Description

Decorative plate mounting assembly, decorative plate assembly and decorative plate assembly mounting method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of decoration engineering, in particular to a decorative plate mounting assembly, a decorative plate assembly and a decorative plate assembly mounting method.
Background
In the field of finishing work technology, the decorative board can be used to decorate the wall under many circumstances, the decorative board is generally installed through the I-shaped layering, and the I-shaped layering comprises a bottom plate used for being fixed with the wall, a clamping plate parallel to the bottom plate and a connecting plate for connecting the bottom plate and the clamping plate. Correspondingly, a groove needs to be formed in the middle of the side face in the thickness direction of the decorative plate, and when the decorative plate is installed, the clamping plate of the I-shaped pressing strip extends into the groove in the decorative plate so as to fix the decorative plate.
However, in the above method for installing the decorative plate, since the groove needs to be formed on the side surface of the decorative plate in the thickness direction, and the thickness of the decorative plate is generally small, the requirement for the accuracy of forming the groove on the decorative plate is high, and the processing difficulty of the decorative plate is high; in addition, in order to ensure that the groove wall of the groove on the decorative plate has enough strength, the requirement on the material of the decorative plate is higher under the condition that the groove wall of the groove is thinner.

The invention aims to provide a decorative plate mounting assembly which is used for solving the problems that in the prior art, a groove needs to be formed in a decorative plate, so that the requirement on the material of the decorative plate is high and the processing difficulty is high; the invention also aims to provide a decorative plate assembly using the decorative plate mounting assembly; the invention also aims to provide a decorative plate component mounting method for the decorative plate component.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme is as follows:
an aspect of embodiments of the present application provides a trim panel mounting assembly. The decorative plate mounting assembly comprises a mounting keel and a clamping and hanging piece, wherein the mounting keel is used for being fixedly connected with a wall surface; the clamping and hanging piece is used for being hung on the mounting keel and is fixedly connected with the decorative plate.
Thus, when the decorative plate installation assembly is used for installing the decorative plate, the installation keel can be fixed on the wall surface, the clamping hanging piece is fixed on the decorative plate, and then the decorative plate is close to the installation keel and is hung on the installation keel through the clamping hanging piece. This kind of mode of installation decorative board can be fixed in the back that the decorative board is close to the wall with the card pendant on, need not set up the recess on the side of decorative board perpendicular to wall, so reduced the processing degree of difficulty of decorative board. In addition, the decorative plate is made of a material with high strength so as to ensure the structural strength of the groove wall, so that the requirement of the decorative plate on the material is reduced, and the cost of the decorative plate is also reduced.
Optionally, the mounting keel comprises a first connecting plate and a mounting plate. The first connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with a wall surface. The mounting plate is perpendicular to the first connecting plate and connected with the first connecting plate into an integral structure, and the clamping and hanging piece is hung on the mounting plate. Thus, when the first connecting plate is perpendicular to the wall surface, the mounting plate is parallel to the wall surface, or when the first connecting plate is parallel to the wall surface, the mounting plate is perpendicular to the wall surface, in a word, the mounting plate is far away from the wall surface, and the clamping and hanging piece is conveniently hung on the mounting plate.
Optionally, the clamping and hanging piece comprises a second connecting plate and a clamping and connecting plate. The second connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with the decorative plate. The clamping plate is perpendicular to the second connecting plate and connected with the second connecting plate into an integral structure, and a clamping groove is formed in the clamping plate. The mounting plate is provided with a clamping hole penetrating through the mounting plate, and the clamping hanging piece is clamped and hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole through the clamping groove. Therefore, only the clamping hole is formed in the mounting plate, the clamping groove is formed in the clamping plate, the clamping hanging piece can be hung on the mounting keel, the structure is very simple, the machining and manufacturing difficulty is low, and the manufacturing cost of the decorative plate mounting assembly can be reduced.
Optionally, the width of the groove bottom of the clamping groove is the same as the thickness of the mounting plate, and the width direction of the groove bottom of the clamping groove is perpendicular to the second connecting plate. Thus, when the clamping hanging piece is hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole of the mounting plate, the groove bottom of the clamping groove can be attached to the hole wall surface of the clamping hole, so that the clamping hanging piece is stably matched with the mounting keel, and the mounting of the decorative plate is stable.
