the ring main unit is moved to a required working place through the universal wheels (3), if bumping or collision occurs in the moving process, the supporting block (203) is acted by force from the cabinet body (1), the sliding block slides on the inner side wall of the damping box (202) through the sliding block, so that the supporting block (203) is driven to move downwards in the damping box (202), the two ends of the connecting rod (204) are respectively hinged with the bottom end of the supporting block (203) and the first sliding block (206), the two first sliding blocks (206) located on the same side are driven to slide on the first sliding rod (205) and are away from each other, and the damping spring (208) located on the first sliding rod (205) is extruded to deform, so that the damping effect is achieved;
