Referring to fig. 1, the inner tub 1 has a laundry placing cavity 113, and a guide bar 4 is provided in the laundry placing cavity 113, wherein the guide bar 4 may extend in the vertical direction (see fig. 1), but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the guide bar 4 may extend in an inclined direction having a certain angle with the vertical direction, for example, the angle between the extending direction of the guide bar 4 and the vertical direction may be 1 °, 2 °, 3 °, 4 °, 5 °, 6 °, 7 °, or 8 °.
The buoyancy member 2 includes a body 21 and a magnetic member 22, the buoyancy member 2 is movably sleeved on the guide rod 4, and the buoyancy member 2 is configured to float on the surface of water. It can be understood that the magnetic detection device 3 is in signal communication with a control device (not shown) of the laundry treatment apparatus, so that intelligent control of the water level in the drum 1 can be realized.

The inventor finds in practical research that, in the related art, the water level control device of the laundry treatment apparatus includes a weighing device and a flow sensor, and when washing starts, the weighing device of the laundry treatment apparatus is used to measure the weight of the dry laundry, then the corresponding water inflow amount is calculated according to the weight of the laundry, and then the flow sensor at the water inlet valve controls the water inlet valve to add water of the corresponding water amount to the inner drum, so that the water level in the inner drum reaches a preset water level. However, since the washing machine itself is not accurately weighed, it is difficult to control the water level of the laundry with different qualities, and since the water absorption of the laundry with different materials is different, the related art laundry treating apparatus cannot ensure that the water level in the inner tub is at the preset water level.
In contrast, according to the drum assembly 100 of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, by making the floating height of the buoyancy member 2 vary in real time with the height of the water level in the drum 1, the magnetic detection device 3 is used to detect the magnetic field signal of the magnetic member 22 to detect whether the magnetic member 22 is at the preset water level, therefore, the magnetic detection device 3 can accurately detect whether the water level in the inner cylinder 1 reaches the preset water level, can improve the accuracy of water level detection, can be suitable for detecting the water level of clothes with different qualities and different water absorptions, thereby solving the problems of inaccurate weighing and different water absorption of different fabrics, being beneficial to ensuring the cleaning effect of the clothes treatment equipment and improving the working efficiency, meanwhile, the guide rod 4 has a guide effect on the up-and-down floating of the buoyancy piece 2, so that the movement reliability of the buoyancy piece 2 is guaranteed, and the reliability of water level detection is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the magnetism detection device 3 is a hall element or a reed switch. Therefore, the magnetic detection device is simple in structure, beneficial to ensuring the working reliability of the magnetic detection device 3 and low in cost. It should be noted that the working principle and operation of the hall element and the reed switch are well known to those skilled in the art, and the present invention is not described in detail.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the inner cartridge 1 includes an inner cartridge body 11 and an accommodating part 12, the inner cartridge body 11 defines a laundry placing chamber 113, the accommodating part 12 is connected to the inner cartridge body 11, the accommodating part 12 defines a detection passage 121, and the guide rod 4 is provided in the accommodating part 12. It can be understood that, by making the receiving portion 12 define the detecting channel 121, the buoyancy member 2 is prevented from contacting the laundry in the laundry placing cavity 113, and the reliability of the control of the water level in the drum 1 is ensured. In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the receiving portion 12 is detachably provided in the laundry placing cavity 113. In some examples, two sealed ends of the inner cylinder 1 are respectively connected with a shell of the clothes treatment equipment through rotating shafts, so that two ends of the inner cylinder 1 are supported, the two rotating shafts are coaxially arranged with the central axis of the inner cylinder 1, the condition that the inner cylinder 1 does not rotate eccentrically in the rotating working process is avoided, the clothes treatment equipment can be free of deviation rectifying structures such as a balance ring, the whole structure of the clothes treatment equipment is simplified, the running stability of the whole machine is improved, and vibration and noise are reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the central axis of the inner cylinder 1 is horizontally arranged, and the magnetic detection device 3 is located below the central axis of the inner cylinder 1. Therefore, the structure is simple, and the magnetic detection device 3 can conveniently detect the water level in the inner barrel 1.