Optionally, the groove wall surface of the clamping groove far away from the second connecting plate is obliquely arranged, the width of the notch of the clamping groove is larger than the width of the groove bottom of the clamping groove, and the width direction of the notch of the clamping groove is perpendicular to the second connecting plate. Therefore, the clamping and hanging piece can be easily hung in the clamping hole.
Optionally, the width dimension of the clamping hole is H1, and the thickness of the clamping plate is H2. Wherein H1 is more than or equal to 2 XH 2; the width direction of the clamping hole is perpendicular to the first connecting plate. Therefore, a clamping hole can be used for hanging two clamping hanging pieces, two adjacent decorating plates can share one installing keel when the decorating plates are installed, the using amount of the installing keel is reduced, and then the material consumption for installing the decorating plates is reduced.
Optionally, a decorative plate fixing hole is formed in the second connecting plate and used for penetrating through a decorative plate connecting piece, and the decorative plate connecting piece is fixedly connected with the decorative plate and the second connecting plate. The mode of fixing the clamping and hanging piece on the decorative plate is simple and easy to realize.
Optionally, the decorative panel mounting assembly further comprises a fixing member, and the fixing member comprises a third connecting plate and a fourth connecting plate. The third connecting plate is used for being attached to the first connecting plate and fixedly connected with the first connecting plate. The fourth connecting plate is perpendicular to the third connecting plate and connected into an integral structure, and the fourth connecting plate is used for being attached to and fixedly connected with the wall surface. Thus, the installation keel can be fixedly connected with the wall surface through the fixing piece, the installation keel does not need to be provided with a structure for being directly fixed with the wall surface, and the structural complexity of the installation keel is reduced. And the mounting can set up alone, compares in installation fossil fragments that the mounting size can set up less, and it is comparatively easy to process.
Optionally, the first connecting plate is provided with a keel connecting hole, and the third connecting plate is provided with a fixed connecting hole. The decorative panel mounting assembly further comprises a threaded connector which passes through the keel connecting hole and the fixing connecting hole to fix the mounting keel and the fixing piece. The shape of the opening of the keel connecting hole is in a long strip shape, the opening of the keel connecting hole extends along the direction perpendicular to the mounting plate, or the shape of the opening of the fixing connecting hole is in a long strip shape, and the opening of the fixing connecting hole extends along the direction perpendicular to the fourth connecting plate. Thus, when the installation keel is installed, the relative position of the installation keel and the fixing part can be adjusted, and the coplanarity of the installation plates of the installation keels is further realized, so that the front coplanarity of the wall surface is far away from the decorative plates after the decorative plates are hung on the installation keel.
Optionally, a wall fixing hole is formed in the fourth connecting plate and used for penetrating through a wall connecting piece, and the wall connecting piece is fixedly connected with the fourth connecting plate and the wall. The mode of fixing the fixing piece on the wall surface is simple and easy to realize.
Another aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a trim panel assembly comprising a trim panel and at least two trim panel mounting assemblies as described in any of the above embodiments, wherein the trim panel is fixedly connected to a clip member of the trim panel mounting assemblies.

Optionally, the card hanging piece is L-shaped when the card hanging piece includes the second connecting plate and the card connecting plate. The clamping and hanging piece comprises a first clamping and hanging piece fixedly connected to one side of the decorative plate in the horizontal direction and a second clamping and hanging piece fixedly connected to the other side of the decorative plate in the horizontal direction. The first clamping hanging piece and the second clamping hanging piece are in chiral symmetry. The clamping plate of the first clamping hanger is provided with a first side face, the first side face is far away from and perpendicular to the second connecting plate of the first clamping hanger, the clamping plate of the second clamping hanger is provided with a second side face, the second side face is far away from and perpendicular to the second connecting plate of the second clamping hanger, and the first side face and the second side face are coplanar with the side faces of the corresponding sides in the horizontal direction of the decorative plate respectively. So, the card pendant that is close to each other on the adjacent decorative board can block and hang on the pore wall in same card hole, and when the side laminating that adjacent decorative board is relative, the card hangs the joint board of two card pendants in same card hole and laminates each other, then the width in card hole need not set up too big (the first connecting plate of width direction perpendicular to in card hole), as long as guarantee more than or equal to twice joint plate thickness can, it is corresponding, the size of mounting panel on the width direction in card hole also need not set up too big, can save the consumptive material of installation fossil fragments.
