The following further describes specific implementations of embodiments of the present application with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present application.
Example one
For convenience of understanding, an application scenario of the data processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application is described, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a scenario diagram of the data processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application. The scenario shown in fig. 1 includes an electronic device 101, and the electronic device 101 may be a device that executes a data processing method provided in this embodiment of the present application.
The electronic device 101 may be a terminal device such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the electronic device 101 may also be a network device such as a server, which is only exemplary and not meant to limit the present application. The electronic device 101 may be provided with a robot model, and when there is a conversation message to be interacted in the chat room, the robot model may automatically reply to perform the anthropomorphic speaking, and the robot model may be an algorithm model for implementing automatic reply.
The electronic device 101 may access a Network, be connected to a cloud via a Network, and perform data interaction, where the Network includes a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and a mobile communication Network; such as the World Wide Web (WWW), long Term Evolution (LTE) networks, 2G networks (2 th Generation Mobile Network), 3G networks (3 th Generation Mobile Network), 5G networks (5 th Generation Mobile Network), etc. The cloud may include various devices connected over a network, such as servers, relay devices, device-to-Device (D2D) devices, and so forth. Of course, this is merely an example and does not represent a limitation of the present application.
With reference to the scenario shown in fig. 1, a data processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application is described in detail, it should be noted that fig. 1 is only an application scenario of the data processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application, and does not represent that the data processing method must be applied to the scenario shown in fig. 1, alternatively, the data processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application may be applied to an electronic device, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of the data processing method provided in the first embodiment of the present application, and the method includes the following steps:
step 201, obtaining the conversation message to be interacted in the chat room.
It should be noted that the chat room is created in advance based on the geographic location, the chat room may be a chat room in a certain trip-type software, and exemplarily, the chat room may be established in an electronic map, and users using the same electronic map may all join the chat room. For example, if the location of user a (i.e., the location of the terminal device used by user a) and the location of user B (i.e., the location of the terminal device used by user B) are in the same area of the electronic map, user a and user B may join the same chat room; for another example, although the location of the user a and the location of the user B are not in the same area, the target point selected by the user a on the electronic map and the target point selected by the user B on the electronic map are in the same area of the electronic map, and the user a and the user B may join the same chat room. Of course, this is merely an example.
It should be noted that the session message to be interacted in the present application refers to a message to be replied, which is issued by a non-target interaction object in a chat room, where the non-target interaction object may be an account of a real user in the chat room, optionally, the session message to be interacted may be sent by a user terminal to an electronic device, the user terminal is a terminal device used by the user, if there are multiple users joining the chat room, each user corresponds to one user terminal, the multiple user terminals may send multiple session messages to the electronic device, and one of the multiple session messages may be selected as the session message to be interacted. Illustratively, obtaining a conversation message to be interacted in a chat room comprises: and determining the conversation messages to be interacted from the conversation messages which are newly released by the non-target interaction objects in the chat room, wherein the messages for releasing pictures are preferentially determined as the conversation messages to be interacted.
Step 202, according to a preset interaction strategy, determining a target interaction object interacting with the session message to be interacted from the set virtual interaction objects.
It should be noted that there may be at least one virtual interactive object, the interaction policy is used to indicate the interaction condition of each virtual interactive object, when the interaction condition of a certain virtual interactive object is met, the virtual interactive object may be used as a target interactive object, and for a session message to be interacted, multiple target interactive objects may be selected for replying, or one target interactive object may be selected for replying. For example, for a session message to be interacted, the first virtual interaction object may be determined as a target interaction object, the session message to be interacted is interacted by using the first virtual interaction object, then the second virtual interaction object is determined as a target interaction object, and the session message to be interacted is interacted by using the second virtual interaction object, which is only an exemplary illustration here.
Illustratively, here, four kinds of virtual interactive objects are listed for explanation, and the four kinds of virtual interactive objects respectively correspond to different interactive conditions.
