The electronic tag is provided with a button (can be an entity button or a button arranged on a touch screen), and the triggering instruction can be sent by a worker clicking the button of the electronic tag when the package placement condition of the temporary storage area is determined to meet the setting requirement.
And when the electronic tag receives the trigger instruction, the electronic tag sends a message instruction to the road area terminal matched with the electronic tag. The message instruction is used for instructing the road area terminal to execute the action of lighting or flashing the indicator light.
Step S508: when receiving the message instruction, the road area terminal controls the state of the self indicator lamp to indicate the position of the road area. When receiving the message instruction, the road area terminal can light up the self-indicating lamp or make the self-indicating lamp flash for indicating the road area position matched with the temporary storage area where the electronic tag is located.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the main modules of a road area guidance system according to yet another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 6, the road area guiding system according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes: the data processing terminal 200, the electronic tag 401, the road area terminal 402 and the network node 601, wherein the functions of the data processing terminal 200, the electronic tag 401 and the road area terminal 402 are as described above.
The electronic tag 401 is further configured to establish a second association according to the preconfigured road region identifier and the electronic tag ID, and send the second association to the network node 601.

Fig. 7 is a timing diagram of a data processing method implemented based on a road zone guidance system according to yet another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 7, the data processing method in the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S701: and the background service system sends an operation instruction to the data processing terminal.
Step S702: and the data processing terminal requests the background service system to acquire a first association relationship between the parcels of the corresponding batch and the road area according to the parcel batch of the operation instruction.
Step S703: and the background service system feeds back the first association relation to the data processing terminal.
Step S704: the data processing terminal scans the identification code of the current package to obtain package identification information of the current package, and searches the road area identification corresponding to the package identification information according to the first association relation.
The specific implementation process of step S701 to step S704 is the same as that of step S501 to step S504, and will not be repeated here.
Step S705: the data processing terminal encapsulates the road zone identifier into road zone data by using a self transmission protocol, and sends the road zone data to the network node. Before the receiving person prepares to receive goods, the data processing terminal is connected with the network node. For example, the data processing terminal establishes connection with the ZigBee network node through Bluetooth or WiFi. Taking bluetooth connection as an example, the data processing terminal encapsulates the road area identifier into road area data by using a bluetooth protocol, and then sends the road area data to the network node.
Step S706: the network node performs protocol conversion and analysis on the road zone data to obtain a road zone identifier, and sends the road zone identifier to the corresponding electronic tag according to the second association relation. The network node converts the road area data from Bluetooth protocol to ZigBee protocol, and then analyzes the road area identification.
The electronic tag is provided with a road zone identifier attribute, the attribute value (namely the road zone identifier) can be modified, and one electronic tag uniquely corresponds to one road zone identifier. The staff sets the road area identification in the electronic label in advance so as to establish a second association relation between the road area identification and the electronic label ID in the electronic label and send the second association relation to the network node. And the network node issues the path area identifier to the corresponding electronic tag according to the second association relation.
Step S707: when the electronic tag receives the road area identification, the electronic tag controls the state of an indicator lamp of the electronic tag so as to indicate the storage position of the current package. The specific implementation process of this step is the same as that of step S506, and will not be described here again.
Step S708: and when the electronic tag receives the trigger instruction, the electronic tag sends a searching instruction to the network node. The searching instruction comprises an electronic tag ID, a road area identifier and a message instruction, wherein the message instruction is used for indicating a road area terminal corresponding to the road area identifier to execute the action of lighting or flashing an indicator lamp. In an embodiment, a character, such as a number, may be used in the message instruction to indicate the action of lighting or flashing the indicator light, so as to reduce the data transmission amount.
Step S709: and after receiving the searching instruction, the network node sends the message instruction to the road area terminal of the corresponding road area according to the second association relation. The network node adopts a table to maintain information such as electronic tag ID, network link and the like. After receiving a searching instruction from a certain electronic tag, the network node searches a road area corresponding to the searching instruction and sends a message instruction to a road area terminal.