Optionally, the trim panel assembly comprises at least two trim panels, the opposite sides of adjacent trim panels being attached to each other. Thus, after the decorative plate is installed, the decorative plate installation assembly is completely shielded by the decorative plate.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected unless otherwise explicitly stated or limited. They may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a trim panel assembly 1, the trim panel assembly 1 including a trim panel 11 and two trim panel mounting assemblies 12. The trim panel mounting assembly 12 includes a mounting keel 121 and a clip 122. The mounting keel 121 is used for being fixedly connected with the wall surface 2. The hanging member 122 is hung on the mounting keel 121 and is fixedly connected with the decorative plate 11.
The above description is given taking an example in which the trim panel assembly 1 includes two trim panel attachment assemblies 12. The present application is not limited to the number of trim panel mounting assemblies 12 in the trim panel assembly 1. In other embodiments, three, four or more corresponding trim panel mounting assemblies 12 in the trim panel assembly 1 may be used.
It should be noted that each decorative panel mounting assembly 12 includes a mounting keel 121 and a clip 122, and the clip 122 of one of the decorative panel mounting assemblies 12 shown in fig. 1 is only shielded by the decorative panel 11, and is not without the clip 122.
Based on this, when this decorative board subassembly 1 is installed, earlier two installation keels 121 are fixed in on wall 2, then can be with card pendant 122 fixed connection on decorative board 11 faces the back of wall 2 (the face of decorative board 11 towards wall 2 is the back defined, and the face of wall 2 is the front dorsad, and the remaining face is the side), be close to wall 2 with decorative board 11 and hang through card pendant 122 and adorn on two installation keels 121. Thus, the decorative plate 11 can be mounted without forming a groove in the side surface of the decorative plate 11. The processing difficulty of the decorative plate 11 is reduced, and the decorative plate 11 is made of a material with higher strength in order to ensure the strength of the groove wall, so that the manufacturing cost of the decorative plate 11 can be reduced.
The materials for installing the keel 121 and the clamping and hanging piece 122 are not limited in the application, and metal materials, plastics or wood-plastic materials can be selected and used.
The specific structure of the mounting keel 121 will be described below. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the mounting keel 121 includes a first connector plate 1211 and a mounting plate 1212. The first connecting plate 1211 is used for being fixedly connected to the wall surface 2. The mounting plate 1212 is perpendicular to the first connection plate 1211 and is connected to the first connection plate 1211 as an integral structure. The card hanging piece 122 is hung on the mounting plate 1212. The mounting keel 121 is elongated as a whole, and the mounting keel 121 has an L-shaped cross section taken along a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, two mounting studs 121 in the trim panel assembly 1 are spaced apart in a horizontal direction (i.e., the X-direction in fig. 2), and the length of the mounting studs 121 extends in a vertical direction (i.e., the Y-direction in fig. 2). The first connecting plate 1211 of the mounting keel 121 is perpendicular to the wall surface 2 and is fixedly connected to the wall surface 2, and the mounting plate 1212 of the mounting keel 121 is parallel to the wall surface 2. Wherein the wall surface 2 extends in the X-direction and the Y-direction.
It should be noted that the above description is made by taking an example in which the two mounting keels 121 are arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction and extend in the vertical direction. The present application is not limited to the arrangement of the mounting keels 121. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, two mounting keels 121 may also extend horizontally and be spaced vertically, and may also be used.
In addition, the above description is given by taking the first connecting plate 1211 as an example perpendicular to the wall surface 2. The posture of the first connector 1211 mounting the keel 121 with respect to the wall surface 2 is not limited in the present application. In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the first connecting plate 1211 of the mounting keel 121 may be parallel to the wall surface 2 and fixedly connected to the wall surface 2, and in this case, the mounting plate 1212 of the mounting keel 121 may be perpendicular to the wall surface 2.