Optionally, for the first type of virtual interactive object, determining a target interactive object interacting with the session message to be interacted from the set virtual interactive objects according to a preset interaction policy, including: and judging whether the time interval from the current time to the last time when the first type of virtual interactive object publishes the interactive information in the chat room is greater than a preset time interval or not, judging whether the times of publishing the interactive information in the chat room by the first type of virtual interactive object are less than a preset time threshold or not, and if the judgment results are yes, determining the first type of virtual interactive object as the target interactive object. Alternatively, the first type of virtual interactive object may be a robot model of an active atmosphere, the preset time interval may be arbitrarily set, and the preset time interval may be a fixed value or a variable value, for example, the preset time interval may be 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, or 5 minutes. The preset time interval is set, so that the influence on the real conversation message to be interacted due to the fact that the interaction information is sent too frequently can be avoided; speech in the disturbance-free time interval is avoided, the disturbance-free time of a user can not be influenced, and the personalized requirements of the user are met; the interaction times in the chat room are limited, and the influence on the real conversation information to be interacted due to frequent sending of the interaction information can be further avoided. Optionally, in a specific implementation manner, if a time interval between a current time and a last time of issuing the interaction information in the chat room is greater than a preset time interval, the current time does not belong to the disturbance-free time period, and the number of times of interaction in the chat room is less than a preset number of times threshold, the first type of virtual interaction object is determined as the target interaction object. Optionally, in another specific implementation manner, after a first to-be-interacted conversation message is generated in a chat room of the electronic map, periodically issuing interaction information to make an active speech, and increasing the time length of one period. After the first to-be-interacted session message, the interaction information is periodically issued, so that the chat heat of the chat room can be kept, and the to-be-interacted session message is encouraged.
Optionally, for the second type of virtual interactive object and the third type of virtual interactive object, determining a target interactive object interacting with the session message to be interacted from the set virtual interactive objects according to a preset interaction policy, including: and determining the message content and/or the type of the conversation message to be interacted, and if the message content and/or the type of the conversation message to be interacted meet the set interaction conditions, determining the second-class virtual interaction object and/or the third-class virtual interaction object as a target interaction object. Alternatively, the second type of virtual interactive object may be a robot model for replying to a user question, and the third type of virtual object may be a robot model for expressing interactive attitude. For example, for the second type of virtual interactive object, a targeted reply or a general reply can be performed according to the content and the type of the message of the drawing message; for another example, for the third type of virtual interactive object, the conversation message to be interacted can be complied with, and the interest of the user in participating is increased. The second and third types of virtual interactive objects may interact with a conversation message simultaneously.
Optionally, for the fourth type of virtual interactive object, determining a target interactive object interacting with the session message to be interacted from the set virtual interactive objects according to a preset interaction policy, including: and determining whether the road of the geographical position established by the chat room has the officially issued traffic information, and if so, determining a fourth virtual interactive object corresponding to the officer as the target interactive object. Alternatively, the fourth type of virtual interactive object may be an official robot model, and the official robot publishes what is happening on the road, such as car accidents, traffic control, etc., after the user joins the chat room.
Step 203, acquiring interaction information of the target interaction object interacting with the session message to be interacted.
For different virtual interaction objects, the interaction information may be obtained in different manners, and in combination with the four virtual interaction objects in step 202, four specific examples are listed here for explanation respectively:
optionally, for the first type of virtual interactive object, acquiring interaction information of a target interactive object interacting with a session message to be interacted, including: in the random conversation message library, a random conversation message which is not published in the chat room is arbitrarily selected as the interactive information of the interaction between the first type of virtual interactive object and the conversation message to be interacted. The random conversational message library may comprise at least one conversational message, which may also be referred to as active statements, i.e. dialogs for active ambience. Further optionally, m session messages which are newly issued may be excluded from the random session message library, and the interaction information may be randomly generated in the remaining session messages, where m is an integer greater than 0. Excluding the newly published m session messages may reduce the repetition rate.