Step S710: when receiving the message instruction, the road area terminal controls the state of the self indicator lamp to indicate the position of the road area. The specific implementation process of this step is the same as that of step S508, and will not be described here again. The embodiment can guide staff to place packages on corresponding road areas, improves working efficiency, reduces error rate, and can guide staff (such as temporary staff for supporting when the package amount is large) who is not familiar with the position of the road areas to quickly find the correct road areas.
In a preferred embodiment, after step S504 and step S704, the data processing terminal may play the road area identifier through the voice playing unit, so as to alert the staff member who is in charge of the corresponding road area.
FIG. 8 is a system architecture diagram of a data processing method according to yet another embodiment of the present invention. As can be seen from fig. 8, the network node includes an adapter and a gateway, and the gateway stores the second association (i.e. the electronic tag sends the second association to the gateway). In step S705, the data processing terminal transmits the road area data to the adapter. The adapter converts the protocol of the road area data and sends the road area data to the gateway. The gateway analyzes the road zone data after protocol conversion to obtain road zone identifiers, and then the road zone identifiers are sent to the corresponding electronic tags according to the second association relation.
In the embodiment, the adapter is a ZigBee adapter, the gateway is a ZigBee gateway, the electronic tag is a ZigBee electronic tag, and the road area terminal is a ZigBee road area terminal. The ZigBee road area terminal is one of Zigbee terminals and can be used for self-networking. The gateway, the electronic tag and the road area terminal form a ZigBee network, and are communicated with the data processing terminal through the ZigBee adapter.
Further, M electronic tags and N road area terminals are arranged in the distribution station, the electronic tags can move, and the positions are indicated by flashing according to instructions (namely road area identifiers); n road area terminals are fixedly arranged at road area positions, and the road area positions are marked by connecting with digital indicating lamps. The electronic tag sends a message instruction to the matched road area terminal through the gateway, and the message instruction is used for controlling the indicator lamp of the road area terminal to light or flash. The relation between M electronic tags and the temporary storage area can be one-to-one or many-to-one. The N road zone terminals may be in one-to-one relationship with the road zone.
FIG. 9 is a flow chart of a method for receiving and distributing goods using the data processing method according to the embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 9, when a transportation handle package is delivered to a delivery station, a worker scans the identification code on the current package for shipment using the data processing terminal of the present embodiment. After the data processing terminal obtains the first association relation, searching a road area identifier corresponding to the package identification information, sending the road area identifier to a corresponding electronic tag, and performing voice broadcasting, wherein an indicator lamp of the electronic tag flashes. And the electronic tag sends a message instruction to the road area terminal set by the matched road area according to the second association relation, and at the moment, the indicator lamp of the road area terminal flashes.
It should be noted that, the No. 1 temporary storage area to the No. X temporary storage area are all provided with electronic tags, and may be individually provided, or several electronic tags may be provided in the same temporary storage area. For the situation that a plurality of electronic tags are placed in one temporary storage area, the road areas represented by the electronic tags are required to be set as adjacent road areas, so that the subsequent package of the temporary storage area is conveniently combined and conveyed to the adjacent road areas, the workload is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, a register corresponds to only one way, e.g., a package in register X is transported from the cart to way X. And the road area terminal with the digital indicator lamp is placed in the road area, and after the button of the electronic tag of the X-number temporary storage area is pressed, the digital indicator lamp of the road area terminal of the X-number road area blinks to light, so that an unfamiliar worker can find the road area.
According to the road area guiding method, the electronic tag representing the road area is controlled by the data processing terminal to indicate the storage position of the package, and after the electronic tag receives the trigger instruction, the corresponding road area terminal is controlled to indicate the position of the road area, so that the road area can be automatically matched with the package, the degree of manual participation is reduced, workers are guided to find the position of the road area, the package is placed in a correct road area, and the working efficiency is improved; the data are transmitted through the network nodes, so that the data processing terminal, the electronic tag and the road area terminal can realize information interaction in different networks.