It can be understood that, in the water inlet process of the inner cylinder 1, the buoyancy member 2 is also raised continuously along with the rise of the water level, when the water level of the washing water reaches the preset water level, the buoyancy member 2 also reaches the corresponding position due to the buoyancy effect, and at this time, the corresponding magnetic detection device 3 detects that the magnetic field signal of the buoyancy member 2 reaches the strongest, so that the control device detects that the water level of the washing water in the inner cylinder 1 reaches the corresponding preset water level.
Therefore, the barrel assembly 100 can be provided with a plurality of preset water levels, so that the clothes treatment equipment is suitable for accurately controlling the water levels of clothes with different qualities and different water absorption properties, the washing effect of the clothes treatment equipment on different clothes is favorably ensured, and the working efficiency is improved. In some embodiments of the present invention, the magnetism detection device 3 is located on the outer wall surface of the outer tub 5. Thereby, the contact between the magnetic detection device 3 and water can be further avoided, the working reliability of the magnetic detection device 3 is ensured, the installation is convenient, and the space in the outer barrel 5 is not occupied. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and the magnetism detection device 3 may be provided on the inner wall surface of the outer cylinder 5 as long as the magnetism detection device 3 is spaced apart from the inner cylinder 1.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a drum assembly 100 of the laundry treating apparatus according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
According to the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the cylinder assembly 100 of the clothes treatment equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, the magnetic detection device 3 can accurately detect whether the water level in the inner cylinder 1 reaches the preset water level, so that the accuracy of controlling the water level in the inner cylinder 1 can be improved, the clothes cleaning effect of the clothes treatment equipment on clothes can be ensured, the working efficiency can be improved, meanwhile, the guide rod 4 has a guide effect on the up-and-down floating of the buoyancy member 2, the reliable movement of the buoyancy member 2 can be ensured, and the reliability of water level detection can be improved.

Claims (10)
1. A drum assembly of a laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
the inner drum is provided with a clothes placing cavity, and a guide rod is arranged in the clothes placing cavity;
the buoyancy piece comprises a body and a magnetic piece, the buoyancy piece is movably sleeved on the guide rod in an outer mode, and the buoyancy piece is configured to float on the surface of water;
the magnetic detection device is positioned on the outer side of the inner barrel and is arranged at a preset water level, and the magnetic detection device is used for detecting a magnetic field signal of the magnetic piece so as to detect whether the magnetic piece is positioned at the preset water level or not.
2. The drum assembly of the laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the magnetism detecting device is a hall element or a reed switch.
3. The drum assembly of a laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the drum comprises:
an inner drum body defining the laundry placing cavity; and
the accommodating part is arranged on the inner wall surface of the inner barrel body and is positioned at the lower part of the inner barrel body, a detection channel is limited by the accommodating part, the bottom of the accommodating part is opened to form a through hole, the detection channel is communicated with the clothes placing cavity through the through hole so that the clothes placing cavity is the same as the detection channel in water level height, and the guide rod is arranged in the accommodating part.
4. The drum assembly of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the accommodating part is detachably provided in the laundry placing chamber.
5. The drum assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the receiving portion is provided with a plurality of flow holes spaced apart in an up-down direction.
6. The drum assembly of a laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the central axis of the drum is disposed horizontally, and the magnetism detecting device is located below the central axis of the drum.

The drum assembly of a clothes treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic detecting device is plural, the plural magnetic detecting devices are spaced apart in an up-down direction, the preset water level is plural, and the plural magnetic detecting devices correspond to the plural preset water levels one to one.
8. The drum assembly of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the drum assembly includes: the inner cylinder is rotatably arranged in the outer cylinder and is coaxial with the outer cylinder, and the magnetic detection device is arranged on the outer cylinder.
9. The drum assembly of the laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the magnetism detecting means is located on an outer wall surface of the outer tub.
10. A laundry treating apparatus, characterized by comprising the drum assembly of the laundry treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1-9.
