Through the arrangement, a main surgeon can finish pterygium resection operation by one person without the assistance of an assistant.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, further, two rotating shafts 5 are provided on the upper eyelid opening hook 3, and the two rotating shafts 5 are respectively provided on the left side and the right side of the upper eyelid opening hook 3; two rotating shafts 5 are arranged on the lower eyelid opening hook 4, the two rotating shafts 5 are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower eyelid opening hook 4, and the connecting lines of the four rotating shafts 5 form a rectangle; mounting holes 31 are formed in the positions, corresponding to the rotating shafts 5, of the upper eyelid opening hook 3 and the lower eyelid opening hook 4, the free end of each rotating shaft 5 is provided with a connecting mechanism 8, and the rotating shafts 5 are rotatably connected with the connecting mechanisms 8; each of the connecting mechanisms 8 is detachably disposed in the corresponding mounting hole 31. The doctor of the main surgeon can separate or connect the left or right connecting mechanism 8 from the mounting hole 31 according to the growing position of the pterygium 200 of the patient, and can clamp the conjunctiva 100 on the pterygium 200 on the left side and clamp the conjunctiva 100 on the pterygium 200 on the right side. The specific operation is as follows: when the pterygium 200 of the patient grows on the left side of the eyeball, the two connecting mechanisms 8 are respectively connected with the two mounting holes 31 positioned on the left side, so that the two holding strips 6 are positioned on the left side of the eyeball; when the pterygium 200 of the patient grows on the right side of the eyeball, the two connecting mechanisms 8 are connected to the two mounting holes 31 on the right side, respectively, so that the two clip strips 6 are positioned on the right side of the eyeball; when the pterygium 200 of the patient grows above the eyeball, the two connecting mechanisms 8 are respectively connected with the two mounting holes 31 on the upper eyelid opening hook 3, so that the two holding strips 6 are positioned above the eyeball; when the pterygium 200 of the patient grows below the eyeball, the two connecting mechanisms 8 are connected to the two mounting holes 31 of the lower eyelid hook 4, respectively, so that the two clip strips 6 are positioned below the eyeball. By the above arrangement, the positions of the two clip strips 6 can be adjusted according to the growing position of the pterygium 200 of the patient, thereby making the eyelid retractor more practical.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, further, each of the connecting mechanisms 8 includes a connecting block 81 and a latch 82; a groove 811 is formed on the connecting block 81, and the rotating shaft 5 is rotatably arranged in the groove 811; the right side wall of the connecting block 81 is connected with the fixture block 82, and when the fixture block 82 is arranged in the corresponding mounting hole 31, the right side wall of the connecting block 81 is abutted against the side wall of the upper eyelid opening hook 3 or the lower eyelid opening hook 4. During actual use, the fixture block 82 is plugged into the mounting hole 31 to be mounted, and the connecting block 81 plays a role in blocking, so that the fixture block 82 is prevented from being inserted too deeply; when the fixing member is removed, the rotating shaft 5 or the connecting block 81 is held by hand, and then the latch 82 is pulled out of the mounting hole 31.
Referring to fig. 3, further, more than two protrusions 812 are disposed on the inner wall of the connecting block 81, an annular groove 51 adapted to the protrusions 812 is disposed on the outer circumferential wall of the rotating shaft 5, and each of the protrusions 812 is disposed in the annular groove 51. In the above arrangement, the protrusion 812 is engaged with the annular groove 51, and when the rotating shaft is rotated, the protrusion 812 moves circularly in the annular groove 51. In this embodiment, the annular groove 51 should be attached to the outer wall of the protrusion 812, so that the rotation resistance is increased, that is, a certain force is required to rotate the rotating shaft, and the position of the holding strip 6 can be relatively fixed due to the light weight of the holding strip 6 and the conjunctiva 100.
Referring to fig. 3, further, the fastening block 82 includes a left fastening block 821 and a right fastening block 822 connected to a right side wall of the left fastening block 821, a diameter of the left fastening block 821 is gradually increased from left to right, the right fastening block 822 has a cylindrical structure, and a diameter of a cross section of a rightmost end of the left fastening block 821 is equal to a diameter of the right fastening block 822; the shape of the mounting hole 31 is matched with the shapes of the left latch 821 and the right latch 822. That is, the diameter of the mounting hole 31 gradually increases from left to right, and then the diameter does not change, and it can be seen from the drawing that the outer wall of the left latch 821 has a certain radian, and the diameter of the right latch 822 is greater than or equal to the diameter of the left latch 821, so that in actual use, the right latch 822 needs to be slightly forced to be plugged into the mounting hole 31 with a smaller aperture or slightly forced to be pulled out of the mounting hole 31 with a smaller aperture, thereby realizing connection or separation of the latch 82 and the mounting hole 31. It should be noted here that the curvature of the left latch 821 should not be too large, so as to avoid the aperture of the mounting hole 31 being too small to allow the right latch 822 to enter.
