In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme is as follows:
one aspect of the embodiments of the present application provides a hanging structure. The hanging structure comprises a mounting keel and a clamping and hanging piece. The installation fossil fragments include first connecting plate and mounting panel. The first connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with a wall surface. The mounting plate is perpendicular to the first connecting plate and is connected with the first connecting plate into an integral structure. The mounting panel is used for with first decorative board fixed connection. The first connecting plate is provided with a clamping hole penetrating through the first connecting plate. The clamping hanging piece is hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole of the first connecting plate and is fixedly connected with the second decorative plate to splice the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate.
Therefore, the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate which are spliced together are required to be installed on the wall surface through the mutually matched hanging structure. This kind of mode of installation decorative board can be with installation fossil fragments and card pendant fixed connection on the decorative board is close to the back of wall, need not set up the recess on the side of decorative board perpendicular to wall, so reduced the processing degree of difficulty of decorative board. In addition, the decorative plate is made of a material with high strength so as to ensure the structural strength of the groove wall, so that the requirement of the decorative plate on the material is reduced, and the cost of the decorative plate is also reduced.
Optionally, the clamping and hanging piece comprises a second connecting plate and a clamping and connecting plate. The second connecting plate is used for being fixedly connected with the second decorative plate. The clamping plate is hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole of the first connecting plate. The clamping and connecting plate is connected with the second connecting plate into an integral structure. The structure of this kind of card pendant is comparatively simple, and the processing preparation degree of difficulty is lower, can reduce the cost of manufacture of this hanging structure.
Optionally, the clamping plate comprises a transition plate and a clamping head. The transition plate is attached to the first connecting plate, and one end of the transition plate is connected with the second connecting plate. The clamping head and the other end of the transition plate are connected into an integral structure, and a clamping groove is formed between the clamping head and the transition plate. The hole wall of the clamping hole of the first connecting plate is clamped in the clamping groove. Therefore, a certain distance is reserved between the position of the clamping groove formed in the clamping plate and the second connecting plate, the clamping hole formed in the first connecting plate can be arranged at a position away from the mounting plate by a certain distance under the condition that the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate are required to be spliced and then are coplanar, and the clamping hole is convenient to open.
Optionally, the clamping groove comprises a rectangular groove and a trapezoidal groove. The opening contraction end of the trapezoid groove is communicated with the rectangular groove. The surface of the rectangular groove far away from the trapezoidal groove is used as the groove bottom of the clamping groove. Two side surfaces of the hole wall of the clamping hole are attached to the corresponding wall surface of the rectangular groove. Thus, after the clamping hanging piece is hung on the installation keel, the clamping hanging piece cannot move relative to the installation keel in the direction perpendicular to the first connecting plate, the stability of the hanging structure is improved, and the stability of the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate after installation is further improved.
Optionally, the card hole includes a rectangular hole and a trapezoidal hole. The expanding end of the trapezoidal hole is communicated with the rectangular hole. The groove bottom of the clamping groove faces to the contraction end of the trapezoidal hole. The clamping head is clamped and hung in the trapezoidal hole. Therefore, the clamping head can move into the trapezoidal hole after passing through the rectangular hole, then the clamping head is hung in the trapezoidal hole, the size of the rectangular hole is large, and the clamping head can conveniently stretch into the clamping hole.
Optionally, the chuck is a plate-like structure. The hole width of the contraction end of the trapezoidal hole is equal to the thickness of the chuck. The hole width direction of the contraction end of the trapezoidal hole is vertical to the mounting plate, and the thickness direction of the clamping head is vertical to the mounting plate. So, hang at the card pendant and locate the back on the installation fossil fragments, the slot bottom surface of draw-in groove is laminated mutually with the hole wall that rectangular hole was kept away from in the trapezoidal hole to, in the direction of perpendicular to mounting panel, the card pendant can't be for the activity of installation fossil fragments, has improved the stability of this hanging structure, and then has improved the stability after first decorative board and the installation of second decorative board.
Optionally, under the condition that the clamping and hanging piece is hung on the mounting keel, the side of the mounting plate, which is back to the first connecting plate, is coplanar with the side of the second connecting plate, which is back to the clamping and connecting plate. Thus, the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate can be coplanar after being spliced.
Optionally, the mounting plate is provided with a first decorative plate fixing hole. The first decorative plate fixing hole is used for penetrating through the first decorative plate connecting piece. The first decorative board connecting piece is fixedly connected with the mounting board and the first decorative board. The mode of fixing the mounting keel on the first decorative plate is simple and easy to realize.
