Abstract
The invention discloses a solid-liquid separation device for pretreatment of landfill leachate, which is used for separating solid and liquid in the leachate and comprises a collecting tank and a filtering frame, wherein two corresponding surfaces in the collecting tank are respectively provided with a placing plate for placing the filtering frame, and a space is reserved between 2 placing plates and the bottom of the collecting tank; the parts of the collecting groove corresponding to the two ends of the placing plate are respectively provided with a through window for the filter frame to pass through, and the bottom surface of the through window and the top surface of the placing plate are positioned on the same horizontal plane; two filter frames can be placed in the collecting tank at the same time, when 2 filter frames are placed in the collecting tank at the same time, one side of each of the 2 filter frames is tightly attached, and the other side of each filter frame is respectively positioned in the through window; the garbage leachate treatment device provided by the invention is simple in structure and convenient to use, the filter frame can be replaced without stopping, the separation efficiency is further ensured, meanwhile, the replaced filter frame can be continuously permeated, and the permeated liquid flows back into the collecting tank, so that the quality of separation is improved.

Background

As the preferred scheme of the above embodiment, the solid-liquid separation device for landfill leachate pretreatment further comprises 2 fixing seats 3, wherein the 2 fixing seats 3 are respectively fixed on one side of the collecting tank 1 corresponding to the through window 12, the top surfaces of the fixing seats 3 and the bottom surfaces of the through windows 12 are located on the same horizontal plane, the filtering frames 2 are conveniently pushed into the collecting tank 1, and the filtering frames 2 replaced in the collecting tank 1 are placed at the same time.

As the preferred scheme of above-mentioned embodiment, the leakage fluid dram has been seted up to the bottom of collecting vat 1, and the leakage fluid dram is equipped with the flowing back valve, conveniently discharges the liquid in the collecting vat 1.
