The invention relates to a direct illumination lamp box of an automobile instrument panel, which comprises a fan-shaped annular lamp shade arranged below the instrument panel, wherein a dial of the instrument panel is arranged on the fan-shaped annular lamp shade, and the fan-shaped annular lamp shade is arranged on an instrument circuit board; the fan-shaped annular lampshade comprises a plurality of independent lighting units which are sequentially, adjacently and continuously arranged, each lighting unit comprises a light source, a shading cap and a cup-shaped reflector, a lamp hole is formed in the center of the cup-shaped reflector, and the light source penetrates through the lamp hole to be fixed and electrically connected with the instrument circuit board; emergent light of the light source is reflected to the mirror surface of the cup-shaped reflector through the shading cap, and then the emergent light of the light source is reflected to the back surface of the instrument panel corresponding to the lighting unit through the cup-shaped reflector. The invention improves and designs the lamp box structure of the direct-type backlight illumination mode, thereby realizing bright and uniform dial illumination effect by using a small number of LEDs.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile instrument display devices, in particular to a direct illumination lamp box of an automobile instrument panel and an instrument assembly.
Background
Except for the full liquid crystal instrument, most of the automobile instruments are provided with pointer type instrument panels, scale lines, numbers and characters (which are collectively called as illumination areas on the scale panels) are printed on the scale panels of the instrument panels, and when the automobile runs, a pointer rotates to a certain angle to point to a certain number, so that a driver can know specific vehicle speed, engine rotating speed, engine cooling water temperature, fuel oil amount and other important information of the vehicle needing quantitative indication.
When the vehicle is driven at night, the instrument panel needs to be illuminated. The existing automobile instrument basically adopts a back-transmission type illumination mode, and usually an instrument panel is combined by three parts of structures to realize dial illumination, namely: light source, lamp box and dial. The light source is a Light Emitting Diode (LED) welded and fixed on a printed circuit board (namely a bottom plate), light emitted by the LED is limited in a closed lamp box designed according to the shape of the dial, the light falls on the back of the dial through reflection of the inner wall of the lamp box to the light, and then the light penetrates through scribed lines, numbers and characters printed by the light-permeable ink, so that a driver can observe the dial at night.
Under the condition that the alarm lamp is arranged in the center of the instrument panel, the backlight illumination of the instrument panel can only select a direct type, namely, an illumination required area is in a fan-shaped ring shape, the shape of a lamp box corresponding to the area is a part of a ring body, and the top view of the lamp box is in a fan-shaped ring shape which is slightly larger than the illumination required area of the dial; the light source LEDs are uniformly arranged at the bottom of the lamp box, most of light emitted by the LEDs is directly projected upwards to the dial, and the lamp box has the main function of limiting the light to be diffused to the outside of an area needing illumination and has the function of reflecting a small part of light upwards. By using the structure, the light emitted by the LED is concentrated at the corresponding position at the top of the luminous point, the position illuminated by the LED is brighter, and the position without the LED is darker. In order to improve the uniformity of the illumination effect, the number of the LEDs needs to be increased and the LEDs need to be uniformly distributed, which results in relatively high cost and may cause dazzling problems due to ultrahigh brightness.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an optimized direct type illumination lamp box and an optimized instrument assembly for an automobile instrument panel, and the lamp box structure of a direct type backlight illumination mode is improved, so that the bright and uniform dial illumination effect is realized without increasing the number of LEDs.
The technical scheme for solving the problems is as follows:
on one hand, the invention provides a direct type illuminating lamp box of an automobile instrument panel, which comprises a fan-shaped annular lamp shade arranged under the instrument panel, wherein a dial of the instrument panel is arranged on the fan-shaped annular lamp shade, and the fan-shaped annular lamp shade is arranged on an instrument circuit board;
the fan-shaped annular lampshade comprises a plurality of independent lighting units which are sequentially, adjacently and continuously arranged, each lighting unit comprises a light source, a shading cap and a cup-shaped reflector, a lamp hole is formed in the center of the cup-shaped reflector, and the light source penetrates through the lamp hole to be fixed and electrically connected with the instrument circuit board;
emergent light of the light source is reflected to the mirror surface of the cup-shaped reflector through the shading cap, and then the emergent light of the light source is reflected to the back surface of the instrument panel corresponding to the lighting unit through the cup-shaped reflector.
Furthermore, two annular inclined plane structures which are coaxial with the shading cap and have different inclination angles are arranged on the surface of the shading cap facing the light source, and the inner edge of the outer annular inclined plane structure is connected with the outer edge of the inner annular inclined plane structure.
Furthermore, in the two annular inclined plane structures, an included angle between a bus of the annular inclined plane structure positioned on the outer side and the horizontal direction is 10-15 degrees, and an included angle between the bus of the annular inclined plane structure positioned on the inner side and the horizontal direction is 15 degrees.
Furthermore, the bottom of the cup-shaped reflector is of a spherical structure, and the side wall of the cup-shaped reflector is of a conical tubular structure.
Furthermore, the light source is completely covered by the orthographic projection of the shading cap on the instrument circuit board.

the instrument panel is arranged on the illuminating lamp box;
the lighting lamp box is installed on the instrument circuit board.
The beneficial effects of the invention are: the design of the invention adopts the shading cap on the lamp hole to shade the upward direct light of the LED, so that the light can form sufficient reflection and diffuse reflection in the lamp box under the common reflection of the shading cap, the spherical surface at the bottom of the lamp box and the inclined surface of the side wall of the lamp box, the light reflection efficiency of the lamp box is greatly improved, and the light distribution in the lamp box is more uniform, therefore, compared with the conventional direct type lamp box structure, the dial illuminating effect is improved on the premise of not increasing the quantity of LED light sources.