Optionally, a second decorative plate fixing hole is formed in the second connecting plate. The second decorative plate fixing hole is used for penetrating through the second decorative plate connecting piece. The second decorative board connecting piece is fixedly connected with the second connecting plate and the second decorative board. The mode of fixing the clamping and hanging piece on the second decorative plate is simple and easy to realize.
Optionally, the hanging structure further comprises a fixing member. The fixing piece comprises a third connecting plate and a fourth connecting plate. The third connecting plate is used for being attached to the first connecting plate and fixedly connected with the first connecting plate. The fourth connecting plate is perpendicular to the third connecting plate and is connected into an integral structure. The fourth connecting plate is used for being attached to and fixedly connected with the wall surface. Thus, the installation keel can be fixedly connected with the wall surface through the fixing piece, the installation keel does not need to be provided with a structure for being directly fixed with the wall surface, and the structural complexity of the installation keel is reduced. And the mounting can set up alone, compares in installation fossil fragments that the mounting size can set up less, and it is comparatively easy to process.

As shown in fig. 1, the present application provides a trim panel assembly 1, the trim panel assembly 1 including a first splice trim panel 11, a second splice trim panel 12, and a third splice trim panel 13 spliced in sequence. It is defined that the first splice decorative panel 11, the second splice decorative panel 12, and the third splice decorative panel 13 shown in fig. 1 are arranged in a horizontal direction (i.e., X direction in fig. 1).
For any pair of trim panels that are spliced together, one is defined as a first trim panel and the other is defined as a second trim panel. In this way, for the first splice decorative panel 11 and the second splice decorative panel 12 spliced together as described above, the first splice decorative panel 11 is a first decorative panel, and the second splice decorative panel 12 is a second decorative panel. Meanwhile, as for the second splice decorative panel 12 and the third splice decorative panel 13 spliced together as described above, the second splice decorative panel 12 is a first decorative panel, and the third splice decorative panel 13 is a second decorative panel.
It should be noted that each first decorative board is located the same side that corresponds the second decorative board, and the first decorative board and the second decorative board that are in pairs are arranged along the horizontal direction, and then each first decorative board all is located the right side that corresponds the second decorative board, and perhaps, each first decorative board all is located the left side that corresponds the second decorative board.
In order to realize the splicing and installation of any pair of first decorative plates and second decorative plates spliced together. As shown in fig. 1, the decoration board assembly 1 further includes a hanging structure 14 corresponding to any pair of the first decoration board and the second decoration board which are spliced together, and the hanging structure 14 is used for splicing the first decoration board and the second decoration board together and fixing the first decoration board and the second decoration board on the wall surface 2.
Specifically, the hanging structure 14 corresponding to the first spliced decorative plate 11 and the second spliced decorative plate 12 which are spliced together is a first hanging structure, and the hanging structure 14 corresponding to the second spliced decorative plate 12 and the third spliced decorative plate 13 which are spliced together is a second hanging structure.
The structure of the mounting structure 14 will be explained below. As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the hanging structure 14 includes a mounting keel 141 and a clip member 142. Wherein the mounting keel 141 includes a first connection plate 1411 and a mounting plate 1412. The first connecting plate 1411 is used for being fixedly connected with the wall surface 2. The mounting plate 1412 is perpendicular to the first connection plate 1411, and the mounting plate 1412 is connected with the first connection plate 1411 as an integral structure.
The mounting keel 141 is elongated as a whole, and the length of the mounting keel 141 extends in the vertical direction (i.e., the Y direction in fig. 2). The mounting keel 141 has an L-shaped cross-section taken by a plane perpendicular to the length direction thereof. The mounting plate 1412 is used for fixedly connecting with the first decorative plate. The first connecting plate 1411 is provided with a locking hole 14111 penetrating the first connecting plate 1411. The clamping and hanging piece 142 is hung on the hole wall of the clamping hole 14111 of the first connecting plate 1411 and is used for being fixedly connected with the second decorative plate so as to splice the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate. Two clamping pieces 142 are correspondingly configured on one installation keel 141, and the two clamping pieces 142 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the installation keel 141.
After the first connecting plate 1411 is fixedly connected to the wall surface 2, the first connecting plate 1411 is perpendicular to the wall surface 2, and the mounting plate 1412 is parallel to the wall surface 2. Wherein the wall surface 2 extends in the X-direction and the Y-direction. At this time, the insertion direction of the click hole 14111 is the X direction.