Optionally, for the second type of virtual interaction object, the message content and/or the type of the session message to be interacted may be identified by using a natural language identification model, and the interaction information may be obtained according to the message content and/or the type. For example, in a first implementation manner, acquiring interaction information of a target interaction object interacting with a session message to be interacted includes: if the message content is a question, corresponding question reply information is obtained from the question-answering skill library and is used as interaction information for interaction between the second type of virtual interaction object and the session message to be interacted. The question may be a standard question provided by the chat room after entering the chat room, or a question raised by the user. The method and the system select the session messages by using the question and answer library, have stronger pertinence, can improve the interaction quality and increase the enthusiasm of the chat of the user. Optionally, in a second implementation manner, the determining the interaction information may refer to a randomly selected manner of the first type of virtual interaction object, and specifically, the obtaining the interaction information of the target interaction object interacting with the session message to be interacted includes: if the message content is not a problem, the method of determining the interactive information by referring to the first type of virtual interactive object can be used for arbitrarily selecting a random conversation message which is not issued in the chat room as the interactive information for the interaction between the second type of virtual interactive object and the conversation message to be interacted. Further, m session messages which are newly issued can be excluded from the random session message library, and the interaction information can be randomly generated in the rest session messages, wherein m is an integer larger than 0.
Optionally, for the third type of virtual interactive object, acquiring interaction information of the target interactive object interacting with the session message to be interacted includes: and if the message type of the conversation message to be interacted is the image-text type or the effective road traffic message, acquiring interactive icons and/or interactive sentences used for expressing interactive attitudes as interactive information for interacting the third-class virtual interactive objects with the conversation message to be interacted. For example, the interactive icon may be a praise icon, a thank you icon, and the like, and the third type of virtual interactive object may express the interactive attitude, thereby increasing the interest of chat. It should be noted that the second type of virtual interactive object and the third type of virtual interactive object may be simultaneously used as target interactive objects for interacting the session messages to be interacted with, respectively, with respect to the same session message to be interacted with. For example, for a certain conversation message to be interacted, the message type of the conversation message to be interacted is an image-text type, which is not a problem, a second type of virtual interactive object may be used to select a conversation message in the random conversation message library as the interactive information for distribution, and a third type of virtual interactive object may also be used to approve the conversation message to be interacted. Or selecting one virtual interactive object from the second type of virtual interactive object and the third type of virtual interactive object as a target interactive object for interaction. Of course, this is merely an example.
Optionally, for the fourth type of virtual interactive object, acquiring interaction information of the target interactive object interacting with the session message to be interacted, including: and acquiring traffic information issued by an official on a road where the geographical position of the chat room is established, and generating the interaction information according to the traffic information. For the fourth type of virtual interactive object, the interactive information may represent the same meaning as the traffic information, and prompt the user about the traffic condition of the road.
And 204, controlling the target interactive object to issue corresponding interactive information to the session message to be interacted in the chat room.
In the application, the target interactive object can be a robot model, and when the target interactive object is controlled to issue the interactive information, the interactive information can be issued by using different nicknames and head portraits each time, so that the popularity of the chat room can be further improved, and the users are encouraged to participate in speaking. Optionally, the method further comprises: randomly generating a nickname and a head portrait for the target interactive object; the method for controlling the target interactive object to issue corresponding interactive information to the session message to be interacted in the chat room specifically includes: and controlling the target interactive object to issue corresponding interactive information to the session message to be interacted in the chat room through the nickname and the avatar, wherein the nickname and the avatar can be the same or different when the same target interactive object issues different interactive information. For example, the nickname and avatar may be randomly selected in a database of account information, which may include at least two nicknames and at least two avatars. Randomly selecting nicknames and avatars in the account information database may increase the randomness and number of users presented in the chat room. Further, k nicknames and k head images used by the newly issued k session messages may be excluded from the account information database, and the nicknames and head images may be randomly selected among the remaining nicknames and head images, so as to reduce the repetition rate of the nicknames and head images appearing in the chat room. Optionally, the interaction information may @ a user corresponding to the replied utterance, or may be directly issued without @ any user; of course, this is merely illustrative.
