Claims (31)

1. A punctum biting and cutting device having a punctum dilating function, the device comprising a holder, a main body part provided in the middle of the holder, and a connecting part provided at the distal end of the main body part, wherein the distal end of the connecting part is a projecting member having a tip, and the punctum forming operation is performed by biting and cutting a polyp or a stenotic punctum tissue of the punctum by inserting the tip of the projecting member into the punctum.
2. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 1, wherein the pointed male member comprises a base and a tip portion above the base.
3. The punctal occlusion device of claim 2, wherein the tip portion is a blunted tip portion.
4. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the base is of unitary construction with the tip portion above the base.
5. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the outer surface between the base and the tip portion is a smooth surface.
6. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the base is cylindrical and the tip is generally conical.
7. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the substrate is cuboid or square or truncated ellipsoid in shape.
8. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2,

14. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the ratio of the diameter of the tip portion to the bottom surface of the base body is 1:3 to 6, and the tip portion is of a blunted structure; the height of the connecting part is 1-3 mm.
15. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 14, wherein the height of the connection is 1.8-2.2 mm.
16. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the diameter of the lower bottom surface of the tip portion is the same as the diameter of the base.
17. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the substrate has a height of 0.3 to 0.6mm and a diameter of 0.5 to 1.5 mm; the height of the tip part is 0.7-1.5 mm, and the diameter of the lower bottom surface of the tip part is 0.5-1.5 mm.
18. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the substrate has a height of 0.4 to 0.5mm and a diameter of 0.7 to 0.9 mm; the height of the tip part is 0.7-1.5 mm, and the diameter of the lower bottom surface of the tip part is 0.7-0.9 mm.
19. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the sum of the heights of the base and tip portions is less than or equal to 4 mm.
20. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the sum of the heights of the base and the tip is 1 to 1.5 mm.
21. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the sum of the heights of the base and the tip portion is 1 to 1.5mm, and the height of the base is not less than 0.2 mm.
22. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function according to claim 2, wherein the base has a cutout portion in the lower bottom of the base, the cutout portion having a circular arc-shaped cross section.
23. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function according to claim 2, wherein the base has a cutout portion in the lower bottom of the base, the cutout portion having a circular arc-shaped cross section, and the arc being 180 ° to 240 °.
24. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function according to claim 2, wherein the base has a cutout portion with a triangular cross-section at a lower portion thereof.

29. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function according to claim 2, wherein the lower portion of the base body has a cutout portion having a cross section of regular pentagon/regular hexagon.
30. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the pointed male member is made of medical stainless steel or titanium alloy.
31. The punctal biting device with punctal dilation function of claim 2, wherein the connecting portion and the pointed male member are made of medical stainless steel or titanium alloy.