It should be noted that the mounting keel 121 has an L-shaped cross section taken along a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof. However, the present application is not limited to the shape of the cross-section of the mounting keel 121 taken perpendicular to the plane of its lengthwise extension. In other embodiments, the mounting keel 121 may be T-shaped in cross-section taken perpendicular to its lengthwise extension, as shown in figure 5. Specifically, the first connector 1211 is attached to a central region of the mounting plate 1212, and may be used as well.
Therefore, after the first connecting plate 1211 is fixedly connected with the wall surface 2, the mounting plate 1212 is far away from the wall surface 2, so that the hanging of the hanging member 122 is facilitated.
The structure of the hook 122 will be explained. As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the clip 122 includes a second web 1221 and a clip web 1222. The second connecting plate 1221 is used to be fixedly connected to the decorative panel 11. The clamping plate 1222 is perpendicular to the second connecting plate 1221 and connected to the second connecting plate 1221 as an integral structure, and a clamping groove 12221 is formed in the clamping plate 1222. Wherein the second connecting plate 1221 and the clamping plate 1222 form an L-shaped structure together.
In order to facilitate the description of the structure of the clip 122, the present application describes the posture of the clip 122 when in use as an example. The method specifically comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 6, the second connecting plate 1221 extends in the X direction and the Y direction, and the clamping plate 1222 extends in the Y direction and the Z direction, wherein the Z direction is perpendicular to both the X direction and the Y direction.
Specifically, the catching groove 12221 is formed recessed upward from a lower end of the catching plate 1222 in the Y direction. The card slot 12221 penetrates the card board 1222 in the X direction.
The hanging and fitting of the mounting keel 121 and the hooking member 122 will be described below. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the mounting plate 1212 of the mounting keel 121 is provided with a locking hole 12121 penetrating through the mounting plate 1212, and the locking member 122 is locked and hung on a hole wall of the locking hole 12121 through the locking slot 12221. Note that, in the case where the mounting plate 1212 is parallel to the wall surface 2, the card hole 12121 penetrates the mounting plate 1212 in a direction perpendicular to the wall surface 2. In addition, the hole wall of the card hole 12121, i.e., the structure of the mounting plate 1212 around the card hole 12121, has a thickness equal to the thickness of the mounting plate 1212 (the thickness direction of the mounting plate 1212 is the same as the direction perpendicular to the wall surface 2).
It should be noted that, in order to enable the card hanging member 122 to be smoothly hung on the hole wall of the card hole 12121 through the card slot 12221, the size of the card hole 12121 in the Y direction should be greater than or equal to the size of the card connecting plate 1222 in the Y direction, so that the card connecting plate 1222 can extend into the card hole 12121 in the Z direction, and move down to be hung on the hole wall of the card hole 12121 through the card slot 12221.
The fixed connection of the second connecting plate 1221 to the decorative panel 11 will be explained below. As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the second connecting plate 1221 is provided with a decorative plate fixing hole 12211, and the decorative plate fixing hole 12211 is used to pass through a decorative plate connector (not shown), and the decorative plate connector is fixedly connected to the decorative plate 11 and the second connecting plate 1221.
Specifically, the decorative board connecting piece can be the screw, during the use, with the second connecting plate 1221 laminating of card pendant 122 in the settlement position at the decorative board 11 back, then pass the decorative board connecting piece behind the decorative board fixed orifices 12211 in the screw in decorative board 11 to compress tightly second connecting plate 1221 at the back of decorative board 11, thereby realize card pendant 122 and decorative board 11's fixed connection.
The above description is made by taking an example in which the clip 122 is fixedly connected to the decorative panel 11 by a decorative panel connector. However, the form of the fixed connection between the clip member 122 and the decorative panel 11 is not limited in the present application. In other embodiments, the fastener 122 may be fixed to the back surface of the decorative plate 11 by adhesive, i.e. glue is applied between the second connecting plate 1221 and the surface of the decorative plate 11 opposite to each other, so as to achieve the adhesive fixation of the second connecting plate 1221 and the decorative plate 11, which may also be used, in which case, the decorative plate fixing hole 12211 does not need to be formed on the second connecting plate 1221.