The above description is given by way of example in which two engaging members 142 are disposed on one mounting keel 141. The present application is not limited to the configuration of several fasteners 142 on one mounting keel 141. In other embodiments, one, three, four or more clamping hanging members 142 may be disposed on one mounting keel 141, and all of them may be used as long as the stability of the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate after mounting is ensured to meet the requirement.
The mounting keel 141 has an L-shaped cross section taken along a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof. However, the shape of the cross section of the mounting keel 141 taken perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof is not limited in the present application. In other embodiments, the mounting keel 141 may also be T-shaped in cross-section taken perpendicular to its lengthwise plane, as shown in figure 3. Specifically, the first connecting plate 1411 is connected to a middle region of the mounting plate 1412, and the same may be used. In a word, after the first connecting plate 1411 is fixedly connected with the wall surface 2, the mounting plate 1412 is far away from the wall surface 2, so that the first decorative plate is conveniently and fixedly connected.
In addition, as for the materials of the installation keel 141 and the clamping and hanging piece 142, the application is not limited, and metal materials, plastics or wood-plastic materials can be selected and used.
Based on this, when the decorative panel assembly 1 is installed, the installation keel 141 is first fixedly installed on the back surface of the first decorative panel facing the wall surface 2 (the surface facing the wall surface 2 is defined as the back surface, the surface facing away from the wall surface 2 is defined as the front surface, and the rest surfaces are defined as the side surfaces), and the clip member 142 is fixedly installed on the back surface of the second decorative panel facing the wall surface 2. Then be close to wall 2 with first decorative board and be fixed in on wall 2 with the installation fossil fragments 141 that correspond to realize that first decorative board installs on wall 2. Next, the second decorative plate is close to the wall surface 2, and the clip 142 is hung on the hole wall of the clip hole 14111 of the first connecting plate 1411 of the mounting keel 141, so that the second decorative plate is mounted on the wall surface 2, and the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate are spliced.
The decorative plate assembly 1 is installed in the above mode, and installation of the decorative plate can be completed without arranging a groove on the side face of the decorative plate. The processing difficulty of the decorative plate is reduced, and the decorative plate is made of a material with higher strength without needing to select the material with higher strength for ensuring the strength of the groove wall of the groove, so that the manufacturing cost of the decorative plate can be reduced.
It should be noted that, when the decoration plate assembly 1 can be understood as including a plurality of pairs of first decoration plates and second decoration plates, corresponding installation keels 141 may be installed on all the first decoration plates, corresponding clamping and hanging members 142 may be installed on all the second decoration plates, and then the first decoration plates and the second decoration plates are installed close to the wall surface 2, which may also be used.
It should be noted that, for the decorative plates (such as the first splicing decorative plate 11 and the third splicing decorative plate 13 in fig. 1) located at the edges in the decorative plate assembly 1, except that the fixed connection with the wall surface 2 is realized at one end of the decorative plate close to the middle (such as the second splicing decorative plate 12 in fig. 1) through the hanging structure 14, the fixing with the wall surface 2 can also be realized at one end of the decorative plate far from the middle in other ways, and the realization ways are more, and are not the technical solutions that need protection in this application, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the trim panel assembly 1 shown in fig. 1 includes three trim panels, namely, a first trim panel 11, a second trim panel 12, and a third trim panel 13. However, the number of the decorative boards in the decorative board assembly 1 is not limited in the present application, and in other embodiments, the decorative board assembly 1 may further include more than three decorative boards, in which case, any three decorative boards spliced together in sequence may form the first spliced decorative board 11, the second spliced decorative board 12, and the third spliced decorative board 13 spliced in sequence.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4, the trim panel assembly 1 includes five trim panels, i.e., a first trim panel 01, a second trim panel 02, a third trim panel 03, a fourth trim panel 04, and a fifth trim panel 05, which are sequentially spliced together. Then: it is understood that the first decorative plate 01 forms a first spliced decorative plate 11, the second decorative plate 02 forms a second spliced decorative plate 12, and the third decorative plate 03 forms a third spliced decorative plate 13. Meanwhile, it can be understood that the second decorative plate 02 forms a first spliced decorative plate 11, the third decorative plate 03 forms a second spliced decorative plate 12, and the fourth decorative plate 04 forms a third spliced decorative plate 13. Meanwhile, it can be understood that the third decorative plate 03 forms a first spliced decorative plate 11, the fourth decorative plate 04 forms a second spliced decorative plate 12, and the fifth decorative plate 05 forms a third spliced decorative plate 13. In the case where the trim panel assembly 1 includes more trim panels, it is also understood in accordance with the above-described rules.
