Abstract
The invention relates to a method for renewing and reforming an exhaust drum of waste gas of an acid washing factory, which comprises the following steps: constructing a foundation; secondly, assembling the new exhaust funnel on the ground; thirdly, a new exhaust pipe ground mounting bracket; fourthly, opening holes on the wall skin of the factory building; fifthly, rope threading is carried out at the opening of the hole; sixth, the new exhaust pipe is integrally lifted; welding a new exhaust pipe; (eight) removing the old exhaust pipe; (nine) new exhaust pipe joint construction; and (ten) picking cards and commissioning. Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metallurgical construction, in particular to a method for renewing and reforming a waste gas exhaust barrel of an acid washing factory.
Background
At present, the waste gas exhaust pipe of the pickling plant is made of PPH materials, and after the waste gas exhaust pipe is used for many years, the waste gas exhaust pipe body is aged and needs to be replaced integrally. In the prior art, no method for updating and reforming the exhaust pipe is specially used. Therefore, a method for renewing and reforming the exhaust gas cartridge of the pickling plant is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical defects and shortcomings, the invention provides a method for renewing and reforming the displacement of the waste gas exhaust drum of an acid washing factory, which reduces the downtime of a unit as much as possible and improves the construction efficiency when the exhaust drum is replaced and reformed.
The invention provides a method for renewing and reforming an exhaust funnel of waste gas of an acid washing factory building, which comprises the following steps:
and (one) foundation construction: performing reinforced concrete foundation construction;
and (II) assembling a new exhaust barrel ground: performing new exhaust pipe assembly work on the ground, and reserving an interface;
(III) new exhaust pipe ground mounting bracket: mounting at least 3 new exhaust pipe brackets on the new exhaust pipe on the ground;
and (IV) opening holes in the wall skin of the factory building: wall holes corresponding to the positions and the numbers of the new exhaust pipe brackets are formed in the wall skin at the inner side of the factory building, so that preparation is made for installing and welding the new exhaust pipe brackets;
and (V) rope threading at the opening: penetrating a rope from each wall hole at the inner side of the factory building, and binding a new exhaust pipe bracket corresponding to each rope firmly on the ground;
and (six) integrally hoisting a new exhaust barrel: the top end and the bottom end of the new exhaust pipe are lifted by two cranes at the same time, the whole new exhaust pipe is lifted to be about 1 meter away from the ground, the bottom end crane is kept stationary, and the top end crane lifts upwards, so that the whole new exhaust pipe is changed from a horizontal state to a vertical state;
welding a new exhaust pipe: after the new exhaust pipe is converted into a vertical state, the bottom crane slowly unloads force, then the hook of the bottom crane is removed, the top crane is used for hanging the new exhaust pipe to the position corresponding to the wall hole, and the new exhaust pipe support is fixed on the wall hole;
and (eight) removing the old exhaust pipe: removing the old exhaust pipe by using the fixed repair time;

Because the whole new exhaust pipe is long, when the whole crane is used for hoisting, the new exhaust pipe body can be damaged if a single crane is used for hoisting, and therefore, two cranes are used for hoisting.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a new exhaust pipe of a method for shifting, renewing and reforming an exhaust pipe of an acid washing factory building according to an embodiment of the present invention; at this time, two cranes firstly lift simultaneously, and lift the whole exhaust funnel about 1 meter away from the ground, so as to keep stable.
