Abstract

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of a pull-string structure includes: the wire tightener comprises a wire tightener 1, a connector 2, an insulating pull wire 3 and a pull rod 4; the wire grip 1 comprises a first screw 11, a sleeve 12 and a second screw 13; the sleeve 12 is provided with a threaded cavity 121; a first end of the first screw rod 11 is rotatably connected with the electric pole 5, and a second end of the first screw rod 11 is in threaded connection with a first end of the threaded cavity 121; the first end of the second screw 13 is in threaded connection with the second end of the threaded cavity 121; the first end of the insulated pull wire 3 is connected with the second end of the second screw rod 13 through the connector 2, and the second end of the insulated pull wire 3 is connected with the first end of the pull rod 4 through the connector 2; the second end of the pull rod 4 is connected with the ground.
Specifically, the first end of the first screw 11 is generally installed on the top of the electric pole 5, about 3m away from the ground, and during installation, a worker climbs the electric pole 5 to adjust the wire tightener 1; after the installation is accomplished, turn-buckle 1 is located the top of pole 5, is difficult for being touched by the mistake and leads to insulating 3 looseness of acting as go-between. Further, the connector 2 includes: an outer shell 22, a wire connector 23 and a tightening bolt 24; the outer shell 22 is provided with a wire inlet 221 for the insulated pull wire 3 to enter; the wire connector 23 is arranged inside the outer shell 22, and a wire connecting groove is formed in the wire connector 23; the wiring groove is used for installing an insulating stay wire 3; the tightening bolt 24 is arranged on the wire connector 23 and used for adjusting the groove width of the wire connecting groove; the length of the wire connector 23 along the radial direction of the insulation pulling wire 3 is larger than that of the wire inlet 221 along the radial direction of the insulation pulling wire 3.
Specifically, the connector 23 and the housing 22 may include two sides, and the connector slot is formed by the two-side connector 23. After the insulated wire 3 is installed, the tightening bolt 24 can be adjusted to fix the insulated wire 3 to the connector 23. Meanwhile, the length of the wire connector 23 along the radial direction of the insulation pulling wire 3 is greater than the length of the wire inlet 221 along the radial direction of the insulation pulling wire 3, so that the wire connector 23 cannot fall out of the wire inlet 221 even if being separated from the outer shell 22.
Further, in this embodiment, the insulated stay wire 3 may be a double-layer pre-twisted wire, including an inner-layer pre-twisted wire and an outer-layer pre-twisted wire.

Claims (5)
1. A pull cord structure, comprising: the wire tightener, the connector, the insulating pull wire and the pull rod are arranged on the wire tightener;
the wire tightener comprises a first screw, a sleeve and a second screw;
the sleeve is provided with a threaded cavity;
the first end of the first screw rod is rotatably connected with the electric pole, and the second end of the first screw rod is in threaded connection with the first end of the threaded cavity;
the first end of the second screw rod is in threaded connection with the second end of the threaded cavity;
the first end of the insulating pull wire is connected with the second end of the second screw rod through a connector, and the second end of the insulating pull wire is connected with the first end of the pull rod through a connector;
the second end of the pull rod is connected with the ground.
2. The pulling wire structure according to claim 1, further comprising a hanging plate;
the hanging plate is fixedly sleeved on the electric pole;
the first end of the first screw rod is rotatably connected to the hanging plate.
3. The pulling wire structure according to claim 1, wherein a hook is provided on the connector;
and the second end of the second screw rod and the first end of the pull rod are both provided with hanging rings used for being connected with the hook.
4. The wire pulling structure according to claim 1, wherein the connector comprises: the outer shell, the wire connector and the tightening bolt;
the shell is provided with a wire inlet for the insulation pull wire to enter;
the wire connector is arranged in the outer shell and provided with a wire connecting groove;
the wiring groove is used for installing an insulating pull wire;
the tightening bolt is arranged on the wire connector and used for adjusting the groove width of the wire connecting groove;
the length of the wire connector along the radial direction of the insulation pull wire is greater than the length of the wire inlet along the radial direction of the insulation pull wire.
5. The pulling wire structure according to claim 1, wherein the insulating pulling wire is a double layer pre-twisted wire.