The structure of the catching piece 142 will be explained. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, the clip member 142 includes a second web 1421 and a clip web 1422. The second connecting plate 1421 is used to be fixedly connected to a second decorative panel. The engaging plate 1422 is hung on the hole wall of the engaging hole 14111 of the first connecting plate 1411. The clamping plate 1422 and the second connecting plate 1421 are connected as an integral structure.
Next, how the engaging plate 1422 is hooked on the hole wall of the engaging hole 14111 of the first connecting plate 1411 will be described. As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments, clamp plate 1422 includes a transition plate 14221 and a clamp 14222. One end of the transition plate 14221 is connected to the second connecting plate 1421, and the other end is connected to the chuck 14222 to form an integral structure. A slot 14223 is formed between the clamp 14222 and the transition plate 14221. The clamp 14222 is a plate-shaped structure, and is perpendicular to the transition plate 14221, and the clamp 14222 is parallel to the second connecting plate 1421. As shown in fig. 6, the hole wall of the locking hole 14111 of the first connecting plate 1411 is locked in the locking groove 14223, and the transition plate 14221 is attached to the first connecting plate 1411. In addition, when the hooking member 142 is hooked on the mounting keel 141, the head 14222 is perpendicular to the first connection plate 1411.
Based on this, when splicing first decorative board and second decorative board, stretch into the dop 14222 of card pendant 142 in the card hole 14111 of installation fossil fragments 141, then move the second decorative board down for the pore wall card of card hole 14111 is in draw-in groove 14223, thereby realizes card pendant 142 and hangs on installation fossil fragments 141, and then realizes the concatenation of first decorative board and second decorative board, and is very simple and convenient.
Note that the wall of the locking hole 14111 is the structure of the first connection plate 1411 around the locking hole 14111.
In order to improve the stability of the clamping hanging piece 142 after being hung on the installation keel 141. As shown in fig. 7, the card slot 14223 includes a rectangular slot 142231 and a trapezoidal slot 142232 arranged in the Y direction. The open, constricted end of trapezoidal slot 142232 communicates with and smoothly transitions into rectangular slot 142231. The surface of the rectangular groove 142231 away from the trapezoidal groove 142232 serves as the groove bottom of the clamping groove 14223; two side surfaces of the hole wall of the locking hole 14111 are attached to the corresponding wall surface of the rectangular groove 142231.
The rectangular groove 142231 has a rectangular cross section taken perpendicular to the surface of the chuck 14222, the trapezoidal groove 142232 has a trapezoidal cross section taken perpendicular to the surface of the chuck 14222, and an end of the trapezoidal groove 142232 corresponding to the upper bottom of the trapezoid forms an open constricted end.
Based on this, as shown in fig. 6, after the hanging member 142 is hung on the mounting keel 141, the hole wall of the clamping hole 14111 can extend into the rectangular groove 142231, and two opposite side surfaces of the hole wall of the clamping hole 14111 in the X direction are respectively attached to opposite groove wall surfaces of the rectangular groove 142231 in the X direction, so that the hanging member 142 is limited by the hole wall of the clamping hole 14111 in the X direction, and the hanging member 142 cannot move relative to the mounting keel 141 in the X direction, so that the stability of the hanging structure 14 is high.
In addition, because the clamping groove 14223 is provided with the trapezoidal groove 142232, in the process of hanging the clamping piece 142 on the installation keel 141, the hole wall of the clamping hole 14111 can easily extend into the clamping groove 14223, so that the hanging of the clamping piece 142 on the installation keel 141 is convenient, and the hanging efficiency of the decorative plate assembly 1 can be improved.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the clip member 142 can be smoothly hung on the mounting keel 141, the size of the clip hole 14111 in the Y direction should be larger than that of the clip 14222 in the Y direction.
To facilitate insertion of the cartridge 14222 into the snap hole 14111. As shown in fig. 8, the card holes 14111 include rectangular holes 141111 and trapezoidal holes 141112 arranged in the Y direction. The flared end of trapezoidal shaped aperture 141112 communicates with and smoothly transitions into rectangular shaped aperture 141111.