Further, the left fixture block 821 is a silica gel left fixture block or a rubber left fixture block, and the right fixture block 822 is a silica gel right fixture block or a rubber right fixture block. The left fixture block 821 and the right fixture block 822 made of the materials have certain deformation capacity and can enter the mounting hole 31; and the friction with the inner wall of the upper eyelid opening hook 3 and the inner wall of the lower eyelid opening hook 4 which are made of metal materials is large, so that the fixture block 82 can be effectively prevented from rotating, and the connecting block 81 connected with the fixture block 82 is prevented from driving the rotating shaft 5 to displace.
Further, the left latch 821 and the right latch 822 are of an integrated structure. Through the arrangement, the whole rigidity of the fixture block 82 is better, the service life of the fixture block 82 is prolonged, and the situation that the right fixture block 822 is still in the mounting hole 31 due to the fact that the joint of the left fixture block 821 and the right fixture block 822 is broken is avoided, so that the eyelid retractor cannot be used.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, further, one end of each of the two gibs 6 respectively penetrates through a side wall of the same rotating shaft 5, and portions of the two gibs 6 extending out of the side wall of the rotating shaft 5 are fixed by a fixing member (not shown). Specifically, the fixing piece can be a clip, a sealing ring with large friction force and the like, and can be detachably connected with the holding strip 6, and parts for fixing the holding strip 6 can be arranged into the fixing piece. The size of the conjunctiva 100 incised in step (1) is different due to the difference in size of the pterygium 200, and the length of the two gibs 6, that is, the radian of the two gibs 6, is adjusted by the above arrangement, thereby accommodating the clamping of the conjunctiva 100 of different lengths.
In one embodiment, the two holding strips 6 are both hard silica gel holding strips or hard rubber holding strips. The holding strips 6 have certain supporting force, do not collapse like a rope, can form a certain radian, ensure that the two holding strips 6 are tightly attached when the clamping blocks 7 are close to each other, and prevent the thinner conjunctiva 100 from sliding off from a gap due to the fact that the holding strips 6 are not attached; moreover, the holding strip 6 made of the material can not scratch the conjunctiva 100.
In another embodiment, both of the holding strips 6 are steel wire holding strips. The steel wire is smooth surperficial thin steel wire to can support and form the arc and have certain deformability as the standard. It should be noted here that the deformation of the steel wire after bending is difficult to repair, which reduces the degree of adhesion of the two holding strips 6, thereby reducing the holding effect on the conjunctiva 100, and therefore, the steel wire should be prevented from being bent in practical use.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, further, a support portion 9 for contacting with a finger is disposed at a middle portion of each of the two side arms 2. When a finger directly contacts the side arm 2, the side arm 2 is thin, so that when the side arm 2 is pressed, the finger is likely to feel painful due to a small contact area, and the support part 9 increases the contact area with the finger to prevent a mark from being printed on the finger.
In summary, the upper eyelid retractor 3 for opening the upper eyelid, the lower eyelid retractor 4 for opening the lower eyelid, and the spring end 1 for providing elasticity are provided, so that the eyeball visual field of the patient is exposed; through setting up axis of rotation 5, two holding strip 6 and two clamp splice 7 on last eyelid hook 3 and lower eyelid hook 4 respectively, when making holding strip 6 paste with conjunctiva 100 centre gripping, loosen the centre gripping to conjunctiva 100 when making holding strip 6 separate, through above-mentioned setting, make the main sword doctor can alone accomplish pterygium excision operation, need not the assistance of assistant. Through setting up two mounting holes 31 on last eyelid opening hook 3, set up two mounting holes 31 on eyelid opening hook 4 down, cooperate with coupling mechanism 8, realize that the position of the position adjustment holding strip 6 of pterygium of patient can be according to the position adjustment holding strip 6 of the patient, thereby make the practicality of eyelid opener is stronger. By providing the protrusion 812 and the annular groove 51, the relative rotation of the rotating shaft 5 and the connecting block 81 is achieved. By defining the shapes of the left latch 821, the right latch 822, and the mounting hole 31, it is ensured that the latch 82 can be detachably disposed in the mounting hole 31. The holding strips 6 penetrating through the side walls of the rotating shaft 5 are arranged and matched with the fixing pieces, so that the lengths of the two holding strips 6 can be adjusted, and the holding of the conjunctiva 100 with different lengths can be adapted. The support part 9 is arranged for enlarging the contact area of the support part 9 and fingers, so that the two side arms 2 are more easily compressed.