It should be further noted that, in an embodiment, controlling the target interaction object to publish, in the chat room, corresponding interaction information for the session message to be interacted includes: before the interactive information is issued, judging whether a new conversation message to be interacted exists in the chat room; if not, the target interactive object is controlled to issue corresponding interactive information to the session message to be interacted in the chat room. And if so, re-acquiring the interaction information according to the latest session message to be interacted and issuing the interaction information.
In conjunction with the description of the above steps 201-205, three specific application scenarios are listed here for illustration.
Optionally, in the first application scenario, the target interaction object may be a first type of virtual interaction object, the first type of virtual interaction object may be a robot model of an active atmosphere, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a scene schematic diagram of an active atmosphere provided in an embodiment of the present application, a robot model of an active atmosphere is set in the electronic device, and an interaction policy of the robot model of an active atmosphere may include an interaction timing algorithm, an account information database, and a random session message library; the interaction opportunity algorithm can comprise two parts of disturbance-free control and return time control. The interaction opportunity algorithm of the robot model of the active atmosphere may be that after the first session message to be interacted, the interaction information is periodically issued, and the interval time for issuing the interaction information is increased.
Optionally, in a second application scenario, the target interaction object may be a second-class virtual interaction object, and the second-class virtual interaction object may be a reply robot model, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is a scenario diagram of replying a session message to be interacted according to an embodiment of the present application, a reply robot model is disposed in the electronic device, and an interaction policy of the reply robot model may include an identification model algorithm, an account information database, and a random session message library; wherein the recognition model algorithm may determine the message content and/or type of conversation messages to be interacted with. The electronic equipment receives a conversation message to be interacted sent by a user terminal, identifies the conversation message to be interacted by utilizing an identification model algorithm set in a robot model, selects the conversation message as interaction information in a random conversation message library after the content and/or the type of the message meet interaction conditions, selects a nickname and a head portrait in an account information database, and controls a target interaction object to release the interaction information in a chat room through the nickname and the head portrait. It should be noted that the second type of virtual interactive object may also include an interactive timing algorithm included in the first type of virtual interactive object, so as to control the interactive time.
Optionally, in a third application scenario, the target interactive object may be a third type of virtual interactive object, and the third type of virtual interactive object may be a praise robot model, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a scene schematic diagram of a conversation message of praise to interact provided in an embodiment of the present application, a praise robot model is set in the electronic device, and an interaction policy of the praise robot model may include a recognition model algorithm, an account information database, and a reply algorithm policy; wherein the recognition model algorithm may determine the message content and/or type of conversation messages to be interacted with. The electronic equipment receives a session message to be interacted sent by a user terminal, identifies the session message to be interacted by utilizing an identification model algorithm set in a robot model, acquires interaction information containing a praise icon and a praise information after the content and/or the type of the message meet interaction conditions, selects the session message to be interacted from n session messages newly issued by a non-target interaction object in a chat room by utilizing a reply algorithm strategy, randomly selects a nickname and a head portrait in an account information database, and controls the target interaction object to praise the session message to be interacted (i.e. issue the praise icon and the praise information) through the nickname and the head portrait. It should be noted that the third type of virtual interactive object may also include an interaction opportunity algorithm included in the first type of virtual interactive object, so as to control the interaction time.
The data processing method provided by the embodiment of the application obtains the conversation messages to be interacted in the chat room, wherein the chat room is established in advance based on the geographic position; determining a target interactive object interacted with the session message to be interacted from the set virtual interactive objects according to a preset interactive strategy; acquiring interactive information of a target interactive object interacting with a session message to be interacted; and controlling the target interactive object to issue corresponding interactive information to the session message to be interacted in the chat room. According to the method and the device, the appropriate target interaction object is selected to interact with the conversation message in the chat room, on one hand, the chat heat in the chat room is increased, the interest of the user in sending the conversation message to be interacted is improved, on the other hand, the user who joins in the chat room is promoted to actively, conveniently and accurately release the real-time traffic condition of the road mastered by the user in the chat room, and the problem that the real-time traffic information real condition of the road is difficult to accurately obtain is solved.
