The dual retractable clothes-horse of claim 1 wherein the upper mounting base is lengthened and equipped with a positioning bracket; the positioning frame comprises a transverse seat rod, a pair of longitudinal clamping rods, a pair of vertical clamping rods and two right-angle buckling rods; the transverse seat rod is a square rod, one side surface of the square rod is called a first side surface, and the side surface, which is close to the square rod and is perpendicular to the square rod, is called a second side surface; the pair of longitudinal clamping rods are vertically arranged at the middle position of the first side surface on the transverse seat rod, and the distance between the pair of longitudinal clamping rods is slightly larger than the width of the outer rod; the pair of vertical clamping rods are vertically arranged at the middle position of the second side surface on the transverse seat rod, and the distance between the pair of vertical clamping rods is slightly larger than the width of the upper fixing seat; the right-angle buckling rod comprises a longitudinal rod and a vertical rod, the length of the longitudinal rod is slightly larger than the width of the outer rod, the vertical rod is vertically and fixedly installed at the edge end of the longitudinal rod to form the right-angle buckling rod, and the longitudinal rods of the two right-angle buckling rods are respectively vertically installed at the two side edge parts of the first side face on the transverse seat rod, and the vertical rod faces the same direction as the vertical clamping rod.

6. The dual retractable clothes-horse of claim 5 wherein the inner pole has a stem at its beginning end.

The dual retractable clothes-horse of claim 6 wherein the distance between two of the longitudinal clamping bars is equal to 105% of the width of the outer bars; the distance between two clamping rods in the vertical clamping rods is equal to 105% of the width of the upper fixing seat; the length of the longitudinal bars is equal to 105% of the width of the outer bars.
8. The dual retractable clothes-horse of claim 7 wherein a bearing is also attached between the rotary drum and the support shaft.
9. The dual retractable clothes-horse of claim 8, characterized in that the retractable method of use thereof is as follows:
the method comprises the steps that a positioning frame is taken down from an upper fixing seat;
the clothes airing rod is slightly swung open, and the clothes hanger with the clothes hung is hung on the clothes hanging hook;
rotating and righting the clothes-horse until the clothes-horse is horizontal and vertical to the wall;
holding the rod handles and pulling the inner rods outwards, wherein the support rods extend outwards from the upper transverse frame until each support rod is vertical to the outer rod;
fifthly, enabling the square transverse seat rod of the positioning frame to horizontally cling to the wall surface to move downwards, enabling the vertical clamping rod to cling to the wall and be inserted on the upper fixing seat in a wrapping mode, and enabling the vertical clamping rod to be inserted on the outer rod in a wrapping mode;
removing the positioning frame from the upper fixing seat;
holding the rod handle to push the inner rod towards the outer rod, and retracting the support rods into the upper transverse frame until the clothes hooks at the outer ends of the support rods cling to the outer wall of the upper transverse frame;
the clothes airing rod is rotated to be folded, and can be rotated leftwards or rightwards to be close to a wall, and the clothes hanger is taken down;
the clothes airing rod is tightly attached to a wall, the square transverse seat rod of the positioning frame horizontally clings to the wall surface and moves downwards, meanwhile, the vertical clamping rod clings to the wall bag and is inserted into the upper fixing seat, and meanwhile, the vertical rod of the right-angle buckling rod is buckled with the clothes airing rod.
