Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of food, and particularly relates to an instant lactobacillus preparation for regulating gastrointestinal flora, relieving constipation and improving immunity.
Background
At present, with the understanding and attention of people on gastrointestinal diseases, health-care foods for treating or intervening in gastrointestinal diseases on the market are diversified, and the effects are all emphasized.
However, the symptoms of gastrointestinal patients often coexist in a plurality of symptoms, and the existing products are difficult to avoid one another in intervention, and have different defects, for example, the probiotic solid beverage in the prior art has the quality stability and the intervention effect on gastrointestinal diseases at risk because only basic factory test and type 1 test per year are required for the probiotic solid beverage.
The quality of the ready-to-eat lactic acid bacteria is more strictly controlled, the delivery inspection requirements comprise items such as sense, net content, moisture, heavy metal, acid production activity or fermentation acidity, total number of lactic acid bacteria, enterobacteriaceae, mould and yeast, and the detection times are more every year. Each batch of factory product needs to meet mandatory standards. The stability of the product is guaranteed.
Therefore, the technical personnel in the field need to solve the problem that how to provide an instant lactobacillus preparation, which has no obvious side effect, has the synergistic interaction among the components, can well improve diarrhea, helicobacter pylori infection and gastric ulcer, and is convenient to carry and eat.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention provides an instant lactobacillus preparation for regulating gastrointestinal flora, relieving constipation and improving immunity. On one hand, intestinal flora can be adjusted, on the other hand, the immunity can be obviously improved, and the product is more stable.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an instant lactobacillus preparation for regulating gastrointestinal flora, relieving constipation and improving immunity comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 15-25 parts of lactitol, 13-18 parts of resistant dextrin, 8-12 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 1-5 parts of inulin, 0.1-1 part of lactobacillus rhamnosus, 0.1-0.6 part of lactobacillus plantarum, 0.01-0.6 part of lactobacillus acidophilus, 0.01-0.5 part of lactobacillus paracasei, 0.01-0.5 part of bifidobacterium bifidum and 0.01-0.5 part of stachyose.

Comparative experiment 1
In vitro bacteriostasis experiment
Inoculating purchased helicobacter pylori to a solid culture medium, performing conventional culture, and collecting;
centrifuging the collected helicobacter pylori at 2500rpm for 3min, resuspending with liquid culture medium, measuring bacterial concentration, diluting with liquid culture medium containing 10% FBS to 3-4 × 106CFU/ml. 150ul of bacterial liquid and 20ul of bacterial liquid were added to a 96-well plateThe ready-to-eat lactic acid bacteria preparations of examples 1 to 3, each having a final concentration of 1g/ml, were cultured at room temperature for 24 hours, and then subjected to colony counting using agar medium containing 10% sheep blood.
The results show that compared with the blank control (without any bacteriostatic component), the nutritional products provided by the examples 1-3 can inhibit the proliferation of helicobacter pylori in vitro by 52-73%, which indicates that the nutritional products provided by the examples have the function of inhibiting the proliferation of helicobacter pylori in vitro.
Comparative experiment 2
Clinical experiments show that 50 patients (age 45-65 years) suffering from irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea are screened, and the patients are divided into 2 groups at the stage of stopping taking the medicine, and the instant lactobacillus preparation and certain solid beverage (rich in probiotics) which is sold in the market are respectively taken, wherein the solid beverage contains no isomaltooligosaccharide and inulin, and is different from the solid beverage in probiotic matching.
Because the irritable bowel syndrome has complex etiology, a treatment scheme of complete cure and relapse prevention is not available temporarily, after the experiment is carried out for 3 months, the relapse situation is reviewed, and the relapse rate of the instant lactobacillus preparation prepared by the invention is obviously lower than that of the group taking the commercial solid beverage by 70 percent (the group of the invention has 3 relapses for 3 times, and the group of the control group has 10 relapses for 10 times).
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention. Thus, the present invention is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.