In order to make the clip member 122 stable after being hung on the mounting keel 121, as shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the width of the groove bottom 12222 of the clip groove 12221 is the same as the thickness of the mounting plate 1212, and the width direction of the groove bottom 12222 of the clip groove 12221 is perpendicular to the second connecting plate 1221, i.e., the direction is the same as the Z direction. Thus, after the clamping groove 12221 of the clamping hook 122 is clamped and hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole 12121 of the installation keel 121, the hole wall surface of the clamping hole 12121 can be attached to the groove bottom 12222 of the clamping groove 12221, so that the clamping hook 122 is in surface contact with the installation keel 121, and the clamping hook 122 is stable after being hung on the installation keel 121.
The above description is given by taking an example in which the width of the groove bottom 12222 of the notch 12221 is the same as the thickness of the mounting plate 1212. The width of the groove bottom 12222 of the clamping groove 12221 and the thickness of the mounting plate 1212 are not limited in the present application. In other embodiments, the width of the slot bottom 12222 of the slot 12221 may be greater than or less than the thickness of the mounting plate 1212, and may be used.
In order to further improve the stability of the clamping member 122 after being hung on the mounting keel 121. In some embodiments, the second connecting plate 1221 is disposed near a side wall of the wall surface 2 to form a side wall of the locking groove 12221, and the side wall is parallel to the wall surface 2. In this way, after the clip 122 is hung on the mounting keel 121, the second connecting plate 1221 of the clip 122 can be attached to the mounting plate 1212 of the mounting keel 121, thereby further improving the stability of the clip 122.
To facilitate the hanging of the hanging member 122 in the hanging hole 12121 of the mounting keel 121. As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the slot 12221 is inclined away from the slot wall surface of the second connecting plate 1221 (i.e., the inclined slot wall surface 12223 in fig. 6), the width of the slot 12224 of the slot 12221 is greater than the width of the slot bottom 12222 of the slot 12221, and the width direction of the slot 12224 of the slot 12221 is perpendicular to the second connecting plate 1221, i.e., is the same direction as the Z direction.
Because the width of the notch 12224 is greater than the width of the groove bottom 12222, the width of the notch 12224 is greater than the thickness of the hole wall of the engaging hole 12121, and the engaging member 122 can be easily engaged with the engaging hole 12121 when the engaging member 122 is engaged with the mounting keel 121.
It should be noted that the above description is made by taking an example in which the second connecting plate 1221 and the clamping plate 1222 form an L-shaped structure together. However, the present application is not limited to the shape of the structure formed by the second connecting plate 1221 and the clamping plate 1222. In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 7, the second connecting plate 1221 and the clamping plate 1222 may form a T-shaped structure, and the same may be used.
As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, two engaging members 122 are provided corresponding to the same mounting keel 121, and the two engaging members 122 are spaced apart along the length of the mounting keel 121. In other embodiments, three, four or more clips 122 may be provided corresponding to the same mounting keel 121, and the clips 122 are spaced apart along the length of the mounting keel 121 and may also be used.
The following describes how the mounting studs 121 are fixedly connected to the wall surface 2. As shown in fig. 8, in some embodiments, the trim panel mounting assembly 12 further includes a fastener 123, the fastener 123 including a third web 1231 and a fourth web 1232. The third connecting plate 1231 is attached to and fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1211. Fourth connecting plate 1232 is perpendicular with third connecting plate 1231 to, fourth connecting plate 1232 is connected structure as an organic whole with third connecting plate 1231, and fourth connecting plate 1232 is used for laminating and fixed connection with wall 2. Wherein third web 1231 and fourth web 1232 together form an L-shaped structure.
Based on this, the installation fossil fragments 121 can realize the fixed connection with wall 2 through mounting 123, need not set up the structure that directly is used for with wall 2 is fixed on the installation fossil fragments 121, has reduced the structural complexity of installation fossil fragments 121. The size of the fixing member 123 can be set smaller than that of the mounting keel 121, and thus, the fixing member can be easily manufactured.
