting and aligning rod 41.

The number of the discharging tensioning transition wheels 8 arranged on the material loading and discharging plate 2 can be selected according to actual needs, and after the discharged material loading membrane is pulled out and passes through the discharging tensioning transition wheels 8, the released material loading membrane can be in contact fit with the adjusting alignment rod 41 on the adjusting alignment seat, and is aligned and attached with the matrix membrane conveyed on the carrier tape conveying mechanism 3 after being adjusted and aligned by the adjusting alignment rod 41, namely the material loading membrane can be adjusted before being pressed and attached.
As shown in fig. 1, the device further comprises a membrane pressing and dust removing mechanism 10, wherein a material loading membrane which is adjusted by a membrane adjusting and aligning mechanism 35 and corresponds to a substrate membrane is pressed and attached to the substrate membrane conveyed by the carrier tape conveying mechanism 3 through the membrane pressing and dust removing mechanism 10, and the material loading membrane can be subjected to air blowing and dust removal by the membrane pressing and dust removing mechanism 10 in the process of pressing the material loading membrane and the substrate membrane;

In the embodiment of the invention, before the heat sealing by the heat sealing mechanism 7, the membrane pressing and dust removing mechanism 10 can press the carrier membrane and the base membrane, wherein the base membrane is generally attached to the carrier belt 33 of the carrier belt conveying mechanism 3, the carrier membrane is generally positioned above the base membrane after being released from the membrane material loading and discharging mechanism, and the carrier membrane can be pressed on the base membrane by the membrane pressing and dust removing mechanism 10. In the process of pressing the material-carrying membrane and the base membrane tightly, the membrane pressing and dust removing mechanism 10 can blow and remove dust on the material-carrying membrane, and the air blowing of the membrane pressing and dust removing mechanism 10 can prevent dust and the like from falling on the material-carrying membrane, namely, the purity of the membrane complex after heat sealing can be ensured; of course, the blowing of the material loading diaphragm by the diaphragm pressing dust removal mechanism 10 can further press the material loading diaphragm on the substrate film, so that the film material compounding efficiency and yield are improved, the film material compounding mechanism is compatible with the existing diaphragm compounding process, and the safety and reliability of the diaphragm compounding process are ensured.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the diaphragm pressing and dedusting mechanism 10 includes a dedusting pressing frame 16 and at least one dedusting pressing unit 18, the diaphragm pressing and dedusting mechanism 10 is erected above a carrier tape 33 of the carrier tape conveying mechanism 3 through the dedusting pressing frame 16, the dedusting pressing unit 18 includes a pressing dedusting cylinder arranged in the dedusting pressing frame 16, a dedusting air inlet 29 is arranged at a first end of the pressing dedusting cylinder, an elastic dedusting pressing head is arranged at a second end of the pressing dedusting cylinder, and a dedusting air blowing hole 26 capable of communicating with the dedusting air inlet 29 is arranged on the elastic dedusting pressing head;
the elastic dedusting pressing head can press the material loading membrane and the matrix membrane on the carrier band 33, and after the elastic dedusting pressing head is matched with the carrier band hole 34 on the carrier band 33, the air in the pressing dedusting cylinder can be blown out through the dedusting air blowing hole 26, so that the material loading membrane can be subjected to required air blowing and dedusting.
In the embodiment of the invention, the dust removal pressing frame 16 is in a block shape, the whole membrane pressing and dust removing mechanism 10 is arranged above the carrier tape 33 through the dust removal pressing frame 16, that is, the carrier tape 33 passes through the dust removal pressing frame 16 in the process of conveying the substrate membrane, so that the carrier membrane can be pressed on the substrate membrane through the dust removal pressing unit 18. The dust removal pressing frame 16 is provided with the dust removal pressing frame hole 20, the dust removal pressing frame 16 can be connected and fixed through the dust removal pressing frame hole 20, and stability and reliability in the dust removal pressing process are improved.
At least one dust removal pressing unit 18 is arranged on the dust removal pressing frame 16, two dust removal pressing units 18 are shown in fig. 3 and 4, the two dust removal pressing units 18 are sequentially arranged, and dust removal pressing operation can be sequentially performed through the two dust removal pressing units 18, of course, the number of the dust removal pressing units 18 can also be selected according to actual needs, and details are not repeated here.