When the hooking member 142 is hung on the mounting keel 141, the bottom of the slot 14223 of the hooking member 142 faces the contraction end of the trapezoidal hole 141112. Also, the chuck 14222 is engaged in the trapezoidal hole 141112.
It should be noted that the rectangular hole 141111 has a rectangular cross section taken perpendicular to the surface of the first connection plate 1411. The trapezoidal hole 141112 has a trapezoidal cross section taken perpendicular to the surface of the first connection plate 1411. One end of the trapezoidal hole 141112 corresponding to the lower bottom of the trapezoid forms an expanded end, and one end of the trapezoidal hole 141112 corresponding to the upper bottom of the trapezoid forms a contracted end.
Therefore, in the process of hanging the clip member 142 on the mounting keel 141, since the size of the rectangular hole 141111 in the Z direction is large, the clip 14222 of the clip member 142 can easily extend into the clip hole 14111, and then can be hung in the trapezoidal hole 141112 after moving down. The hanging of the clamping hanging piece 142 on the installation keel 141 is convenient, and the hanging efficiency of the decorative plate assembly 1 can be improved. Wherein the Z direction is perpendicular to both the X direction and the Y direction.
In order to improve the stability of the hanging structure 14. As shown in fig. 8, the constricted end of the trapezoidal aperture 141112 has an aperture width equal to the thickness of the collet 14222. The width of the constricted end of the trapezoidal aperture 141112 is oriented perpendicular to the mounting plate 1412 (i.e., extends in the Z-direction in fig. 8), and the thickness of the tap 14222 is also oriented perpendicular to the mounting plate 1412.
In this way, after the hanging member 142 is hung on the mounting keel 141, the groove bottom of the catching groove 14223 can be attached to the wall surface of the trapezoidal hole 141112 away from the rectangular hole 141111. In addition, the chuck 14222 is limited by the hole wall of the trapezoidal hole 141112 in the Z direction, and the engaging member 142 cannot move relative to the mounting keel 141 in the Z direction, so that the stability of the hanging structure 14 is high.
So that the front face of the first trim panel and the front face of the second trim panel are coplanar. As shown in fig. 9, in a state that the clip 142 is hung on the mounting keel 141, a side of the mounting plate 1412 facing away from the first connecting plate 1411 is coplanar with a side of the second connecting plate 1421 facing away from the clip plate 1422. As such, the front surface of the first trim panel and the front surface of the second trim panel are coplanar after the first trim panel is mounted on the mounting plate 1412 and the second trim panel is mounted on the second connecting plate 1421.
The fixed connection of the mounting plate 1412 to the first trim panel is described below. As shown in fig. 10, in some embodiments, the mounting plate 1412 is provided with a first trim panel securing hole 14121, and the first trim panel securing hole 14121 is configured to receive a first trim panel connector (not shown) that is fixedly coupled to the mounting plate 1412 and the first trim panel.
Specifically, first decorative board connecting piece can be the screw, during the use, laminates the setting position at the first decorative board back with mounting panel 1412 of installation fossil fragments 141, then passes first decorative board fixing hole 14121 back screw in first decorative board with first decorative board connecting piece to compress tightly mounting panel 1412 at the back of first decorative board, thereby realize the fixed connection of installation fossil fragments 141 and first decorative board.
The above description is given by taking as an example the fixed connection between the mounting keel 141 and the first decorative plate by the first decorative plate connector. However, the form of the fixed connection between the mounting keel 141 and the first decorative plate is not limited in the present application. In some other embodiments, the mounting keel 141 may also be fixed to the back surface of the first decorative plate by an adhesive, specifically, it may be: glue is applied between the opposite surfaces of the mounting plate 1412 and the first decorative plate to achieve adhesive fixation of the mounting plate 1412 and the first decorative plate, and in this case, the first decorative plate fixing hole 14121 is not required to be formed in the mounting plate 1412.
The fixed connection between the second connecting plate 1421 and the second decorative plate will be described below. As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments, a second decorative plate fixing hole 14211 is formed on the second connecting plate 1421, and the second decorative plate fixing hole 14211 is used to pass through a second decorative plate connector (not shown), which is fixedly connected to the second connecting plate 1421 and the second decorative plate.