Detailed Description
The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1-4, the embodiment of the present invention provides a direct-type illumination light box 1 for an automobile dashboard. The lamp box is usually made of white engineering plastics, has a certain wall thickness, is light-proof, and has a smooth inner wall. The lamp box comprises a fan-shaped lamp shade arranged under an instrument panel, wherein a dial 3 of the instrument panel is arranged on the fan-shaped lamp shade, and the fan-shaped lamp shade is arranged on an instrument circuit board 2.
The fan-shaped annular lampshade comprises a plurality of independent lighting units which are sequentially arranged adjacently, each lighting unit comprises a light source 4, a shading cap 5 and a cup-shaped reflector, a lamp hole is formed in the center of each cup-shaped reflector, and the light source 4 penetrates through the lamp hole to be fixed and electrically connected with the instrument circuit board 2; the light source is an LED lamp, and the light emitting angle theta is not less than 120 degrees.
Emergent light of the light source 4 is reflected to the mirror surface of the cup-shaped reflector through the shading cap 5, and then the emergent light of the light source 4 is reflected to the back of the instrument panel corresponding to the lighting unit through the cup-shaped reflector.
Furthermore, two annular inclined plane structures which are coaxial with the light shielding cap 5 and have different inclination angles are arranged on the surface of the light shielding cap 5 facing the light source 4, and the inner edge of the outer annular inclined plane III structure is connected with the outer edge of the inner annular inclined plane IV structure.
In the two annular inclined plane structures, the included angle between the bus of the annular inclined plane structure positioned on the outer side and the horizontal direction is 10-15 degrees, and the included angle between the bus of the annular inclined plane structure positioned on the inner side and the horizontal direction is 15 degrees.
The bottom of the cup-shaped reflector is of a spherical structure, and the side wall of the cup-shaped reflector is of a conical tubular structure. The centre of the sphere of the spherical structure is located on the centre normal of the light source 4.
The light shading cap 5 completely covers the light source through orthographic projection on the instrument circuit board 2.
The shading cap 5 is fixedly connected with the cup-shaped reflector through at least three supporting arms 6 and is integrally formed by injection molding. In this embodiment, three support arms 6 are used to connect the light-shielding cap 5 and the cup-shaped reflector.
In another embodiment, the surface of the light shielding cap 5 facing the light source 4 can also be designed as a spherical structure, and the spherical center of the spherical structure is normal to the center of the light source 4.
The working principle is as follows: when the light source 4 is electrified to emit light, (1) most light rays concentrated in the range of 1/2 theta are shielded by the shading cap and cannot be directly projected upwards to the dial, so that the dial is prevented from being locally ultra-bright; (2) the light rays blocked by the shading cap are respectively reflected to the top surface of the instrument circuit board 2 or the side wall II of the lamp box 1 by the outer annular inclined plane III and the inner annular inclined plane IV and then reflected to the bottom surface of the dial 3 by the bottom surface of the instrument circuit board or the side wall II of the lamp box; (3) a small part of light is emitted upwards by the LED, reflected downwards by the shading cap 5, and then reflected for multiple times by the side wall II of the lamp box → the bottom surface of the dial → the side wall II of the lamp box. The concentrated light rays which are directly emitted upwards by the LEDs are shielded by the light shield 5, and meanwhile, the concentrated light rays are reflected and diffused for multiple times by the light shield cap 5 → the circuit board 2 → the bottom surface of the lamp box → the side wall II of the lamp box → the bottom surface of the dial, so that the light reflection efficiency is greatly improved, and the lighting effect of the dial 3 is improved on the premise of not increasing the number of LED light sources.
On the basis of the above embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an instrument assembly, including the illumination light box, an instrument panel, an instrument circuit board, a pointer and stepping motor, and a plurality of function indication lamps described in the above embodiment; the plurality of function indicating lamps are arranged around the pointer rotating shaft of the instrument panel; the instrument panel is arranged on the illuminating lamp box; the lighting lamp box is installed on the instrument circuit board.

the fan-shaped annular lampshade comprises a plurality of independent lighting units which are sequentially, adjacently and continuously arranged, each lighting unit comprises a light source, a shading cap and a cup-shaped reflector, a lamp hole is formed in the center of the cup-shaped reflector, and the light source penetrates through the lamp hole to be fixed and electrically connected with the instrument circuit board;
emergent light of the light source is reflected to the mirror surface of the cup-shaped reflector through the shading cap, and then the emergent light of the light source is reflected to the back surface of the instrument panel corresponding to the lighting unit through the cup-shaped reflector;
the surface of the shading cap facing the light source is provided with two annular inclined plane structures which are coaxial with the shading cap and have different inclination angles, and the inner edge of the outer annular inclined plane structure is connected with the outer edge of the inner annular inclined plane structure;
in the two annular inclined plane structures, an included angle between a bus of the annular inclined plane structure positioned at the outer side and the horizontal direction is 10-15 degrees, and an included angle between the bus of the annular inclined plane structure positioned at the inner side and the horizontal direction is 15 degrees;
the bottom of the cup-shaped reflector is of a spherical structure, and the side wall of the cup-shaped reflector is of a conical tubular structure;
the shading cap is fixedly connected with the reflector through at least three supporting arms and integrally injection-molded.
