Abstract
The invention relates to the field of ice cream processing, in particular to rotary filling forming equipment which comprises a box body, a feeding mechanism, a discharging mechanism and a rotary driving mechanism, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a raw material feeding assembly and a chocolate feeding assembly and is used for feeding raw materials and chocolate; the discharging mechanism is communicated with the feeding mechanism and is used for mixing the raw materials and the chocolate and then discharging; the rotary driving mechanism is connected with the discharging mechanism and used for driving the discharging mechanism to rotate so as to realize the mixing of the raw materials and the chocolate. The structure setting of this device utilizes feed mechanism, discharge mechanism and rotary driving mechanism's mutually supporting, uses the filling effect that the filling ice cream feed liquid reachd the rotatory mixture, makes the taste become abundant, satisfies modernized user demand.

Technical Field

Background
The ice cream is a frozen food with expanded volume which is prepared by taking drinking water, milk powder, cream (or vegetable oil), sugar and the like as main raw materials, adding a proper amount of food additives, and carrying out processes of mixing, sterilizing, homogenizing, aging, freezing, hardening and the like.

In this embodiment, the discharging mechanism includes a chocolate discharging pipe 12, the chocolate discharging pipe 12 is connected with the box body 17 through a bearing 9, and a rotating discharging cavity 7 is arranged in the chocolate discharging pipe 12. The chocolate outlet tube 12 can be rotated in cooperation with a rotary drive.
In this embodiment, the ingredient feed assembly and the chocolate feed assembly are both in communication with the chocolate spout 12. So that the material and the chocolate enter the chocolate spout 12 for rotational mixing.

4. The rotary filing forming apparatus of claim 4, wherein the chocolate discharging tube is provided with a material cavity communicated with the feeding tube.
5. The rotary filing forming apparatus of claim 3, wherein a chocolate distribution chamber is provided in the chocolate feeding chamber.
6. The rotary filing forming apparatus of claim 3, wherein a spring and a thrust bearing are disposed between the chocolate feeding cavity and the chocolate discharging tube.
7. The rotary filling and forming device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotary driving mechanism comprises a motor, a worm wheel and a worm, and a gear matched with the worm wheel is arranged on the chocolate discharging pipe.
8. The rotary filing forming apparatus of claim 7, wherein the motor is mounted to the housing by a basket mount.
9. The rotary filing forming apparatus of claim 1, wherein the discharging mechanism is provided with a hanger.
