The document managing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the driving mechanism includes a slide bar connected to the frame, a slider slidably engaged with the slide bar, an elastic member connected to the frame and the slider, respectively, and a connecting bar having opposite ends connected to the slider and the supporting member, respectively; the elastic piece is used for driving the sliding block to move on the sliding rod so as to drive the supporting piece to move towards the outside of the lower accommodating cavity, and when the supporting piece is located outside the lower accommodating cavity, an included angle is formed between the frame and the orthographic projection of the supporting piece on the ground.
3. The document management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the actuator is an electromagnetic actuator.

The document management apparatus of claim 3, wherein the anti-falling support assembly further comprises a motion sensor and a control module, the control module is connected to the control module and the driving member via signals, the motion sensor is disposed on the frame and is configured to obtain an inclination angle signal of the document management apparatus and transmit the inclination angle signal to the control module, and the control module is configured to control the driving member.

The document management apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the movable box assembly further comprises a limiting member and a resetting member, the limiting member is movably connected to the frame, when the movable box assembly is in the placement position, the first pulley abuts against the limiting member and drives the limiting member to separate from the second box, and when the first box moves out of the upper accommodating cavity, the resetting member drives the limiting member to be in clamping fit with the second box so as to limit the movement of the second box.