Specifically, the second decorative board connecting piece can be the screw, during the use, with the second connecting plate 1421 laminating of card pendant 142 in the settlement position at the second decorative board back, then pass second decorative board fixing hole 14211 back screw in second decorative board with the second decorative board connecting piece in to compress tightly second connecting plate 1421 at the back of second decorative board, thereby realize the fixed connection of card pendant 142 and second decorative board.
The above description is made by taking an example in which the fixing connection between the hook 142 and the second decorative plate is realized by the second decorative plate connecting member. However, the form of the fixed connection between the clip 142 and the second decorative plate is not limited in the present application. In some other embodiments, the hooking member 142 may also be fixed to the back surface of the second decorative plate by adhesion, specifically, the hooking member may be: glue is applied between the opposite surfaces of the second connecting plate 1421 and the second decorative plate, so as to achieve the adhesive fixation of the second connecting plate 1421 and the second decorative plate, which can also be used, in which case, the second connecting plate 1421 does not need to be provided with the second decorative plate fixing hole 14211.
The following describes how the mounting keel 141 is fixedly connected to the wall surface 2. As shown in fig. 12, in some embodiments, the hanging structure 14 further includes a fastener 143, and the fastener 143 includes a third connecting plate 1431 and a fourth connecting plate 1432. The third connecting plate 1431 is used for being attached to and fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1411. The fourth connection plate 1432 is perpendicular to the third connection plate 1431, and the fourth connection plate 1432 and the third connection plate 1431 are connected as an integrated structure. Fourth connecting plate 1432 is used for laminating and fixed connection with wall 2. Wherein the third connection plate 1431 and the fourth connection plate 1432 together form an L-shaped structure.
Based on this, the installation fossil fragments 141 can realize the fixed connection with wall 2 through mounting 143, need not set up the structure that directly is used for with wall 2 is fixed on the installation fossil fragments 141, has reduced the structural complexity of installation fossil fragments 141. The size of the fixing member 143 can be set smaller than that of the mounting keel 141, and it is easy to process.
The following describes how the fixing member 143 is fixedly connected to the wall surface 2. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13, a wall mount hole 14321 is provided on the fourth connecting plate 1432. As shown in fig. 12, the wall fixing hole 14321 is used to pass through the wall connector 3, and the wall connector 3 is fixedly connected to the fourth connecting plate 1432 and the wall 2.
The wall attachment 3 is illustratively an expansion bolt. During the use, fourth connecting plate 1432 is on a parallel with wall 2 and with the laminating of wall 2, and expansion bolts is fixed in on the wall 2 with fourth connecting plate 1432 after passing wall fixed orifices 14321 on fourth connecting plate 1432. In this case, the third connection plate 1431 is perpendicular to the wall surface 2. In addition, as shown in fig. 12, for one mounting keel 141, two fixing members 143 are provided, and the two fixing members 143 are arranged at intervals in the Y direction.
The above description is given by taking as an example the fixing member 143 fixed to the wall surface 2 by the wall surface connecting member 3. The application is not limited to how the fixing member 143 is fixed to the wall surface 2. In other embodiments, the fixing elements 143 may also be embedded directly into the wall surface 2 when the wall surface 2 is formed by casting, and may also be used.
In addition, the above description is given by taking an example in which two fixing members 143 are provided corresponding to one mounting keel 141. The present application is not limited to the provision of several fasteners 143 for a mounting keel 141. In other embodiments, three, four or more fasteners 143 may be provided on a single mounting keel 141, and the same may be used.
A description will now be given of how the third connecting plate 1431 of the fixing member 143 is fixedly connected with the first connecting plate 1411 of the mounting keel 141. As shown in fig. 13, in some embodiments, the first connection plate 1411 is provided with a keel connection hole 14112 and the third connection plate 1431 is provided with a fixing connection hole 14311. The mounting structure 14 further includes a threaded connector 144, the threaded connector 144 passing through the keel connection aperture 14112 and the securing connection aperture 14311 to secure the mounting keel 141 and the securing member 143.
Illustratively, the threaded connector 144 is a screw, and the keel connecting hole 14112 is provided with an internal thread matching the screw. After the fixing member 143 is fixed to the wall surface 2, the first connection plate 1411 of the installation keel 141 is attached to the third connection plate 1431 of the fixing member 143, and the keel connection hole 14112 of the first connection plate 1411 and the fixing connection hole 14311 of the third connection plate 1431 are aligned. A screw is then screwed into the keel attachment hole 14112 through the attachment hole 14311 to fixedly attach the attachment member 143 to the mounting keel 141.