The following describes how the fixing member 123 is fixedly connected to the wall surface 2. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 9, fourth web 1232 is provided with wall mount holes 12321. As shown in fig. 8, the wall surface fixing holes 12321 are used for passing through the wall surface connecting members 3, and the wall surface connecting members 3 are fixedly connected with the fourth connecting plates 1232 and the wall surface 2.
The wall attachment 3 is illustratively an expansion bolt. During the use, fourth connecting plate 1232 is on a parallel with wall 2 and laminates with wall 2, and expansion bolts is fixed in on the wall 2 with fourth connecting plate 1232 after passing wall fixed orifices 12321 on fourth connecting plate 1232. In this case, third coupling plate 1231 is perpendicular to wall surface 2. In addition, as shown in fig. 8, for one mounting keel 121, two fixing members 123 are provided, and the two fixing members 123 are arranged at intervals in the Y direction.
The above description is given by taking as an example that the fixing member 123 is fixed to the wall surface 2 by the wall surface connecting member 3. The application is not limited to how the fixing member 123 is fixed to the wall surface 2. In some embodiments, the fixing member 123 can be embedded directly into the wall surface 2 when the wall surface 2 is formed by casting, and can also be used.
In addition, the above description is given by taking an example in which two fixing members 123 are correspondingly disposed on one mounting keel 121. The present application is not limited to the provision of several fasteners 123 for a mounting keel 121. In other embodiments, three, four or more fasteners 123 may be provided on a single mounting keel 121, and the same may be used.
A description will now be given of how the third coupling plate 1231 of the fixing member 123 is fixedly coupled to the first coupling plate 1211 of the mounting keel 121. As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments, the first link plate 1211 is provided with keel connection holes 12111 and the third link plate 1231 is provided with fixation connection holes 12311. The trim panel mounting assembly 12 also includes a threaded connector 124, the threaded connector 124 passing through the keel connection aperture 12111 and the securing connection aperture 12311 to secure the mounting keel 121 and the securing member 123.
Illustratively, the threaded connection member 124 is a bolt, and an internal thread matching the bolt is provided in the fixing connection hole 12311. After the fixing member 123 is fixed to the wall surface 2, the first coupling plates 1211 of the installation keel 121 are attached to the third coupling plates 1231 of the fixing member 123 such that the keel coupling holes 12111 of the first coupling plates 1211 are aligned with the fixing coupling holes 12311 of the third coupling plates 1231. Then, the bolt is screwed into the fixing coupling hole 12311 after passing through the keel coupling hole 12111, thereby fixedly coupling the fixing member 123 and the mounting keel 121.
The above description is given by taking the screw connector 124 as an example of a bolt. The present application is not limited to the structure of the threaded connection 124. In other embodiments, the threaded connection member 124 may include a mating bolt and a mating nut, and when in use, the mating bolt may sequentially pass through the keel connection hole 12111 and the fixing connection hole 12311 and then be screwed on the mating nut, so as to achieve the fixed connection between the fixing member 123 and the installation keel 121, which may also be used, in which case, no internal thread needs to be disposed in the fixing connection hole 12311.
In order to ensure coplanarity of the trim panel 11. As shown in fig. 9, in some embodiments, the openings in which the keel connection holes 12111 are provided are elongated in shape, with the openings of the keel connection holes 12111 extending in a direction perpendicular to the mounting plate 1212.
Based on this, the distance of the mounting plate 1212 from the wall surface 2 in the direction perpendicular to the wall surface 2 (i.e., the Z direction in fig. 9) can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the threaded connector 124 within the keel connecting hole 12111. In this way, even if the wall surface 2 has poor flatness, the mounting plates 1212 corresponding to the mounting keels 121 of all the decorative panels 11 can be aligned to be coplanar. Further, after the decorative panels 11 are hung on the corresponding mounting keels 121 by the hanging members 122, all the decorative panels 11 can be coplanar.
Alternatively, in some other embodiments, the openings of the fixing connection holes 12311 may be elongated, and the openings of the fixing connection holes 12311 extend in a direction perpendicular to the fourth connection plates 1232. It is also possible to adjust the distance of the mounting plate 1212 from the wall surface 2 in a direction perpendicular to the wall surface 2, and in this case, the shape of the opening of the keel connecting hole 12111 does not need to be configured in a long bar shape.