When the loading membrane and the matrix membrane are pressed, the loading membrane is pressed on the matrix membrane through the elastic dust removal pressing head and is finally pressed on the carrier band 33, so that the matrix membrane and the loading membrane can be driven by the carrier band 33 to be conveyed to the lower part of the heat sealing mechanism 7. In specific implementation, a plurality of carrier tape holes 34 are disposed on the side of the carrier tape 33, and the distribution of the carrier tape holes 34 on the carrier tape 33 is the same as that of the prior art, which is well known in the art and will not be described herein again.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the elastic dedusting pressing head is used for pressing the material loading membrane and the substrate membrane, the elastic dedusting pressing head only blows out the gas in the pressing dedusting cylinder through the dedusting blowing holes 26 of the elastic dedusting pressing head after contacting and matching with the carrying holes 34 of the carrying belt 33, and the gas in the pressing dedusting cylinder is not blown out through the dedusting blowing holes 26 in other states.
As shown in fig. 11, the compressing and dedusting cylinder includes an upper cylinder 28, a lower cylinder 23 adapted to the upper cylinder 28, and an inter-cylinder elastic connecting body 27 for connecting the lower cylinder 23 and the upper cylinder 28, wherein a dedusting air inlet 29 is disposed on the upper cylinder 28, and an end of the lower cylinder 23 away from the upper cylinder 28 is used to form the elastic dedusting compressing head;
the dust-removing air inlet hole 29 is communicated with the dust-removing air blowing hole 26 at the end part of the lower cylinder 23 through an upper cylinder 28 and an elastic connector 27 between the cylinders; an air inlet control mechanism matched with the dust removal air inlet 29 is arranged in the upper cylinder 28.
In the embodiment of the invention, the upper cylinder 28 and the lower cylinder 23 are coaxially distributed, one end of the inter-cylinder elastic connecting body 27 is connected with the upper cylinder 28, the other end of the inter-cylinder elastic connecting body 27 is connected with the lower cylinder 23, the inter-cylinder elastic connecting body 27 can be made of elastic components such as springs, the upper cylinder 28 is communicated with the lower cylinder 23 through the inter-cylinder elastic connecting body 27, the upper cylinder 28 and the lower cylinder 23 can move in the dust removal pressing frame 16, and the moving direction of the upper cylinder 28 and the lower cylinder 23 in the dust removal pressing frame 16 is consistent with the corresponding axes of the upper cylinder 28 and the lower cylinder 23.
In specific implementation, the dust-removing air inlet 29 is disposed on the upper cylinder 28, that is, the upper end of the upper cylinder 28 is located above the dust-removing pressing frame 16, the lower end of the lower cylinder 23 is located below the dust-removing pressing frame 16, and one end of the lower cylinder 23 away from the upper cylinder 28 is used to form the elastic dust-removing pressing head. When the elastic dust removal pressing head presses the material carrying membrane and the matrix membrane on the carrier band 33, the elastic connecting body 27 between the cylinders is in a compression state, when the elastic dust removal pressing head is opposite to the carrier band holes 34 on the carrier band 33, the elastic dust removal pressing head can extend into the carrier band holes 34 under the elastic acting force of the elastic connecting body 27 between the cylinders, at the moment, the material carrying membrane and the matrix membrane are pressed into the carrier band holes 34, and along with the movement of the carrier band 33, the elastic dust removal pressing head can correspond to the area outside the carrier band holes 34 on the side edge of the carrier band 33 again. Generally, the carrier tape holes 34 are shallow, and when the elastic dust removal pressing head presses the carrier film and the base film into the carrier tape holes 34, the carrier film and the base film are not damaged, and the conveyance of the base film and the carrier film by the carrier tape 33 is not affected.
Further, the air inlet control mechanism comprises an air inlet plug 30 matched with the dust removal air inlet 29, a plug elastic body 31 sleeved on the air inlet plug 30 and a plug positioning connecting plate 32 which can be matched and connected with the air inlet plug 30; the dust removal air inlet 29 can be plugged through the air inlet plug 30, and when the air inlet plug 30 is separated from the dust removal air inlet 29, air can enter the upper barrel 28 through the dust removal air inlet 29.