To reduce the size of the snap hole 12121 in the mounting keel 121 in the X direction, the mounting plate 1212 of the mounting keel 121 is reduced in the X direction. As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments, the fastener 122 includes a first fastener 1223 fixedly attached to one side of the decorative plate 11 in the horizontal direction and a second fastener 1224 fixedly attached to the other side of the decorative plate 11 in the horizontal direction, and the first fastener 1223 and the second fastener 1224 are chiral-symmetric. The card 1222 of the first card suspension 1223 has a first side 12231, and the first side 12231 is away from and perpendicular to the second connecting plate 1221 of the first card suspension 1223. Card board 1222 of second card suspension 1224 has a second side 12241, second side 12241 being distal from and perpendicular to second web 1221 of second card suspension 1224. The first side surface 12231 and the second side surface 12241 are coplanar with the side surfaces of the corresponding sides in the horizontal direction of the decorative panel 11, respectively.
It should be noted that, the first card suspension 1223 and the second card suspension 1224 have chiral symmetry, which means: as shown in fig. 10, after the first and second clips 1223 and 1224 are mounted on the decorative plate 11, the second connecting plates 1221 and 1221 of the first and second clips 1223 and 1224 are close to each other, and the card plates 1222 and 1222 of the first and second clips 1223 and 1224 are distant from each other.
The decorative panel 11 is defined such that one side thereof is a left side and the other side thereof is a right side in a horizontal direction. As can be seen from the above-mentioned first side surface 12231 and second side surface 12241 being coplanar with the side surfaces of the corresponding sides of the decorative panel 11 in the horizontal direction: in the horizontal direction, the side of the left side of the decorative plate 11 is coplanar with the side of the corresponding side of the clamping plate 1222 on the clamping hook 122, and the side of the right side of the decorative plate 11 is coplanar with the side of the corresponding side of the clamping plate 1222 on the clamping hook 122.
Based on this, when the adjacent decorative boards 11 need to share the same mounting keel 121 on the sides close to each other in the horizontal direction, the corresponding hooks 122 on the sides close to each other in the horizontal direction of the adjacent decorative boards 11 can be hooked on the hole wall of the same hooking hole 12121 (the hooks 122 are the hooks 122 on the same height). Thus, compared with the left side of the side surface of the left side of the clamping plate 1222 on the clamping hanger 122 on the corresponding side, which is located on the left side of the decorative plate 11, and the right side of the side surface of the right side of the clamping plate 1222 on the clamping hanger 122 on the corresponding side, when the distance between two adjacent decorative plates 11 in the horizontal direction is set, the distance between two clamping hangers 122 clamped in the same clamping hole 12121 is smaller, the size of the clamping hole 12121 in the horizontal direction can also be set smaller, and furthermore, the size of the mounting plate 1212 of the mounting keel 121 in the horizontal direction can also be set smaller, so that the consumable material for mounting the keel 121 can be reduced.
In the above case, in order to allow two hangers 122 to be simultaneously hooked in the card hole 12121, the width dimension of the card hole 12121 is set to H1 (the width direction of the card hole 12121 is perpendicular to the first connection plate 1211, i.e., in the same direction as the horizontal direction), and the thickness of the card 1222 is set to H2 (the thickness direction of the card 1222 is in the same direction as the horizontal direction). Where H1 equals 2 XH 2. Therefore, the two clamping pieces 122 can be clamped in the same clamping hole 12121, the width of the clamping hole 12121 is small, and the consumable materials for installing the keel 121 can be reduced.
Of course, in other embodiments, H1 > 2 × H2 may be provided, so that the width of the locking hole 12121 is larger, so that when the card suspension member 122 is locked, the locking plate 1222 of the card suspension member 122 can more easily enter the locking hole 12121, thereby reducing the difficulty of installing the decorative plate assembly 1.
In order to allow the adjacent decorative panels 11 to be continuously attached to the wall surface 2 after the decorative panels 11 are attached to the wall surface. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the trim panel assembly 1 is provided to include at least two trim panels 11 (the trim panel assembly 1 of fig. 11 includes two trim panels 11, although in other embodiments, the trim panel assembly 1 may include more than two trim panels 11, and the same may be used), and the opposite sides of adjacent trim panels 11 in the trim panel assembly 1 are attached to each other. Thus, after the decorative plate assembly 1 is installed, the continuity of each decorative plate 11 is good, so that the decorative plate assembly 1 on the whole wall surface 2 looks beautiful.
In the case that at least two trim panels 11 are included in the trim panel assembly 1, each trim panel 11 should be provided with at least two mounting studs 121 to complete the mounting of the trim panel 11. Of course, the adjacent trim panels 11 may share the same mounting rail 121 on their sides adjacent to each other.
The present application further provides a decorative panel mounting assembly, which is the same as the decorative panel mounting assembly 12 in each embodiment of the decorative panel assembly 1 described above, and is not described herein again.
The present application also provides a method for installing the above-described decorative panel assembly 1, which includes S101, S102, and S103 as shown in fig. 12:
and S101, fixing the mounting keel 121 on the wall surface 2.
And S102, mounting the clamping hanging piece 122 on the decorative plate 11.
S103, enabling the decorative plate 11 to be close to the installation keel 121 and hanging on the installation keel 121 through the clamping piece 122.
For example, when the step S101 is executed, the mounting keels 121 corresponding to all the decorative boards 11 that need to be mounted on the entire wall surface 2 may be mounted on the wall surface 2, and then the decorative boards 11 may be mounted. Of course, in some other embodiments, the installation keel 121 corresponding to one decorative plate 11 may be installed on the wall surface 2, then the decorative plate 11 is hung on the installation keel 121, then the installation keel 121 corresponding to another decorative plate 11 is installed, and so on, until the installation of the decorative plate assembly 1 on the wall surface 2 is completed, the same may be also applied.
The order of step S101 and step S102 may be changed, and this is not limited in the present application.
On this basis, in order to ensure that the individual decorative panels 11 are coplanar. In the case where the mounting keel 121 includes the first connection plate 1211 and the mounting plate 1212, the above step S101 includes S1011 and S1012 as shown in fig. 13:
and S1011, adjusting the mounting plates 1212 of the mounting keels 121 to be coplanar.
S1012, fixing the first connection plate 1211 of each installation keel 121 to the wall 2.
In step S1011, the distance L between the mounting board 1212 and the light emitted from the laser level in the Z direction may be measured by using the laser level. When the L values measured at various places on the same mounting keel 121 are within the tolerance range and the L values measured by the mounting keels 121 are within the tolerance range, it can be determined that the mounting plates 1212 of the mounting keels 121 are coplanar.
Therefore, after the mounting plates 1212 of the mounting keels 121 are coplanar, the decorative plates 11 are hung on the mounting keels 121, so that the decorative plates 11 are coplanar, and the attractiveness of the wall surface 2 is improved.
To facilitate the adjustment of the coplanar mounting plates 1212 of the respective mounting keels 121, in the case where the trim panel mounting assembly 12 includes the fixing member 123 and the threaded connection member 124, the above-described step S1011 includes S10111 and S10112 as shown in fig. 14:
s10111, the fourth connecting plate 1232 of the fixing member 123 is fixed to the wall surface 2.
S10112, fixing the first connecting plate 1211 of the installation keel 121 and the third connecting plate 1231 of the fixing member 123 through the threaded connection member 124; in the case that the shape of the opening of the fixing coupling hole 12311 is elongated, the coplanar surfaces of the mounting plates 1212 of the respective mounting keels 121 are adjusted by adjusting the positions of the screw connection members 124 within the fixing coupling hole 12311. In the case where the opening of the keel connection hole 12111 has an elongated shape, the mounting plates 1212 of the respective mounting keels 121 are coplanar by adjusting the positions of the threaded connection members 124 within the keel connection holes 12111.
In step S10112, the shape of the opening of the fixing connection hole 12311 is elongated, and the shape of the opening of the keel connection hole 12111 is elongated, which may be selected according to actual conditions.
In the description herein, particular features, structures, materials, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in any one or more embodiments or examples.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
